Good: Breakfast is very good, you can choose hot or cold beverages as well. Was excellent for me to have a plant based milk ( alpro) for breakfast. Location is the best, easy to reach Tagore and a private beach.

Good: Breakfast and dinner were amazing — we had half board included in the room fee. The room itself was clean with a nice view on Balaton and the staff was helpful. We especially liked outdoor and indoor swimming pools and the location of the hotel. Bad: Our bathroom was very old by the look of it — not like the one on the pictures. But, it was clean and everything was working fine.

Good: We liked your hotel very much. Location, hospitality, all facilities including swimming pools and the beach, food in the restaurant was excellent. One small comment: pillows in the rooms was very small for me :) In general it was excellent!

Thank you for a pleasant stay in your nice hotel. The staff was helpful, the food excellent, the rooms clean, although a bit retro (I like retro!) - simply a good value for money. The only thing I could point out was the weak sound insulation and such a detail as the TV - if there is already a TV in the room, it should take into account programs that are intelligible to clients from the surrounding countries. :)

Good: These were my first experience here: The staff was very flexible and friendly. We have extended our room reservation and it was very fast and simple. The room was clean and well equipped. The inner pool was clean and nice and the hotel beach orderly too. The kitchen was very diverse and plentiful. I can recommend it to everyone, and hope I can come back. Bad: Only the weather was hectic a little bit, but it was not hotel responsibility;)

Good: The Hotel Annabella is a large resort style hotel with excellent multilingual reception staff, a good size outdoor pool as well as a smaller indoor pool and access to a private beach on the Balaton. Every room has a balcony and air conditioning and the room rate includes two meals. Breakfast had a wide enough variety on offer, although it was pretty much the same options every day. Again dinner has a good range of options, different every day we stayed and I was pleased to see a few more Hungarian style dishes on offer than previous years. Well made Hungarian cuisine is delicious and healthy and deserves to be better known elsewhere in Europe - it's not just goulash... The standard rooms are big enough, simply furnished without tea/ coffee making facilities but they do have a fridge and great air conditioning - both if which are very useful. The pool is great to cool off with plenty of shady spots as well as sun beds. The beach area also has a couple of cafes for lunch snacks or cocktails. Bad: The car park becomes extremely crowded at the height of the season but just about seems to fit everyone in somehow.

Good: the value for money is pretty good especially considering the location which is very close to the port and the promenade with the bars. I liked the breakfast and the dinner with their wide selection and good quality of food. Based on our experience it has been improved in the last years. The staff was superfriendly and when we had some issues with the fridge a repairman certainly arrived to fix it, which is appreciated.

Good: The Balatonfüred is absolutely wonderful place. This town looks really lovely, especially the Vitorlás tér bay , parks and avenues. There looks like in the tale! Annnabella Hotel is perfectly located, only 100 meters from Balaton Lake! Bad: The bath in my room was too high. It's difficult to come in for elderly people

Good: Lobby is stunningly big & nice. Room size is good . Bad: Bathrooms are too outdone with fittings ( Room No.211 I stayed ) rather a bit more uncomfortable than usual . Strongly suggest that they need total overhaul .

Although the interieur and exterior needs some patching up and redecorating, the hotel still has all one could or would need for an Holliday. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

From a hungarian guest.This hotel is good value for your money.It is idiot to put up unreasonable so highexpectation for rhis type of money.The management is ,I am sure,very much avare of the shortcomings here a there and it is ridiculouse all those complaines from peoples visibly looking for something to complain. The establishment is well positioned close to the lake and fitted with everything needed for holyday (in this price bracket)no problem with staff,cleaniness and specially with the food.I am sure the management is avare of when the time is there, upgrading will happening.All those whom unhappy with the service for this price welcome to find accomodation in other countries like Bulgaria or Romania. For me this hotel give me all what i have expected and for what i have paid for. And now I am going to have my tasty supper.

Good: I had force major and it was needed to shift my dates day earlier. I've connected with property and receive positive answer in an hour! And without extra fee! Great staff! Location is awesome, they have pool and private beach. Breakfast and dinner are also rich! Bad: Rooms are old-fashioned. It is former soviet times hotel and there are some signs of it inside the rooms.

I was staying at the hotel for 6 nights and it was a pleasant enough experience. Everything was quite alright. Maybe it would be possible to ask for a wider availability of toiletries. As it is now I find it poor and in stark contrast with other services at the hotel.

The hotel was excellent, but the wifi is only available in the main lobby, and this is not very convenient. I hope this can be improved soon as more and more people are needing wifi on the road.

Good: Honestly? The room key! It is a huge, old fashion key, with a brass ball... no electronic cardkey system here.. Bad: Do not remodel the hotel! It is an architectural gem of the socialist era... Location Tip: Fantastic location. We did Tihany, best liked the hike around Loczy cave. This is a huge retro hotel from the Hungarian socialist era. Amazing dining hall, 1960 style. Standard rooms are basic, very comfortable, great view of Balaton. Bathroom fixtures are 40-50 years old... we loved them. I just hope that management won't "modernize" this place... It has a "club med" or young socialist pioneer camp feel to the place. Fantastic pool, private beach, breakfast and dinner (all-you-can-eat) included. Great staff...

Good: wonderful view, helpful staff, tasty food, centrally located I had a great stay in hotel Annabella which is centrally located . The hotel has a beautiful view, all the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.

Good: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer waren etwas klein, für uns groß genug, mit Zustellbett fürs Kind wurde es etwas knapp. Doch sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt zum See weinge Meter. In der zwischen Saison perfekt.

Good: Essen Buffet morgens und abends große Klasse. Aufzüge super schnell, vom Empfang bis 6. Stock keine 15 Sekunden. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis OK. Bad: Es wurde im Speisesaal (sicherlich gut gemeint) zu schnell abgeräumt. Jedes mal, wenn ich vom Buffet zurück kam, war alles weg, musste jedes mal neues Besteck holen. Andere Gäste mussten sich sogar neuen Tisch suchen, weil inzwischen der Tisch durch das schnelle Abräumen anderweitig besetzt war-

Good: Ár-érték arányban kiemelkedő volt. A reggeli választék sokszínű volt, az ételek ízletesek voltak. A benti, de különösen a kinti medence nagyon jól nézett ki, bár sajnos az időjárás miatt csak 1-2 percet töltöttem benne a szauna után. Bad: A vacsoránál a kínálat kicsit egyhangú volt. Két napot töltöttünk ott, és szinte teljesen ugyanaz volt a választék. Az első nap rendezvény miatt egy másik helyen kellett vacsorázni, ahol nem állt rendelkezésre elegendő ülőhely. A másik dolog, amit kifogásolnék, hogy a szállodának bizonyos emeletei nem voltak felújítva, pl. mi is egy ilyen emeleten voltunk, viszont a képek csak a felújított szobákat mutatták, ami szerintem félrevezető.

Good: A reggeli nagyon izletes, friss, bőséges, választékos volt. Élmény a reggeli és a vacsora elfogyasztása. A pincérek is kedvesek és szorgalmasak voltak. Bad: Nem volt ilyen.

Good: Böséges volt az étel kínálat a reggelinél és a vacsoránál is. Bad: Minden o.k.

Good: Nagyon jó helyen van. A kilátás az erkélyről gyönyörű. A személyzet kedves, szolgálat kész volt. Az ételek és a választék nagyon jó volt. Ízletesen főznek, gratula a szakácsoknak. Bad: Péntek esti rendezvény miatt a szálloda vendégeinek a vacsora nagy káoszt okozott. Nagyon rosszul szervezték meg a vacsora ellátását. Sokat kellett várni fél óra minimum, hogy le lehessen ülni. A választék is alig volt. Nagyon kellemetlenül éreztük magunkat. Hangsúlyozom ez nem a felszolgálók hibája volt. A szervezés nagyon félre ment. A jól fizető rendezvény miatt, a szálló vendégek elég megalázó helyzetbe kerültek. Ez nagy hiba volt, de tudom a pénz kis országunkban nagy úr. Sajnálom, hogy részese lehettünk.

Nagyon jó fekvésű szálloda, közel a Tagore sétány és a Balaton, minden nap a bőséges reggeli és vacsora után lesétáltunk a partra. Közel volt a hajóállomás is, illetve biciklit is tudtunk bérelni, így nagyon jól ki tudtuk használni a csodás szeptemberi időt

Good: Lage gut. Swimmingpool gut. Essen ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Bad: Am Strand am See waren die Liegen kostenpflichtig. Das Hotel koennte auch im Oktober geoffnet sein.

Good: Hotel bardzo duży. Ogromne Lobby połączone z barem. Pokój odnowiony, bardzo czysty. Wyposażenie pokoju zgodne moimi oczekiwaniami. Wystarczająca ilość miejsca do przechowywania swoich rzeczy. Ja korzystałam z usług tylko jedną noc ponieważ byłam przejazdem ale gdyby ktoś przebywał dłużej miałby dostarczającą ilość szaf, szafek, szyflad, gdzie można się wygodnie ulokować. W pokoju klimatyzacja. Jest też balkon. Ja miałam z widokiem na parking i basen ale mi to nie przeszkadzało. Łazienka czyściutka pachnąca. Śniadanie i kolacja wyśmienita. Bardzo duży wybór wędlin, serów, dodatków. Zaskoczyło mnie mile podanie zup i ciepłych drugich dań na kolację. To raczej była obiadokolacja. Polecam nawet na wakacje. W hotelu basen i basen na zewnątrz. Bardzo blisko do Balatonu. Bad: Pkój mógłby być troszeczkę większy ale to nie był problem bardzo przeszkadzający. Brakowało mi ciepłych napojów na kolację (kawa, herbata) były soki, woda i napoje słodkie.

I grijani bazen vani Spa...... Kuhinja renovirati i salu za jelo.... Za zabavu poraditi da je sve ispravno i da imaju Djelovi ako nešto ode na primjer bilijarski stol na štapovima fale Djelovi spitz...itd I tako dalje sve su sitnice al daju se dotjerati!!! Parking uključiti u cijenu boravka ne naknadno naplacivati djeluje ne profesijonalno!

Good: A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. A reggeli és a vacsora is finom volt. Bad: Zsúfoltság az étkezések során.

A prémium szoba teljesen rendben volt. Szépen felújítva. Reggeli Vacsora bőséges. Személyzet nagyon kedves.

Good: A reggeli és a vacsora is kiváló volt. ízletes és változatos. Bad: Egy nagyobb párna lehetett volna és a szőnyeg már nagyon elavult.

Good: Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Promenade von Balatonfüred war Super und wir konnten das Auto auch mal stehen lassen. Das Personal war generell Super freundlich und die meisten konnten auch deutsch. Der Privat Strand vom Hotel befindet sich ca. 150 Meter vom Nebeneingang entfernt und war sehr Sauber und gepflegt. (der Pflege Zustand der gesamten Anlage war toll, es wird zurzeit wohl viel Investiert) Die Zimmer waren sehr Sauber und frisch Renoviert und haben einen guten Eindruck gemacht, ebenfalls war die Aussicht vom Balkon super und unverbaut auf den See (4.Etage) Das Abendessen war okay und Abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Die Pools haben wir uns angesehen doch nicht genutzt, sahen aber gepflegt und sauber aus. Bad: Wenn man endlich einen Platz im Restaurant bekommen hat, bekommt man ein Frühstück gleichbleibender Qualität, ohne Abweichung. Keine Möglichkeit ein Spiegelei zu bestellen oder Bacon. ( Nach einer Woche jeden Morgen das gleiche war es schon anstrengend) Bei den Kaffeeautomaten seine Wartezeit zu verbringen kann ich nur jedem davon abraten, er schmeckt nicht. Auch am Abend zu versuchen bei dem wenigen Personal ein anderes Getränk zu bestellen keine Chance. Auch als wir an einem Abend Spät ins Hotel kamen, mussten wir mehrere Runden drehen um einen freien Parkplatz zu bekommen. Mehrere Reisebusse hatten die PKW Plätze blockiert.

Good: A reggeli finom és sokféle volt, bár mindkét reggel ugyanaz volt a kínálat. Bad: Az étterem "katasztrofális". Az asztalok sűrűn egymás mellett. A terasz részen a külső sor gyakorlatilag megközelíthetetlen, ha a középső soron minden asztal foglalt. Egyszerűen nem tudja magát átpréselni az ember a székek és az asztalok között, hacsak valaki nem előzékeny, de ez nem volt jellemző a szállodában akkor megszállt német vendégekre. A második este 7 óra előtt mentünk vacsorázni, gyakorlatilag teltház volt és a terasz egyik felét lezárták, nem tudni miért. Valószínűleg a méltatlankodás hatására végül is megnyitották. A pincérek nem viszik el a használt edényeket, csak ritkán, az asztalokat nem törlik le az előző társaság után. Nem kérdezik meg, hogy kérünk-e valamit inni (bort, sört stb..) Máshol mindig ezzel kezdik. Nagyon menza jellegű az egész. A különböző egységek megközelítése is nehézkes (pl. salátás pult a fal mellett) Az evőeszköz nagy kincs, mert úgy kell összevadászni, nincs kikészítve csak elvétve az asztalokon. Az ital automata gyakran csak zavaros vizet adott, kifogyott a por vagy a szirup.

Good: Nagyon tetszett minden, finom reggeli, vacsora, sok választék. Bad: A recepciós hölgy nem volt segítőkész, a fürdőbelépőhöz szükséges csekkolókártyát sem adta vissza, pedig utólag tudtuk meg, hogy aznapra még érvényes lett volna.

Augenblicklich befinden wir uns noch als Gäste in diesem sehr schönen Hotel. Von Anfang an würden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer steht's sauber. Ein kleiner Balkon macht dieses Zimmer Perfekt. Das Personal ob am Empfang, beim Essen oder im Zimmer Service ist steht's freundlich und . zuvorkommend. Eine Parkanlage mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten laden hier zum verweilen und entspannen ein. Unser Fazit wir kommen sehr gerne zu unserem nächsten Urlaub wieder.
