Good: Posizione ottimale per visitare il centro di Budapest. Zona tranquilla, staff cordiale e disponibile, reception 24h. Avevamo una camera al primo piano ed era comunque silenziosa. Aria condizionata ottima, piccolo frigo, chiave con tessera. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e anche la moquette (che non amo particolarmente) era pulita. Forse la struttura nel complesso è un po'datata ma essendo funzionale va benissimo per qualche giorno. Ci tornerei. Bad: La cabina della doccia sarebbe da cambiare. Personalmente toglierei la moquette. Porta TV, tavolino e scrivania tutti insieme ingombravano troppo la stanza.

Midt i byen, bedre plassering kan en ikke få. Møtt med et smil og fikk et bra rom. Den sentrale beliggenheten overskygger at rommet kanskje hadde trengt et strøm maling og en mindre renovasjon. Renholdet kunne vært bedre. Virka som det kun ble bytta håndklær. Merka i min litt allergiske nese at det begynte murre atter den andre natta … Frokosten så som så.

Good: The property is right in the centre, easily accessible to all the sights of Budapest and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The hotel is in a great location, the beds are super comfortable, I had a great nights sleep every night. The breakfast is more than fair, there is plenty of choice. One suggestion; it would have been nice to have a slice of toast but they didn’t supply any toasters. The fresh croissants were fantastic and the coffee machine set us up for the day. Bad: There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, it was great value for money. I appreciated the eco-friendly housekeeping service. Only one issue is that one of lifts broke down during our stay, but that isn’t much that can be done for that as maintenance comes when available. I have to mention that the staff are very helpful and always responded to my queries via booking.com prior to our arrival. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Good: Ubytování bylo skvělé, čisté, postele velmi pohodlné a klimatizace fungovala na 1. Personál byl milý, lokalita je super. Hotel se nám líbí, byli jsme zde již 2x a až se zase vrátíme do nádherné Budapešti, pojedeme určitě opět do tohoto hotelu. Bad: Vše bylo v pohodě.

Good: The location is brilliant ,hotel is neat and clean!big rooms with clean big bathrooms. Breakfast is beyond amazing . One lady staff was very helpful and friendly , she left us leave our luggage for 3 days and that was very helpful for us Very good choice overall Bad: Some male staff I felt was rude and over - professional , which i feel is not appropriate in a hospitality industry !

Good: Exceptional service from staff. They were fluent in English and were able to store my bags and book a taxi back to the airport on my final day. The location is perfect, it's in the city centre and close to the metro system to get anywhere else nearby!

Friendly staff allowed us to check in early as needed to offload luggage due to the 30 plus degrees outside. Good cleanliness, air-conditioning and breakfast.

Good: Super lokalizacja, w zasięgu kilkuset metrów dostep do komunikacji miejskiej i metra. Dobra baza wypadowa. Piękna, zabytkowa okolica, spacerkiem blisko do promenady i mostu nad rzeką. As a solo traveler the hotel felt very safe and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was quite large and nice (not the most modern but it’s a nice room) and also very clean. The actual hotel is located very close to a lot of public transport options, making it really easy to get around the city and in such a nice area. It was also on a quite road and at night their was not much noise.

Good: I have used this hotel since it was created 40 yeats ago.it has maintained and improved its standard (but with no gimmicks) continuously since then.. The staff know they are able to run a hotel well -liked by and attractive to their guests, and tis gives them pride in their work, with lots of taking care and good rapport with their guests. The Erzabet's restaurant is good value and has a concise menu with a good selection selection of of dishes, both traaditional and those creatred by its Chefs, who are world-class. Bad: Nothing

Good: The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Friendly and kind staff, good location. Comfy and clean beds. Toiletries available. Bad: The shower could use some renovation, there are missing small tiles. The windows are not soundproof, you can hear the noise from the street.

Good: Location (on the Pest side) very near all he shopping, restaurants, etc. A 10-minute walk to the river, 20 to river excursions. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff was not only friendly, but very professional and helpful with everything we asked of them. Hotel has a contractual agreement with a taxi provider, so you know exactly what you will pay for transportation to the airport. (By the way, in Budapest, it's best to call a taxi well in advance; front desk took care of this.) Prompt laundry service. VERY comfy beds. Nice, quiet, hotel, without being pricey. Bad: I would give it a 10 for cleanliness, except the first room assigned to us was supposed to be non-smoking, and it reeked of smoke that someone had tried to disguise. Rooms are a little tight space-wise, as is the bathroom, but overall it's very comfortable.

Good: Läget var toppen. Frukosten var ok. Bad: Personalen i receptionen behövdes ge en lektion i hur man ska vara. Sura gubbar. De borde tänka till, de ÄR ansiktet utåt. Good: Пребывание в отеле полностью соответствовало ожиданиям. Приятный, вежливый персонал, владеющий несколькими языками. Хороший европейский и английский завтрак, не очень разнообразный, но всё очень вкусно. Безумно вкусная выпечка. Номер стандартный, уборка по требованию. По моей просьбе принесли чайник в номер. Но что отдельно заслуживает внимания, так это расположение! Самый лучший район Будапешта для туристов. Рядом метро и остановки общественного транспорта, супермаркет Lidl. Но самое главное, что здесь много уютных кафе и ресторанов. Прямо рядом со входом в отель расположен ресторан, где готовят прекрасные стейки. На углу здания - старейшее кафе Central Cave, которое работает с 1887 года. Там подают прекраснейшие десерты! Мы очень довольны отдыхом

Good: The location is excellent for anyone who has a limited time to spend in this most charming city, as the hotel is but a short walk from public transport. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, and it was possible to open a window...so reassuring in our attempt to stay healthy... Yes, we looked forward to the excellent breakfast offering each morning of our stay, it made us feel looked after. Bad: The computer facilities...There is a desktop and printer in good working order, but for non-Hungarian-speaking guests, typing is very difficult. Would it be possible to also offer use of an computer featuring an English-language keyboard?

Good: On the top floor so saw a nice view. Staff let us extend our check-out. Breakfast was good. Room was small but very comfortable. Bad: More help with parking.

Good: Perfect location to visit the city. Almost everything is walking distance and great connection by public transportation. Also there are many restaurants, bars and coffee places around.
