Good: Das Schach im Wasser war ganz was besonderes. Das gibt es nicht überall :) Auch Gartenschach und das Garten-Mühle-Spiel waren toll. Die Minigolf Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Essen top! Im Sommer ideal, weil man die riesen Gartenanlage mitnützen kann. Bad: Ich habe den Miniclub nicht gefunden. Es stand was von Wasserspiele, aber nirgends war der Treffpunkt zu finden. Und die Badeaufsicht verstand halt weder englisch noch deutsch, weshalb mir nicht weiter geholfen werden konnte bei meiner Suche. Aber sonst alles super :)

Good: Snídaně, oběd i večeře byly velmi chutně připraveny a v dostatečné různorodosti, takže každý si jistě vybral. Wellness vždy čistý a připravený, platí to samozřejmě i pro vnitřní a venkovní bazény. Bad: Jsem častým hostem, při minulé návštěvě moje vnučka zapomněla na pokoji stříbrný řetízek s přívěskem ve tvaru písmena, i když jsem poskytnul nezbytné informace na recepci, tak můj podnět zůstal nedořešen a nikdo se tím nezabýval. Samozřejmě uznávám, že celý problém je moje chyba.

Dears, we are very satisfied with our holiday in Danubius Bukfurdo. Our Family spent very nice days in Danubius hotel also this summer. We visit Danubius Buk furdo six years in the row already. Good: Es war "old school"/ wunderbar mit den Kinder (4,10,12). Schach spielen, Minigolf, usw. für uns alle was dabei. Alles hält ein bisserl defekt, dafür kostenlos! Baden natürlich sowieso. Das Turnbecken war wirklich cool, auch der Kleinkindbereich und das Bällebecken. Sehr gutes Essen. Ungarische Nationalkost fand ich spitze. Will ja was essen, was es in dem Reiseland gibt. Haben ohne es zu sagen, Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre bekommen.... war genial! Alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Dino des Hauses hat die Minidisco im Garten gemacht. Es war genau richtig, liebevoll, nicht zu viel oder aufdringlich! Im Sommer perfekt, das Areal ist sehr groß und es verteilt sich super. Im Winter, wenn alle Gäste drinnen sind, könnte es eng werden. Betten super bequem, waren im Exekutive Zimmer. Wir kommen defintiv wieder. Mit Kindern volle Empfehlung!

schade das es das warme wasser nicht mehr gibt. mit den aufzügen hinten ist es ein wahnsinn. die neuen zimmer sind echt der Wahnsinn ur schön! auch das neue becken ist ein traum!! bitte wieder beim Frühstück wieder den sekt hinstellen. es fehlte uns das gute fleisch was immer aufgeschnitten wurde. schade das es kein personal gibt keine Maniküre, Pediküre und Kosmetik gekommen.

Alles war perfekt, nur der erste Eindruck auf uns war, dass die Rezeption mit den Restaurants furchtbar dunkel wirkte. Das Essen war perfekt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine große Auswahl. Vielen Dank

Good: Die Lage des Hotels und die Ausstattung der Zimmer Bad: Es war leider zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein treffen von den Schwimmern aus verschiedenen Ländern und dadurch der große Speisesaal reserviert. Aber die Hotelleitung hat für mich und meine Frau einen Tisch auf der Terrasse reserviert und und sehr schön hergerichtet weil wir unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert haben. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und wir bekamen so 2 Flaschen Sekt gratis. Danke nochmals

Good: Super. V hotelu jsem byl opakovaně a vše bylo super. Moc hezké klimatizované pokoje s balkónem, super parkování, vynikající jídlo a nádherné bazény. Přijedeme zas. Bad: K hotelu není asi co vytknout. Mám výhradu k vedení hotelu. Po příjezdu jsem byl velice nemile překvapen, když večeře nebyla podávána v restauraci, ale v dětském klubu. Ve vašem hotelu byla vždy večeře něčím nádherným. Tentokrát to bylo dost nepříjemné (malý, nevětraný prostor), až nedůstojné. Sportovci, kterým jste vyhradily restauraci mohli klidně jíst v jídelně a platící klienti měli večeřet v restauraci. Tohle není výtka personálu, ale vedení hotelu.

Good: Wir haben nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel eingecheckt und wir lieben es! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Das Essen im Hotel ist ein Traum, das Personal immer und jederzeit äußerst freundlich. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und das Unterhaltungsangebot fuer Kinder ist Top! Das Hotel-''Maskottchen'' war das Highlight fuer meine drei Jahre alte Tochter. Sie hat mit dem Dino getanzt, ein Foto mit ihm gemacht und ihm ''High-Five'' gegeben. Der Wellnessbereich war wie immer super entspannend. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel sind vorhanden und durch das tolle All-inclusive Angebot, ist man mit Essen und Trinken rund um die Uhr ausreichend bedient. Wir planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist wirklich jedesmal wieder aufs neue schön, sehr erholend, lustig und vor allem für Kinder sehr spannend und aufregend. Die Outdoorspielplätze sind auch gut ausgestattet mit Sandkiste, Rutschen, Trampolin, Wippe, Schaukelpferde, ein Boot etc.. ebenso wie zwei tolle Indoorspielspätze. Kurz gesagt: Wir sind rundum zufrieden und wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Das ist so ein Hotel, wo man während des Aufenthalts schon den nächsten Urlaub plant. :)

Good: Wie schon bei den oben angegebenen Kommentaren, kann man mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden sein. Ganz besonders möchte ich noch einmal hervorheben, dass sämtliches Personal sehr hilfsbereit war und dafür möchte ich mich noch einmal, herzlich bedanken. Bad: Kinder im Becken mit Heilwasser spielen, tauchen und umeinander spritzen. Aufsicht ließ manchmal zu wünschen übrig. Gäste sich für den späten Abend noch Getränke mit aufs Zimmer nahmen und am Morgen die Gläser auf den Fluren achtlos irgendwo abgestellt wurden.

Good: Absolutně nejlepší z celého pobytu ,výborná strava i servis. Děkuji. Byl jsem spokojen. Bohužel na jeden bar je moc lidí, zvláště když si někdo objedná před vámi míchaný nápoj. Good: All inklusive war toll rund um die Uhr gibt es etwas zu Essen und für Ungarische Verhältnisse schmeckt das Essen und Trinken richtig gut! Trinken gibt es auch Rundum die Uhr (auch Bier und Wein inkl). Dass Kinderbecken mit Klettersteg und Basketball Korb im Wasser hat uns besonders gut gefallen…auch das Babybecken war toll, es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei! Preis Leistung ist echt toll! Es gibt Zimmer die sind bereits renoviert und es gibt noch etwas in die Jahre gekomme Zimmer. Trotzdem hat man alles was man braucht (Fön, Seife, kleiner Balkon, usw.) Bad: Manche Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

Good: The hotel has a very big Wellness area with separated child pools and a relaxing room, inside pools and outside ones. You can also play tennis outside. Bowling alleay, gameroom, child game room, pingpong, all these are available also! Food is also good, maybe a bit more selection would fit better for a hotel which is that big. The location is perfect thanks to its silent area.

Good: Das Essen war ok für die ungarische Verhältnisse. Das Frühstück war gut. Ab 6 Uhr früh haben wir die Gerüche aus der Küche gehabt, weil der Schornstein direkt beim Fenster war. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert, ein bisschen nachbessern bei Reinigung und Kontrolle der Einrichtungen (keine Seife in Herrensauna in beiden Spendern), gestapelte Liegen im Außenbereich könnten gereinigt werden. Leider funktioniert die sehr gewöhnungsbedürftige Voranmeldung für die Zimmerreinigung nicht, wir waren 3 Nächte da, trotz Anmeldung keine Reinigung. Personal sehr freundlich, Essen vorzüglich, sehr verlockend dauernd etwas zu kosten! Sehr angenehm: Bademantel in der Bar tagsüber, nette Musik am Abend, bei Vollbelegung kann es abends im Lobby/Barbereich schon recht eng werden.

Good: Možnost kávy kdykoli, dokonce i na pokoji. Čistota bazénů. Klid v hotelu večer. Bad: Poškozená matrace na posteli. Omezenejsi možnost výběru jídla než při poslední návštěvě. Dle instrukcí jsme měli dostávat denně mineralku na pokoj, což se krom prvního dne nedělo.

Boli sme veľmi spokojný a za všetko dávame 5 hviezdičiek, jediné v čom bol problém po skončení pobytu, bolo že recepčná (Renata) nám omylom naúčtovala o 100000ft viac. Keďže sme si to nevšimly, išli sme domov. Táto recepčná nám volala keď sme už boli 20 km od hranice. Zavolali sme naspäť a ona sa ospravedlnila, že za pár dní dostaneme späť peniaze. Stane sa, že ťuknete o jedno čislo naviac. Poskytli sme jej číslo karty s ktorým sme platily aj účtu kde to majú poslať.Prešiel týždeň a nič, viackrát sme volali, potom sme dostali takú odpoveď že žiaľ banka nám pošle peniaze do 30 dní!? To akože sme kde? Oni urobia chybu a ja mám mesiac čakať. Už sme chceli dať návrh že tie peniaze tam necháme ako zálohu a zopakujeme pobyt, opoveď bola peniaze má banka a je nám ľúto čakajte, do 30 dní peniaze dostanete. Takže dajte pozor keď platíte! Nám nič nezostáva len čakať a zvoliť si inú destináciu, lebo tam už neprídeme.

We were satisfied with the stay and for us, it was also a healing week after winter illness. We consciously chose a Superior room, as we like the darker retro style furniture in it. We slept well there. We appreciate the rich food selection - breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon menu, snacks, drinks, coffee throughout the day, everything perfect, well organized. An extensive nice green park with flowers, a small lake with turtles, greenery, and trees that also offer shade is a pleasant place to relax in the fresh air. Activities, who want to move have many options in hotel, from swimming, tennis, Nordic walking, gym ... I will not be the only one who truly lacks thermal water. It is a pity. Only the one is missing. And perhaps an infrared sauna in the future. As I am a hotel management professional, I really appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Quality interpretation at check-in, service in the restaurant, and waiter in the middle age were extremely helpful. As well as the remaining well-informed staff in the wellness and helpful maids. We also speak Hungarian. A good idea is a very pleasant and quiet place to relax, especially after the sauna is the Relax zone, where children are not allowed. And last but not least, you offer daily programs, entertainment and you have a rich offer of games, e.g. billiards, very popular 2 tables with touch screens to play kind of knowledge or logic games, as well as others. Good: My mum had a very good time. She enjoEd her stay and all the included services in the restaurant, bar and wellness. Bad: I asked for a greeting message with a fruit plate to be set in the rooms as it was a gift for mothersday for my mum and her friend. But the reservation/reception/restaurant couldn’t manage the fruit plate after many calls, messafes and emailing. I did pre-transfer the extra fee to get this done. It felt very disappoionted as thought it would be a rutine service in a high standard hotel chain like the Danubius.
