hotel un peu excentré du centre ville. metro pas tres loin a pied (2 stations pour centre ville) mais pour rejoindre le centre ville a pied 30 a 45 min en marchant bien (agréable le long du Danube).

Good: L'hôtel n'étant pas au centre le la ville, nous avons choisi de diner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel et n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons apprécié le spa. Bad: Qu'il ne soit pas plus au centre.

Good: Le Spa était à la hauteur de nos espérances même dans une ville où les thermes ne manquent pas!! Naturellement nous avons tout fait... Les soirées piano-bar ont été aussi appréciées.

Super Hotel très calme. Spa super. Arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel. Métro à 500m. L'hôtel se situe a 4 stations de métro du centre ville. Petits commerces à proximité et pour certain ouvert 24/24. Bref idéal pour les courts ou longs séjours. Au départ de l'aéroport prendre le bus 200E puis le métro ligne 3 arrêt Doza Gyu environ 1h pour 640 florint .

Impeccable, dispose d'un SPA, d'une salle de Fitness. Les chambres sont très propres. On pourrait reprocher la taille de la baignoire, mais il y a 1 piscine et 3 bains thermaux. Un peu loin du centre à pied, mais avec les transports en commun, cela prend 10-15 minutes.

Hôtel décentré (au nord de Pest) mais relativement près d'une bouche de métro (ligne bleue). Accueil agréable (anglais et allemand), chambres correctes, mini bar, internet payant depuis la chambre et surtout, climatisation partout, ce qui est un véritable plus en été. Vue sur le Danube si vous le précisez. Le must reste les thermes de l'hôtel, trois piscines à des températures différentes, un sauna, un hammam, un centre de soins, un centre d'esthétique et même une clinique dentaire ! Après une journée dans les musées, ça fait un bien fou. Le bar et le restaurant de l'hôtel sont d'excellente qualité et les plats m'ont agréablement surprise, y compris les menus allégés qui sont délicieux. Piano bar le soir qui ajoute une petite touche au repas. Possibilité de louer une voiture à l'hôtel pour visiter le pays. Vous pouvez la redéposer à l'aéroport ou n'importe où en ville à la fin de votre séjour, il suffit de vous arranger avec le loueur.

Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Un bon séjour avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le spa en particulier est de tres bonne qualité.

Hotel de luxe à prix tres abordables compte tenu de la promotion (3 nuits pour le prix de 2). L'ensemble piscine-spa est génial après une journée de visite. A noter, le parking s"sécurisé" gratuit pour les 3 jours.

Good: Schöne Lage um an der Donau zu spazieren oder joggen. Mit dem Bus 15 oder 75 ist man rasch im Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück war gut und man konnte Omeletten bestellen an der Theke. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und grosszügig vom Platz her. Bad: Nichts zu bemängeln

Bad: Wir hatten am Sonntag einen Halbmarathon und mussten früh Frühstücken, so konnten wir ein Frühstückbag bestellen, das war auch bereit mit einem Wasser. Als wir noch um ein zweites fragten wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir für ein 2dl Wasser 3,5 Euro bezahlen mussten und das obwohl wir Frühstücksbuffet bezahlt haben, dass war kleinlich.

Good: The rooms are clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The fact that is about 20 minutes from the city centre is a big bonus. Commuting is convenient with the bus stop and metro just a five-minute walk from the hotel. Bad: Everything was great, but extending the bistro's hours until 11:00 PM would be highly convenient for late-arriving guests looking for a quick snack or coffee.

Good: Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast (though it’s the same on all days) Bad: Very rude staff especially those working at the Bar who don’t respect or respond to your questions. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights but the toiletries weren’t given or replaced - had to adjust with one day’s toiletries all 4 nights. Spa was also mediocre.

Good: Strategická poloha hotelu pro výlety, zastávka MHD přímo u hotelu, pokoje perfektně čisté, vše moderní. Extrémně pohodlná postel, skvělé zatemnění i odhlučnění pokoje. Snídaně vynikající, velmi pestrá, každý den bylo kromě standardních věcí v nabídce něco navíc. Všechen personál ochotný, usměvavý, angličtina bez problémů. Sluneční zahrada, bazény, recepce 24/7. Hotel je tak velký, že si každý najde místečko na odpočinek a relax, kterých je v lobby hotelu i v okolí velké množství. Prostě vše v topu! Jen jedna malinká chybička byla, že pokoj nebyl uklizený každý den a hygienické potřeby nebyly doplněny, což by u hotelu tohoto typu měl být standard.

The breakfast was wonderful with do much to pick from. There was choice of eggs; scrambled, fried, omlette, boiled. Variety of juices, coffees, teas, bread, fresh fruit. Absolutely delightful food at the restaurant and service late into the night. Wondergul experience! Bad: Did not get my river view room I paid for for first 2 nights! On 3rd and last night got the view.

Good: We stayed for three nights in a Premium Twin Room with River View, and overall our stay was pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly liked the spacious lobby with its high ceiling and modern design. The location was also quite convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Bad: The main disappointment was the information about the airport shuttle service. On Booking.com, the hotel is described as offering an airport shuttle, which can easily give the impression that it is a free or hotel-dedicated shuttle service. In reality, it is a paid shared shuttle service that also serves other hotels and passengers. This means that you may have to wait for other passengers before the shuttle departs, and the cost can be similar to taking a taxi. I think the information should be much clearer to avoid misunderstandings and unrealistic expectations. Another thing that could be improved is the breakfast service. On one morning, we arrived at around 9:00 and the breakfast area was temporarily closed for cleaning and restocking, so we had to wait around 30 minutes before we could have breakfast. I understand that cleaning and replenishing the food is necessary, but it would be much better if this could be done continuously without completely interrupting the breakfast service. Guests arrive at different times in the morning, and having to wait 30 minutes before being able to eat is not ideal.

Good: A very pleasant hotel with an excellent location, conveniently situated and close to the main attractions. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, with everything you could need for a great start to the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here every time we visit Budapest, and it has never disappointed us. It has become our preferred hotel in the city, and we will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended! Bad: The only negative aspect is that there are no irons available in the rooms, and guests have to use a shared ironing room. Unfortunately, if it is already occupied, you have to wait. The swimming pools are also quite old. Although they are pleasant to use, they do not really meet the standards expected of a hotel with such a high star rating. The terrace with sun loungers is also outdated and in need of renovation. This is a pity, because the hotel itself is truly wonderful and has great potential.

Bad: терраса с лежаками выглядит немного запущенной, можно немного преобразить.

A szobák tisztasága és a dizájn csillagos ötös, az ágy kényelmes, kellően kemény és nem süppedős, így lehetett jót pihenni. A reggeli svédasztal nagyon változatos és ízletes, bőséges a kínálat. A személyzet kedvessége és segítőkészsége pedig már csak a pont volt az i-re. Köszönjük a vendéglátást, szívből ajánlom a Danubius Hotel Heliát mindenkinek!

Good: We had a wonderful experience at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well organized, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled for our group. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the meeting facilities worked very well for our conference. The location is also great, with beautiful views of the Danube and easy access to the city. A big thank you to the entire Danubius Hotel Helia team for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Good: Понравилось все, комфортно, чисто идеально, завтраки, ужины, спа.. вид на реку, особенно порадовало наличие стиральной машины.. рядом через дорогу супермаркет, где можно купить все необходимое очень рекомендую этот отель :) Bad: До центра добирались на такси, это затратно, за эти деньги можно было взять машину на прокат..это надо учитывать. Раскладной диван для детей не был удобным, от слова совсем..

Lovely hotel, great food.Greay gym and spa service. Big pool was shut down for maintenance so small polos were packed with all Kinds including couples who were clearly unmindful of kids being there! Rooms were standard so nothing special. One good thing was the danube river view

Good: A környék nagyon csendes volt. Kiváló reggeli. Nagyon nagy választék, minden igényt kielégítő. Volt hely ahol kényelmesen el lehetett fogyasztani. Rövid sorbanállással még a legnagyobb vendégszámnál is kaphattunk akár frissen sült tojást is. Bad: A szobába érkezéskor nem volt tusfürdő és sampon a fürdőszobában. Kérésünk után 25 perccel pótolták

Good: Wir waren mit dem ersten Zimmer nicht zufrieden, da das Baf muffig roch! Es wurde für den nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer organisiert! Bad: Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, aber die Fußböden wurden nicht gesaugt und gewischt! Flecke auf den Boden am 1 Tag, waren auch noch am letzten Tag zu sehen. Und überall Staubflocken! Leider stand das Schwimmbad nicht zur Verfügung wegen Renovierung! Das Schwimmbad im Schwesterhotel war keine Auktion, da es viel zu weit und umständlich war, da hin zu kommen!

Good: Very nice room with a splendid view of the river. Very tasty breakfast and dinner, with a variety of options Bad: The fact that the swimming pool is closed in August. Also the toilet near the pool area needs an update because it does not look good at all or at least not like the rest of the hotel. Also maybe the area around the hotel can be more green with plants and flowers.

Good: Мені здається недооціненим цей готель, так він не новий, але дуже доглянутий, чистий, приємний персонал, нам без проблем надали додаткове ліжко безкоштовно для дитини 5 років. Сніданок був просто прекрасний, різноманітний і смачний. Ми були поїздом тільки на 1 ніч, не було можливості скористатись спа, тому про нього нічого не можу сказати. І локація близько центру я би із задоволенням ще раз тут зупинилась, співвідношення ціна/якість прекрасно 👌

The hotel is located not far at the center of Budapest. Easy access on everything, transportation likewise. Staff are friendly and nice. Food in breakfast was delicious and has so many options in the buffet. Rooms are clean and cozy. Overall, we did have a good time and total relaxation. Definitely recommended. I do not have any photo in the hotel as all photos are taken to the tourist spots only.

Good: Nagyon elégedett voltam a szállodával. A szoba szépen felújított, modern, tiszta és kényelmes volt. A szállás összességében igényes és kellemes benyomást tett rám. Jól éreztem magam, szívesen visszatérnék máskor is, és bátran ajánlom másoknak.
