Point redemption

How to redeem your EuroPoints for Danubius services
Ordering the service
Choose services from our Point Redemption Catalogue in Hungary | Great Britain | Czech Republic | Slovakia | Romania, and please send your order directly to the relevant hotel via e-mail, fax or post. Please do not forget to include your name, card number, the desired service and chosen date.
If your order a service from our web page, please fill out the Point Redemption Form and click on the "Send" button.
Confirmation of the service
The relevant hotel will confirm the service ordered, subject to availability.
Use of services
When using any of our services, you will be requested to present your Danubius EuroPoints card with the assigned 4-digit PIN code.

Please be informed that as of 1 June 2020, Danubius Zrt’s Hotel Palatinus has been sold. From this date forward, the Danubius loyalty card– Danubius EuroPoints – can no longer be used in Hotel Palatinus, either to collect or to redeem points.
