How to redeem your EuroPoints for Danubius Services
Ordering the service
Choose services from our Point Redemption Catalogue and kindly send your order directly to the hotel selected via e-mail, fax or letter. Please do not forget to indicate your name, card number, the selected service and the chosen date.
If your order a service from our web page, please fill in the Point Redemption Form and click on the "Send" button.
Confirmation of the service
The selected hotel will confirm the service ordered subject to availability.
Use of services
When using any of our services, you will be requested to present your Danubius EuroPoints card with the assigned 4-digit Pin code.
You can find more information about the Danubius EuroPoints Program and the redemption of EuroPoints on our web page and by contacting the Danubius EuroPoints Customer Service or the hotels participating in the program.

Let us inform you that Danubius Hotels has drawn up an agreement about the lease of the Danubius Hotel Flamenco and Danubius Hotel Budapest property. According to the contract concluded for a definite period of time, the building will cease to be operated as a hotel. From 01.07.2021 forward, the Danubius loyalty card– Danubius EuroPoints – can no longer be used in Danubius Hotel Flamenco and Danubius Hotel Budapest, either to collect or to redeem points.
