Budapest Hotels

You can enjoy favourable modification and cancellation conditions at our hotels in Budapest with our free cancellation packages. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge until two days before your arrival, by 4:00.pm. The only exceptions to this are certain holiday or special periods. 

Our pre-booking promotions available at a discounted price may be subject to different cancellation and modification conditions. Please see the booking conditions of offers and prices for details.

 

Countryside Hotels

You can enjoy favourable modification and cancellation conditions at our hotels outside of the capital with our free cancellation packages. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge until two days before your arrival, by 4:00.pm. The only exceptions to this are certain holiday or special periods.

London Hotel

Our Danubius Hotel Regents Park based in London offers all rates with free cancellation and modification option up to 12pm on the day of arrival. No advance purchase payments are required, your credit card only serves as a booking guarantee and will not be charged in advance of the check in date allowing for flexible cancellation.


Group bookings (more than 5 rooms) and bookings for a specific event may have different cancellation policies. For more details, contact the hotel directly.

 

Information on hotel shutdowns

Due to the epidemic situation, our hotels are operated flexibly according to demand and observing epidemiological regulations. This also means that a shutdown may be ordered in each hotel, in other words open hotels may temporarily be closed and reopened. In the event if we cannot provide the confirmed reservation in the given hotel for the above reason, we undertake a placement guarantee: we ensure that you can use the given services at the confirmed price and period of time in another accommodation of the same or higher category. So, you will definitely be able to stay safe under conditions that are either equal to or are better than your booking. In such a case, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail no later than 5 days before the date of arrival and by phone - if you have provided a telephone number - also at a later date.  If the replacement accommodation offered does not meet your expectations, you may cancel your booking without any obligation to pay.
