Recenze hostů Danubius Hotel Helia

Do Maďarska jezdíme často. Byli jsme několikrát v Sárváru, Büku, Hevízu, v Budapešti na Markétině ostrově 4x a nyní jsme vyzkoušeli hotel Helia. Nevěděli jsme co očekávat, recenze , jak to tak bývá, byly některé dobré a některé zase špatné. No, my byli opravdu zvědaví, co nás čeká. Hotel je nádherný, má skvělou polohu. Do města se dostanete autobusem za pár minut. Zastávka je pár kroků od hotelu. Personál je neutrální, není ani nepříjemný, ale také ne úplně milý. Snídaně jsou v Ensaně standardně na velmi dobré úrovni, a zde se to potvrdilo, byly výborné! Fungoval i servis a to díky tomu, že zde mají učňovské středisko. To třeba na Markétině ostrově značně pokulhávalo. Bazény nádherné, voda skvělá a čistá. Prostředí udržované, v tomto ohledu nebylo co vytknout. Jediné, co rušilo tu skvělou atmosféru, byli hlučné děti, které měli kupodivu přístup i do teplých bazénů, což v jiných hotelech mají lépe ošetřené. I zde by měli v tomto zapracovat, když relaxuje že, tak není příjemné poslouchat hlučící děti jezdící kolem vás na madračce! Plavčík byl v klidu, nezasáhl. 😟. Co se týče ubytování, i zde se potvrdil standard Ensany. Byloi čisto, teplo , tak co vytknout? Už vim😁, madrace! Ty jsou opravdu špatné. Jsou velmi proleželé, nějakým záhadným způsobem jsem z nich sklouzával. Ale to je opravdu jediné, a není důvod si tím kazit dovolenou. Závěrem bych napsal že jsme v Budapešti prožili krásný víkend a do Maďarska a Helie se řadí vrátíme!! 🇭🇺👌

Good: Sehr freundliches Personal und gemütliche Zimmer Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr reichhaltig. Tolle Lage, wir haben alles zu Fuß besichtigt. Würden sofort wieder einchecken!!

Good: Excellent. A lot of choices! Bad: Would have preferred my room on a higher floor. Last two times when I stayed here, I was on the 5th floor. Stairwell configuration is a bit odd, having to go up via the conference area and then up a separate stairwell to the first floor where my room was located.

Good: Camera frumoasă, spațioasă și curată cu vedere la Dunăre. Mâncarea foarte bună și diversificată. Locația departe de centru dar ne-am descurcat bine cu transportul în comun și pe jos în plimbare pe faleză. O zona liniștită și sigura. Piscinele curate cu apă caldă o adevărată relaxare.

Tuna nehri kıyısında keyifli bir otel. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Yataklar rahat ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Otelin havuz kısmını da çok beğendim. Farklı sıcaklıklarda 3 havuzu vardı. Suyu daha sıcak olan havuzlar daha küçük, suyu ılık olan havuzun sıcaklığı ve büyüklüğü harikaydı. Çok keyifli bir tatildi. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Good: A szálloda nagyon szép helyen van a Duna parton. A reggeli rendkívül bőséges választékú. A wellness kellemes és nagy méretű. A személyzet kedves, a szoba fel volt újítva. Bad: Minden tetszett.

Good: Położenie, bardzo dobre śniadanie, codzienne sprzątanie i częsta wymiana ręczników i szlafroków. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i miły. Centrum SPA na wysokim poziomie. Bad: Wszystko było ok

Good: Breakfast was superb. Bad: Nothing to mention.

Good: Skvělá lokalita. Kousek na metro, před hotelem zastávka MHD a obchod. Hotel čistý, personál velice ochotný, jídlo bez výhrad. K večeři sklenice vína nebo juice. Bad: Na pokoji měkké matrace v posteli. Někomu nemusí pasovat. Welness průměrné.To by chtělo zmodernizovat.

Good: The hotel was really nice. Staff were nice and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast selection was exceptional! So much choice. Location was a good half hour walk from the centre but had good connections with public transport. The buses and tram passing by regularly. The yellow bistro bar had a good choice of food for lunch or dinner. Very pleased overall. Would definitely stay there again.

Good: The friendly, professional staff. The view and balcony were exceptional!! The breakfast was varied and delicious. Bad: The pool was not warm enough.

Rooms are clean and spacious, with very comfy beds. Depending on your room, you might get a Danube river view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast: Quality varies by item and can be inconsistent day to day. Elevators: Small and can mean longer waits at peak times. Location: Walking distance to a bus stop with easy connections to the city centre.

Pleasant staff, cosy room, delicious food.

Good: O pequeno almoço é muito completo, funcionários muito simpáticos, toda agente muito acolhedora, piscinas eram boas, quarto era confortável, cama muito boa Bad: O Ar condicionado não funciona no quente nos quartos. O jantar é muito incompleto, muito pouca variedade, se fosse um pouco mais tarde já estava fria e não repunham a comida. Pouca variedade de bebidas incluídas.

Good: O Hotel é muito bom. Camas e chuveiro ótimos. O spa as piscinas sao ótimas, academia ótima, massagem( paga) ótima.. O hotel oferece água no quarto gratuíta e num purificador de águas na área da piscina. Isso é ótimo. A comida servida no bar do hotel é maravilhosa. Vale muito. Preço bons e alta qualidade. Bad: Ficamos 4 noites, na noite de sábado para domingo o hotel vendeu uma festa, esta com sol altíssimo e que foi autorizada até as 2h da madrugada. Ninguém conseguia dormir no hotel, foi enlouquecedor. Muitos hóspedes reclamando, a sensação era que as caixas de som estavam dentro do quarto e os atendentes diziam q nao podiam fazer nada pois estava autorizado e os gerentes só viriam na segunda-feira, qdo então poderíamos falar com alguém. O absurdo do absurdo!!! Resumo: o hotel enviou ao booking a restituição desta noite pra mim, mas isso não elimina o ocorrido, que foi algo descabido e inaceitável pra qualquer estabelecimento que hospeda pessoas....Então atenção, confira se há convenção ou festa prevista para o dia de sua hospedagem,uma vez q é um.hotel que recebe muitas convenções.

Mozliwośc sparowania smartfona z telewizorem i słuchania ulubionych podkastów i muzyki. Przyzwoite śniadania i kolacje w formie bufetu. Super strefa basenów. Trzy baseny każdy z inną temperaturá wudy. Nawet wirówka do bielizny 👍. Starsi panowie na kolacji bardzo mili i umiejący zagadać po polsku. To bardzo sympatyczne. Czajnik i co dzień uzupełniana kawa herbata i woda mineralna Bad: Na recepcji personel praktycznie nie posługuje się językiem innym niż angielski. Za cały pobyt 7 dni trafiła się jedna osoba z dobrym niemieckim. Oprócz angielskiego powinni znać inne języki. Pokój marnie odkurzamy. Po meblach i tv można pisać palcem po kurxu

Good: Das Frühstücksbuffet war außerordentlich reichhaltig mit internationalen Gerichten, was das Herz begehrt. Zimmer modern, sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Good: Super lækkert hotel med lækker pool og spa område, meget venligt personale. Fine rene værelser. Stort og lækkert morgenmadsbuffet. Bad: Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide.

Good: Один з найкращих готелів де ми зупинялися. Привітний персонал, смачна кухня на замовлення. Сніданок просто супер, особливо для сімей з дітьми.

Good: Es war eine ruhige, sichere und saubere Gegend. Vor Ort mehrere Möglichkeiten mit Bus oder kurzen Fussmarsch zur Metro in die Stadt zu bekommen. Gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wurden aus zwei Einzelbetten mit einer Verbindung zum Doppelbett (ohne Ritze). Einfach vorher das Hotel anfragen. Wir hatten erst vor Ort gefragt und es wurde sofort umgesetzt. Die Dusche war prima mit Schiebetür. Fitnessstudio war gut und das Schwimmbad auch ausreichend für mich. Ich finde es gut gelungen, die Saunas jeweils in den Waschbereichen zu integrieren. Massage Termin haben wir gleich gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Frühstück (tgl) und Abendessen (nur 1x gebucht) war sehr gut und reichlich. Bad: Alles super

Good: Планировали заехать пораньше и погулять по Будапешту, но не вышло и приехали к 19 часам. Успели сходить в бассейн. Очень хорошо. Потом джин тоник в лобби. Еще лучше. Хорошие номера . Утром, до завтрака опять бассейн и отличный завтрак. Парковка за деньги, но удобная. Bad: Претензий нет.

Good: Ho apprezzato moltissimo il ristorante, la spa e le piscine: tutto era curato nei minimi dettagli e l’atmosfera era davvero rilassante. Bad: il servizio di pulizia della stanza. Quando sono venuti a pulire il primo giorno, non hanno lavato il pavimento e il bagno non è stato toccato, tranne che per il cambio del tappetino.

Good: Kedves és vicces személyzet, kiváló reggeli, kényelmes ágy. Bad: A szobában az ablakot még bukóra sem lehet kinyitni.

Good: The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities except a minibar, but despite this, we received 1 bottle of water from the hotel every day. Bad: On the last evening, the bubble pool (jacuzzi) did not work, I did not have access to the salt room and parking was charged (12 euros/day) for a 4* hotel I think it should have been free (I mention that it was specified in the hotel description but I still did not like this aspect).

Good: Totul a fost de nota 10. Bad: Anulările gratuite sunt la preturi uriașe, ceea ce ne împiedică să facem o rezervare din timp.

Good: Spacious room and hotel, the wellness facilities were very high quality and included in the price, a good breakfast, comfortable bed and thus a good stay Bad: The AC was disabled, and staff weren't aware of it, resulting in us having to ask multiple times. We were however compensated and that was kind.

Good: Sve je bilo savršeno. Iznimno ljubazno i simpatično osoblje na recepciji i u restoranu, prekrasno uređena i opremljena soba s odličnim pogledom, dobro opremljena teretana, uredni bazeni i svlačionice. Velik izbor hrane tijekom doručka i večere.

Good: Second visit to this lovely hotel, very relaxing. Spa great, garden space is good to have also. Room was nice decor and comfy. Staff friendly and professional. Clean and modern. We had a lovely evening meal in the hotel, very nice staff! Breakfast was good also. Bad: Being English, I love my tea! There was lots of fruit tea’s etc. but no breakfast tea at breakfast!

Good: Mimo, ze hotel nie jest najnowszy to po remoncie jest w srodku doskonały. Możliwość skorzystania z basenu termalnego jest doskonałym dodatkiem po ciężkim dniu pracy. Doskonały bufet śniadaniowy. Bardzo przyjemne i nowoczesne pokoje szczególnie z widokiem na rzekę. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy, niezła pizzeria na wynos oraz 5 minut od hotelu mała restauracja z gyrosem. Ma bardzo dobre opinie. Obok hotelu ścieżka rowerowa wzdłuż rzeki. Polecam wziac hulajnoge Lime i w 5 minut dojechać do centrum. To był mój drugi nocleg i chetnie wybiorę jeszcze raz. Profesjonalnie pracownicy recepcji a także wszyscy inni. Bad: Wszystko super.

Good: Udsigten til floden, og muligheden at sidde på en balkon. Beliggenheden var også dejlig, og rimelig tæt på alting. Bad: At der var koldt på værelset. Centralvarmen var ikke sat på, så man kunne ikke regulere varmen. Vi fik heldigvis ekstra dyner.

Good: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It is on the banks of Danube and the room has a great view. It has a spa with 3 pools with different temperature ranging from normal swimming temperature to a hot pool. It is open till early morning till 22:00 which is really great. We totally enjoyed the spa. The food is also great, both for breakfast and for dinner and the staff is really nice. The internet connection is very good. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot with sufficient space. It is also close to the city center. We totally enjoyed our stay and I fully recommend the hotel. Bad: There were no double beds available when we booked so we had to settle for two separate beds. The beds are very light so they move easily with the lightest push. If double beds are always sold out, and twin bed rooms remain available, that means that you need to reduce the number of twin beds and increase the number of double beds. The toilet flushing system is poorly constructed so flushing the toilet usually does not clear the contents of the toilet bowl and you have to use the toilet brush every single time. The shower cabin is long and the shower is on one side of the cabin, while the switch for the shower is on the other side so you have to move to turn it on and off.

Flashs lumineux au plafond de la chambre permanents toute la nuit sous pretexte de protection incendie!! Extrêmement désagréable ,. impossible de dormir sereinement, dommage le Danubius heliaest un excellent hotel. Son restaurant est plus quelconque.

Rooms were clean. The bar and restaurant had great options. Never received perk.

Good: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is truly perfect, right by the Danube River offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with plenty of variety and good quality, so there was always something enjoyable to choose from, The room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and included a balcony, which was a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center were also good, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. Another big advantage is the easy access to public transportation - both the bus and metro stations are just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around Overall, this hotel combines comfort, good food and an ideal location, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Bad: One negative point during my stay was the attitude of one of the female staff members at the reception. She was very unfriendly, impatient and responded in an unprofessional manner. When I explained that I had arrived early in the morning due to my flight and kindly asked if it was possible to check in earlier if a room was available (even offering to pay an extra fee), she very harshly replied that check-in is only at 3 PM and that there were no rooms available at that moment. In addition, I had submitted a request for early check-in through Booking.com well in advance (about two months before my arrival), but I never received any response from the hotel.

Good: Good swimming pools, breakfast and food in Yellow cafe was tasty. Bathrobes and slippers make your walk to the swimming pool easy. River view is amazing. I liked the Outside terrace with access to the river.

Sobe savršene i čiste, bazeni odlični, hrana vrhunska. Sve pohvale za hotel, nismo pronašli niti jednu zamjerku. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i spremno pomoći. Sve pohvale za hotel i osoblje hotela.

Good: Il posto la vicinanza con la metro e il mercato. Ottimo hotel 4 stelle superiorr. Mezza pensione con menù a buffet cibi buoni e diverse scelte e flute di champagne. Bad: Purtroppo li scarico del wc della stanza accanto non ci ha fatto dormire di notte. L hotel non ha mostrato particolare interesse a un cenno di rimborso o altro. E pensare che abbiamo speso 450€ per 2 notti.

Good: De l'extérieur, l'hôtel ne paraît pas top. Mais des qu'on franchit le seuil de l'entrée, on est agréablement surprise par le décor, l'odeur du propre, c'est vraiment magnifique. Le personnel est adorable, la literie, d'un confort exceptionnel et la propreté de la chambre magnifique. Bus et métro à proximité Bad: Franchement tout était bien Pas de points négatifs.

Good: Renovated hotel located right by the river. Excellent spot for starting a morning run. Breakfast was great. The bathroom is small, and the bed a bit too soft for my taste. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, with generous portions. The spa is a bit dated, but everything works, and we enjoyed relaxing in the water. Overall, it was a pleasant 3-day stay, and I might return. The only minor issue was with early check-in – the receptionist hesitated, but in the end, we got our room about 20 minutes before the official time. Bad: Free early check-in

Good: Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the cleaning staff being super lovely, through reception staff during check in and check out, people in the restaurant and wellness/fitness area. Top quality services, lovely rooms and top food ! Very much recommended.
