Recenze hostů Danubius Hotel Helia

Do Maďarska jezdíme často. Byli jsme několikrát v Sárváru, Büku, Hevízu, v Budapešti na Markétině ostrově 4x a nyní jsme vyzkoušeli hotel Helia. Nevěděli jsme co očekávat, recenze , jak to tak bývá, byly některé dobré a některé zase špatné. No, my byli opravdu zvědaví, co nás čeká. Hotel je nádherný, má skvělou polohu. Do města se dostanete autobusem za pár minut. Zastávka je pár kroků od hotelu. Personál je neutrální, není ani nepříjemný, ale také ne úplně milý. Snídaně jsou v Ensaně standardně na velmi dobré úrovni, a zde se to potvrdilo, byly výborné! Fungoval i servis a to díky tomu, že zde mají učňovské středisko. To třeba na Markétině ostrově značně pokulhávalo. Bazény nádherné, voda skvělá a čistá. Prostředí udržované, v tomto ohledu nebylo co vytknout. Jediné, co rušilo tu skvělou atmosféru, byli hlučné děti, které měli kupodivu přístup i do teplých bazénů, což v jiných hotelech mají lépe ošetřené. I zde by měli v tomto zapracovat, když relaxuje že, tak není příjemné poslouchat hlučící děti jezdící kolem vás na madračce! Plavčík byl v klidu, nezasáhl. 😟. Co se týče ubytování, i zde se potvrdil standard Ensany. Byloi čisto, teplo , tak co vytknout? Už vim😁, madrace! Ty jsou opravdu špatné. Jsou velmi proleželé, nějakým záhadným způsobem jsem z nich sklouzával. Ale to je opravdu jediné, a není důvod si tím kazit dovolenou. Závěrem bych napsal že jsme v Budapešti prožili krásný víkend a do Maďarska a Helie se řadí vrátíme!! 🇭🇺👌

Good: Minden jó volt. Rendszeresen visszatérő vendégek vagyunk, ha Budapesten kell megszállnunk, csak ide jövünk. Jó az ellátás, kedves a személyzet, jó a közlekedés innen. Elégedettek vagyunk. Bad: Nincs ilyen.

Good: Clean and nice rooms with superb view to the Danube River. The breakfast was top. Very nice pool facilities. Everything was super! Bad: I would have preferred a location closer to the city centre, but the bus stops were just a short walk away and the buses ran very frequently, so getting around was really easy.

Good: Personal, Lage, Wellness

Konferencián vettünk részt, teljesen rendben volt hely, tisztaság volt, finom volt az ételkínat.

Good: Doskonałe śniadanka, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, bardzo szeroki wybór na zimno, na ciepło, fit, itp zarówno jedzenia jak i picia. Restauracja czyściutka - stoły, krzesełka...Dużo obsługi sprzątającej, kelnerów, kucharzy. Wystrój całego hotelu nowoczesny -na ciepło i ze smakiem. Wszędzie bardzo czysto, bez plam na wykładzinach. Pokoje bardzo czyste na co najbardziej zwracam uwagę, małe lecz w "dwójce" zmieścił się nawet stoliczek z dwoma krzesełkami, widok na Dunaj-wspaniały, jedyny minus to brak balkonu jeśli by ktoś bardzo potrzebował. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie . Strefa basenowa czysta do godz. 22. Bad: Dwa razy osoba sprzątająca nie opróżniła nam kosza na śmieci ale to nie wpłynęło na moją opinię. Na zapytanie skierowane do hotelu czy możemy zamienić śniadanie w dniu wyjazdu na kolację w dniu przyjazdu za dopłatą, otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź ,że tak i dopłata to 17,50 euro/1 osobę jednak w recepcji kazano nam zapłacić po 30 euro od osoby i nasze starania w oparciu o korespondencję z hotelem nie zostały uwzględnione. Napisaliśmy do hotelu ,że jest problem z naszą kolacją-otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź ,że przekazano tę informację do recepcji. Niestety to nie zadziałało. Ostatecznie nie skorzystaliśmy z tej kolacji, nie ze względu na cenę tylko na brak konsekwencji hotelu w tym co pisze. I to jest jeden duży MINUS.

Good: Ich hatte ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau und die Budaer Berge. Der Wellnessbereich war auch super. Komme gerne wieder. Bad: alles 9k

Good: La chambre était très bien et propre. Dans la réservation, c'était marqué que la chambre avait été rénovée. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Le hall très joli, et la proximité de l'hôtel avec les transports en commun, très appréciable. Par contre, la piscine jacuzzi était fermée pour travaux (que je mentionne dans les points négatifs). À la réception, j'ai fait part de ma déception et j'ai demandé s'il y avait une compensation qui était prévue. Qui ne tente rien n'a rien, ils nous ont offert le repas au buffet du soir. Très appréciable et professionnelle. De manière générale, c'était très bien, je le conseille pour un court ou long séjour. Bad: Quelques petits ratés lors du petit-déjeuner, mais rien de grave. A table, à peine je finissais mon assiette, tout de suite ils la récupéraient. C'était un peu oppressant, des fois j'avais encore en bouche ma dernière bouchée. Mais le pire, c'est quand on s'est levée pour refaire un café, la place avait entièrement été débarrassée (verres d'eau, mon paquet de mouchoirs, fruits non entamés). Tout ça en l'espace d'un café à la machine à côté. Un peu d'observation de la part des serveurs aurait été appréciable, en sachant qu'il n'y avait pas encore beaucoup de monde, nous allions prendre le petit déjeuner avant 08h du matin avec mon amie. La piscine jacuzzi fermée pour travaux était une déception (on n'avait pas été averti via Booking) et c'était l'un des critères de sélection de l'hôtel pour moi et ma copine. Les travaux vont durer jusqu'à mi-octobre au moins, si jamais (voir les dates sur leur site officiel. D'autres travaux sont prévus en 2027 aussi). Le check-out expéditif, c'est la première fois que dans un hôtel on ne me demande pas comment s'est passé mon séjour. De la part d'un 4 étoiles ce sont des petits détails mais qui ont leur importance.

Eight nights in Longstay Apartment. Room was great - spacious and quiet! Kitchen had everything you could need including soap, dishwasher pods and salt/pepper (maybe a glass pan to use in the oven would be the one thing to add), 1.5 bathrooms, very comfortable bed, washer/dryer combo (with detergent pods provided), nice sitting area, excellent shower and separate bathtub, robes/slippers, soap, shampoo (no conditioner) and a lovely balcony overlooking the Danube. We ate on the balcony several nights (cooked or got pizza from Angel Pizza nearby). We always looked forward to the excellent choice at breakfast (especially the scrambled eggs - very good!). The jacuzzi and spa area were well maintained and we spent time there every day. As stated in other reviews location is outside the main tourist zone - so just be aware of that. There is a Prima grocery across the street, bus 75 and 15 stop right by the hotel and metro 3 is a 5-6 min walk (or one stop on bus 75 or 79) to get you anywhere you need to go. Staff was great!

Good: Könnyen megközelíthető, modern, felszerelt, tiszta, nagyon kedves személyzet. Jó élményekkel távoztunk. Bad: Nem a szálloda tehet róla, hanem a kevésbé empata szobaszomszéd, így csak zárójeles megjegyzés. A szomszéd szobában egész éjszaka üvöltött a tv, többször ébredtünk rá. Ezt szívesen kihagytuk volna. 🙈

Good: A szálloda magas színvonalú szolgáltatásokat nyújt. Kényelmes szobák, kiváló konyha, udvarias személyzet, nagy wellness. Közel a belvároshoz, de mégis nyugodt környezetben. Mindezekből kiemelem a személyzet kedvességét, és a finom ételeket. Nagyon jól esett a vacsoránál a fogadóital és az, hogy kérés nélkül ivóvizet is szolgáltak fel. Bad: Kicsit szűk a fürdőszoba.

Good: Locatia frumoasa si usor accesibila, langa mijloace de transport in comun.Curatenie, si un mic dejun extraordinar. Bad: Extrem de galagios.Peretii, usile sunt inexistente parca.Mai ales camerele care au usa comuna.Ai impresia ca esti cu ceilalti in camera.Cred ca ar trebui lucrat la antifonarea usilor sa nu mai auzi orice se intampla pe hol sau in camera alaturata.De asemenea plata parcarii…15 euro, mi se pare foarte mult, in contextul in care esti cazat acolo…Frigiderul din camera este gol, insa este conectat la curent…face doar galagie.

Good: Pokoj se nacházel v nejvyšším patře s úžasným výhledem na řeku a Margaretin ostrov. Vše bylo čisté a moderní. Snídaně bohaté. Do centra se dalo popojet hromadnou dopravou celkem snadno. Krásný pobyt.

Good: Micul dejun bogat, paturi confortabile, priveliște frumoasa către râu, stații in apropiere. Bad: La ultimul etaj, șase, geamul era blocat probabil din motive de siguranță si doar un geam mic pentru aerisire.

Good: Great room, amazing restaurant. A little pricey but it's a hotel and the taste was great. Bad: Double service fees for no reason.

Good: Pěkný, moderní hotel. Poloha nedaleko centra, dopravní obslužnost velmi dobrá. Personál příjemný a ochotný. Snídaně dobrá, každý si vybere. Ve wellness centru 3 různě teplé bazény, spokojenost. Bad: Kliomatizace na pokoji jela na plný výkon, ale nebylo to znát. Bylo tam horko.

Good: Duży wybór na śniadaniu Bad: Remont basenu

Good: Essen super lecker, kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag, alles Sauber, Bett bequem, Kissen auch, SUPER Aussicht auf die Donau mit Sonnenuntergang. Metro und Bus nicht weit, Fußläufig zur Donaupromenade, Supermarkt vor dem Hotel. Personal sehr hilfreich, gutes english, auch ein bisschen deutsch. Bad: sehr weit vom Flughafen weg, viel umsteigen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (dafür aber ruhe)

Good: A hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent staff. Breakfast was the best I have ever seen offered in a hotel with a wide variety of choices. Well equipped gym and a nice spa. Bad: Everything was great. The only thing which was a slight issue that there was no place to dry wet swimming suits and bathrobes after a spa day in the room.

Good: Sehr gut gelegen, sowohl zum Flughafen als auch zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Zimmer war gut, Frühstück und Abendessen hatten eine gute Auswahl. Zum Abendessen gab es immer einen Sekt kostenlos, beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es Omeletts etc. die frisch zubereitet wurden. Alles in allem eine gute und große Auswahl. Der Wellnessbereich ist ok, man kann Anwendungen buchen, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great everyday. The spa was great, sauna was amazing I was there on my birthday, they took the time to deliver chocolate to my room and a glass of champagne at dinner. I had a Danube river view balcony room. I highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel at a nice location. The breakfast service is amazing, and the personnel always ready to help. Couldn’t find anything to complain about.

Good: Great location and facilities. Gym was well equipped. We loved the swimming pool with warm water. Excellent breakfast. Kind staff. Bad: At check in we were told that the breakfast was till 11AM. We were not told that it applies only Friday till Sunday, and other days its tilk 10AM. So on Monday we came at 10:05 for breakfast and the staff were already removing the items. We were able to grab only a few items that were still not removed. And we were not the only ones. There were other guests who were also misinformed.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel e devo dire che il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Accoglienza impeccabile da parte del personale della reception. Giovani e sorridenti. Camera ampia, pulita e con un' affaccio stupendo sul Danubio. Spa con 4 piscine con acqua riscaldata fino a 38 gradi e idromassaggio. Sauna e spogliatoi. Colazione varia e molto buona. Difficilmente ho trovato una così ampia varietà di cibo. Vasto assortimento di frutta secca. La posizione secondo me è perfetta, difronte all' hotel si possono trovare la linea 75 che da un lato porta verso il centro e dall' altro porta verso la metro è verso le terme. Consiglio vivamente a tutti.

The hotel itself is fantastic, and has clean, modern rooms, and many ammenities. The location is a bit north of much of the "touristy" activities and the "town" so evrythign is a cab ride or bus ride.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend stupendo, la camera con vista era veramente suggestiva , pulita e accogliente. Colazione abbondante e varia, ovviamente noi italiani non saremo mai soddisfatti del caffè e del cappuccino ma tutto il resto era buonissimo. Area benessere con vasche di diverse temperature e idromassaggio,super dopo una giornata di cammino. Servizio in camera veloce e cibo buonissimo. Il personale della reception giovane , sorridente cordiale e paziente. Servizio di deposito bagagli molto comodo e collegamenti con mezzi pubblici ottimo. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Good: Hotel pulito, confortevole e ben organizzato. Staff gentile, giovane e molto educato. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di passare 2 notti in questo hotel dove abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi. La colazione buonissima con moltissima scelta, il servizio in camera con una cena strepitosa e abbondante e infine la spa con piscine riscaldate e idromassaggio. La posizione è strategica per ogni attività. È collegato benissimo per chi come noi aveva prenotato anche le terme e la crociera sul Danubio. Perfetto anche per raggiungere il centro con una Metro a 500 MT. Bad: Potrebbero ristrutturare anche la facciata.

Good: Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Donau. Hotel sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Zimmer wurden täglich gemacht. Personal sehr nett und achtsam. Frühstück lecker. Auch Abendessen im Bistro unerwartet positiv zubereitet. Auto einfach am Hotel zu parken. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder. Bad: -

Good: 1 km from the centre in a quiet part of the city. Island an centre can be easily reached walking along the Donau. Super breakfast. Nice hotel. Refurbished mostly. Excellent value. Take the rooms with dDonau view. Superb views.

Good: Śniadania wyśmienite, pokój z pięknym widokiem na Dunaj, basen i sauna w cenie. Polecam.

Odporučam vsetkymi desiatimi

Good: Clean room, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Bad: Couldn't sleep until late night, because it was a wedding on the same floor as our room and the music was very loud.

Good: Παραμονή στο Dunabius hotel Hellia.. Εξαιρετική.. το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν με καλά Αγγλικά έτοιμοι να δώσουν πληροφορίες σε ότι τους ζητηθεί.. Το δωμάτιο όπως και οι χώροι καθαροί.. το πρωινό πολύ καλό. Θα το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε οποιοδήποτε θέλει να επισκεφθεί την Βουδαπέστη.. Επίσης οι παροχές spa Πολύ καλές

Hotel je super, povezan je sa javnim prijevozom pa ste jako brzo u centru. Mozete i pjeske uz Dunav, cca 40min.laganog hoda. Hotel ima veliki parking, kao gosti mi ga nismo placali iako je pisalo 15€ dan. Dorucak je savršen, bilo je svega sto pozelite. Sobe su dovoljne velicine, sa našeg balkona se pružao prekrasan pogled na Dunav.

Good: Kiemelkedő a pincérek hozzállása, ami különösen a vacsoránál érződött. Plusz a welcome frissítő. Továbbá nagy pozitívum, hogy a Ensana Thermal hotel wellness része is használható. És természetesen nagyon örültünk a felújított szobának. Bad: A wellness állapota. A szobában itt-ott porréteg állt. A recepción nem mindig éreztem a négy csillagos hotelhez illő hozzáállast.

Good: Breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and room was awesome. Relaxing stay. Bad: No milk supplied with coffee sachets in room.

Good: Propreté, design moderne mais les chambres sont petites. Bad: Je n'ai pas aimé que les gens ne se douchent pas avant l'entrée dans les bains et la piscine. Il y a une petite pancarte qui invite les gens à se doucher, mais les responsables sur place ne rappelent pas les gens à l'ordre.

Good: Schöne Lage um an der Donau zu spazieren oder joggen. Mit dem Bus 15 oder 75 ist man rasch im Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück war gut und man konnte Omeletten bestellen an der Theke. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und grosszügig vom Platz her. Bad: Nichts zu bemängeln

Good: El desayuno muy bueno todo, el spa bastante bien, buena limpieza. Bad: La ubicación un poco alejada del "jaleo". La cama no era muy cómoda. Las almohadas no había por donde cogerlas

Good: Nette Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Gute Lage. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Bad: Wir hatten am Sonntag einen Halbmarathon und mussten früh Frühstücken, so konnten wir ein Frühstückbag bestellen, das war auch bereit mit einem Wasser. Als wir noch um ein zweites fragten wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir für ein 2dl Wasser 3,5 Euro bezahlen mussten und das obwohl wir Frühstücksbuffet bezahlt haben, dass war kleinlich.

Good: The rooms are clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The fact that is about 20 minutes from the city centre is a big bonus. Commuting is convenient with the bus stop and metro just a five-minute walk from the hotel. Bad: Everything was great, but extending the bistro's hours until 11:00 PM would be highly convenient for late-arriving guests looking for a quick snack or coffee.

Good: Kényelmes matracokon élmény az alvás. A pipere cikkek illata nagyon kellemes. Bad: A közlekedő folyosók szélei, sarkai illetve a szobák ajtaja előtti szőnyeg részek kezdenek lekoszolódni. Porszívózást oda is szükséges lenne alkalmazni.

Good: A személyzet nagyon rendes volt! A recepciosok is meg a takarótók is Bad: Tényleg nem tudok olyat mondani ami nem tetszett talán az hogy a büfében 2 mini sütemény több mint 5 ezer volt

Some of the guest are jet lagged and trying to rest Also why do maintenance on the pools on a Sunday was not smart out last day there we could not use the facilities

Good: Confortabil, facilitățile de spa. Micul dejun excelent. Bad: Un pic departe de centrul orașului.

Good: Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast (though it’s the same on all days) Bad: Very rude staff especially those working at the Bar who don’t respect or respond to your questions. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights but the toiletries weren’t given or replaced - had to adjust with one day’s toiletries all 4 nights. Spa was also mediocre.

8.5/10. Grande et jolie chambre bien refaite mais le matelas est bien trop ferme. Il y a du rangement, un frigo bien frais et une grande bouteille d'eau renouvelée tous les jours. La salle de bain est très petite mais fonctionnelle. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Petit déjeuner complet et bon mais pas assez varié sur les produits sucrés et rien de très local. Verre d'accueil offert au bar à l'arrivée pour chaque personne. Le spa est très bien avec super sauna et hammam (dommage qu'ils aient été en maintenance un jour de notre séjour, on nous a proposé d'aller dans un autre hôtel mais il était à une bonne demie heure à pied!). Le gros point faible de l'hôtel est son emplacement très éloigné du centre (30min du Parlement, 45min de la Basilique et 1h du Château).

Good: Strategická poloha hotelu pro výlety, zastávka MHD přímo u hotelu, pokoje perfektně čisté, vše moderní. Extrémně pohodlná postel, skvělé zatemnění i odhlučnění pokoje. Snídaně vynikající, velmi pestrá, každý den bylo kromě standardních věcí v nabídce něco navíc. Všechen personál ochotný, usměvavý, angličtina bez problémů. Sluneční zahrada, bazény, recepce 24/7. Hotel je tak velký, že si každý najde místečko na odpočinek a relax, kterých je v lobby hotelu i v okolí velké množství. Prostě vše v topu! Jen jedna malinká chybička byla, že pokoj nebyl uklizený každý den a hygienické potřeby nebyly doplněny, což by u hotelu tohoto typu měl být standard.

Good: Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was nicely located. Room was very comfortable and sufficient water provided in room for the hot weather. The breakfast was wonderful with do much to pick from. There was choice of eggs; scrambled, fried, omlette, boiled. Variety of juices, coffees, teas, bread, fresh fruit. Absolutely delightful food at the restaurant and service late into the night. Wondergul experience! Bad: Did not get my river view room I paid for for first 2 nights! On 3rd and last night got the view.

Good: Very friendly and polite staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I do recommend it and i already did to others! Bad: Lobby looks a bit old, leather couches could ve replaced, but overall a very nice hotel

Good: Lokalita pri Dunaji, blízkosť MHD, metro do 10 minút pešo. Milý personál, čistota. Potešila ma možnosť priplatiť si polpenziu. Solídne vybavené fitness centrum, wellness ok. Bad: Zatvorený plavecký bazén

Good: Superbe hôtel et personnel très pro. L'extérieur commence à faire un peu vieillot mais l'intérieur est moderne et agréable. Les chambres sont bien isolées et il y a beaucoup de monde, parfois les gens ne respectent pas trop les autres et peuvent être sales ou bruyants mais le personnel de l'hôtel est très réactif et arrive à trouver des solutions. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. L'hôtel est peu excentré du centre ville, ce qui lui confère beaucoup de calme au bord du Danube où on peut rejoindre le centre ville ou l'île Margaret en face en une dizaine de minutes en transports.

Good: the staff Bad: the amenities in the shower are quite dangerous… hit me knee on the shelf where the shower gel is stored and cut myself, had to get stitches in a hospital. but the stuff was very friendly and I got a refund for the cost of the doctor.
