Good: Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer im 9. Stock, welches ganz einfach über einen Aufzug zu erreichen war. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Bad: Die Nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind St. John's Wood und Baker Street - beide ca. 1 km weit entfernt. Viel zum Laufen.. Aber eine Bus Station war direkt vor dem Hotel.

Super convenient location for those needing to be close to The Wellington Hospital - literally a 2 minute walk. A nice area near the park and high street, clean rooms and great reception team. All rounder hotel. Would recommend to work and leisure travellers. Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Staff is pleasant

Hotel overall was great, couldn’t really ask for more; clean, spacious room and friendly staff. But the breakfast was simply out of this world. I’ve thought about it several times today. I basically had everything. I started with a full English which was absolutely sensational - perfectly cooked and seasoned sausages and bacon, a firm yet fried tomato, saucy beans, and quite literally a perfect fried egg. I then had some pastries - mini-waffles and other sweet treats. I’m not normally one for sweet things first thing in the morning, but I couldn’t resist. Then I had a small bowl of cereal and a tea - great way to finish things off. I certainly will be staying here again when I possibly can.

We stayed in a family room with a king/super king bed and 2 single beds. The room was very spacious and arranged so that the single beds are on one side of the room and the king/superking on another. Each side had its own closet space so adults and children could have their own space. Bathroom had a separate shower and bath. The room was very clean. We had breakfast which was standard breakfast buffet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There is some parking on site for a fee which was very convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms could use a small touch up however service especially at front desk is absolutely amazing. Great staff and walking distance to tube and buses. Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Good: The welcome and the attention to detail are the little things that make all the difference. The staff were attentive and helpful at all times. The room was lovely and spacious, with the choice of an upgrade at a lower cost from the original room booking. The breakfast and evening meal were delicious with a great choice and room service was great too. The room was cleaned and topped up each day. Bad: There were no instructions on usage for the thermostate and the tv did not work properly, but this did not disturb our stay in the slightest as it was only late evening when we tried to use this on our last evening.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et j’ai passé un excellent moment. L’endroit est très agréable et bien situé. Mais ce qui m’a vraiment marqué, c’est l’accueil et le service d’un employé nommé Hichem. Il était super adorable, vraiment gentil, et toujours prêt à aider. Il a été très serviable et à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes. Un grand merci à lui pour avoir rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, en grande partie grâce à l’excellent service qu’il offre.

Love this hotel so much. It might not be hip and trendy but there’s a class to it that cannot be replicated. My only quibble is that the bathroom is a little in the small side and getting out of the bath/shower feels slightly dangerous for there is not a hug gap. Staying here is easy access across Regent’s Park. Lords cricket ground and the Wellington Hospital. Also, go for breakfast.. it’s one of the best top quality breakfast buffets I’ve had at a hotel in years. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value

Nagyon tetszett a stílusa a hotelnak, maximálisan beleillik a város képébe. A szoba számomra nagyon kicsi volt, én a nagyobb szobákhoz szoktam. De a fürdő rendben volt, tisztaság várt. A reggeli nagyon finom volt.

Staff very friendly and welcoming Bad: The only downside and this was us being extremely picky, but the pillows slightly too soft compared to the bed which was firm. Good: الفندق مناسب جداً ودائماً اسكن فيه قريب جداً من محطة الباص للتوصيل وهذه ميزه بالنسبه لي ومتاح لجميع الجهات وقريب من حديقه ريجينت بارك Bad: شغله بسيطه تم الاتصال على الرسيبشن لاعطائي ساعه اضافيه قبل الخروج الساعه 12 بعد الظهر . لم ترفضت ولكن الموظفه قالت لكل ساعه أعتقد 10 باوند او 20 باوند لا اذكر المبلغ علما بأن جميع الفنادق يتيحون لنزلاء الفندق من ساعه الى ساعتين اضافيتين . فا أتمنى اضافه وقت للنزلاء وشكرا

Very nice Hotel!! Mariana was super nice attending, it was a pitty that I didn't have time to check the gym or all the other services. Maybe next time, but definitely recommended. The restaurant they have is also very good, and the breakfast it was according my expectations.

Lovely hotel. Kids were given bears and we received an upgrade to a deluxe family room which was really nice and spacious. Food and drink prices were as to be expected in a Central London hotel but pizzas were nice.

Good: From the moment we arrived and were greeted by I think Justine(said trainee on her badge) who was absolutely lovely and friendly and helpful all the staff we came into contact with were fabulous and helpful . I don’t use lifts so requested a low floor which w given to me and was great … second floor and fabulous room … car parking was easy and gave keys to concierge who again was most helpful .. Really nice reception area and bar and it exceeded my expectations completely and I would not hesitate to stay here again . Bad: Cold Water in bathroom sink was very slow but minor issue really

Good clean rooms and convenient location

Good: The staff and facilities were very good. Lovely breakfast.

L'albergo è ottimo in una buona posizione. Le camere sono ampie e pulite. Quando ci sono stato io ho avuto un pb con l'impianto di riscaldamento, la temperatura era troppo alta e la regolazione era bloccata. Buona la colazione

Clean room, breakfast was nice, only negative is that the bar area was so hot was unable to sit in there

Everything perfect from check in to check out

Good: Staff very professional and helpfull. Spotless throughout. Diverse and very reasonably priced menu. Rooms sizes suprisingly spacious, for a London City hotel. On site private parking at £30 for 24 hours was a moderate surchage for the locarion. Bad: Access to the hotel exterior carpark from nearby roads could be better signposted. Access is from Lodge road, but the proximity to Regents Park makes this area very busy traffic wise at all times.

Reception and concierge staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast has an amazing choice of hot and cold dishes. Again, staff were excellent with excellent attention to detail. Bar staff were great and our pizza and fries in the bar were lovely and arrived in no time at all. We love staying here because the location is brilliant for walking, sightseeing and within close reach of public transportation.

Bra familjrum och mycket bra frukost. Nära all sorts kommunikation och väldigt bra lokalisation.

Good: Great location, very helpful staff. Bad: Parking fine of £100, as I had not provided the car number plate on the second parking occasion, even though I had provided it the first time I parked there.

Fantastic location and experience. Great facilities. Only issue is they don't provide much shower gel.

Tivemos uma excelente hospedagem, começando pela recepção, o hotel é cheiroso, limpo e muito organizado. O Café da manhã é excepcional, muita variedade, que consegue agradar a famílias inteira. O Restaurante é maravilhoso, com muitas opções no cardápio, com uma apresentação impecável dos pratos. A localização é ótima, na esquina fica dois pontos de ônibus que interligam a cidade e caminhando uns oito minutos você chega até a estação de St John Wood que dá acesso a vários pontos turísticos de Londres.

Good: Front entrance . Very Friendly Staff Restaurant, Room Breakfast All Great will certainly stay again. Bad: Always concerned about Pet Friendly Hotels . As l am very allergic to Dogs. I did forget to ask the question . Our room was very clean and didn’t smell doggy. So Brilliant.

We booked this hotel as our son was having a operation at the nearby Wellington Hospital from first going to reception the management and staff made you welcome the hotel is perfect the rooms have just been refurbished and are fantastic the hotel staff from your breakfast to the bar and restaurant are very welcoming and try there upmost to make your stay as perfect as they can nothing is to much trouble the breakfast and evening meal was perfect I would highly recommend this hotel to families if you are visiting London or if your on business or like ourselves having family at the hospital we honestly can not thank all the staff enough we will be booking again soon you made a difficult time alot easier and we truly thank you all for this

Good: staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially when I asked for extra tea bags! beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. the dual level accommodation was excellent and worked really well with two teenagers. Bad: the rooms were a little dated and tired looking, but still exceptionally well maintained. there was not much room for all our four large suitcases to be stored, as the rooms were a little squishy.
