Good: Good big rooms and nice facilities Bad: We had two rooms. The cleaning on 7 floor was ok but the cleaning was terrible on third floor. We even had shoe boxes from the last guests in the shelfs. One day no toilet paper and stains on the table and the walls all week. Last day a woman came and cleaned the tables. The breakfast had small selection

מלון נעים, נחמד, ארוחת בוקר טעימה, עשירה ומשביעה, שירות אדיב של הצוות ובעיקר של אנשי הקבלה, המלון אומנם טיפה רחוק מהמרכז, אך התחבורה הציבורית מעולה ומהירה, קצת רועש מהרחוב, בעיקר מרכבי הצלה.

Personally I had no problems with the hotel. It was a comfortable stay and a nice area of the town to, the staff is helpful and speaks english. Look alright I know there are lots of ambulances at night but that's why they give you earbuds lol if you want a trully quiet spot get one from less populated areas of it.

Very nice hotel except for room cleaning, I would give room cleanliness one star but apart from that the room is very nice and spacious

Stayed at this hotel twice. Once in 2023 and September 2025. It has had a lot of renovations and the rooms are clean. It is quite accessible to get to the town and there are also a lot of food and drink options locally. I would say that staff try and help as much as they can. Breakfast isn’t the best but that’s our personal preference

Good: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με μετρό και λεωφορεία κοντά!Άνετο και καθαρό το δωμάτιο! Bad: Το πρωινό μέτριο έλειπαν βασικά είδη,ο καφές απαίσιος!Οι πετσέτες παλιές και φθαρμένες για πέταμα και τα είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής του κιλού!Τα δωμάτια στην πλευρά της οδού Rakoczi έχουν πολύ θόρυβο!

Good: The hotel is very big, an impressive building. Bad: The shower space was very small Right next to our room there was a storage room for the maids, where they kept their utensils, vacuum cleaners and from 7 in the morning we couldn't sleep, there was a lot of noise produced by them.

Good: Amazing and polite staff and impeccably clean room.

Good: The location was good, and Hotel staff were nice It was clean Bad: The parking staff weren’t friendly; they were very strict. The hotel said they belong to a different company. They asked for more money for just a few extra hours, even though we entered the parking very late (10:30 PM), and they still counted it as a full day!

Good: Die Lage ist top. Beste Bus- u. Metroverbindungen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr vielfältig und gut. Die Tiefgarage ist super. Wir waren 8 Tage im Hotel und man behält seinen reservierten Platz die ganze Zeit. Man kann ein- und ausfahren, wann man möchte. Zwei sehr freundliche Herren an der Rezeption haben deutsch gesprochen. Wir bekamen zwei Zimmer nebeneinander. Bad: Das Hotel besitzt lt. Aussage nur 5 Zimmer mit Dusche. Die Badewanne hat leider einen sehr sehr hohen Rand, so dass das Einsteigen und Aussteigen zum Duschen nicht genz einfach war. Wir hatten vor unserer Reise mehrmals eine Mail an das Hotel geschickt mit den Fragen: 1. Spricht jemand deutsch? 2. Können wir Zimmer nah beieinander bekommen? Jedesmal wurde uns geantwortet, es wird versucht, die Wünsche zu erfüllen, es ist aber nicht sicher. Das verunsichert den Interessenten.

Hotel maravilhoso.

המקום יחסית מרכזי, שרות חדרים לא היה טוב, לא מנקים, לא מחליפים מצאים, אין בידוד בחדרים

Я не розумію чому такий занижений рейтинг?! Ми проживали добу, і все влаштувало. Ремонт хороший, номер чистий, з гарним видом, рушників та косметики було вдосталь. Сніданки супер та на любий смак. Співробітники всі привітні. Шумоізоляція не ідеальна , але і тут про відвідувачів подбали, були хороші беруші.

Good: Практически в центре. На такси 5 минут. Имеется выход прямо в паркинг. Bad: Всё нормально

Very good and amazing helpful and friendly staff

Good: L’accueil du personnel irréprochable. Grands espaces propres et agréables. Chambres spacieuses , lit confortable. Ménage fait tous les jours dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. On nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter pour le jour de notre départ ! Emplacement de l’hôtel à 2 minutes à pied de la principale ligne de métro de la ville . Très très pratique ! Bad: Je dirais que la salle de bain aurait méritée d’être un tout petit peu plus grande.

Good: La atención del hotel, las camas muy cómodas, y la ubicación. A dos paradas de autobús de todo. Bad: El ruido de la calle, y de alguna tubería. Una de las noches fue bastante molesto.

Good: My second stay here, the staff are welcoming and helpful. The location within a few mins walk of Keleti station was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent with items to suit all tastes. The one issue I had in the room when one of the electrical sockets tripped the circuit breaker, leaving the room without any lights or power was promptly dealt with by the staff. Bad: Nothing.

Good: The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good. The staff is helpful Bad: The location, but we stayed also 1 night on our way to Croatia, so it was perfect for us

Good: The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, it’s quite close to the park. We’ve had an issue with a Wi Fi, the manager has solved it. Bad: Parking lots are quite narrow and there is no direct elevator to the parking in the hotel, so it’s quite uncomfortable to get to and from the room with suitcases.

Good: Gutes preis-leistungs-verhätnis Bad: Flug hatte Verspätung...versprochener gratis Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat leider nicht geklappt !!!

Fein, wie immer! Vorallem die Lage

Séjour d'une semaine. Chambre correcte (certes tout n'est pas de dernière jeunesse pour les plus tatillons). Multiples transports en commun à proximité dont la ligne de métro 2 qui dessert le centre-ville. Le personnel est très agréable et compétent.

Strongly recommand this hotel, hart of the city and old town view.

Sehr gute Lage nahe am Bahnhof. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert

Good: Aamupala on loistava, siistit huoneet ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Bad: Ikkunat päästää äänet läpi, samoin käytävästä kuuluu hyvin huoneeseen. Huoneessa oli kyllä korvatulppia, siitä plussaa.

Good: Ogromne łóżko. Czystość. Wypasione śniadanie. Bad: Daleko jednak od centrum.

Good: Siamo stati ospiti dell'hotel per 3 notti con il nostro amico a 4 zampe. La posizione dell'hotel è veramente strategica, vicino alla metro e a molti autobus urbani. La camera molto grande, luminosa e letto molto comodo. Colazione a buffet molto ricca sia per il dolce che per il salato. Il personale della reception molto gentile e quello che ci ha accolto parlava italiano. Parcheggio in un garage dietro l'hotel a pagamento. Bad: Per il cagnolino ci hanno fatto pagare 25 euro a notte e, nonostante la sua presenza, la pulizia della camera in 3 giorni non è mai stata fatta, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani! Il cagnolino, inoltre, non era ammesso alla sala della colazione. A questo punto non riusciamo a capire il perché del pagamento di 25 euro a notte! Il bagno era molto piccolo, in 2 non ci si entrava.

Good: Camere spaziose luminose e pulite. Personale alla reception accogliente e disponibile. Posizione dell hotel ottima per tutti gli spostamenti. Ci ritornerò!

I had an excellent stay in this hotel, is very well located. The room was extremely comfortable. Had an issue with the Safe and the TV and both were promptly addressed and solved. Also the breakfast with great variety and in reasonable hours.

Lovely hotel with superb staff. Keleti train station very close.

Good: La chambre est bien équipée, pratique et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon, petit plus pour le coin local. Un grand merci à tout le personnel ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage à Budapest ! Bad: Il y avait de la poussière dans la salle de bain et sur le bureau. Ma chambre était à côté de l’office donc il y avait un peu de bruit les matins. La salle de bain est un peu petite, mais bien équipée.

Good: 150 מטר מהמטרו ,3 תחנות למרכז העיר, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ,חדר מאוד מרווח, חדר אוכל ענק . עבר שיפוץ לאחרונה, קרוב לתחנת רכבת קלטי ,ממליץ בחום. Bad: רצוי לבקש מראש חדר שלא פונה לכביש הראשי.

Good: I loved the very large and comfortable lobby and the amazing room view on the Keleti Railway station from my 7th floor. Breakfast hall was very large and the food was quite good, with lot of salted food options but very limited in terms of sweets (only some pastries and no cakes at all). Metro station was almost attached to the Hotel! Bad: Even if at the 7th floor, room was too noisy because of the outdoor traffic cars noise. the bathroom was too small and when you opened the door it hit the bathtub and you couldn't move comfortably.

Good: فندق جميل و نظيف و قريب من محطات المواصلات جميعا.. و هادئ .. و غرفه حجمها ممتاز ليست بصغيره طاقم العمل جدا متعاونين عند الحاجه اليهم اشكر طاقم الفندق جميعا Bad: الملاحظه في تنظيف الغرف لا يتم تغيير شراشف بشكل يومي .. و لايتم توفير قارورة ماء شرب بصوره يوميه..

落地住的第一家酒店，他們家的早餐很好吃，整體來這樣給五份應該不算過分，因為目前我住的這些酒店裡麪他們家提供了一次運用品還是比較多的

Good: Personal amabil, am avut și parcarea rezervata in prealabil, totul a decurs foarte ușor, am putut plăti și în euro la parcare, aviz pentru cei care tranzitează. Curățenie în cameră. Voi reveni și în viitor tot aici. Bad: Nu este negativ doar că nu am putut pleca mai devreme de ora 6, parcarea fiind închisă, am vrut sa evit aglomerația de dimineață din oraș și centură. Oricum am fost mulțumit.

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο , αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα κ φωτεινά. Η καθαριότητα ικανοποιητική!Το πρωινό τέλειο, είχε τα πάντα!Το προσωπικό ευγενικό κ εξυπηρετικό!!!!!

Good: Very nice comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The room was very spacious with good facilities - a bath and a fridge. Very good for business or leisure travellers.

Good: 1. Hotel provided a safe storage room for our bags for the morning we'd arrived prior to check-in time - we could store our luggage before exploring the city. 2. Overall experience from check-in, the room, to check-out were completely adequate. 3. Proximity to train station is excellent, just a short 5-or-so minute walk 4. Room comes with complementary tea & coffee sachets Bad: 1. Our room's carpeted floor looked like it had some deep-set stains, but it was not to the point to cause me discomfort; Could have just been frayed stitching or the sort - it hadn't bothered me enough to inspect closely. 2. The underground passage leading from hotel to train station can be a little dim and shady at night, sometimes with a group of loiterers. Can be a little alerting, but we hadn't faced any problems during the times we'd passed by as a group of men. Above-ground alternative entries to train station are available for the wary.

Good: Понравилось то что отель расположен в центре, отзывчивый приветливый персонал , очень чистые аккуратные убранный номер , всё идеально чисто , постельное подушки всё идеально чисто было , завтрак тоже был хороший. Очень удобная парковка прямо в здании. Bad: Единственное что сильно не понравилось это шумоизоляция от уличного шума всю ночь были сирены ревели моторы очень было шумно и тяжело было спать.

Good: Hotel vrelo odporúčame👍🏻 personál bol veľmi milý, ústretový,ochotný a vždy usmiaty. Raňajky boli bohaté a veľmi chutné. Hotel sa sa nachádza blízko centra, takže je ľahké dostať sa kamkoľvek.

Good: Konum olarak çok güzel, keleti tren garına, metroya ve arena mall alışveriş merkezine çok yakın istediğiniz yere ulaşım çok kolay.

Cozy room and great location. The staff are very helpful and sweet.

酒店就在高架橋邊上，靠近馬路那側的房間會比較吵。嘴邊有個大型購物中心，馬路對面有地鐵中轉站可以去河邊。總體性價比可以，早餐也算豐富

Non male come albergo , posizionato vicino alla stazione, forse la stanza troppo rumorosa nonostante la distanza dalla strada ma si sentono i rumori anche delle stanze vicine , comunque per praticità e prezzo lo consiglio.

Good: Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν. Πολύ καλό κλίμα φιλοξενίας. Ανταποκρίθηκαν σε όλα μας τα αιτήματα. Ωραίο δωμάτιο, καθαρό, άνετο. Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη το cooling station με cucumber water, lemon water και φρούτα. Bad: Πολύ κακή υπηρεσία καθαριότητας. Έμπαιναν στο δωμάτιο χωρίς τη συναίνεση μας. Καμία μέρά δεν κρεμάσαμε ο πράσινο καρτελάκι με το οποίο ζητάει ο πελάτης να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο, αλλά αυτό δεν τους σταμάτησε. Την 1η μέρα έστρωσαν τα κρεβάτια αλλά βρήκαμε τις πυτζάμες μας πεταμένες στο κομοδίνο και στη καρέκλα. Από τη 2η μέρα κ μετά στρώναμε μόνοι μας τα κρεβάτια για να αποφύγουμε την κακομεταχείριση των ρούχων μας. Παρόλα αυτά έμπαιναν και έστρωναν ξανά αλλά δεν πετούσαν τις πυτζάμες από εδώ και εκει. Το άδειο μπουκάλι από το νερό με το οποίο μας καλωσόρισε το ξενοδοχείο, δεν το μάζεψαν ποτέ, όπως και μια διάφανη σακούλα με σκουπίδια την οποία τελικά απορρίψαμε μόνοι μας (4 ημέρες διαμονή). Την τελευταία μέρα δεν άφησαν χαρτί τουαλέτας κ σαπούνι για χέρια παρόλο που είχαν τελειώσει και έπρεπε να τα ζητήσουμε από την ρεσεψιόν.
