Good: Convenient location and excellent service! The hotel has a very convenient location: close to the train station, metro, as well as bus and tram stops. There are also several shops nearby, including a 24-hour store, which is very handy. Before booking, we read reviews and noticed that many people mentioned noise from the street. So we requested a room with windows facing the inner courtyard — and that is exactly what we got. It was a perfect choice and much appreciated. The room itself was spacious, recently renovated, and had a full bathtub (not just a shower, which is more common). There was also an electric kettle in the room, so we could easily make tea or coffee. Housekeeping was done daily — which was a very pleasant surprise. As a nice touch, there was also a complimentary bottle of water. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Since we had a late flight, we asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out, and the answer was: “Of course, no problem at all.” That was very convenient and thoughtful. We left with wonderful impressions of our stay. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Good: Breakfast excellent. It would have been nice if they have a proper restaurant for having dinner or lunch . Bad: The fact that in the room i couldn't set up the air conditioner temperature . For 2 weeks it was 25.7 degrees , and i could not lower at all with the termostat . I am wondering why there is a termostat in the room , if its not working . Any way , probably thee is a reason .

Good: The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, and good airco and shower. Bad: Both the airco and the street outside made a lot of noise. Even with the windows closed, it sounded like they were open right next to the busy street. The bathroom is a little bit small.

Good: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 giorni ad agosto 2025, come viaggio di coppia: probabilmente il migliore albergo nel quale io e il mio compagno siamo mai stati. Non riuscirei a trovare un difetto.

Good: The hotel is a nice traditional hotel with a big lobby, a comfy room (really nice beds). Everything you might need is available in the room. Bad: It is a big hotel so be prepared to possibly walk till the elevators. Most rooms have a courtyard view.

Pan obsługujący parking nie pozwolił na parkowanie umożliwiające wyjęcie z auta niepełnosprawnego syna - drzwi od syna były obok słupa- a wystarczyło pozwolić nam zaparkować tyłem.

Good: The location was really good, near to bus stations, pretty close to the main train station, and also there was a shopping mall nearby. Just about 20-minute walk to the main street and then city center. it is recommended. And specially it has the very kind and helpful staff. cleanliness and everyday room make-up was great. Bad: some of the carpets in the rooms and corridors and floors smells high sensitive. but the rooms with wooden carpets in my opinion are better.

Good: It was my birthday, which they noticed from my passport. So they gave me a free upgrade to a junior suite and sent a small bottle of champagne to our room... The staff were all friendly and there was a great choice for breakfast. The location is close to a main transport hub (3 mins walk) to underground and bus stops... Bad: Nothing...

Good: Overall we were happy with the hotel and would stay again. When you walk into the lobby you get a wow factor with the decor. The room was nice. It had everything we needed. The hotel was close to a metro, train station and the city centre wasn't too far of a walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Bad: Some minor points that if I stay next time I would ask about, in advance. We ended up with a room on the first floor and it was a bit loud as the main road was right outside. The bathroom was slightly uncomfortable in a sense that it was extremely small and certainly did not fit two people at the same time. You needed to maneuver around the door to get to the bath tub/shower or the sink. Also our shower was a bit finicky where it took a couple of minutes of playing with the knobs to get it to work. The light in the bathroom was flickering.

Good: Excelentes habitaciones, check in 24h, desayuno muy bueno incluido. Bad: Por decir algo, la zona no era la mas linda pero está a pocos minutos del centro por lo tanto no es un problema.

Good: Velmi vstřícný personál. Krásné prostorné lobby. Záliv pro auta před hotelem pro výstup a nástup - neblokovali jsme rušnou ulici. Podzemní parkoviště i pro vysoká auta - za slušnou cenu. Lednice, trezor na pokoji. Bad: Snídaňový sál je tmavý, bez oken - nebyl kontakt s ranní prosluněnou Budapeští. Pod stoly bylo "nastláno" (hranolky, chléb, jídlo...) - nikdo to neuklízel, přesto, že tam bylo personálu docela dosti. Moje židle měla špinavý sedák, musel jsem si to vyměnit. Koberec byl již také za zenitem. Chybí výtah do podzemních garáží.

Şehir merkezine, merkezde gezilebilecek turistik noktalara (örneğin Opera Binası ve Gellért Hamamı) oldukça yakın bir konumda. Toplu taşıtlar otelin önünden geçiyor. Tren istasyonu ve Puskas arenaya da oldukça yakın. Otellin Standart, Superior ve Süit dahil olmak üzere çeşitli konaklama imkânları sunan odaları varmış. Bazı odalara ulaşım kat içi merdiven dolayısı ile biraz sıkıntılı. Otel tüm misafirlere ücretsiz Wi-Fi erişimi sağlanmak. Ayrıca otel ve kapalı otopark, araba kiralama ve kuru temizleme hizmetleri sunmakta imiş. Otelin genel bir havalandırma ve Klima sistemi mevcut. Otelde sigara içmeye yalnızca açık alanda izin veriliyor. Bir de evcil hayvan kabul ediliyormuş. (günde ~25 EUR ücretle).

Hotel praktycznie w samym centrum. Bardzo dobry dojazd do wszystkich atrakcji. Pokoje duże i czyste. Personel Bardzo grzeczny i pomocny. Śniadanie urozmaicone Po zgłoszeniu godziny wyjazdu otrzymałam box śniadaniowy. Polecam wszystkim.

Good: The hotel is located near one of the tourist attractions the Keleti railway, just outside the hotel there is a bus stop of the HOP ON HOP OFF tourist red bus, there is bus and metro station too. Opposite there is a supermarket in case you forgot or need something. The ideal center is within walking distance, it's one straight road from the hotel leading to the Danube river so no way to get lost. We walked at midnight - no problem at all. The bed in the room is fantastic, very comfortable and soft. The air con is set at a very pleasant temperature, not too cold nor too hot. Also one can open the window if needed. The room was ideally clean and looked like it was after major renovation. The staff was very patient and helpful. The breakfast buffet was perfect - variety of foods and all fresh. Bad: For one night we had really noisy neighbors but before we had a chance to complain they were gone.

Good: Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Bad: Pan na parkingu ma chyba za dużo władzy. Po zapytaniu po co mu klucze do auta chciał nas wygonić z parkingu, a można było spokojnie odpowiedzieć co z resztą zrobił pan na recepcji.

Good: Η τοποθεσία η οποία είναι πολύ κοντά σε σταθμούς μέτρο, λεωφορείου και τρένου καθιστά ιδανικό το ξενοδοχείο για την περίοδο του αγώνα της Formula 1 στο Hungaroring. Bad: Το μόνο μείον είναι η φασαρία από ασθενοφόρα και αυτοκίνητα της αστυνομίας που κινούνται στον μεγάλο κεντρικό δρόμο που βρίσκεται μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο. Το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει με την διαμονή στο δωμάτιο ωτοασπίδες.

Egy baráti beszélgetésre ültünk be a Lobby bárba, nagyon kellemes hely, ahol professzionális a kiszolgálás, nagyon finomak a sütemények. Máskor is ide fogunk jönni.

Good: The staff was very lovely and helpful at all times. Our room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed when we wanted them to be changed. There were many fastfood restaurants nearby and also a supermarket. The city center and touristic areas were super approachable by taxi or public transport, too. Bad: The floor layouts are a bit confusing:)

Rooms are very nice, clean, wifi working good. 24/7 shop in front of hotel. Bad: Our shower was little bit damaged, breakfast could be change for some mornings ( lived there for 5 days, all F1 weekend ).

Bardzo dobre i smaczne śniadania. Bad: Bardzo mały parking jego dziwna organizacja. Trzeba zostawiać kluczyki nawet gdy samochód jest zaparkowany na docelowym miejscu. Na szczęście do północy jest obsługa Malutkie lazienki

Jest to już mój kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu i będąc kolejny raz w Budapeszcie na pewno wybiorę to miejsce ponownie. Bad: Problem w komunikacji odnośnie parkingu. Zameldowania owszem całodobowe, nie dostałam jednak informacji, że parking zamykany jest o północy i otwierany dopiero o 6 rano. Nieprzyjemnym było szukanie o 1 w nocy innego najbliższego parkingu, ponieważ okolica budzi ryzyko zostawienia auta na ulicy. Tym większa to była przykra niespodzianka, ponieważ napisałam do obiektu wiadomość odnośnie godziny przyjazdu i czy to wiąże się z jakimiś problemami, a parking był zaznaczony od razu przy składaniu rezerwacji, więc w systemie ta informacja widniała.

Good: There was a huge variety of things to choose from for breakfast and everything was really good. The staff was always with a smile on their face ready to answer questions and help us if needed.

Otobüsle uğraşmak istemiyorsanız gelmeniz lazım. Yoksa metro çok rahat otelin dibi. Yataklar iki parça bir de ayrılıyor arada ama sertliği iyi rahat.

Good: Great location right next to main train station Bad: Breakfast every morning was a nightmare as a solo traveler. I’d go get a coffee and put it on a table, by the time I’d return with food the catering staff would’ve disposed of my coffee and the table seat would be taken by another guest. The catering staff were way too efficient at clearing the tables and in the end I stopped going for breakfast. This is the only real gripe I had with the place, other than this it was great.

The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located. There was a good variety of tasty food for breakfast. Also more than enough for a vegetarian to choose from. The only problem was noise in the room at night, although it was facing the back yard, not the street.
