Good: A fost placut.. personalul ok.. Bad: Foarte mult clor in piscina cu jacuzi!

Bad: Singul lucru care nu mi-a placut a fost ca doua dintre cuplurile cu care am fost au fost cazate imediat cum am ajuns, iar noi si al cuplu cu care am mai venit, am fost cazati dupa 45-50 de minute, spunandu-ne ca nu au camerele gata, chekin-ul fiind la ora 14, iar noi ajunsasem la ora 14 :10. Dupa ce am fost de mai multe ori la receptie si spunandu-i baiatului de acolo sa ne cazeze odata, ca se facuse ceasul 15, intr-un final a gasit doua camere, desi le avea gata demult, dar zicea ca nu sunt gata. O minciuna. Receptionerul se numea Peter.

Good: Excellent location, with its own parking lot right in front of the hotel (yes, it’s extra, but it’s worth it! We compared many other hotels and this had the best deal!). There are tens of choices for breakfast, including for vegans, hot & cold drinks for every taste. The room was very clean, and the beds comfortable. Even with the kid’s bed there was space to move around. I would advise to buy public transport card (you can buy that from the metro station 8 min walk), then you can use that on any bus/ metro. The bus station is a 2 min walk and there is one that takes you straight to their city centre.

Отель очень понравился не далеко от центра в тихом районе рядом есть не большой супермаркет Prima. Номера чистые девочки которые убирают очень приветливые нам очень помогла одна из них её зовут Niki ( у нас заболел ребёнок она помогла позвонить к доктору чтобы нам подсказали что делать и в итоге выписали лекарство) спасибо ей огромное благодаря ей остались в памяти только хорошие моменты ! Еда завтрак был вкусный кофе, горячий какао. Вид из окна красивый видно Дунай . Я добавлю фото ниже. Гостиница подходит и парам с детьми т.к и есть бассейн куда можно заходить с детьми. Но надо осторожно чтобы дети не погружались и по ошибке не попала в рот вода с хлором. В номере есть тапочки, халаты , фен. ...

Good: Ďakujeme za možnosť stráviť čas v tomto hoteli. Boli sme veľmi spokojné, dokonca aj spoj do centra mesta bol veľmi pohodlný. Veľmi chceme vyzdvihnúť welnes, príjemná pohoda, veľké bazény, všetko super. Určite ešte navštívime tento hotel. Bad: nemáme

Good: Velká vířivka, dobré jídlo, pěkně prostředí hotelu. Ochotný personál a rychlý check in. A super parkování před hotelem. Bad: Nízká teplota na pokoji, bohužel nešlo přidat. Malý tlak ve sprše. A během pobytu nebylo vysáto ani vytřeno.

Good: Хорошие разнообразные завтраки.Удивило наличие каш.комнаты хорошего размера,вид на реку,наличие пустого минибара в номере,наличие халата и тапочек.очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Bad: Матрацы продавлены по краям,можно было скатиться.Вода в плавательном бассейне +24.для зимы это экстрим.честно попробовала,от холода схватило судорогой,ушла в джакузи.джакузи тоже всего лишь 36 градусов и пузырьки под довольно слабым давлением(в сравнении с кантри клубом который посещаю) Лично предпочитаю в номере душевую а не ванную.тк проблема с ногой и с большим трудом перешагнула бортик

Good: Hotel świetnie położony nad samym Dunajem, niedaleko parlamentu. Czyste, wygodne pokoje, całkiem spore. Duże, wygodne łóżko, pokój dobrze doświetlony. Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Panie na recepcji bardzo pomocne, podobnie obsługa kelnerska. Fajne baseny, zwlaszcza ten z wodą termalna. Duży parking. W ogóle w hotelu panuje luźna , niewymuszona atmosfera, świetnie się tam czuliśmy, na pewno wrócimy !

Good: В готелі гарні нові номери, чудовий сніданок. Перебування тут було комфортним, всі питання вирішувалися швидко і чітко. Номер був як на фото, з видом на Дунай. Було тихо з вулиці, але з коридору були чутні звуки. 3 басейни, трохи може на вид якось застарілі, проте все одно ми добре відпочили.

Good: Люблю этот отель. Стараюсь останавливаться при каждом посещении Будапешта. Порадовала проведенная реконструкция до современного стандарта. Кухня на высшем уровне' под любые запросы. Термали чистые' удобные' лечебные идут бонусом бесплатного посещения при проживании.

Good: Супер розташування, поруч дуже багато різних видів громадського транспорту, а також супермаркет та росман. Смачний, різноманітний сніданок у форматі шведського столу. Гарний та чистий номер, особливо хочеться відмітити ідеальну звукоізоляцію, не було чуто взагалі нічого, хоча наш номер виходив видом на річку та дорогу з постійним рухом авто. Теж сподобався СПА комплекс, чотири басейни з різними температурами, на кожен смак. Bad: Єдиний мінус це душ в номері, дуже дивно сконструйований, як не ставили двері вода все одно дуже сильно виливалась на підлогу.

Good: Ci è piaciuta moltissimo la spa, con possibilità di accesso anche per i bambini (fino alle ore 20). La colazione a buffet ottima, molto abbondante (sia dolce che salata). Avevamo la mezza pensione. La cena a buffet molto abbondante e varia: piatti di carne, pesce, verdure, antipasti freddi, primi e dolci (torte e al cucchiaio). Il personale educato e gentile. Good: Lovely hotel, great staff. Bad: Hotel was lovely. We’re on 1st floor so limited views on Danube. Higher floors 3+ will have nice views.

Good: Hotel is direkt on Donau, has very nice spa and pool and breakfasr is just amazing!!! We really love it there!and if we are in Budapest we will stay in this hotel again!

Good: Номер отличный. Огромная кровать из двух кроватей. Неимоверно вкусная еда и десерты на ужин. Очень тепло . Бассейны превосходные. Удобные сауны ( отдельно в раздевалке ) даже есть центрифуга для отжима купальника. Все прекрасно и красиво. На ужин был большой ассортимент . Вкусно Bad: На ужин были десерты, но к сожалению не было чая. А запивать жирный крем пироженных , холодным шампанским , было не очень комфортно. Предложили купить чай в баре.

Good: Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά, ήσυχη περιοχή κ ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με πολυ εύκολη πρόσβαση είτε με μετρό είτε με λεωφορείο.

Good: A reggeli és a vacsora nagyon bőséges és finom volt. Bad: Nem igazán volt ilyen.

Bardzo dobry hotel, mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na rzekę. Na plus długo otwarty basen i siłownia, bez dodatkowych kosztów. Mogliśmy się zameldować już o 12:00, bo pokój był wolny oraz wymeldować się godzinę później. Jedyny minusik to średnie wyciszenie pokoju, czasami było słychać głośne rozmowy z korytarza.

Good: All the spa area is big and super clean and comfortable Staff is very nice

Bad: No one helped me from the train station to the hotel…. So I walked. They could not arrange transport. They could not give directions. I learned how to get there from some young ladies Promoting tourism.

Good: Swimming pool, food, the room

Good: Great staff, satisfying breakfast and comfortable room with an amazing bed. The only bad thing was the carpet in the room which obviously wasn't clean and nobody cleaned it during the four days of our stay. The location is far from the center but the metro and bus stations are 5 minutes away so everything was easy.

Good: Newly refurbished, clean room and bathroom with great shower, offering views of the Danube, Margaret Island and a parking lot. While ugly on the outside, the hotel provides much comfort and had a fantastic breakfast buffet. It's also very convenient to have a supermarket across the street. Bad: The location is not exactly central (although the metro is a 5 min walk) and in an ugly part of town. The "spa" is quite small.

Good: Immaculately clean, warm and comfortable, loved the pool area and the breakfasts were amazing, lots of choice, beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect.. A little way from everything but the metro is a 5 minute walk, we walked to the main area twice and it’s a lovely walk along the river, took about 40 minutes, Ubers are cheap enough and easy.. i would recommend this hotel

Absolutely a great motel. Great facilities, friendly staff, clean rooms. You can set your own a/c temperature . The pools are so nice. Meals at the Cafe are reasonable. I would recommend

Good: الفطور ممتاز ومناسب لي رغم عدم التنوع لكنه جيد وفيه خيارات وبدائل مناسبة.. وفي النهاية هو فطور ويحصل به المقصود والحمد لله.. Bad: تسجيل الدخول الساعة الثالثة حتى لو وصلت قبلها بنصف ساعة لابد أن تنتظر حتى يبدأ موعد تسجيل الدخول مع ملاحظة غروب الشمس في فبراير كان الساعة 3:58 دقيقة والجو بارد وممطر .. الأمر الثاني يوجد أصوات من الغرف المجاورة والعليا تحريك اثاث وأصوات خبط غريبة .. تجول كثير من للأشخاص في بهو الفندق بالروب المخصص لحمامات سبا رجالاً ونساءً .. اللوكيشن المخصص للفندق في موقع بوكينغ لا يوصلك إلى الباب الرئيسي للفندق ولا يوصلك إلى مواقف الفندق بل يوصلك للباب الخلفي ومواقف الجيران .. مواقف الفندق مدفوعة وليست مجانية ب12 £ لليلة.. مياه الصنبور فيها مواد كيماوية والله أعلم فلا تصلح للشرب ولا للشاي ..

Einfach super, tolle Lage zum Spazieren auch mit Hund. Hundezone direkt vor der Haustüre Wellnessbereich, Büfett unglaublich und die ungarische Charme einfach unwiderstehlich.

Good: Hotel Helia is well located on the banks of River Danube, and our room had fantastic views of the river and hilly side of Budapest. On a clear day, it was an amazing sight. The breakfast options are extensive and have all sorts of options to meet all kinds of palettes. It was sumptious enough to give you a healthy and hearty start to the day. The Hotel Spa and health facilities were amazing and exceeded my expectations. Kids love the pool, adults loved the relaxing massages and spa facilities. There is a big super market and a drogerie market right opposite to the hotel, in case you would like to choose any extras of your choice. The staff at the reception, yellow bar and the restaurant were all welcoming and went beyond to make your stay memorable. Bad: We travelled with a toddler, and it would be nice if there was a small indoor play area that little ones could enjoy while the adults are making use of the Spa facilities.Apart from this minor thing, it was an excellent stay without any issues.

Good: The view from the rooms were really nice. The breakfast had a lot of options. The restaurants at the Hotel were also good for dinner. Overall we liked our stay. Bad: Nothing that we can find during our stay. Everything was according to our expectation.

Good: Die Unterkunft ist sauber und bietet schöne Erholungsmöglichkeiten im SPA-Bereich. Auch der Sport Bereich bietet jedes Gerät, was man braucht. Bad: Veganes Frühstück ist leider schlechter/weniger geworden als vor noch ein paar Jahren.

Good: The hotel is really excellent, with great facilities, including a very relaxing spa. The breakfast was great, very good variety of food, everything was fresh. The hotel is very well located, around 30 minutes away from House of Parliament. The city center is easily accessible by bus (across the street) and subway (8-10 minutes walking). All the staff was professional and friendly. We will return to this hotel next spring.

Stayed with partner and a baby for 2 nights. Hotel has a great location near a bus stop and metro, facilities were great, pool ( kids friendly)and gym . Good breakfast and dinner. Overall a good value for money

Ein sehr schönes vier Sterne Hotel. Klar von außen sieht es dementsprechend naja aus, aber das interessiert mich nicht. Das innere so wie der Service das ist das wichtigste. Das wurde hier alles zum besten erfüllt und gegeben. Dafür bedanke ich mich. Wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon , Blick auf die Donau , wunderschön. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, das Bad etwas klein. Trotzdem alles vorhanden was ich brauchte. Das Frühstück sehr vielseitig und sehr viel Auswahl. So wie das Abendessen. Das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fuß Weg in die City , ca 4 km. Man geht genau die Donau entlang , einfach Traumhaft. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit guten Herzens weiter empfehlen.

Good: Minden rendben volt. Visszatérő vendégek vagyunk. Azért választottuk ezt a szállást, mert meg vagyunk vele elégedve. Bad: A szoba egy kicsit hűvösebb volt, mint szerettük volna.

Good: Hotel za svaku preporuku, pozicija odlična, do centra se stiže za 20 tak minuta javnim prevozom. Bazeni i fitnes centar za mene odlični. Želja da se vratim je velika i nadam se da ćemo sledeće godine ponoviti naš put. Bad: Jedina mala primedba je što je u kupatilu kada što može predstavljati problem nama starijim od 60 godina (teško je ući a teško je i izaći). Sve ostalo je izvaredno, veličina sobe, obilan doručak i mogućnost večere.
