Good: We liked your hotel very much. Location, hospitality, all facilities including swimming pools and the beach, food in the restaurant was excellent. One small comment: pillows in the rooms was very small for me :) In general it was excellent!

Thank you for a pleasant stay in your nice hotel. The staff was helpful, the food excellent, the rooms clean, although a bit retro (I like retro!) - simply a good value for money. The only thing I could point out was the weak sound insulation and such a detail as the TV - if there is already a TV in the room, it should take into account programs that are intelligible to clients from the surrounding countries. :)

Good: These were my first experience here: The staff was very flexible and friendly. We have extended our room reservation and it was very fast and simple. The room was clean and well equipped. The inner pool was clean and nice and the hotel beach orderly too. The kitchen was very diverse and plentiful. I can recommend it to everyone, and hope I can come back. Bad: Only the weather was hectic a little bit, but it was not hotel responsibility;)

Good: The Hotel Annabella is a large resort style hotel with excellent multilingual reception staff, a good size outdoor pool as well as a smaller indoor pool and access to a private beach on the Balaton. Every room has a balcony and air conditioning and the room rate includes two meals. Breakfast had a wide enough variety on offer, although it was pretty much the same options every day. Again dinner has a good range of options, different every day we stayed and I was pleased to see a few more Hungarian style dishes on offer than previous years. Well made Hungarian cuisine is delicious and healthy and deserves to be better known elsewhere in Europe - it's not just goulash... The standard rooms are big enough, simply furnished without tea/ coffee making facilities but they do have a fridge and great air conditioning - both if which are very useful. The pool is great to cool off with plenty of shady spots as well as sun beds. The beach area also has a couple of cafes for lunch snacks or cocktails. Bad: The car park becomes extremely crowded at the height of the season but just about seems to fit everyone in somehow.

Good: the value for money is pretty good especially considering the location which is very close to the port and the promenade with the bars. I liked the breakfast and the dinner with their wide selection and good quality of food. Based on our experience it has been improved in the last years. The staff was superfriendly and when we had some issues with the fridge a repairman certainly arrived to fix it, which is appreciated.

Good: The Balatonfüred is absolutely wonderful place. This town looks really lovely, especially the Vitorlás tér bay , parks and avenues. There looks like in the tale! Annnabella Hotel is perfectly located, only 100 meters from Balaton Lake! Bad: The bath in my room was too high. It's difficult to come in for elderly people

Good: Lobby is stunningly big & nice. Room size is good . Bad: Bathrooms are too outdone with fittings ( Room No.211 I stayed ) rather a bit more uncomfortable than usual . Strongly suggest that they need total overhaul .

Although the interieur and exterior needs some patching up and redecorating, the hotel still has all one could or would need for an Holliday. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is older but it is kept up nicely. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. The lake is great to relax and get refreshed.

From a hungarian guest.This hotel is good value for your money.It is idiot to put up unreasonable so highexpectation for rhis type of money.The management is ,I am sure,very much avare of the shortcomings here a there and it is ridiculouse all those complaines from peoples visibly looking for something to complain. The establishment is well positioned close to the lake and fitted with everything needed for holyday (in this price bracket)no problem with staff,cleaniness and specially with the food.I am sure the management is avare of when the time is there, upgrading will happening.All those whom unhappy with the service for this price welcome to find accomodation in other countries like Bulgaria or Romania. For me this hotel give me all what i have expected and for what i have paid for. And now I am going to have my tasty supper.

Everything you'd expect from a 3 star hotel and more! Swimming pools, beach, beer garden, excellent service, marvellous food. Highly recommended!

Good: I had force major and it was needed to shift my dates day earlier. I've connected with property and receive positive answer in an hour! And without extra fee! Great staff! Location is awesome, they have pool and private beach. Breakfast and dinner are also rich! Bad: Rooms are old-fashioned. It is former soviet times hotel and there are some signs of it inside the rooms.

I was staying at the hotel for 6 nights and it was a pleasant enough experience. Everything was quite alright. Maybe it would be possible to ask for a wider availability of toiletries. As it is now I find it poor and in stark contrast with other services at the hotel.

The hotel was excellent, but the wifi is only available in the main lobby, and this is not very convenient. I hope this can be improved soon as more and more people are needing wifi on the road.

Good: Honestly? The room key! It is a huge, old fashion key, with a brass ball... no electronic cardkey system here.. Bad: Do not remodel the hotel! It is an architectural gem of the socialist era... Location Tip: Fantastic location. We did Tihany, best liked the hike around Loczy cave. This is a huge retro hotel from the Hungarian socialist era. Amazing dining hall, 1960 style. Standard rooms are basic, very comfortable, great view of Balaton. Bathroom fixtures are 40-50 years old... we loved them. I just hope that management won't "modernize" this place... It has a "club med" or young socialist pioneer camp feel to the place. Fantastic pool, private beach, breakfast and dinner (all-you-can-eat) included. Great staff...

Good: Hôtel très bien situé, chambre propre et lit confortable. La promenade en face de l'hôtel est très agréable le long du lac. Par contre, le restaurant fait penser à une cantine universitaire, très bruyant du fait de sa grande capacité à recevoir des clients.

Good: Super lokalizacja! Pyszne jedzenie! Hotel jest ogromny i nawet przy dużym obłożeniu nie brakowało jedzenia. Jest samowystarczalny - udogodnienia w hotelu plus deptak przechodzący wzdłuż linii brzegowej zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu. Prywatna plaża (ogrodzony teren zielony z węzłem sanitarnym, schody do jeziora). Świetna baza do zwiedzania okolicy i wypoczynku. Na dłuższy pobyt lepiej wybrać większy pokój. Hotel powstały w 1968r. w procesie odnawiania. Polecam! Bad: Brakuje w basenie np. fragmentu z podestem zmniejszającym głębokość (145cm dla dzieci to sporo). Kawa na śniadaniu niesmaczna i rozwarstwiająca się. Pomimo wybrania opcji np. cappuccino czy latte - ekspres nie dodaje mleka.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. Nagyon finomakat ettünk. A választék nagyon gazdag volt. A munkatársak figyelmesek és segítőkészek voltak. Már többször nyaraltunk a szállodában és reméljük, hogy lesz még lehetőségünk, hogy ott pihenjünk.

Good: A magas ágy tetszett,de aludni nekem nagyon puha volt,ezért kényelmetlen. Bad: Nem értem,hogy az erkélyen,vagy a lenti teraszon a bejáratnál miért nem lehet dohányozni.Aki dohányzik annak ez diszkrimináció. Többször voltunk már a szállodában,de pont ezek miatt jövőre meggondolom,hogy itt foglalok-e.

Good: Kiváló ételek, éttermi kiszolgálás,gyors ügyintézés, tisztaság.

Good: Kiváló sok retü a tisztaság is megfelelő azért járok minden évben egy alkalommal. Bad: Én meg vagyok elégedve mindennel.

Good: A környék nagyon szép, a szoba pedig tiszta volt. Bad: Csak az MTV 1-es csatornáját lehetett nézni, ami nevetséges. Rengeteg volt a rovar az egész szállodában. Egyetlen napon volt a szobába bekészítve nescafé. Rendkívül zsúfolt volt az étkező és kevés volt a választék mind a reggeli, mind pedig a vacsora tekintetében. A "felszolgálók" képzetlenek, nem figyelnek a vendégre.

Egy hetet töltöttem el itt. Nagyon jól éreztem magam. Kedves a személyzet. Prémium felújított szobát kaptam. Tihanyra néző kilátással. Fél panziós ellátással. Finom volt minden. Biztos,hogy jövök még. Köszönöm

Good: Reggeli és a vacsora isteni volt. Szép a kilátás a teraszról és közel van hozzá minden. Bad: Az ágy matrac lehetne keményebb.

Good: Csodás kilátás a teraszról, a part csak pár lépés volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, az ételek is finomak voltak. Bad: Szubjektív véleményem, nekem nagyon kellett volna még legalább egy párna alváshoz. Csak 1 kisebb méretű volt.

2025.09.12-14 ig tartózkodunk a szállodában. Ételválasztek rendben. Két alkalommal olyan tányért emeltem fel a svédasztalnál, melyeknek az alján ott volt az alatta lévő tányér tartalma. Gyomorforgato volt. A poharak sem voltak teljesen tiszták. A szobában lógtak a pókhálók az ablaknál. A szoba és az erkély közti szintkülönbség nagyon veszélyes. Az ágyakon a matrac nagyon puha, kényelmetlen. Vasarnapi reggelinel az ital automata sina vizet adott. A benti medence 26 fokos volt, kellemes.

Good: Prijazno osebje. Hrana zelo dobra, okusna. Zraven hotela zelo lep park, veliko možnosti za sprehod, primerno za invalide. Hotel ima zasebno plažo. Vsepovsod je kolesarska pot, tako da je idealno za kolesarje.

Good: Super strava, bohatý výber jedál, aj typické maďarské chute ktoré mi pripomenuli detstvo Bad: Izba nemala trezor

Good: Die Lage und die Preisleistung ist super. Bad: Sehr viele Leute im Hotel. Zu Mahlzeiten ist es wirklich eine Belastung.

Good: Ein schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage und mit großem abgeschlossenem Parkplatz. Es gibt Zimmer mit Badewanne oder Dusche. Auch ein schönes Schwimmbad und ein Außenpool. Mein Wunsch das Zimmer zu wechseln, da ich es lieber mit Dusche haben wollte konnte am 2. Tag erfüllt werden. Kristina und Tomas von der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch toll, das beide gut deutsch sprechen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr vielfältig und das Abendessen auch abwechslungsreich. Bad: Bei der Sauberkeit der Tische gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Obwohl viele Gäste im Hotel waren war der Speiseraum größten Teils nicht überfüllt. Aber die Reduzierung der Plätze ca. 1 Stunde vor dem Ende der Öffnungszeiten durch Absperrung war nicht schön. Dadurch gab es doch öfters mal Probleme einen freien Tisch zu finden. Der optische Eindruck in der Lobby wird durch alte kaputte Ledersessel stark beeinträchtigt. Diese sollten schnell ausgewechselt werden. Das macht in diesem schönen Hotel einen ganz schlechten Eindruck. An der Bar in der Lobby gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken. Allerdings hat es mich gestört das eine Service Pauschale zusätzlich zum Getränke Preis gezahlt werden muss. Ich wurde nur am Thresen bedient und musste die Getränke selbst zum Platz tragen. Das ist kein Service.

Good: A személyzet nagyon kedves volt! Kicsi gyerekkel voltunk, nagyon türelmesek voltak, mindenben segítettek. A szoba gyönyörűen felújított. A reggeli es a vacsora bőséges és finom! A gyerkőcnek 6 eves korig ingyen ebédet is biztosítanak. Bad: A medencénél lévő takarító hölgy mogorva volt ő kevésbé értékelte, hogy egy 3 éves gyerek eleven. A belső medence néhol algás volt, de összességében rendben volt. A tv-be pendrive nem helyezhető be.

Nyár végén 4 napot töltöttünk a szállodában. A reggeli-vacsora bőséges, a szobák szépen fel voltak újítva, viszont a szoba es az erkély közötti szintkülönbség elég balesetveszélyes. A kilátás csodás, közel a Balaton, a saját partrész is tiszta, bár negatívum, hogy a napozóágyakért fizetni kell. Nekünk a matrac nagyon puha volt, és az 1 kisebb párna nagyon kevés, de ez a mi problémánk, ez nem a szálloda hibája. Rengetegen voltak, a parkoló dugig, de azért egy hely mindig volt.A személyzet kedves, mosolygós. Számunkra ami tüske maradt, az egy késő esti tűzriadó volt (aug.24), amivel nincs is gond, ha baj van... de nem volt. Bő félórát álltunk kint az épület előtt, és sem akkor, sem násnap nem kaptunk rá választ, hogy mi történt. De még egy "elnézést a kellemetlenségértet" sem . A másnapi kicsekkolásnál még a recepciós hölgy is meg volt sértődve, hogy rá mertünk kérdezni. Szóval a kommunikáción még csiszolni kell, de alapvetően , ezt a kedves hölgyet leszámítva, pozitív élményekkel távoztunk :)

Good: Pokoje i korytarze po remoncie. Muzyka na żywo przed obiadokolacją. W cenie basen i plaża. Bad: Wielka stołówka i tłum ludzi. Kiedy w połowie czasu na posiłek zaczynało się robić luźno zamykano połowę wydawania posiłków i ograniczano salę

Good: Szépen felújított szoba,saját strand.Az ételek változatosak, ízletesek. Bad: Nagyon sok volt a vendég egyszerre az ebédlőben. Asztalra vadászni kellett,tumultus volt a pultoknál.

Good: A félpanzió szenzációs, a szobàból látszódott a tihanyi apátság. A saját partszakasz is szép 50m-re a hoteltől. Bad: Az utolsó napon 11 óráig elkell hagyni a parkolót, szerintem belekellene férjen, hogy az utolsó napon is ott maradjon az autó ameddig a vendég szeretne maradni. A Balatonnál fizetni kell a napágyakért amit a hotel biztosíthatna a vendégek részére.

Good: Kényelem tisztaság, a személyzet felkészültsége. Bad: Amikor kiléptem az erkélyre a szintkülönbség miatt majdnem nekiesem a korlátnak. Az ebédlő olyan hatást keltett, mint a regi szoci üdúlök a választékkal nem voltunk megelégedve

Good: A szállás nagyon szépen fel van újítva, minden működött a szobában, aminek kellett működnie. Az ellátás kiváló, reggeli és a vacsora is. A part a közelben volt, könnyű volt kimenni kisgyerekkel. Bad: Nem nagyon volt ilyen.

Hotel obstojný, nič extra, ale vôbec neurazí a hlavne, je to len na spanie. Strava základná, ale dosť na výber, takže OK. Pri otázke pred rezerváciou, či sa dajú uskladniť bicykle, bolo povedané, že nie je problém. Ale prakticky to znamená, že musíte si so sebou zobrať niečo na uzamknutie a môžete si ich nechať vo vstupnej hale. Takže, ak si uzamknete jeden bicykel, nie je o čo ho uzamknúť, tak ktokoľvek ho môže ukradnú a recepčný si ani nevšimnú. Nikdy nič nekontrolovali, bicykle sú z ich dohľadu. Odporúčam uzamknúť minimálne dva bicykle o seba, to sa už ťažšie kradne.

Good: Nagyon tetszett szép környezet. Nagy parkoló. Kedves személyzet. Finom reggeli vacsora. Élő zenés est. Felszerelt bár, a nagy előtérben. Bad: Az ágy matraca sajnos nem volt megfelelő. A medence vize hideg. De nekünk így is megfelelt erre a pár napra. Nem jönnék el több napra.
