Recenze hostů Danubius Hotel Helia

Do Maďarska jezdíme často. Byli jsme několikrát v Sárváru, Büku, Hevízu, v Budapešti na Markétině ostrově 4x a nyní jsme vyzkoušeli hotel Helia. Nevěděli jsme co očekávat, recenze , jak to tak bývá, byly některé dobré a některé zase špatné. No, my byli opravdu zvědaví, co nás čeká. Hotel je nádherný, má skvělou polohu. Do města se dostanete autobusem za pár minut. Zastávka je pár kroků od hotelu. Personál je neutrální, není ani nepříjemný, ale také ne úplně milý. Snídaně jsou v Ensaně standardně na velmi dobré úrovni, a zde se to potvrdilo, byly výborné! Fungoval i servis a to díky tomu, že zde mají učňovské středisko. To třeba na Markétině ostrově značně pokulhávalo. Bazény nádherné, voda skvělá a čistá. Prostředí udržované, v tomto ohledu nebylo co vytknout. Jediné, co rušilo tu skvělou atmosféru, byli hlučné děti, které měli kupodivu přístup i do teplých bazénů, což v jiných hotelech mají lépe ošetřené. I zde by měli v tomto zapracovat, když relaxuje že, tak není příjemné poslouchat hlučící děti jezdící kolem vás na madračce! Plavčík byl v klidu, nezasáhl. 😟. Co se týče ubytování, i zde se potvrdil standard Ensany. Byloi čisto, teplo , tak co vytknout? Už vim😁, madrace! Ty jsou opravdu špatné. Jsou velmi proleželé, nějakým záhadným způsobem jsem z nich sklouzával. Ale to je opravdu jediné, a není důvod si tím kazit dovolenou. Závěrem bych napsal že jsme v Budapešti prožili krásný víkend a do Maďarska a Helie se řadí vrátíme!! 🇭🇺👌

Good: Menili nám uteráky každý deň a všade bolo čisto a pekne voňalo. Raňajky a wellness taktiež vynikajúce. Bad: Trošku to čakanie na výťahy. Ale nebol to extrémny problém.

Good: Személyzet hozzáállása mindenhez. Ételek tökéletesek, tisztaság van és maximális odafigyelés. Bad: Nem volt semmi gondunk. :)

Good: Raňajky boli senzačne. Bad: Veľmi hlučné okolie

Good: Lugar maravilhoso, café da manhã sensacional. O centro de bem estar magnifico.

Good: Dobrá poloha v rámci mesta - blízko k Dunaju, jednoduchosť cestovania do centra taxíkom či pešo. Dlho otvorené wellness 7-22:00 - bazén, sauna, fitness. Pohodlné lobby, príjemná obsluha. Pestrý výber jedla v rámci bufetu na raňajky / aj keď sa ponúka veľmi neobmieňa, bolo si stále z čoho vybrať. Bad: Niektoré časti hotela majú zub času. Pre niekoho možno stiesnenejšie priestory na izbe a v kúpeľni. V kúpeľni s toaletou nebolo možné zapnúť samostatne odvetravanie.

Good: This was my next visit to this hotel and I was satisfied as before. The staff is very helpful, the facilities are modern and the spa is perfect. Will come back again. Bad: I don't have anything specific to say here. However, it is always a way to improve.

Good: V tomto hoteli sme boli druhýkrát a určite nie naposledy, hneď sme si chceli rezervovať Silvester, ale už je neskoro!!! Na budúci rok budeme šikovnejší. Boli sme veľmi spokojní a ďakujeme všektmým. Bad: Všetko bolo veľmi dobré.

Good: I came back again as the hotel is good and comfortable. Large parking, good spa, restaurant, etc. I believe I am already supposed to be the frequent client of this hotel network, however, I was not informed about this 😄 Bad: Nothing to add here.

Good: Párommal már 2x is megszálltunk itt, mert nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel az első alkalommal is. Dunára néző szobát foglaltunk, a kilátás csodás volt, a szoba felújított, tiszta, minden részletre figyeltek (törölközők, papucs, köntös, stb.,alig kellett vinnünk valamit). Az egész hely nagyon igényesen lett kialakítva, akár egy hetet is el lehet itt tölteni. Maximálisan elégedettek voltunk a személyzettel is, kedvesek voltak és figyelmesek. Nálunk a reggeli benne volt az árban, de vacsorázni is itt vacsoráztunk, nem kellett kimozdulni, az ételek változatosak voltak és finomak. Szóval összességében én nagyon ajánlom a helyet. Bad: Nem volt ilyen.

Good: Skvělá poloha blízko centra, přímo na nábřeží Dunaje. Překrásný výhled z okna na vodárenskou věž na Margaretině ostrově a projíždějící parníky. Velmi, velmi bohatá snídaně. Bad: Postrádala jsem nějaké informace (stačil by leták na pokoji) k pravidlům užití bazénu. Je vhodné se převléknout už na pokoji, nebo využít šatnu u bazénu? Proč mi nikdo předem neřekl, že.musim mít vlasy v gumičce? Nemám s tím problém, ale chyběly mi informace...

Good: Вид неймовірний, сервіс просто чудовий. Комфортні умови. Є все для проживання.

Good: Das Frühstück war überragend. Zur Innenstadt benötigt es einen Taxi, Kosten 8-10€ was für uns klar war. Das Hotel liegt nun mal nicht im Zentrum. Was man bei Buchung ja schon auswählt. Daher war die Fahrt mit dem Taxi selbstverständlich. Zimmer sind neu renoviert, Personal super nett. Spa hätte mit Benutzt werden können. Preis Leistung unschlagbar. Bad: War alles top für einen City Trip.

Good: Svidjela nam se veličina soba i postavljeni dodatni krevet za našeg sina. Doručak je bio raznovrstan, a osoblje strpljivo i susretljivo pogotovo s nama, roditeljima s dvoje male djece. Bad: Više sadržaja za djecu, poput igraonice i vanjskog igrališta te bogatiji spa sadržaji.

Good: Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej okolicy, ale jednocześnie niedaleko od centrum. Śniadania świetne - każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Czysto. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Miła i pomocna obsługa hotelowa. Bad: Łóżka - średnio wygodne. W jacuzzi mogłoby być trochę czyściej

Good: Az ágy roppant kényelmes volt. A büfé reggeli nagyon szinvonalas és választékos. Nagyon megvoltam elégedve.

Bad: Expensive food at restaurant

Good: A szálloda egyszerű, szoba mérete kicsi, de csak aludni jártunk be. A kilátás a Margit-szigetre és a Dunára megnyugtató volt. Reggeli választéka bőséges, szerintem mindenki megtalálta a kedvére valót, a vacsora első este nem a legjobb minőség volt, de a másnap kárpótolt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, előzékeny, bármiben rendelkezésre állnak. A troli megálló nincs messze, de a metró aluljáró is pár perces sétával elérhető, így könnyen eljutottunk a belvárosba. Esti séta a Margit-hídig fél óra, de jó időben kibírható. Wellnesst kihagytuk, így arról nem tudok nyilatkozni. Egyszóval 1-2 napos városnénés esetén ajánlom ezt a szállodát.

Wunderschönes Hotel, alles frisch renoviert! Fantastisches Frühstücks-Buffet, super Lage direkt am Danub! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Good: Amazing hotel! We stayed with our family for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. Every day there was a great variety at breakfast, and it was absolutely brilliant. We had an extra bed, and even that was comfortable, just as good as the main bed. The hotel was very clean and had an excellent swimming pool and spa. The location and the view were amazing, and the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is also close to many public transportation options. I strongly recommend this hotel! Bad: There was nothing major we didn’t like.

Good: Gyönyörű, tiszta, kényelmes szálloda. Rendkívül kedves vendéglátás. Finom és gazdag választék az étteremben. Kiváló ár-érték arány.

Location is out of town, but very good bus service 75/79 1 stop and you are ar M3 ( blue line) or 75 towards parliament or margarita island bridge. Staff excellent everything with a smile,and not a fake smile but a genuine happy to help smile. Room for us is great we got 1 with a balcony so coffee in the morning over looking margarite island, or a beer at night watching the sun set. All in all a fantastic 10 days stay.

Good: Mimo zaniedbanej elewacji i otoczenia hotelu (ogród, parking), wnętrze i posiłki bardzo dobre i czyste. SPA i basen z osobnymi nieckami o różnych temperaturach wody pozwalają naprawdę dobrze wypocząć po całodziennym zwiedzaniu miasta. Klimatyzacja cicha i sprawna. Dobra komunikacja miejska z centrum miasta. Bad: Widok na rzekę z okna na 4 piętrze zasłaniają drzewa :-o

Absolutely great. I was there for a few days, and had time of my life. Service is very friendly and helpful. Food is great, room standard is also great. I can't say a single bad word about my stay, and I will surely come back and tell others.

45 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the bus station to the ice rink and the city park, for those who like to walk, the location is great, a nice walk by the river, Vaci Street is very close, maybe 5 minutes the food is fantastic, the pools are good, the gym is very good

Good: I like the front disk staff , they were professional and good English, the staff in the restaurant i didn't like their work, breakfast was good the room is clean but small and the most important think the view of the river was not that cleaer even I paid extra

Posizione molto buona c è una fermata del Bus che ferma proprio fuori L hotel e di fronte la Fermata c è pure un supermercato dove poter comprare qlkosa come Acqua snack prima di iniziare la giornata oppure alla fine . Che dire 10 su 10 Bad: Nulla

Good: Výborný bazén. Vynikající snídaně, gluten-free koutek k dispozici. Větší apartmá jsme nikde jinde neměli. Vybavení výborné. Nádherný výhled. Bad: Měli jsme nejdražší pokoj, přesto bylo nefunkční osvětlení v místnosti. Povolání hotelový opraváři a nedokázali ho opravit.

Good: We had an amazing stay, and luckily, drom another place they canceled my booking, so we will be back in 2 more weeks. Bad: We just loved everything. The guests should return the charger adaptors.

Good: Location, nice food, nice jacuzzi, steam room small but on week days it is not an issue. Staff very friendly. Nice restaurant and bar. Nice to have water with lemon available to refresh ourselves. Bad: It is not in control of the staff but there was noise for quite a long time in another room....as for the dog, no bowl, no bed....it is too expensive for no service to the dog. Cleaning cannot justify only the price. Otherwise nothing to report as negative.

Good: I loved everything about this place: the staff, the location, the room, the comfort, the view of our balcony room. We had everything we could possibly need. The food at the restaurant was good, the portions large, although the prices are a bit too high. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices and great food. Overall a fantastic experience. Can't wait to come back!

Good: Καθαρό, πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και παροχές. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Καταπληκτικό πρωινό. Το σπα πολύ ωραίες εγκαταστάσεις. Πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Bad: Οι πετσέτες αν κ καθαρές είχαν σ κάποιες περιπτώσεις υπολείμματα μασκαράς. Καταλαβαίνω ότι είναι λεκέδες που δν βγαίνουν αλλά κατά τη γνώμη μου πρέπει να αντικαθίστανται.

Good: Kedves dolgozók. Finom, bőséges ételek. Bad: A tanulók az étteremben motiválatlanok voltak. Semmi kedvesség, mosoly az arcukon nem volt. Így nem lehet ilyen helyen dolgozni. Szomorú,hogy mindegyik napon ezt tapasztaltuk.

Good: Hotelpersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tisch mit Stühlen im Zimmer fanden wir super. Die Lage mit 2,5 km bis zum Parlament war uns zu weit weg von der Altstadt

Good: Csodaszép, barátságos hangulatú szálloda. Minden itt dolgozó maximálisan segítőkész, kedves. A reggeli kiemelkedően bőséges választékot nyújt, minden nagyon finom. Az étterem ételei is ízletesek. Visszatérő vendegek vagyunk, mindig jó élményekkel távozunk. Bad: Nincs ilyen

Good: The lounge was very spaceous and quiet. The wellness section wasn't crowded which allowed us to relax. Bad: The bed was way too soft and unconfortable. Also, unfortunately the air con was weak at the lobby, therefore it was warm.

I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly they let me to use the spa before check in and check out and they have luggage storage. They provide robe slippers toiletries hair dryer. I had lovely river view comfy bed. The spa was lovely from 28-38C water. The breakfast was lovely too so many options. Highly recommend this hotel and I will be back

Good: Personalul foarte amiabil, mâncare bună și diversa, camera excepțională, partea de spa s-ar putea sa modifice estetic puțin sezlongurile și zona in sine, dar eu super faptul că au 3 piscine cu temperaturi diferite pe toate gusturile, e un plus imens, deși mi-ar fi plăcut să fie mai adânci cele mai calde , dar nu e o problema mare. Bad: Singurul lucru ce ne-a dezamăgit este parcarea de mașini electrice , sunt doar 4 locuri și prețul este foarte scump , exagerat de 5 ori mai mare ca și la un orice charger în afara parcării lor, dar asta nu e neapărat vina hotelului . Dar eu bine de știut pt oamenii care vor să își lase mașina la încărcat aici , că nu merită .
