I/1. With the EuroPoints program, guests of Danubius Zrt., Arisende s.r.o., CP Regents Park Two Limited, S.C. Balneoclimaterica S.A., Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně, a.s., Slovenské Liečebné Kúpele Piešťany a.s. (hereinafter referred as Danubius) can collect EuroPoints based on their spending on accommodation and consumption in hotels participating in the programme.
I/2. Membership starts after the guest is registered at Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service and is based on the information given on the application form. Please inform Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service about any changes to your personal data provided on the original application form.
I/3. Legal entities, persons under 18 years of age, and employees of Danubius or its affiliates cannot become members of the Danubius EuroPoints program.
I/4. Danubius accepts the responsibility to handle the data given on the application form in accordance with its prevailing Data Protection Guide in effect. Data given on the application form will be handled while participation in the program remains in effect. The Danubius Data Protection Guide can be viewed at www.danubiushotels.com/en/privacy-policy.
I/5. The Danubius EuroPoints member may possess only one valid Card at one time.
