Good: Ristorante, pulizia, piscine. Bad: Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Questa volta il turno alla reception il giorno 22.12.25 era pessimo. Siamo arrivati in anticipo. Sapevamo che la camera per il check in non era pronta. Aspettavamo giù nella hall le 15.00 per poter fare il check in. Mia figlia di 8 anni comincia a stare male, aveva la febbre 39. Ho chiesto se era possibile entrare un pò prima perché la piccola stava male. Niente da fare... il check in è alle 15.00! La vostra stanza è grande e va pulita per più tempo, dovete aspettare.... Povera mia figlia dormiva in braccio a me sul divano Dopo altre nostre richieste con i toni un pò più accesi, finalmente alle 14.40 siamo riusciti a salire in camera. Va benissimo la politica dell'hotel. Gli adulti possano aspettare benissimo l'ora giusta, ma un pò di comprensione nei confronti di una bimba con la febbre non c'è stata per niente. Altri turni alla reception sono stati gentili e professionali .

Good: The hotel is in a beautiful location by the Danube, the room was overlooking the river, the breakfast was buffet so you had a choice of what you wanted. I was at the conference and it was very professionally organised. You are in the city quickly, but you can take a taxi, it is very cheap.

Good: Good food, professionals at Reception Bad: Safe guard at the pool did not ave any intervention to calm down the people and kids splashing and diving

Good: Excellent. A lot of choices! Bad: Would have preferred my room on a higher floor. Last two times when I stayed here, I was on the 5th floor. Stairwell configuration is a bit odd, having to go up via the conference area and then up a separate stairwell to the first floor where my room was located.

Good: First of all a big thanks for beeing the host of myself and my group of friends invited for my 50th anniversary! The hotel met all my expectations and standards of a high class hotel. Bad: Nothing

Good: Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is enough and very good for families with small children. Hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance to city center. Bad: Dinner buffet is expensive. If the hotel increases main meal options, then it can be worth.

Good: Overall amazing hotel - great rooms, cleaning, spa and restaurant, location. Great value for money Bad: We’ve been here during Christmas and spa had short working hours which is fine, but they didn’t let us know that in advance which might be a recommendation for improvement

Good: Our favorite hotel in Budapest. Has great spa facilities, rooms are very comfortable, excellent breakfast and a parking lot. Not much more we can ask for which is why we keep coming back. Bad: Nothing not to like.

Good: The staff from the reception were very kind and helfull, at the venue were we had dinner everything was perfect and stilish. Food was really tasty and a large choice. Spa is very well located and organized. Bad: Simply I could not find bad things and I m a critique person.

Good: great hotel, very good location (about 2kms from the Palace of parliament but otherwise close to the center and with a beautiful view of Danube). very good food, nice staff. nice pools with heated/thermal water. Bad: overall a very good experience but i think that during the winter the hotel could use a bit of extra thermal insulation. on a windy day with -3 C outside and wind blowing you could clearly feel the cold from outside if you were looking through the window at the beautiful Danube.

Good: It is a nice hotel It doesn't matter if it is just for one night or a longer stay in Budapest. The wellness is of course a big bonus after a tiring day of work/touring in the city. Bad: I wouldn't say it's a problem yet but I used to stay in the hotel about 10 years ago and the facilities now are the say. It is getting a bit dated.

Good: Spa is excellent. Bad: The room we have stayed for two bookings in same room the bed sheets where not replaced.The room had a lot of dust deposit on furniture,tv,flooring.

Good: Položaj hotela uz obalu Dunava, soba s balkonom i lijepim pogledom. Kreveti su udobni, soba prostrana. Vrlo dobar doručak u kojem svatko može pronaći nešto za sebe. Odlična temperatura vode u bazenima, od mlakih, toplih, pa do onih skoro vrelih...idealno za one koji vole toplu vodu. Osoblje je vrlo uslužno, nasmijano, susretljivo. Parking je odmah uz hotel, lako se pronalazi i dolazi do njega. Bad: Ostali smo 4 dana u hotelu Prva dva dana je baš bila velika gužva kako na bazenima, tako i za doručkom. Teško se pronalazila ležaljka uz bazene, a stol za doručkom prava premija za pronaći. Spa zona je odlična, samo eto zna biti gužve. Isto tako i doručak. Odlična ponuda, usluga ali ponekad je teže naći mjesto za sjesti. Nešto što mi se baš i nije svidjelo je kupaonica u sobi. Loša je ventilacija, onako ustajao zrak u njoj (miris vlage). Vrlo je mala, s malo mjesta za odlaganje sitnica, ručnika... Još nešto što mi se baš i nije svidjelo - cijene hrane i pića na bazenima. Ipak je to ljudi moji Poolbar, obična jela u ponudi, pića isto tako ali malo previsokih cijena. Cijene kao u lokalima oko katedrale i samom središtu grada.

Good: Clean, good thermal baths, decent location on the Danube. Bad: The food was average quality, especially for buffet dinner. The junior suite was very small.

Good: Csodás helyen voltunk, az elhelyezkedés kiváló, az ellátás kitűnő volt.

Good: Čisto, udobno, pri bazenih dobiš brisače, v sobah so kopalni plašči in copati, tako da za bazen s sabo rabiš le kopalke. Dobra hrana. Tudi lokacija kar ok, blizu hotela je avtobusna postaja, kjer pogosto vozi avtobus v center, 10 min stran pa tudi postaja metroja.

Good: Vše bylo perfektní, jako při posledním pobytu. Jídlo dokonalé, pokoj čistý, pohodlný, wellness na jedničku. Na recepci příjemní a milí. Bad: U snídaní v pozdějším čase (po 9 hod.) nebyl dostatek jídla (pomalé doplňování, pomalá příprava a tím dlouhé fronty např. na vajíčka) a kávovary nefungovaly tak, jak by měly (chybělo mléko, došla káva atd.). Ale jinak není co vytknout, při dřívějším příchodu vše ok.

Good: Při našem problému nám velice pomohla mladá recepční. Jednalo se o zajištění a tlumočení servisního technika pro opravu našeho auta s vybitou baterií, abychom odjeli z parkoviště domů. Moc děkujeme za pomoc.

Good: Velmi vstřícný a milý personál, který dokázal vše vyřešit. Velké díky milé slečně recepční, která začíná kariéru po ukončení školy. Pomohla našim známým vyřešit problém s nepojízdným autem - ochota, rychlost, empatie. Bad: vše bylo v pořádku

Good: The spa facilities were outstanding and truly relaxing. Breakfast exceeded expectations with its variety and quality. Staff professionalism made the stay even better. Bad: Honestly, nothing significant stood out as negative. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Good: Incredible value for money. We have stayed here four times already and were a bit apprehensive about spending Christmas in a hotel, but we really didn’t need to worry. The catering staff are extremely professional—you hardly notice them working, yet everything is always perfectly taken care of. The hotel is spotless and very comfortable, and waking up to the river view is simply beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection of hot, cold, and continental options. The food is high quality and delicious; the chefs and catering team are outstanding and work incredibly hard. The entire service is very well managed. The Christmas dinners were special and delicious, accompanied by a live band playing smooth music. We were also greeted with a glass of champagne or juice, which we only realised at checkout was complimentary—a lovely touch. We are already looking forward to booking our next trip. Bad: There was nothing we didn’t like. It is a little hard to watch people working so hard at Christmas—especially the cleaning staff and catering team and the management —so that guests can relax and enjoy themselves. As a Hungarian, it’s something you notice even more. It is, of course, their job; nevertheless, we truly hope they are paid in line with the wonderful work they do, and that other guests were not shy about leaving tips. Their hard work and professionalism truly deserve recognition.

Nagyon élveztük az ott töltött időt! Az ágy és ágynemű kényelmes volt, a szálloda tiszta és modern, a sötétítő függöny és az internet pedig kiemelkedő. A reggeli változatos, a spa pedig nem volt túlzsúfolt. Ami kicsit kár, hogy az ajtó rosszul hangszigetelt, így könnyen fel lehet ébredni, mikor valaki a folyosón beszélget, egyik reggel pedig arra keltünk, hogy a szomszédos szobában egy kutya perceken át ugatott.

Good: Estadia de 4 noites por volta de dia 20 de Dezembro. O Hotel está numa zona sossegada e com paragem de autocarro mesmo ao lado a partir da qual é possível chegar facilmente ao centro. Fomos bem recebidos e todas as instalações se encontravam limpas e arrumadas. Pequeno almoço variado e com bastante espaço disponível. Varias piscinas à disposição e sem estarem sobrelotadas.

Good: Great staff, satisfying breakfast and comfortable room with an amazing bed. The only bad thing was the carpet in the room which obviously wasn't clean and nobody cleaned it during the four days of our stay. The location is far from the center but the metro and bus stations are 5 minutes away so everything was easy.

A winning team focused on creative solutions and always pleasant and creating a pleasant atmosphere. A varied and delicious meal. The maximum cleanliness defeated my allergies. And the cocoa in the lobby is the most delicious!

Good: Die Küche war wirklich sehr gut! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Buffet am Abend war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Bad: Beim Abendessen werden keine Getränke am Tisch serviert. Man muss das Restaurant verlassen und sich selbst an der Hotelbar etwas zu trinken holen, da lässt sich das Hotel glaub ich ziemlich was an Einnahmen entgehen! Es sollte immer eine Person am Tisch sitzen bleiben, denn wenn beide gleichzeitig zum Buffet gehen, wird der Tisch inklusive der halb vollen Getränke abserviert!

Good: The room was amazing , there is not enough space but amazing , everything is new and clean, food at breakfast also amazing, restorant in the hotel amazing, but pool and welness not bad , but not perfect. Pool is small , not enough space for all guests , not enough sunbed and tables, toilets are very old,they definitly must do on that things. And beacuse all of that price is to expencive, i was definitly at hotels with better facilities for less money. Final is 9/10 just beacuse of welness stuffs. Bad: also gym space is small and the exercise equipment is outdates

Overestimated. I was staying at this hotel, but during the weekend days the pools are too crowded. Too many people that were not hotel guest were coming only for pools.

Good: Второй раз в этом отеле, мне все нравится. Есть кофе/чай, отличный вид на Дунай, парковка прямо перед отелем, СПА, где можно расслабиться после прогулок, рядом остановка, супермаркет. Приличный завтрак (но все еще совершенно одинаковый), приятный персонал, бар и ресторан. Bad: С уборкой в этот раз творилось что-то непонятное - дважды приходили, когда я была в номере. Попросила зайти чуть позднее - сказали "хорошо" и не вернулись. На третий день вообще не пришли. Больше никаких замечаний

Good: • Pokoje byly krásně uklizené • Snídaně byla velmi bohatá a dobrá • Personál byl velmi hodný • Větší obchod hned přes ulici hotelu • Každodenní úklid pokoje • Pěkný výhled na řeku a ostrov • Společenské prostory jsou také velmi pěkné. Součástí hotelu je také restaurace, kde si můžete dát dobré víno a jídlo :) • Wellnes hotelu zahrnuje 3x bazén s odlišnými teplotami od studenějšího po nejteplejší společný s vířivkou. Sauna není společná, nachází se odděleně v pánských a dámských umývárnách. V ostatních nabídkách wellnesu jsme nebyly. Bad: • Lokalita je trochu vzdálenější od centra, ale nebylo to nic hrozného :)

Good: O pequeno almoço era muito diversificado e bom, os funcionários sempre muito prestáveis. A localização não era a melhor, mas era perto dos pontos de interesse da cidade. Não sei como funcionavam os transportes entre o hotel e o centro da cidade, pois desloquei-me sempre de bolt.

Good: Pekne zariadené izby,super bazény, perfektné raňajky a hlavne večere. Bad: Nemám čo vytknúť.

Good: We loved the pool. The food was great. The girl from reception was nice (don't know her name). Overall I'll give a 9.9 which in my opinion is great. I'll definitely return if I go back to Budapest. Bad: Staff from the bar need to improve their customer service. Everything else was fine.

Good: Πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο με εύκολα προσβάσιμη τοποθεσία. Άνετο δωμάτιο με υπέροχη θέα στο Δούναβη. Τεράστιο πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές.
