Good: Z vnútra zrekonštruovaný hotel. Izby, aj verejné priestory krásne čisté. Raňajky síce neohúrili ale určite ani nesklamali. Sortiment sa síce počas dní veľmi nemenil, ale výber bol veľmi pestrý, takže ste každý deň mohli mať niečo iné. (Zaujímavosťou na raňajky boli napr. škvarky alebo zemiaky v šupke) Pri recepcii k dispozícii voda s bylinkami po celý deň. Izba - čistá, priestranná. K dispozícii voda, káva, čaj, uteráky, župany, šampón, sušič. Výborné zatemnenie, ak si chcete dlhšie ráno pospať. TV s youtube, atď. Personál - ústretový, spokojnosť. 3 bazény. Bad: Len dve sauny - fínska a parná (bez arómy); na môj vkus príliš horúce. Parkovné 12,-€ nám za päť dní trošku navýšilo cenu pobytu, ale parkujete priamo pred hotelom. Hotel je trošku vzdialený od zastávky metra (cca 600m), ale človek má aspoň pohyb :-)

Good: Зручне розташування: близько до центру, майже на набережній, поряд ресторан і магазин. Наявність паровки - дуже зручно, оскільки це проблематично в Будапешті. СПА дає прекрасний відпочинок і відновлення в будь-яку пору року. Сніданок - супер. Зупинялись в цьому готелі декілька раз. Номер недавно оновлений, комфортний, зручне ліжко, є все необхідне для відпочинку. Bad: Біля 12 ночі - пожежна тривога.

Good: Bardzo dobry hotel. Wszystko po bardzo udanym remoncie. Bardzo czysto. Sniadania doskonałe. Teoche dalej od hałasliwego turystycznego centrum co akurat dla.mnie było zaletą. Na.przeciwko hotelu stoja hulajnogi Lime. Obok hotelu wzdłuż rzeki jest ścieżka rowerowa do samego centrum. Polecam taką formę dojazdu do centrum. Dojazd ok. 10 minut Bad: Wszystko było super. Chetnie wroce do tego hotelu.

Good: Nice refurbished room with a great river view. Staff members are very kind and helpful. Bad: Swimming pools are in need of a full makeover. The whole pool area is very outdated, looks like something from the 70's.

Good: Krásné bazény s různě teplou vodou (plavecký, relaxační, whirpool) se zapujčením ručníků. Výborné snídaně a večeře formou bufetu. Zahrada se vzrostlými stromy. Výhled na Dunaj s Markétiným ostrovem. Velmi čisto. Kuchyňský koutek v apartmánu je vybavený nádobím, mikrovlnnou troubou, lednicí, toustovačem, mixérem, rychlovarnou konvicí a kávovarem Nespresso. Ale měli jsme zaplacené i večeře, takže jsme ho moc nevyužili. Bad: Apartmán byl vybavený minitělocvičnou a saunou, což by asi bylo fajn, ale vše bylo digitální, a tudíž pořád něco svítilo/blikalo, což je tedy v noci velmi rušivý prvek.

Good: Hotel is situated close to the Hungarian Parliament (good location to be honest). The parking space has many places to park your vehicle. Breakfast has a lot of options Bad: Maybe a you should have some beverages in the minibar. The parking costs 12Eur/day. I see that it is very comon in Hungary to pay extra for parking. I personally don't like this practice.

Good: Cistoca, dorucak, ljubaznost osoblja i urednost smjestaja. Bad: Naplata parkinga i sama lokacija koja je ipak poprilicno udaljena od centra.

Good: Camera 5° piano pulita ed adeguata al livello della struttura. Soggiorno da sabato a lunedì. Colazione abbondante, non ho riscontrato la mancanza di colazione dolce segnalata da altri, erano a disposizione 6 tipi di mini brioches, pane di 4 tipi, burro, marmellata (solo tre gusti), yogurt e relativi condimenti di cereali e frutta, frutta fresca ( ciliegie, banane, albicocche, pesche) pesche sciroppate, prugne. Caffè, cappuccio ecc ecc a volontà. Sempre per la colazione ad avere il coraggio (per noi italiani) c'è da fare pranzo e cena con tutti i piatti salati presenti. Abbiamo anche cenato il Hotel, il tutto a self service con molti piatti internazionali oltre che i tipici ungheresi con zuppe e carni in umido; certo non è la cucina italiana della nonna Amelia, non aspettatevi le lasagne e la costoletta alla milanese. La zona spa era pulita e non troppo affollata, la spa non è nulla di che, sono tre piscine una delle quali con idro ma semplicemente per essere un servizio offerto ed interno alla struttura mi è sembrato molto adeguato. Il soggiorno ci ha quindi lasciato nel complesso molto soddisfatti. Bad: Nulla

Good: We have stayed at Danubius Hotel Helia on several occasions, and this year was no exception. Recently renovated rooms, magnificent view of the Danube River and Margit Island, courteous and professional staff, excellent breakfast selection, and well-maintained spa area featuring pools and jacuzzis — all of this creates hotel's cozy and unique atmosphere. Without a doubt, we will choose Danubius Hotel Helia again for our next visit to Budapest. Bad: The only minor inconvenience during this stay was the design of the shower cabin — despite our best efforts, water would still leak onto the bathroom floor.

Good: Alles :-) war schon das 2 mal jetzt in dem Hotel, und im August komme ich wieder. Frühstücksbüffet ist Top, man bekommt alles. Sehr schöne Zimmer, Bett sehr bequem. Man bekommt immer 1 Flasche Wasser umsonst. Bad: Vom Duschkabine läuft das Wasser aus. Ich musste danach mit dem Handtücher aufwischen weil es komplett unter Wasser stand.

Good: Un hotel exceptional, curatenie, personal si bucatarie. Bad: Nu avem nimic de reprosal!

Good: Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Donau und die Margareteninsel ist toll. Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber man ist zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde mitten im Geschehen. Die ÖPNV Anbindung (Bus, u-Bahn) ist super.

Good: Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Zentrums, ist aber über Bus- und Metro-Linien gut angebunden. In der Nähe gibt es drei Supermärkte und einen Drogeriemarkt, die alle auch am Abend noch geöffnet haben. Bad: Das Hotel und die Gebäude in der Nachbarschaft haben von außen noch den zweifelhaften Charme der Ostblock-Plattenbauten. Innen ist das Hotel aber modern renoviert.

Hotellet ligger 50 meter fra Donau. Det er nært til kollektivtransport som buss og bane. Det har flere bassenger/ boblebad etc, badstuer og saltcave. Maten er flott, uteområdet helt supert. Dette hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste.

Good: The hotel is very good in terms of what you get for the money. Clean, even though i moved the bed and it was not clean underneath. But the sheets and everything else was good. The breakfast was very good with gluten free options as well and also traditional food. We also had dinner there and it was also very nice. Bad: The location is not great compared to the city center. Also when we went to the pool and wanted to but some slippers because it was mentioned that it’s mandatory (but all the people had the hotel room slippers), they couldn’t add the expense to the room which was an inconvenience for me as I didn t had my card or phone with me. And the most upsetting part was that I couldn’t pay them after, I had to go back to the room and get the card, pay the 4 euro for the slippers that no one else was wearing.

Good: Chiar dacă nu am putut să ne rezervăm locul de parcare, erau locuri libere suficiente. Parcarea hotelului era închisă cu barieră și a costat 12 euro/noapte. Am putut să lăsăm mașina în parcarea hotelului și după ce am făcut check-out-ul, fără cost suplimentar. Am luat inițial doar cu micul dejun, dar, am servit ulterior și cina. Mâncarea a fost calitativă și delicioasă.

Good: Seit Jahren sind wir Gäste dieses Hotels. Die Lage ist perfekt, Taxiservice, Dienstleistungen, Freundlichkeit ist unverändert gut. Das Schwimmbad mit den 3 Becken ist für uns das wichtigste in diesem Hotel. Wir nehmen immer Premium Balkonzimmer mit Donaublick, diesmal allerdings nicht bekommen! Die kleine Konditoreitörtchen in der Bar ist ein Genuss! Morgens ist es angenehm drauessen auf der Terasse zu sitzen. Bad: Seit der Renovierung Stein harte, zu hoche Matrazen Rückenschmerzen inklusive. Bei 30 Grad Sommerwärme, dickste sehr schwere Bettdecken - ganz unmöglich! Keine Sommerdecken vorhanden. Kaum Zimmerreinigung, in einer Woche nur einmal, wo es Trinkgeld gab. Nur Handtuchwechel, kein Saugen, kein Bettenmachen, Müll bleibt liegen. Viele beschwerden. Dies noch nie dagewesen. Frühstücksbüffet ist gut, aber Brot ist viel zu knapp, bei vollem Haus wurden schon halbfertigen Baquettstagen hingestellt. Es muss viel mehr Brot eingeplant werden, besonders, weil die Touristen ihre Tagesverpflegung schon als Sandwich mit nehmen. In diesem Punkt müsste das Hotel viel mehr durchgreifen. Auch die Säfte werden unverschähmt in Wasserflaschen abgefüllt. Die sind aber nicht die Ungarn! Ich habe um ein schönes Zimmer in Fahrstuhnähe erbeten. Das hat geklappt, aber leider auf dem 1. Stock. So war das Zimmer sehr laut, hatte kein Donaublick nur Bäume, und unter meinem Balkon auf der Terasse, ständig bis spät nachts laut gefeiert wurde . Als Stammgast und für eine Woche, hätte ich was besseres verdient.

Hotel staff are so helpful , The hotel perfect for families and is in very good location at the side of the Danube river with perfect sight for Marguerite island ,Buda heights from other side of Danube river and our room have a Buda castle ( not so close but we can see it easily ) walking distance for supermarket , bus station and few handed meters to the underground.it was a great stay and definitely will be my place every time I visited Budapest.

Situat pe malul Dunării, poziționat în dreptul insulei Margareta, hotelul este o alegere foarte bună,. Zona de SPA, îngrijită, cu 4 bazine cu apa încălzită pe 3 categorii de temperatură, saună uscată și saună umedă, cabinete de masaj și diverse alte terapii. Ne-a plăcut oferta diversă de la micul dejun și ne-au plăcut oamenii cu care am interacționat acolo.

Good: Everything was awesome! Spa zone has three different swimming pools with different temperature and sauna in each changing room. Lovely territory, close to the river where you can have a good walk with your dog.

Good: Hotel je na skvěle dostupném místě, snídaně i večeře formou bufetu, takže si vybere každý. Personál byl vždy vstřícný a milý. Pokoje jsou čisté a wellness funguje od rána až do večera. Takže skvělé :-)

Good: Comfortable beds. Lovely river view. Sensational breakfast. Staff were excellent and pool/steam room access is a highlight. Bad: Needed a space to hang wet bathing suit. The bathroom didn’t accommodate that which is tough for a hotel with a pool.

Good: Все удобно обустроенно, вежливый персонал,уборка каждый день.В номере всё необходимое, на рецепшен можно также получить мини набор: зуб.счетка и паста. СПА обычный, можно заказать дополнительные процедуры.Я брала массаж и соляную комнату. Удобная терасса и рядом набережная Дуная.Можно по мосту попасть на остров Маргит и гулять там, наслаждаясь природой. Рядом автобус 75, 79-одна остановка до метро или пешком около 10 мин.Транспорт отлично функционирует и всё очень понятно устроено. Bad: цены в кафе при отеле конечно выше, чем в городе.Но вкусно и удобно. И в моём номере 2 сингл кровати были сдвинуты вместе. Мне не хватало привычной большой кровати.

Good: big clean room that faces the Danube with a little balcony. came to the hotel also for the spa. good combination of spa and breakfast, and they have the useful bar. Tip: for cakes, go to "Trombitás cukrászda" just opposite the hotel, and take the salted cheese muffins. and also the cakes... the prima supermarket in just there on the way. breakfast was good, you will not stay hungry. Bad: the jacuzzi in the pools (air bubbles) shuts down automatically for 10 min. after 10 min. working. so you have to catch a place... there are 2 hot water pools - but only one has the bubbles. far from the city, you have to take a taxi if you wish to avoid public transport.

Good: The location was great, and bolt taxi service was awesome and very affordable to use. Cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast was magnificent. The spar was nice and relaxing with a proper man's sauna (very hot 🔥), and most of all, the staff were wonderful. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This was our first visit to hungary, and we felt very welcome from arriving at the airport to the hotel. Lovely people. We will definitely return ❤️ Bad: Nothing. Good: Nice and clean place. Staff available as well. Well connected. Breakfast OK. Free access to the SPA. Bad: Nothing specific to report. Mabe the setup of the bathroom wasn't ideal but these are small details overall.

Good: Excellent selection available for breakfast. Selection of food for lunch was also good with very tasty food, particularly, soups and salads. Gym, sauna and pool on site were also a real bonus. Great start to day before breakfast. Wife and I are 67 plus. We found out we could get free public transport which was a great bonus. Bus 15 around corner, city centre in 20 mins. What's not to like? Bad: Nothing to report!

Good: Hotel bellissimo, belle le stanze anche se il bagno è piccolo, colazione eccellente molto varia e buona la qualità. Ma il top sono le piscine riscaldate dove potersi rilassare, ambienti puliti, ti forniscono pure accappatoi e asciugamani tutto top!!!! Di fronte l hotel c è pure un buon supermercato. Bad: L unica nota negativa è stata la pulizia della camera non eseguita in tempo ancora alle tre non era stata eseguita e il giorno successivo anche, l ho dovuta richiedere io alla reception .
