Good: It is close to the famous places, lots of restaurants, pubs, shops nearby. The transportation is very comfortable, buses, trams, shuttles, trains nearby. Our room was not big, but enough with child too. Playgrounds are near. Without buggy it was still very comfortable to sightsee. Nice pools and spa facilities, the food was fabulous Bad: On the window there was not any safety lock to lock it from children. But otherwise everything was perfect

Good: We loved the view of the Danube and Margaret Island, and the location was perfect for getting around. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping team as well as the restaurant staff were genuinely lovely. Breakfast was a highlight with an amazing variety and plenty of choice. Bad: We paid extra for the buffet dinner but for €30 per person it was a huge let-down with very little variety. We were told we’d receive a breakfast pack because we were leaving early, but it never happened. Check-out was frustrating as there was no one at reception and we had to wait and call out to find someone, which was stressful with a flight to catch—there also seemed to be poor communication between day and night staff.

Good: + foarte curat peste tot + mic dejun foarte bogat si foarte bun + parcarea, chiar daca e cu plata . + cele 3 piscine . Bad: personalul . zici ca sunt pusi la murat atat sunt de acri.foarte reci cu copiii si nu numai .Nu am asteptari sa se joace cu ei , dar cel putin ar putea sa le zambeasca . ori sa fie un hotel adults only si nu mai au aceasta problema . Ar putea fi amenajat un colt pentru copii in holul hotelului, In jurul restaurantului Yellow sau chiar sub scari . Politica foarte aiurea de a face predarea camerelor doar de la ora 15 . Am ajuns cu 20 de minute mai repede si nu a fost posibila asa ceva . Cand m-am intors la 15:00 holul era deja plin de oameni . imi e greu sa cred ca in cele 20 de minute s-a terminat curatenia in camere .

Good: The hotel is in a good location, well connected by public transport, has a car park, swimming pools with different water temperatures, fantastic breakfast, delicious food, friendly staff Bad: The only thing that maybe bothered me a bit were the uncomfortable pillows (too soft) and if the beds themselves were fantastic. The rooms are maybe a bit small if you are staying with a child in the room and when they add one folding bed then it becomes a bit tight, but that's a small thing

Good: Really kind and helpful receptionist. Additionally the breakfast service was excellent. Pool and sport center was also really good. Bad: Bar and Sauna also closed early. Tea and coffee in the room was really poor.

Good: Property was very clean and good choice of breakfast in the morning. Bad: 2 of the nights out of 3 we had problems with the water temperature. The shower was cold, couldn’t have a proper shower. When we called the reception they sent the maintenace guy who was unable to fix it.

Сніданок чудовий Bad: Ліжко розсувалось на 2 частини коли ми спали, принтер в офіс зоні не працював, я витратила 15хв намагаючись, а потім виявилось, що треба просити надрукувати на рецепції.

Good: The cleanliness, the staff was amazing, very helpful and always smiling Bad: The shower was broken, i told the front desk and they ask the maintenance to change it. The other thing was the elevators, 1 or 2 where always broken and we had to wait very much to come the ine that was working. We only used it when we had our luggage, other times we used the stairs.

Good: Presque tout, l',hôtel est très accessible depuis le métro 5 minutes de marche, il est au bord du Danube à 30 min a pied du Parlement ce qui en fait une belle balade. Le personnel est très gentil. La chambre est très confortable et bien équipée. Le restaurant est tout simplement génial et je vous conseille la demi pension. Les repas comme les petits déjeuners sont plus que très copieux et vous ne saurez ou donner de la tête, tant il y a de variété et de bonne chose. Je ne sais pas si c'est tout le temps comme cela mais avec les repas vous pouvez avoir sans suppléments un champagne hongrois ou du jus d'orange et à volonté (en restant raisonnable, cela va de soi). Passer un moment au bar est aussi une belle chose car l'espace y est beau et les produits bons sans que les prix soient excessifs. Et que dire de l'espace détente-piscine-sauna, si ce n'est qu'il est très bien. Divers bains de 24 degrés jusque 38 degrés vous attendent, jacuzzi, sauna en accès libre ou l'on vous fournit les serviettes et vous aurez peignoir et pantoufles dans la chambre. Avec suppléments plein de massage et autres soins... bref un super endroit pour vous détendre et visitez Budapest Bad: Un seul bémol, l'isolation phonique qui pourrait être mieux

Good: Personalul foarte politicos, curățenia, mâncarea, piscinele, poolbarul ,vederea la Dunăre. Bad: Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca ptr a merge la spa trebuie să treci prin yellowbar îmbrăcat in halat, paturile ca sunt de o persoană, și la cină nu ai băuturi incluse doar la porție un pahar de suc sau un pahar de șampanie și uneori așteptarea la lift deoarece doar 1 din 3 funcționa.

Good: Szuper, bár a wellness fura volt hogy külön hölgyek urak, és elég sokat voltak. Bad: Wellness, a külön nemenkénti szauna.

Good: Modern, jó az elhelyezkedése, jól felszerelt. Nagyon finom ételek. Bad: Nagyon porosak voltak a bútorok, illetve a bútorok alatt… poralleegiánál előnyös… A felvonó használata borzalmas. Kis felvonók, alig fért el benne 4 ember. Hosszú várakozás a felvonóknál, nem ment az összes.

Bármilyen probléma esetén azonnal segítenek. - Csak ajánlani tudom. Számomra 5* 😍 Jól éreztük magunkat. Legközelebb is ide megyünk ,ha lesz alkalom rá. 💯✅️ Bad: Véletlen nem kaptunk köntöst ami jár a szobához és szükséges is a wellneshez. Jeleztem a recepción ahok a személyzet természetsen nagyon kedvesen azonnal intézkedett is. 🙂 DE a takarító személyzet aki felhozta..hát nem volt valami kedves..🙄 Ha én tisztelettel szólok elvárom visszafelé is. Ezt az apró malőrt leszámítva minden nagyon kellemes volt. 🥰

A személyzet nagyon kedves!!!!Nem volt melegvíz valami technikai probléma miatt,de amint jeleztük a problémát a recepción azonnal intézkedtek és megoldották.Távozáskor emiatt a parkolási díjat is elengedték nekünk.Kellemesen csalódtunk és ezúton is köszönjük szépen.Valószínűleg még visszatérünk. Good: The reception staff were very kind in all my dealings with them; for the most part a fairly quiet hotel despite it being fairly busy; the buffet spread in the morning was always good and there was some variety if you looked for it everyday somewhere along with the daily staples; the swimming pools and sauna were great; bus stops nearby; supermarket and drug store within walking distance; steps from the Danube river; quiet neighborhood Bad: It was unfortunate that we couldn't check in early. I knew that this was going to be a possibility, but based on the length of the stay and other variables, I thought the hotel might try to accommodate. Alas they could not. So after a long trip it was a bit of a shaky start, but once in the hotel room it was all good. The elevators are mostly small and slow so try to avoid rush hour.

Good: Blízko Dunaja Bad: Zima na izbe a nedostatočná kapacita výťahov

Kellemes hétvégét töltöttünk el a Hotelben. Nagyon szép, modern környezet. A welness részleg 10/10. Személyzet nagyon kedves, ételek nagyon finomak és választékosak (reggeli, vacsora volt a csomagban). Szobák szépek, jól felszereltek. Az egyetlen, ami zavart a szobákban a nagy por. Vastagon állt a por a bútorokon, alatta és a fal menti listákon. Sötétben a lámpa fénye alatt látszott a vastagon szálló por. Ezért a szobákra 10/8 tudok adni. Az egyetlen dolog, amire nem tudok egy pontot se adni a tízből azok a liftek. Három lift, de általában csak 2 működöt. Állítólag 10 személyes, de 4en pont elfértünk benne. Csúcsidőben (reggeli, vacsora) lehetetlen volt lejutni. Volt, hogy 8 percig vártunk az első nap. Onnantól kezdve a lemenetelt inkább a lépcsőkön oldottuk, mint sokan mások. A liftet és a port leszámítva nagyon kellemes hely, csak ajánlani tudom.

Good: Jó helyen van, a szoba szép és tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes. A reggeli finom volt változatos. Minden rendben volt összességében. Bad: A lift gyűjtős rendszerben dolgozik mindig felment a felső szintre és lefelé szedte össze az embereket, így mi az első szinten kb sosem jutottunk lifthez ( plusz h 8 ember helyett max 6 főt bírt el) Oke maradt a lépcső, amit először meg sem találtunk aztán kiderült h a tűzlépcsőt kell használni.

Mic dejun bogat și variat. Personal amabil, competent și cu zâmbetul pe buze la toate nivelurile. Camera dotată cu tot ceea ce este necesar. Curățenie. Piscinele curate, suficiente și bine venite după o zi de plimbare în oraș. Statie de autobuz la 100 m. Per total raport calitate preț foarte bună. RECOMAND.

Good: Victoria was very pleasant while she checked me in and gave me an excellent recommendation on a restaurant within walking distance. The hotel overlooks the Danube and has lovely walking trails nearby. As for the breakfast, it was simply the best! This hotel does not spare any expense on providing every option you could think of and more! Bad: Twelve euros is a bit expensive for parking. Maybe it could be included in the price of the room.

Good: In short, better than expected. The Staff is as lovely as they come, the facilities, especially the spa and pool area is among the best included in the room package. Very big and comfortable bed, new bathroom fittings and tastefully refurbished rooms. There was no request too big or too small, the staff handled all beautifully, to guarantee an enjoyable stay. Do expect to be more crowded on the weekends, but during the week is the most relaxing Budapest can offer. Bad: The farm soup at the bistro was very tasty, but the chicken in the soup felt more like an old hen. :) Of course, this has nothing on the overall great experience!

Останавливались в этом отеле на Рождественские праздники. Были втроем, поэтому брали просторный номер с видом на Дунай. Отель понравился. В номере было комфортно, вкусные завтраки, хорошее обслуживание, очень дружелюбный персонал, отдельное спасибо сотрудникам ресторана - официантам! Они отличные! Напротив отеля есть супермаркет Prima, где можно купить напитки и еду. В отеле есть бистро, которое работает до вечера, можно поесть там, можно заказать еду в номер, можно пойти на ужин в ресторан ( шведский стол) - очень удобно. Зона с бассейнами небольшая и в праздники там, конечно, многолюдно. Есть тренажерный зал, его не посещали, ходили в бассейн. Отель расположен не в центре, до метро нужно дойти (минут 10 пешком), но недалеко есть автобусная остановка, до многих мест можно добраться на автобусе.

Good: Különleges, szép hotel, kedves személyzettel. Sok hotelben szálltunk már meg, de ez budapesti viszonylatban kiemelkedő. Az ételek top kategóriásak! Nem utoljára voltunk itt. Bad: Nem volt ilyen.

Good: Un loc frumos, curat, bine poziționat și ușor de unde sa te deplasezi cu mijloacele de transport în comun spre marile atracții ale orașului, iar micul dejun este bogat și variat pe toate gusturile.

Good: Petit déjeuner excellent, repas du soir de bonne qualité sans plus, manque des produits laitiers en dessert Bad: le transfert aéroport au retour, que j'ai du payer 40 euros au axi, alors que j'avais pris le forfait avec transfert aéroport inclus. A l'arrivée pas de souci la navette était bien là est comprise dans le forfait. J'aimerais bien êrte remboursé de ces frais de transfert retour.

Good: Hotel je veľmi dobre situovaný, výhľad na Dunaj je super. Pekná izba, všade čisto. Perfektné raňajky. Welnes bol príjemný bonus v tomto chladnom počasí. Personál príjemný a ochotný. Určite sa sem ešte vrátime.

Good: Nel complesso l'hotel è bello, ben tenuto, molto confortevole e con una grande zona piscine/spa. Non abbiamo provato servizi extra nella spa. Il personale cortesissimo. Se piace camminare, raggiungere il centro a piedi, tutto su pista pedonale lungo il Danubio, è una bella lunga passeggiata. Diversamente, è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, molto efficienti. La camera e i letti molto confortevoli. Piacevole la vista sul Danubio. Il bagno decisamente piccolo e senza finestra ma molto fruibile, con grande doccia. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Bad: La pulizia quotidiana del bagno non è stata scrupolosa. I cuscini sono entrambi molto morbidi, consiglierei di metterne almeno uno piu rigido. Ci siamo fermati una sera a cena; è a buffet e più povera della colazione; può essere comodo una sera non uscire ma a soli 300 metri c'è un ottimo ristorante (consigliatoci dallo stesso personale dell'Hotel) dove si mangia bene a prezzi simili.

Good: Le service, la propreté de la chambre, la diversité des choses proposées par l’hôtel (petit déjeuner avec énormément de choses, service de beauté, service de spa, piscine etc). Le personnel est très bienveillant et à l’écoute Bad: C’est propre à chacun mais j’avais personnellement un peu trop chaud dans la chambre et la Clim ne pouvait pas être abaissée en sous de 22 degrés

La habitación es muy linda, la cama es cómoda, el desayuno es muy variado y de buena calidad, con opciones de comida caliente y fría (tiene incluso estación de comida asiática, un panal de miel y champaña). También hay acceso al spa y dotación de bata y pantuflas para poder ir cómodamente.

A very pleasant stay at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located along the Danube, with easy access to the city center. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is varied and tasty, and the wellness area with pools and spa is a great bonus. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere make it a great choice for both leisure and business trips.

Good: Swimming pool and room! Bad: Breakfast is bad! The juices they provide are bad! No fresh juice, and too few fruits and almost no cooked vegetables. Hot dishes are very few!
