Stayed at Astoria for 3 nights with breakfast included. I must say the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, good choices and the location was convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no phone or fridge in the room.

Muy buena relación calidad precio con muy buena localización. Hotel antiguo que necesita un lavado de cara y actualización.

Good: De authentieke Art decofeeling is onnavolgbaar in belevenis. Ik geniet, als antiquair, als geen ander van dit soort zaken. De sfeer van lang vervlogen tijden. Rook en aroma ontbreekt hier. 2026 echter vind je geen mensen meer met stijl . Het pand herbergt nu ook millenials die met een limonade uren telefoneren en surfen. Prostitues die er in lingerie ontbijtbuffet nemen met klanten. Ongelooflijk dat de drie mensen die er controle uitvoeren hierop niets zeggen.. Soit; tijden veranderen en ook de nieuwe kamers staan in schril contrast met de klasse. Maar toch een zalig verblijf. Bad: De artdeco tijden zijn voorbij🙈😁

Good: המיקום הכי טוב שתבקשו, ממש על המטרו, המלון פיזית במרכז לכל אטרקציה כמעט… הכל במרחק 10 דקות בגג… עיצוב של המלון מושקע ויפה, אווירה מדהימה והצוות בקבלה ממש טוב ועוזר להשיג מקומות למסעדות גם אם רשום שמלא! Bad: החדר קצת איכזב, ציפינו למשהו קצת יותר טוב אבל זה לא אומר שהיה רע… הוא באמת היה בסדר.

Good: The hotel was in a very good location and the staff were always very helpful. The room service was also great and the rooms were very clean. Bad: The shampoo and body wash weren’t good at all and the shower caused leakage onto the bathroom floor causing it to be very wet.

Good: Belle Epoche Hotel with amazing atmosphere. Perfect location to everything. Amazing breakfast buffet (add on), so many choices. We loved the aircon and the ambiance. Bad: A bit gross as there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor on arrival. Carpet and furniture had wear and tear but acceptable.

Good: 🇭🇺 Un tuffo nella storia nel cuore di Budapest! ✨ L'hotel in cui stiamo soggiornando ha vissuto da protagonista i momenti più incredibili del '900🏨 Siamo al Danubius Hotel Astoria City Center, ed è pazzesco pensare a cosa è passato tra queste mura da quando ha aperto nel 1914: 🏛️ Nel 1918 è stato il quartier generale della Rivoluzione degli Aster, con i discorsi storici dal balcone che cambiarono la storia ungherese. 📜 Nel 1944 fu requisito e trasformato nel comando della Gestapo a Budapest. 🕊️ Nel 1956 fu al centro degli eventi simbolo della rivoluzione antisovietica. Oggi, fortunatamente, si respira tutt'altra aria! ☕ L'atmosfera d'epoca Fin de Siècle, i lampadari e gli specchi d'inizio Novecento sono ancora intatti, e farci colazione ogni mattina fa sentire davvero dentro un film. The location is excellent. The air conditioning is great because it can be noisy at times at night. So you don't have to have the windows open. Felt our room could do with some TLC. There was a broken dressing table. Tape around the top of the windows. Generally the rooms looked tired. Cleanliness of room wasn't great. Hit and miss is the phrase I'd use. Breakfast, had plenty of options. Not easy to get hot water. The machines only gave warm water. Didn't get much help from the Staff on duty. Could be a language problem. Which i am the foreigner. But the staff didn't seem that alert. A shame because the Hotel could offer so much more

Hotel is in a good location. It is clean but you can see the interiors needs updating. Staff was nice and polite. However, they were not well informed and could not give information or directions about the location.

Good: The location. Breakfast was a little pricy and hasn’t been changed at all from day to day, but a nice variety of food and satisfies. Bad: The mattress was bad. It seem to be broken, and you feel like falling a side at night. The pillows also were uncomfortable and old and need an urgent replacement.

Frukost var ok, inget lyxfrukost dock mkt att välja på.Vi saknade god bröd till frukost och barnet saknade pannkakor till frukost.Automatkaffe ,ingen bra smak alls. Trevlig personal,badrummet och rummet kunde städas bättre,man kunde se missad damm efter städningen.

Hotellet ligger mitt i stan och är nära till allting man behöver. Rent och fint på hotellrummet. Vi fick ett hotellrum i vad jag tror är den nyare delen vilket verkligen var uppskattat då vi hade trägolv och inte heltäckningsmatta. Vi upptäckte några få myror som gick omkring men det gjorde inte så mycket. Eftersom det var 30 grader + var det väldigt tacksamt med aircondition som fanns på rummet. Det enda vi saknade var möjligheten att koppla telefon till tv för att kunna kolla på något annat än ungersk tv. Annars toppen!

Hay q bajar al hall de distribución del metro y adivinar casi a qué calle vas. Luego has de subir otras escaleras para subir a la calle, ninguna accesibilidad y por la noche da miedo

Good: La ubicación era muy céntrica y cerca de todo, pero al mismo tiempo al ser tan céntrico la zona podía ser más sucia y había más personas en la calle. Cabe aclarar que nunca tuvimos inconveniente, pera podía darse la sensación de inseguridad. La habitación era cómoda por el tamaño El desayuno no era muy variado, no teníamos y lo pagamos cuando llegamos, mi consejo pague un día y pruebe para decidir si comprar por toda la estadía.
