General terms

I/1. Guests of Danubius hotels (Danubius City hotels operated by Danubius Zrt., hotel of CP Regents Park Two Limited (hereafter together as: „Danubius”) and the Ensana hotels (the Ensana hotels operated by Danubius Zrt. and hotels of Arisende s.r.o, S.C. Balneoclimaterica S.A., Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně a.s., and Slovenské Liečebné Kúpele Piešťany a.s. (hereafter together as: Ensana) can participate in the EuroPoints program according to the present policy.

I/2. Membership starts after the guest is registered at Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service and is based on the information given on the application form. Please inform Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service about any changes to your personal data provided on the original application form.

I/3. Exclusively natural persons over the age of 18 who are not employed by Danubius Zrt. or by companies operating other hotels participating in the program may become members of the Danubius EuroPoints program.

I/4. Danubius and Ensana accept the responsibility to handle the data given on the application form in accordance with its prevailing Privacy Policy in effect. Data given on the application form will be handled while participation in the program remains in effect. The Danubius Privacy Policy can be viewed at danubiushotels.com/en/privacy-policy. The Ensana Privacy Policy can be viewed at ensanahotels.com/en/about-ensana/privacy-cookie-policy.

I/5. The Danubius EuroPoints member may possess only one valid Card at one time.
