Das Danubius Hotel Rába ist einfach fantastisch! Der charmante Stil des Hotels verleiht ihm eine einladende Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer bereit, den Gästen zu helfen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf die Umgebung. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da es sich in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants befindet. Das hoteleigene Restaurant verwöhnt die Gäste mit köstlichen Speisen, und das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Der Wellnessbereich bietet Entspannung pur mit seinen erstklassigen Einrichtungen wie Sauna und Pool. Das Danubius Hotel Rába ist definitiv eine hervorragende Wahl für einen angenehmen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Good: Optimal location Very clean Nice view to the beautiful and iconic Imperial building from my room on the 4th floor. Air conditioner worked perfectly and was quiet. Mini bar is a silent one and one can store fruits, drinks etc.in there. Bad: As is almost always the case in Hungary the sense of hospitality is missing. I was given a late check out (at noon instead of 11 am) but the staff were unaware of it in spite of me asking the receptionist to make sure my key is reprogrammed so I can enter the room easily at 11:30 am. I was called and door was knocked when I was in the shower to checkout. This unnecessary drama is typical in Hungary where empathy is often lacking and the locals think they are out to educate tourists (I travelled to places many of them never even heard of so they shouldn't assume I don't know what check out time is). There are no free water bottles in the room though it is July and the temperature is often in the high 30's celsius. These are not major problems but they are enough for me to deduct one star.

Good: Very clean room, everything you need, clean towels, two each. Very nice reception staff. You can enjoy a cold beer, a wine, a water upon arrival, even if it is after midnight. The room is very well soundproofed. Bad: The toilets should only be replaced for their shape, which is not ready for 2023

Good: Hotel přímo v centru. Hned vedle pěší zóny. Peed hotel je městské parkoviště za pár korun. Snídaně bohatá. Bad: Postele krásné, jen v noci klouzali po podlaze. Koupelna uz je vidět, že má neco za sebou, ale delaji postupně rekonstrukci hotelu, neboť v I. a II. patře probíhaly stavební práce, což nebylo ale slyšet.

Good: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 100 m do jednego z deptaków na ul. B. Gabor, parking przy hotelu w prawdzie płatny ale nie drogi i najczęściej jest wolne miejsce. Bad: Pokój od strony głównej ulicy to ładny widok ale okupiony małym hałasem. Parkowanie tylko na 2 godz. więc trzeba co 2 godz. przedłużać, na szczęście 18-8 (weekend 20-8) bezpłatny.

Good: big room, comfortable for a family of 4. beautiful view from level 6. Bad: that our 21-month-old could open the room door as the internal lock didn't work and the balcony door dis not have any child lock/safety lock on it. We asked for the room to be cleaned on day 2, but only beds were made. all rubbish was left there, which i even put in bags and together. yes, it was smelly as we had food and nappies.

Good: El hotel nos resultó muy conveniente por su localización al comienzo del centro histórico, muy bien conservado por cierto, y muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobús. Nos sorprendió el desayuno porque esperábamos algo mas sencillo pero nos encontramos, ademas de entre los habituales platos calientes, con panes rebozados y un dulce de arroz con leche que le echabas chocolate en polvo por encima y estaba muy rico. Una sorpresa que repetimos varias veces. Volvería al hotel solo por el desayuno.

Good: Hotel très bien situé en bordure du magnifique centre historique de Gyor.Immeuble années 70 mais refait à neuf.Spacieux et pratique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Bad: Salle de bain à l'ancienne, parking complet à notre arrivée vers 18h.

Sehr nettes Personal, die Zimmer sind gross und gut eingerichtet. Frühstück war auch reichhaltig. Gerne wieder.

Good: Das Hotel hat eine Zentrallage, nahe am Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist relativ komfortabel. Bad: Der Straßenlärm ließ sich nicht ganz ausfiltern.

Good: We visited Györ for our friend's wedding and so the central location of the hotel helped us a lot. The staff were absolutely brilliant, very helpful and polite. We were even provided with umbrellas which was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Györ!!! Bad: Everything was amazing, I have only great memories from my stay at this hotel.

Good: The hotel is in the perfect location of the city centre. The breakfasts were really amazing, a plentiful selection of delicious foods in a nice dining room. The environment of the hotel is really pleasant and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Bad: Some of the hotel's equipment is quite old and in need of renovation - which was happening during our stay. We were disturbed every morning by the sounds of drills and hammers from the workers above us, but that is quite expected and I'm sure that after the renovation is complete, the hotel will be perfect.

Alles in allem ein schön gelegenes, älteres Hotel. Die Zimmergröße stimmt, die Sauberkeit und der Service auch. Ich war dort eine Nacht auf der Durchreise untergeberacht. Ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Good: The 1970s fitted room provided high standards of comfort in all respects.The fittings were functionally perfect- large empty fridge, huge safe with very simple operation( no pushbuttons),plenty of coathooks on wall,storage in bedside cabinets as well as wardrobe. The aircon was powerful and fully controllable,and there was a large french window which kept out most of the traffic noise . For its size ,the bathroom was perfect,with a bath ans good size basin.The WC had a most powerful flush. Reception staff were alert,polite ,and useful.The whole place seemed well run,and all the fire precautions appeared correct.The lifts are exceptionally fast. Bad: The breakfast had the usual problem of lots of strange fruit infusions remaining after the actual TEA supplies had run out.There were no croissants and on some days the fruit salad was tinned.Perhaps breakfast should be priced a little higher. I am VERY concerned about the renovations taking place on two floors.I suspect that the rooms will be “ modernised” in appearance but made functionally almost useless to me - i.e. no bath,scanty furniture,bad lighting etc.

Good: La excelente amabilidad del chico de recepción. Nos atendió genial y empatizó con nosotros al no poder dormir una noche antes y no la cobró. Pocos hoteles hacen eso. El trato es genial. Bad: Todo estuvo bien. Ninguna queja.

Good: Wir kannten das Objekt schon von früheren Besuchen in Györ und stellen fest: Alles Gute wurde bewahrt und wir machten auch bei unserem kürzlichen Besuch nur gute Erfahrung. Bad: Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend. Wenn es nur mehr Hotels mit diesen Qualitäten und Preisen gäbe!

Das Hotel ist zwar alt, aber sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir waren auf der Durchreise auf unserem Jakobsweg und haben uns sehr über das gemütliche Bett gefreut. Es war sehr erholsam und wir haben dann eine Nacht verlängert, um unseren Füßen eine kleine Pause zu gönnen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, nett und freundlich. Vielleicht sind unsere Ansprüche nicht so hoch gesteckt, aber für uns war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Man sagt: der Tourist fordert, der Pilger dankt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nice hotel close to the train station. Rooms were clean and well heated. Was nice also to have a bath in the bathroom. We were able to store our luggage after checking out which was helpful!

Good: Skvělá lokalita v blízkosti nádraží a zároveň nedaleko historického centra města. Výhled z okna na místní nádhernou radnici. Komunikace na recepci ve slovenštině. Bohaté snídaně podávané v dlouhém časovém intervalu... Bad: Nezaznamenali jsme nic, co by stálo za zmínku.

Good: Wir waren vom Hotel und der Ausstattung sehr überrascht. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Wir hatten unsere Fenster auf die Straßenseite und waren auch über die ruhige Lage sehr erfreut.😉👍 Bad: Nur das Wetter war etwas regnerisch, das Hotel war echt ok.

Good: Хотелът е разположен в центъра на Гьор. Много удобно за туристическа обиколка на забележителностите. Отседнахме в джуниър суит, в който имаше всичко необходимо. Просторно помещение за трима души. Удобно и комфортно. Бихме се върнали отново.

Good: Ich besuche das Hotel seit ca. 30 Jahren fast jedes Jahr mehrmals. Davon abgesehen, dass irgendwann die Hotelbar geschlossen worden ist, hat das Hotel sein hohes Niveau gehalten, was in der heutigen Zeit leider sehr selten geworden ist ! Bad: Hotelbar geschlossen !

Good: La chambre avec un salon et un couloir était spacieuse. Le lit a été très confortable et la vue sur la ville très belle et à 180 degrés. Bad: Le premier jour nous avons garé la voiture sur le parking situé devant l’hôtel. Le deuxième jour, nous avons trouvé une place plus loin car le parking de l’hôtel était plein et les places situées devant l’hôtel étaient toutes occupées.

Good: Etwas besseres findet man in Györ bestimmt nicht. wir sind Stammgäste und werden auch bleiben. Super Lage, alles in der Nähe. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, oder ein Parkhaus etwa 350 Meter/3 Euro/Tag. Die Fußgängerzone beginnt direkt am Hotel. 25 Meter rechts ist die Wechselstube, gegenüber ein Tabak und Getränkemarkt, Cocktail Bar und ein Super Imbiss Laden, Gyros & Pizza auch to Go, 250 Meter ein Drogeriemarkt, Mc Donalds, KFC, und viele Restaurants und Bierstuben. Ein Shoppingcenter auf 3 Etagen, Árkàd Györ ist etwa 1,2 km entfernt, Das Personal ist sehr nett und jederzeit Hilfsbereit. Bad: Da kann ich nichts reinschreiben
