Good: Personál bol veľmi milý..., Super raňajky , obedy večere..Maximálna spokojnosť. Nadmieru sme boli so všetkým spokojný. Izba bola čistá. Každý deň nám doplňali do chladničky minerálnu vodu. Menili podľa našej žiadosti župany., uteráky... Nemali sme a nemáme žiadne nežiaduce pripomienky.., Tento Hotel spĹňa maximálnu spokojnosť. Každému odporúčam., Určite sa sem ešte vrátime. Good: Das Personal war immer super freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber (die Betten waren so bequem) und das Essen war sehr lecker (für jeden was dabei)! Good: Je to vždy vynikající. Hrajeme tenis, bowling a dobře se bavíme. Vynikající strava, plná penze. Bad: Už několik let mají zakryty ten nejlepší termální bazen a bez výborné léčivé termální vody. Je to obrovská škoda a tímto největší mínus. Snad to majitelé hotelu vyřeší co nejdříve a bude to splňovat vše k úplné spokojenosti.

Good: Eine Woche relaxen. Das Essen und der Service in Restaurant und Bar wirklich gut. Die Superior Zimmer ganz ok. Spa Bereich sehr sauber, aber teilweise Renovierungsdürftig. Bad: Papierbecher für Getränke und Kaffee fehlen zur Gänze, damit man sich etwas mitnehmen kann.

Good: Wir wahren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Man sieht, alle Bemühen sich um das wohl des Gastes. Der Thermenbereich unterteilt sich in einen neuen und einen älteren Bereich. Auch hier ist immer Personal anwesend die auch ihre Arbeit machen. Echt Super. Ich habe schon anderes erlebt. Good: Понравилась система Все включено. Хорошие завтраки, обеды и ужины. Разнообразно, ресторан очень уютный. Вежливый персонал в ресторане. Очень просторная зона с бассейнами, много лежаков, персонал работает хорошо, всегда чисто. Зона бассейнов достаточно современная, видно, что в большей части был сделан ремонт, в целом , сложилось приятное впечатление. Очень тихое и спокойное место, был хороший вид из номера. Bad: Отель постройки времен ВНР, в целом, территория и отель ухожены, хотя немного чувствуется старомодность, особенно в ресепции. Но это не портит общего впечатления. Единственное замечание- при заселении на стойке регистрации нас встретила не совсем предупредительная девушка, на момент заселения номер, скорее всего , был готов, мы приехали минут на 40 раньше времени заезда, отель был полупустой. Мало того, что она отправила нас в холл ждать время заселения, так еще и покинула рабочее место, не предупредив коллегу, что мы ждем ключи от номера( которые, кстати, просто лежали на столе администратора).

Good: Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der neue gebaute Teil anstatt der alten Squash-hallen, der Fitnessraum und nette Personal. Und mein Thai-Massage Bad: Als Vegetarier gab es am Abend für uns nicht viel zu Auswahl außer Salat und Beilagen, aber war ich auch ehrlich gesagt zufrieden. Ich wollte nicht zunehmen und hab es geschafft.

Good: Příjemný termální hotel. Navštívili jsme již tento rok podobné v Maďarsku- Ensana Hevíz a Ensana Sarvár. Všechny tyto hotely jsou si podobné a my je milujeme ! Vše je tu příjemné, jídlo vynikající, nápoje taktéž. Bazény teplé. Navíc nově otevřený zážitkový bazén s divokou řekou, košem na košíkovou a dětskou vodní lanovou stezkou- SUPER!!!! Co je největším BONUSEM tohoto hotelu- tak je to skvělý, velký plavecký bazén s příjemnou vodou, ve které se dá výborně plavat. Voda MÁ akorátní teplotu na dlouhé plavání. Není horká ani studená. Je opravdu AKORÁT !!!!! Bad: Vše je super. Snad jen nábytek je trošku starší a občas zlobí jeden výtah. Ale to jsou jen maličké nedostatky. Určitě znovu rádi do tohoto příjemného hotýlku přijedeme.

Good: Schönes Hotel, mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre (jahreszeitliche Deko). Große Auswahl an Speisen und 5 Sterne für den Konditor! Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Das Spa ist super und sehr gepflegt. Alles auch sehr herzlich für Kinder. Verlängerungamöglichkeit am An- und Abreisetag für Spa Benutzung und All inclusive ist einfach toll. Wir kommen bald zum 3x in einem halben Jahr.

Good: Das Buffet ist ausgezeichnet, vielfältig und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Pool -Landschaft ist gepflegt und ansprechend. Natürlich kann sie mit der "echten Therme" in Bük nicht mithalten, was wohl auch keiner erwarten kann. Bad: Achtung: Zimmerservice nur auf Anforderung. Sonst kommt tagelang keiner ins Zimmer. Für mich vollkommen ok, aber man sollte es wissen.

Good: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel mit begehbarer Dusche. Essen schmeckt hervorragend, ausreichend und für jeden was dabei. Bad: Die Thermalbecken sind für mich etwas zu klein, weil ich gerne schwimme. Doch es kann nicht immer für jeden passen. Die Reinigung der Zimmer muss man am Vortag bekannt geben wegen der Corona Bestimmungen, doch das Trinken und Handtücher werden doch ins Zimmer gebracht. Etwas unlogisch.

Good: Wir waren zum 4. Mal in diesem Hotel! Die Qualität des Essens am Abend ist top!! Das Mittagessen können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir nach abgeschlossenem Frühstück um 10:00 kein Mittagessen um 12:00 benötigen. Die Nachmittagssnacks sind super für Kinder! Sehr gute Qualität bei den AI Getränken für Erwachsene. (Weißwein, Sekt, Bier). Für die Kinder gibt es auch genug an Getränken zur Auswahl. Der neue Badebereich macht es für Kinder viel attraktiver! (Kletterparcours im Wasser etc.). Es ist alles viel heller und freundlicher geworden. Kurze Wege vom Zimmer zum Spa. Executive Zimmer sind gegenüber den Standardzimmern zu empfehlen, da der Aufpreis gering ist. Bad: Da man sehen kann, dass ständig renoviert und verbessert wird (und sich niemand wünscht, dass es laut passiert wenn man dort ist!) nichts!

Good: Das Essen war ausgzeichnet. Hier wird Wert auf Qualität statt Quantität gelegt. Alle Gerichte waren sehr schmackhaft und gut abgeschmeckt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Weihnachtskonzert am 24.12. war sehr schön, ausgezeichnete Musikanten. Der Ort war jedoch schlecht gewählt, direkt neben der Bar mit den laut grölenden Leuten! Auf der Empore im ersten Stock mit reichlich Platz wäre gut gewesen. Bad: Eine kleine Anmerkung noch zur Wassergymnastik. Es war gut gemeint aber schlecht gemacht. Wassergymnastik in einem Becken mit einer Wassertiefe bis maximal zur Taille ist nicht sehr sinnvoll. Es wäre besser ins gegenüberliegende Schwimmbecken zu wechseln, hier ist das Wasser tiefer (jeder kann aber noch stehen) und die Übungen können auch unter Wasser ausgeübt werden.

Good: Covid se trochu podepsal na všem ,ale tady myslím pro hosty trochu pozitivně. Nebylo narváno, dostatek místa u bazénů, klid v jídelně i v celém areálu hotelu. Jezdíme pouze ve všední den-víkendy jsou daleko silnější. Bad: Asi nic? Byl jsem zde už po páté a nemám si na co stěžovat....

Good: Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sehr schön renoviert mit super Beleuchtung. Bad: Das lange warten bei dem Aufzug war störend.

Good: Küche war außergewöhnlich gut, Hut ab auch das Service Personal im Speisesaal. Für Kinder ist sehr gut gesorgt. Betten sehr bequem. Bad: Die Bar Frau war etwas überfordert

Good: Für diesen günstigen Preis ist alles top. Hotel ist besonders ideal für Familien. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Bad: Leider kein Thermalbecken mehr im Hotel.

Good: Milý personál, čistota všude, krásné bazény, vtipné atrakce ve vodě, nádherný bazén s hrami pro malé děti, Jídlo vynikající v množství, co hrdlo ráčí. Bad: Vadili mi lidi, kteří nerespektují hygienická doporučení (po sauně se osprchujte a pak do studeného bazénu)....

Good: Personal jidlo Bad: U vytahu fronty,na snidani malo mista čekalo se než se uvolni misto.pokoj rozdelen dveřmi(bylo slyšet mluveni i chrapani od vedle) teplej bazen a malo trisek(masažnich) něco i nefungovalo.

Es war ein sehr schöner und entsprechender Aufenthalt im Hotel

Good: Tento hotel vám zajistí veškerý komfort od rána do večera. Bohatá jídla po celý den, výměny ručníků, bazény, čistota úplně všude. Na baru si dáte místní "šampaňské" za 550 HUF, což je směšná cena, jinak pivo, víno, nealko zdarma. Bazény přibyly nové, obzvlášť líná řeka je moc fajn. Oproti tomu je dlouhodobě zakryt nejteplejší bazén uprostřed, toho je škoda. Bad: Postele mají tak neskutečně měkké matrace, že se na nich nedá vydržet. Matrace se od sebe rozjíždí, takže po chvíli propadáte do mezery. Velmi nás bolela záda.
