Good: All inklusive war toll rund um die Uhr gibt es etwas zu Essen und für Ungarische Verhältnisse schmeckt das Essen und Trinken richtig gut! Trinken gibt es auch Rundum die Uhr (auch Bier und Wein inkl). Dass Kinderbecken mit Klettersteg und Basketball Korb im Wasser hat uns besonders gut gefallen…auch das Babybecken war toll, es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei! Preis Leistung ist echt toll! Es gibt Zimmer die sind bereits renoviert und es gibt noch etwas in die Jahre gekomme Zimmer. Trotzdem hat man alles was man braucht (Fön, Seife, kleiner Balkon, usw.) Bad: Manche Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

Good: The hotel has a very big Wellness area with separated child pools and a relaxing room, inside pools and outside ones. You can also play tennis outside. Bowling alleay, gameroom, child game room, pingpong, all these are available also! Food is also good, maybe a bit more selection would fit better for a hotel which is that big. The location is perfect thanks to its silent area.

Good: Vše bylo super. I když bylo v hotelu hodně lidí, krásně se to rozprostřelo, v bazénech bylo málo lidí, lehátka po celé zahradě a kažký si našel svůj klidný kout. Kuchyně super. Bad: Jediná drobná výtka - na našem balkoně chyběl sušák na prádlo.

Good: Das Essen war ok für die ungarische Verhältnisse. Das Frühstück war gut. Ab 6 Uhr früh haben wir die Gerüche aus der Küche gehabt, weil der Schornstein direkt beim Fenster war. Es war sehr laut und stickig. Bad: Sie können z.B. eine internationale Küche anbieten, damit jeder was davon hat. Das ist nur ein Vorschlag.

Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert, ein bisschen nachbessern bei Reinigung und Kontrolle der Einrichtungen (keine Seife in Herrensauna in beiden Spendern), gestapelte Liegen im Außenbereich könnten gereinigt werden. Leider funktioniert die sehr gewöhnungsbedürftige Voranmeldung für die Zimmerreinigung nicht, wir waren 3 Nächte da, trotz Anmeldung keine Reinigung. Personal sehr freundlich, Essen vorzüglich, sehr verlockend dauernd etwas zu kosten! Sehr angenehm: Bademantel in der Bar tagsüber, nette Musik am Abend, bei Vollbelegung kann es abends im Lobby/Barbereich schon recht eng werden.

Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Meine Erwartungen wurden total erfüllt. Auch die Infrastrukturen waren recht gut. Das Buffetfrühstück und Buffet Nachtessen waren hervorragend

Good: Možnost kávy kdykoli, dokonce i na pokoji. Čistota bazénů. Klid v hotelu večer. Bad: Poškozená matrace na posteli. Omezenejsi možnost výběru jídla než při poslední návštěvě. Dle instrukcí jsme měli dostávat denně mineralku na pokoj, což se krom prvního dne nedělo.

Boli sme veľmi spokojný a za všetko dávame 5 hviezdičiek, jediné v čom bol problém po skončení pobytu, bolo že recepčná (Renata) nám omylom naúčtovala o 100000ft viac. Keďže sme si to nevšimly, išli sme domov. Táto recepčná nám volala keď sme už boli 20 km od hranice. Zavolali sme naspäť a ona sa ospravedlnila, že za pár dní dostaneme späť peniaze. Stane sa, že ťuknete o jedno čislo naviac. Poskytli sme jej číslo karty s ktorým sme platily aj účtu kde to majú poslať.Prešiel týždeň a nič, viackrát sme volali, potom sme dostali takú odpoveď že žiaľ banka nám pošle peniaze do 30 dní!? To akože sme kde? Oni urobia chybu a ja mám mesiac čakať. Už sme chceli dať návrh že tie peniaze tam necháme ako zálohu a zopakujeme pobyt, opoveď bola peniaze má banka a je nám ľúto čakajte, do 30 dní peniaze dostanete. Takže dajte pozor keď platíte! Nám nič nezostáva len čakať a zvoliť si inú destináciu, lebo tam už neprídeme.

Good: Výborné jídlo, zákusky nemají absolutně konkurenci, všude čisto, upravená zahrada, nový venkovní bazén, neskutečně dobré vybavení hotelu pro vyžití dětí všech věkových kategorií. Bad: Náš pokoj 241 byl přímo naproti větráku klimatizace, takže o tichu na pokoji se bohužel nedá vůbec mluvit.

We were satisfied with the stay and for us, it was also a healing week after winter illness. We consciously chose a Superior room, as we like the darker retro style furniture in it. We slept well there. We appreciate the rich food selection - breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon menu, snacks, drinks, coffee throughout the day, everything perfect, well organized. An extensive nice green park with flowers, a small lake with turtles, greenery, and trees that also offer shade is a pleasant place to relax in the fresh air. Activities, who want to move have many options in hotel, from swimming, tennis, Nordic walking, gym ... I will not be the only one who truly lacks thermal water. It is a pity. Only the one is missing. And perhaps an infrared sauna in the future. As I am a hotel management professional, I really appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Quality interpretation at check-in, service in the restaurant, and waiter in the middle age were extremely helpful. As well as the remaining well-informed staff in the wellness and helpful maids. We also speak Hungarian. A good idea is a very pleasant and quiet place to relax, especially after the sauna is the Relax zone, where children are not allowed. And last but not least, you offer daily programs, entertainment and you have a rich offer of games, e.g. billiards, very popular 2 tables with touch screens to play kind of knowledge or logic games, as well as others. Good: My mum had a very good time. She enjoEd her stay and all the included services in the restaurant, bar and wellness. Bad: I asked for a greeting message with a fruit plate to be set in the rooms as it was a gift for mothersday for my mum and her friend. But the reservation/reception/restaurant couldn’t manage the fruit plate after many calls, messafes and emailing. I did pre-transfer the extra fee to get this done. It felt very disappoionted as thought it would be a rutine service in a high standard hotel chain like the Danubius.

Good: Schönes Hotel obwohl ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. All inklusive Service ist super und den ganzen Tag in irgendeiner Form verfügbar. Personal freundlich - wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder Bad: An der Rezeption immer nur eine Person anwesend auch zu offiziellen Check-in und Check-out Zeiten die sowohl Telefonate als auch Kunden vor Ort bedienen was zu langen Wartezeiten führt. Personal handelt es sehr charmant aber es hinterlässt trotzdem keinen guten letzten Eindruck bei der Abreise nach einem schönen Aufenthalt ewig in einer Schlange anzusehen während vorne auch noch lange vom Einzigen Angestellten telefoniert wird - das sollte man vielleicht bedenken -:)

Good: Vyjimecne jídlo, tepla voda. Jezdíme sem pravidelně. Skoda, ze je zrušen termální bazen. Bad: Jediné co nás překvapilo, ze jsem rezervovala dva pokoje najednou a jeden jsme dostali ve druhem a druhy v šestém patře.

Alles super!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Danubius in Bükfürdö und sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität des Restaurants und der Bar ist mindestens so gut wie beim ersten Besuch gewesen, vielleicht sogar noch besser. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren traurig, dass es das Thermalwasser-/Solebecken und die Salzgrotte nicht mehr gibt, es war dies einer der Hauptgründe für unseren Besuch in Bad Bük. Die Bar schließt nach unserem Geschmack leider deutlich zu früh. Im Spa haben wir unterschiedliche, teilweise sehr gute (schwedische Massage, Sauna-Aufgüsse waren top!), teilweise aber auch mittelmäßige (Aromatherapie-Massage) Erfahrungen gemacht. Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke, die Qualität von Service, Gastronomie und Unterbringung haben in jedem Fall keinen Wunsch offen gelassen.

Good: Essen und Personal sehr gut, immer Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis alles inklusive. Konditorei Super volle 10 Punkte sowie auch für die Küche. Personal im Speiseraum waren schnell am Platz um Getränke Bestellung aufzunehmen bzw das genutzte Geschirr abzuräumen . Nicht weit zum Thermalbad ca. 500 m. Kann man jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Bad: Nichts gefunden war rund um zufrieden.

Good: Jídlo jako vždy vynikající, chybělo ,,šampíčko,, u snídaně, to byl vždy příjemný bonus. S ničím nebyl problém, vše ok. Je tu nový zážitkový bazén, je fajn. Bad: Dva výtahy naprosto nestačí na množství klientů, byli jsme ve druhém patře, tak jsme to řešili po schodech. Z 6 patra by to bylo horší. Voda v bazénech by mohla být o maličko teplejší. Výrazně chybí termální bazén, ale věděli jsme, že již není. Je to škoda veliká, třeba se někdy v budoucnu vrátí. Okolí Buku je velmi rozestavěné, ale to není kritika, snad to bude brzo hotové a ku prospěchu městečka.

Good: Perfektni detsky vodni svet, krasne ciste hernicky. Vyborne jidlo. Skvela recepcni co hned oslovovala dceru a dostala maly darecek na uvitanou. Bad: Strasne nas stval vytah, cekalo se na nej opravdu hodne dlouho a to v jakoukoliv denni domu. Nelibilo se mi, ze jsme zaplatili velky prilatek za ubytovani na Velikonoce a nebyl k dispozici termalni bazen, ktery byl zavreny a nebyli jsme na to pri rezervavi upozorneni. Vadilo mi, ze v ramci all inclusive nevim co si muzu za za drink u baru, chybelo mi napojove menu. Hotel je nekuracky, ale pri otevrenem okne bylo citit, ze nekdo kouri na balkone. Dite nemuze v koupaci plence do venkovniho bazenu, coz jsme taky nevedeli pri rezervaci. Zamakala bych na kvalite jidla u brambor, pokazde byli brambory ve stavu jako, ze jsou krmna pro prasata, nastesti se dalo vybrat neco jineho. Posledni den se loucil animacni tym v plysovem draku s detmi, ale muze byt vice empatictejsi. Kdyz se chtelo vic deti fotit, tak odesel. Podle videii na internetu jsme od toho animacniho tymu pro deti cekli vic. V programu mi chybel popisek akci co ta aktivita obnasi (zda je venku, uvnitr pro jakou vekovou skupinu atd). Zamakala bych na uklidu ve sprchovym koute, nevim jestli je uz podlaha zasla nebo spinava.

Good: Zrekonstruovane pokoje, výborná kuchyně, bazény, hry pro děti. Relax a pohoda. Mohu jen doporučit. Bad: Vesnice, kde se hotel nachází není vůbec nic. Byli jsme tam v březnu, asi mimo sezónu, ale nejsou otevřeny ani potraviny. Na nákup musíte do většího města.

Wir kommen sehr gerne zu euch.. leider finde ich das mit der Zimmerreinigung nicht so toll. Ich hätte gerne das das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wird. Und eine Wasserrutsche für die Kinder wäre das absolute High light

wie auch 2019 ist das Internet in den Zimmern leider noch immer nicht schnell. Das ist in anderen Hotels besser. Ein schnelles Internet ist in der heutigen Zeit ein muss für jeden Hotelieriebetrieb (ich spreche nicht davon, dass das Internet abends, wenn viele User es benutzen, sowieso langsamer wird)!

Good: reichlich gutes Essen, Lage Top, Personal sehr freundlich, kann es nur empfehlen, werden wieder kommen

Good: Am mai fost o data la acest hotel. Este un hotel foarte bun pentru relaxare. Apa, parcul, masa si tot ce este in jur. Bad: Paturile scartaiau.
