Good: Super schönes Thermenhotel, wir waren schon oft hier und immer hat alles perfekt. Das Essen war wieder sehr lecker. Das Bad hat eine sehr warme und angenehme Raumtemperatur und das Wasser ist ebenfalls sehr warm. Ein Paradies für Kinder und Erwachsene. Zimmer sauber und groß. Neue Bar und Rezeption gefällt uns richtig gut. Wir werden wieder kommen, unser Lieblings Hotel mit besten Preisleistungsverhältnis. Bad: Lange Wartezeit beim Lift bei Stoßzeiten

Good: Wie immer ist super toll, bei euch. Da wir schon das 5mal da waren. Wir hatten diesemal unsere 7 Monaten alte Hündin dabei, was auch super geklappt hat, da es der 1 Urlaub mit Hund war! Alles sehr Hunde freundlich, eine Hundetoilette am Parkplatz und neben dem Hotel eine große Wiese mit Kotbeutel und Mistkübel. Die Hunde dürfen zwar nicht in den Speisesaal mit, aber das finde ich nicht so tragisch. Dafür dürfen sie dann mit an die Bar und in die Lobby. Auch die Hotelgäste sind alle sehr Hunde freundlich. Bad: -

Good: Alles top, Zimmer geräumig und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, zu Fuss zur Therme ca. 8 Minuten, eigener Wellness Bereich mit Handtuch Top ausgestattet, Sauna perfekt mit Tuch zum wechseln, überall in jedem Stockwerk Wasserspender aufgestellt, Trinkflasche als Geschenk im Zimmer, Essen bei All Inklusive sehr gut, ständig und viel Auswahl, Parkplatz mit Schranken. Bad: Durch die Verbindungstüre zum nächsten Zimmer hört man leider alles sehr laut. Die Gebühr pro Nacht für den Parkplatz ist mit €6 doch ziemlich hoch.

Good: Úplně vše, byli jsme nadšení. Bad: Nebylo co vytknout. Snad jen to, že do 22:00 duňela hudba až na pokoj. Nic proti zábavě nemám, spíše šlo jen o špatné seřízení hudebního aparátu.

Für Ruhe suchende keine Option. Jede Menge Kleinkinder und Heilwasser gibt es auch nicht mehr. Zimmerservice war auch mangelhaft. Essen und Bedienung waren gut. Pediküre war auch nicht verfügbar. Dadurch hat sich das Hotel als Erholungsort für mich erledigt.

Bad: Leider ist der Pool mit Außenbeleuchtung sehr veraltet und funktionieren teilweise die Düsen nicht mehr

Good: Essen und Personal sehr gut. Bad: Wc-Bad Montag in der Nacht Wasser gestanden Zimmer 603, Heizkörper im Zimmer nur halb warm und gekluckert die ganze Zeit. Am Montag den Haustechniker Bescheid gegeben,bis Donnerstag keiner erschienen um Heizkörper zu entlüften (dann hätte der Lärm aufgehört) Badezimmer-wc mit sämtlichen Handtücher Wasser aufgesaugt. Furchtbar laut,waren vis a vis cz Kinder. Lärm gemacht,am Gang herum gelaufen 🙈🙈🙈

Good: Загалом відпочинок у цьому спа-готелі залишив дуже приємні враження. Формат all inclusive справді виправдав очікування: смачна та різноманітна кухня, гарний вибір напоїв, уважний і привітний персонал, чисті та комфортні номери. Атмосфера спокійна, ідеальна для релаксу та перезавантаження. Спа-зона доглянута, процедури виконуються професійно, відчувається турбота про гостей. Водночас хочу звернути увагу на важливий момент: у готелі відсутні термальні басейни, хоча на офіційному сайті було зазначено, що вони є. Для нас це було принциповим при виборі готелю, тому цей нюанс трохи зіпсував загальне враження. Хотілося б, щоб інформація на сайті відповідала реальності. Попри це, готель можна рекомендувати для спокійного відпочинку зі спа-процедурами та сервісом “все включено”, але майбутнім гостям варто врахувати відсутність термальних басейнів.

Good: Měli jsme krásné, nově vybavené pokoje, s ledničkou, fénem, rychlovarnou konvicí a TV s plochou obrazovkou. Potěšili župany a ručníky do sauny navíc k běžným ručníkům. Jídlo bylo velmi chutné. Kromě bazénů a sauny hotel nabízí, možnost využití pingpongového stolu, herny s videohrami a bowling se 2 dráhami.

Wir haben Weihnachten in Hotel verbracht. Sehr sauber und die mitarbeiter waren sehr-sehr nett, wir wurden immer mit ein Lächeln begrüßt. Obwohl die Restaurant umgebaut wurde, die provisorische Restaurat wahr sehr gut, keine tumult und das essen sehr umfangreich und sehr gut. Im Wellnessbereich waren immer genügend liege vorhanden und sehr sauber.

Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym hotelu na kilka nocy w drodze na Chorwację. Świetny hotel, bardzo czysto. Dbają o drobne szczegóły, co nam się wyjątkowo spodobało- w pokoju mieliśmy wanienkę dla dziecka, podczas sprzątania panie zostawiały jakieś upominki dla córki oraz ulubiona maskotka zawsze była ładnie ułożona na łóżku :) Jedzenie pyszne, na stołówce czuć węgierski klimacik - fanie. Strefa spa też wspaniała zarówno dla dorosłych jak i dzieci. W dobrych pieniądzach można mieć all inclusive kilka godzin od Polski. Jedyny minus to chyba tylko lokalizacja po prostu nudna okolica, ale sam hotel super. Na pewno jeszcze kiedyś tam wrócimy. Hotel oraz obsługę - polecam

Der Service ist - wie bei allen Häusern der Danubius Gruppe, die ich bisher kenne - perfekt und unaufdringlich geräuschlos! Der Spabereich ist groß und großartig. Sowohl Kinder als auch ältere Leute fühlen sich sehr wohl. Die Verpflegung ist hervorragend. Für mich war es eine richtige Herausforderung, die eine oder andere Mahlzeit auszulassen um nicht zuzunehmen.

Good: Vše bylo opět vynikající, hotel, personál, jídlo i v dočasných prostorách. Za mě jistá volba v této oblasti. Bad: Při posledním pobytu (18.12 - 21.12.2025 jsme měli pocit snížené teploty na pokoji, ale jak jsem již psal, mohlo se jednat pouze o náš pocit. Poprvé jsme se mohli využít po rekonstrukci krytého bazénu a vířivky. Čekal jsem jak bude vyřešen prostor bazénu po léčivé vodě. Doufal jsem, že se léčivá voda vrátí zpět. Je škoda, že se tak nestalo. Je mi jasné, že vedení hotelu má k novému řešení pádné důvody.

We had very pleasant stay at Danubius hotel! This place has so much to offer. We especially liked the cleanliness, dinner menu, game room and of course the wellness. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only thing i would like to point out about the room is the heating system, radiator which you can’t adjust if it’s too hot. So we opened the window too cool down a bit. Such an energy waste. Also fitness room is a bit underwhelming, could be renovated like other parts of the hotel. Wellness area is comfortable, well equipped with different saunas and pools. Very clean. Game room was so amazing, everyone should try some of the games there! So much fun not only for the kids. Good and tasty food, can’t complain about anything really. Just to complement the duck that was served for dinner once, it was super tasty!! Thank you, we had a great time!

Bad: Wir wurde nicht informiert über kleine versteckte Kosten: wie PP Gebühr. Die Abrechnung am Ende war total unübersichtlich teils English teils Deutsch. Richtig erklären hat mir die Hotel Dame auch nicht können.

Good: Ездим семьей и друзьями не первый раз. Отель очень нравиться. После постепенного ремонта, отель стал еще лучше. Удобно, комфортно, чисто. Еда, как обычно, разнообразно, вкусно, десерты великолепны (единственное хотелось бы немного больше свежей зелени). В зоне бассейнов было очень тепло, вода в бассейнах была очень теплая. Кроме бассейна для плаванья, в нем температура воды как раз для плаванья. В номере тоже было очень тепло, приходилось открывать окно, хотя мы были в холодную погоду. Персонал дружелюбный, всегда улыбаются. Bad: В связи с ремонтом ресторана, отель временно имеет два расписания для завтраков, обедов и ужинов. При заселении нужно выбрать одно из расписаний для посещения завтраков, обедов и ужинов. Это немного не удобно, но в итоге это не помешало хорошо отдохнуть. Хотелось бы еще обратить внимание на то, что во время массажа было бы хорошо включать спокойную, расслабляющую музыку а также укрывать полотенцем части тела с которыми не работает массажист, потому что при общем массаже все таки становится прохладно.

Hotel leicht erreichbar, guter Erstkontakt, Rezeption sehr hilfreich und nett, leider hat das Hotel kein Thermalwasser - dafür muss man in die öffentliche Therme gehen und wieder Eintritt zahlen, im Hotel war ein Becken mit Aussenbereich gesperrt trotz vieler Besucher und keiner weiss warum

Good: die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, das Badezimmer sehr schön, das essen geschmacklich sehr gut, alle Getränke sind im preis inbegriffen, personal sehr freundlich und die meisten sprechen deutsch, Sauna Bereich, Zimmer alles neu renoviert worden Bad: das fitness zimmer, kleiner raum mit 3 geräten und nur 2 Steckdosen, Laufband in einem sehr mitgenommenen zustand, Fitnessraum sehr sehr weit hergeholt, es gibt eine E-ladestation die leider immer zugeparkt war, Parkplatz wird extra verrechnet

Good: I come to this hotel every year with my family. This should say it all. Bad: Since the lobby renovation, the daily rate started to be more expensive. If it continues like this, the hotel will price me out :( There are several activities for children, but unfortunately are all outside the pool area. Probably the animation team could do something in the afternoon for children in the pool area. There is plenty of space in the children's area for it.

Good: Wir waren das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen! Sehr schön ist, dass nun auch das etwas dunkle, in die JAhre gekommene Restaurant renoviert wird! Die Auslagerung des Restaurants in die Seminarräume des Hotels (dauert noch bis März2026) stört aber überhaupt nicht! Das Essen in Buffetform ist ausgezeichnet! Auch das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Ganz begeistert waren wir von dem neu renoviert / gestalteten Wellness- und Saunabreich - ist sehr schön geworden und wird SEHR sauber gehalten! Bad: Das ist jetzt kritisieren auf hohem Nivea, die Betten sind für uns etwas zu weich! Sie sind in der ertsen Nacht auch auseinander gerutscht, was aber sofort nachdem wir es an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, behoben wurde (sie sind miteinander befestigt worden)!

Good day, first of all I would like to thank you for the gifts prepared in the room. They pleased us. The newly opened pools contributed to a better well-being in the hotel wellness. The staff services are at a sufficient level, they are nice and friendly. As for the food, I think the choice of dishes could be a little more varied, I felt that the menu did not change much, even though the chefs tried to vary it. The dishes were often repeated. No, I am not complaining about the food. But if guests are there for longer than 6/7 days, they will definitely notice it themselves. Finally, one observation in our country, if disabled people park in a reserved place, they do not pay parking fees. It was not a large amount, I paid. Good: Snídaně byly vynikají, ale opakující se. Obědy, odpolední snacky a večeře byly každý den nápadité, mnoho druhů masa, ryby, mořské plody, ovoce, zelenina, dezerty. Výborná vína. Obsluha pořád uklízela stoly a donášela nápoje:-) Bad: Lepší informovanost a době jídla( snídaně, obědy apod.), museli jsme se zeptat na recepci a taky když jsme chtěli navštívit saunu, tak tak nebyl nikdo, kdo mi nám dal prostěradla......

Good: Krásne čisté izby, zmodernizovaný hotel, pekná wellness sekcia, bohatá strava. Bad: Relax miestnosti obsadené uterákmi návštevníkmi hotela aj na celý deň. Chýbala relaxačná hudba v oddychových miestnostiach.

Good: Nádherná rekonstrukce haly Bad: Spa se zavírá ve 20.00 hod. a 18.30 hod. už zaměstnanci Spa začínají uklízet běhají se smetáky zvedají rohože pro nás hosty je to docela nepříjemné. Jdete na záchod v 19.30hod. už vám nadávají, že tam nemáte co dělat je to smutné nejsme jediní kterým se to nelíbí.

Tento wellness hotel je jedným z najobĺúbenejších hotelov v Bükfürdó.Ak chcete odpočinok a relaxáciu,tak práve tento hotel to spĺňa.Izby priestranné a čisté.Jedlo vynikajúce. Doporučujem tento hotel navštíviť.

Good: Tentokráte jsme byli ubytováni na třetím podlaží a byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni, protože v září 2025 jsme byli ubytováni na šestém podlaží a měli jsme moc měkké matrace v posteli. Jinak vynikající jídlo i obsluha, příjemný obsluhující personál v jídelně i na baru. Na únor 2026 máme opět rezervaci, věříme, že budeme opět spokojeni.

Good: Navštíveno asi po sedmé. Rekonstrukce vstupní haly, baru a vnitřního bazénu je super. Hned to vypadá mnohem lépe. Čistota a jídlo super, jako vždy. Bad: Zážitkový bazén by se zasloužil rekonstrukci. Většina trysek funguje napůl. Jedno odpoledne dokonce nebyl vůbec vyhřívaný a všichni museli do vedlejšího bazénu. Vířivka také nebyla funkční, ačkoliv byla nově opravená. Teplota byla nízká a trysky nefunkční. Za nás velmi měkké matrace na pokojích - ale to je každého preference.

Good: Хорошее питание, уборка, в номерах чисто, спа Bad: Плохая звукоизоляция, пропало отопление. Можно начинать уборку немного позже

Wir waren vom 3 bis 5 November im Hotel. Sehr schöne Zimmer gutes Essen( das Essen hätte warmer sein können) Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen in Buffetform gute Auswahl Möglichkeiten. Nachmittags Snacks gab es auch. Was Sehr schade war das die Heizkörper im Bad und im Zimmer nicht funktioniert haben ( wobei es draußen in der Nacht unter 10 Grad waren) so wurden die Badesachen nicht trocken. Weiters wäre eine Information hilfreich gewesen das am Dienstag rohe bei der Heizung getauscht würden das, dazu führte das das Wasser im Pool ( Sehr kühl war) und nicht so wie am Sonntag und Montag warm war Aber trotzdem ist das All inklusive Hotel zum Empfehlen.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe das erste Mal im Danubius Hotel Bük und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Vom Rezeptionspersonal bis hin zum Servicepersonal und die Putzdamen waren alle überaus freundlich. Das Essen war erstaunlicherweise sehr gut - für All-Inclusive echt lecker und frisch gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und richtig schön. Überrascht haben uns die Wasserflaschen, die uns als Geschenk im Zimmer gegeben wurden und überall die Möglichkeit hatten, diese aufzufüllen. Alles in allem war es super. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) fühlen uns wohl, es ist für alle was dabei. das Essen schmeckt, die Zimmer sind geräumig mit Balkon, die Betten bequem, die Pools sind für jedes Bedürfnis vorhanden, Schwimmen Entspannen, Erlebnis und Spielen.
