Good: Krásný hotel s výhledem, perfektní wellness, human na pokoji, při vstupu ještě dostanete ručník. Plavecký bazén a tři teplé, z toho jedna vířivka. Lehátka, terasa, fitness, silná jeskyně, masáže. Využili jsme jen bazény. Skvělá snídaně, teplá, studená, zelenina, ovoce, šunky, sýry, klobásy, vejce míchaná, na tvrdo, volské oko atd atd. Nejlepší omeleta, připravují stále čerstvou. Bad: V neděli nebyla k snídani omeleta, tu mají tak skvělou👍 škoda😉

Good: Die Betten (besonders die Kissen) waren sehr bequem. Ruhige Zimmer. Nettes Personal (spricht teilweise auch Deutsch). Blick und direkter Zugang zur Donau und Mietautos / Mietroller. Gute Lage. Tolles Restaurant. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nicht zu hören #super silent!!! Bad: Restaurant um die Ecke: VakVarjú Étterem Újlipótváros ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Personal und Küchenchef wechselt ständig. Man kann Glück haben oder wie wir für 20.000 ft ein Künstler hinterm Herd zu erwischen #sieht gut aus aber schmeck nach Fertiggericht. Einkaufen auch besser bei Aldi. Prima ist sehr teuer.

Good: Nice clean rooms with bath, close to city center (like 20 mimutes by walk) Solid wifi, smart tv and coffe set available. Pool accesible whole day included in price. There are three pools, two of them are 38 -35 degrees warm, one with whirlpool part. Almost no kids around, so it was very relaxing stay for us. Pools are big enough and they was not covered with ppl. Great breakfasts. There is no minibar in room, but grocery shop is stright behind hotel. Staff at breakfasts and reception was very nice and helpful. Bad: Lobby bar is not very comfortable, staff was not friendly there and drinks and food is not worth the price. Bar in wellness area is closed. We use to have at least coffee or some nice lemonade while we stay whole day at the pool and there is no possibility at least bring something from lobby bar. Not very nice view. We got back room even those with view at Danube river are promoted. Anyway still it was very nice stay.

Good: The hotel is excellent. Clean, spacious. The spa is open until 10 pm. Good parking in front of the hotel. Close to the Danube river and Margit Island. We will definitely come again. For every recommendation. Bad: All was fine. I have no objections.

Good: the spa is excellent . team members are friendly and have great knowledge. The lady in the Yellow bar remembered us ( we stayed here in 2018) Mr Pokorny in the restaurant is always friendly and hard worker.

Good: Condițiile de masa și cazare au fost excelente...peste așteptări, exceptând faptul ca parcarea nu este inclusa în serviciile oferite de hotel - este contracost, la 12E/zi. Hotelul dispune de camere cu vedere spre Dunăre, ceea ce oferă niște peisaje nocturne de vis.

Good: From beginning to end it was special stay, staff did their best fo make us comfortable. Breakfast was so nice and special and tasty with various choices. Loved swimming pools, salt cave, view of river was special. Bad: I don't have anything to put on this list.

Good: Úplne všetko ,strava úžasná aj raňajky,aj večere švédske stoly,wellnes parádny. Užili sme si to.. Pozdravujeme pána pri batožinách,privítal nas slovenskými slovíčkami,bolo to milé.. Personál ústretový,boli sme veľmi spokojný

Good: Very nice hotel, not far from city center (via public transport). the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bad: the prices of the additional services were higher than expected, however they were high quality.

Good: Everything was great, food and apartman also wellness, but what was missing the glassis for the water.

Good: We had a room with a view of the Danube which was pretty awesome to be able to sit by the window and watch the sun set over the Danube. Comfortable bed but pillows were terrible. Great pool area with spa.. massage facilities which made it a point of difference to relax after a day of sightseeing. Beautiful grand piano with relaxing music. There were multiple lounge areas to relax and have a glass of wine or a bite to eat. Staff were very helpful and anything you asked them it was done promptly. Fantastic buffet breakfast, so many choices for any taste buds. Great coffee ☕ Bad: We travelled in April so just in spring but the hotel advertised air conditioning but it's not turned on until summer which made the room a little stuffy at night. While we could open the window slightly, we then had traffic noise. Even after asking staff to possibly put the air-conditioning on it's policy to turn on in the summer months only. Just a little peeved it's not mentioned on their website.

You made us feel at home. Your hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet is varied and healthy. Your staff is welcoming, helpful and speak English well. Keep up the high standard, we will come back.

Good: Viele Angebote beim Frühstück, schöner Frühstück-Raum, sehr freundliche bemühte Personal. Bad: Die Personal hat sich beim Einchecken nicht so gut ausgekannt. Ausserdem hat die Personal sehr lange dafür gebraucht. Ähnliche Situation war am Bistro beim Einzahlen. Am Bistro gab es keine Extra Dressing (z.b. Öl oder Essig) für mild gewürzte Salate. Sehr Umwelt unfreundliches Verhalten bezüglich Badetücher/Badteppiche (z.B. Mehrmalige Verwendung vom gleichen Tuch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sinnvoller). Keine Beschriftung von Treppenwege als Alternative für Lifte.

Good: Čistota, super snídaně, ochotný personál a dostupné welness po celý den. Bad: Snad jen placené parkování nad rámec ubytování. Jinak nic.

Good: Die neuen Zimmer sind echt super schön geworden. Insgesamt sieht man, dass aktuell sehr viel investiert wird. Restaurant etc sind schon renoviert. Wir freuen uns darauf zu sehen, wie es ist, wenn alles fertig ist.

Good: Hotel byl hned u Dunaje. Dobrá lokalita asi 600 metrů od stanice metra. U hotelu je hned zastávka autobusů a trolejbusů - dobré spojení do centra města. Hotel nabízel v ceně ubytování relaxaci ve čtyřech bazénech, kde byla teplota vody 36-38C, 34-36C a plavecký bazén s teplou 26-28C. Dále je k dispozici suchá sauna a parní sauna. Doporučuji tento hotel pro ty kteří chtějí po výletech ještě relaxovat ve SPA. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni se zázemím hotelu. Bad: Nemáme nic co by se nám nelíbilo.

Good: 早餐比较丰富多样 房间安排比较紧凑，该有的都有。个人觉得床比较舒服，赞。每天有人清理垃圾并更换毛巾，每三天一次大清洁，换床单被套之类，个人觉得很合理。 酒店有四个泳池，包括游泳和spa区域；健身房分了两层，有氧和力量，还有瑜伽房，可以说健身休闲这块非常优秀了。还有桑拿按摩之类的。 酒店的餐吧也很不错，服务员小姐姐们热情友好，每个菜都是经典，特别爱青绿的圆豌豆酱，一开始以为是牛油果酱，吃出惊喜。 起先定了一周，想着后一周换一个酒店再住的。体验比较好，续订了第二周。虽然没有保住原来的房间，但还是满意。 Bad: 愿永远追求更好

I want to thank the staff for the warm hospitality, the food was great, the rooms were clean. Because we left early to the airport we couldn't make it to breakfast and the staff prepared an early breakfast for us without us even asking which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good: The service and the attitude of the staff was high standard. In every departement we have felt our self as guests in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast with wide range, spa with great options, amazing massage, unique salt cave experience, delicious food in the bar/restaurant, huge bed in the room, view with Donau river, available parking place in front of the hotel etc. Everything was suitable to enjoy our stay, and just relax. Bad: The room with the bathroom was a bit old fashioned for the eyes. Clean and well equipped but not modern. Lobby, spa and Restaurant have been already renovated and new. I guess rooms are the next step. But that was only an issue for the outfit, for the look. Room was spotless and comfortable.

Good: Colazione abbondante e ottima. Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo. Vicino alla fermata del bus o taxi. Piscina aperta dalla mattina alla sera. Leggermente distante dal centro ma con il taxi in 5 minuti arrivo dove vuoi. Bad: Non so se si può fumare in terrazza ma consiglierei di farlo.

Auch zu Fuß Stadt erreichbar, bei schönem Wetter entlang der Donau spaziert. Bad: Leider keine Getränke direkt im Wellnessbereich (wäre nach Sauna nett gewesen).

I like this hotel very much.👌 The hotel is nearby the bus station 1 min walk, which takes you to the metro station 5 min only. The staff, Reception, housekeeping, service, and SPA people were all professional. The room is good in size and it has a very beautiful View of the river. The room service is fast 👌 Good prices, I hope these prices never increase

Good: We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The rooms were great as well as breakfast which offers a lot of options (even lactose fee options, which was so nice) and there is a nice in-house bistro with good food. The location is really good, calm area next to Daube river but close to bus and metro station. Spa facilities were nice, as expected - 3 pools and 2 saunas. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is excellent value for money.

Good: Excellent hotel with wonderful staff, who were all genuinely kind and helpful. Quiet, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. The spa is also great with swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Bad: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Good: Günstig, Zugang zum Wellnessbereich inkludiert, (4 Becken mit 3 verschiedenen Temparaturbereichen, Sauna, Dampfbad) etwas abseits des Zentrums, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln meist im 7-10 min. Takt sehr gut zu erreichen (zum Zentrum oder Bahnhof braucht man jeweils eine halbe Stunde, die App Budapest Go hat super funktioniert) Spa und Beautybereich sind im Haus, aber Achtung, Buchungen vorab am besten telefonisch direkt im Spa vornehmen, die Rezeption ist hier alles andere hilfreich. Das Bad ist klein, es gibt aber warme Handtuchhalter und Haken an der Türe, für mich waren ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden und es konnte alles über Nacht trocknen. Die Betten waren weder hart noch sehr weich. Das Zimmer wirkt ein wenig angeräumt, aber dafür gibt es ein Tischchen und Sessel. Die Masseure waren gut, leider konnten wir keine gleichzeitigen Behandlungen buchen aber ev. lag das auch an der (aus Spa-Sicht) kurzfristigen Buchung. Die Salzgrotte war etwas ungemütlicher als ich sie kenne, aber auch ok, wenn man einfach nur entspannen will. Für den Zweck Wellness und Spa war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis außergewöhnlich gut, daher wirft mein Bewertungssystem trotz verschiedenster Abschläge 9/10 aus und wir haben 3 statt geplanter 2 Nächte gebucht. Bad: Habe vorab gewünschte Behandlungen weitergegeben, die Spa-Rezeption wußte von nichts und meinte bei Ankunft, dass wir das früher hätten sagen müssen. Das Zimmer ist sehr warm, ein kleines Fenster lässt sich nur wenig öffnen und das sorgt nur marginal für Abkühlung, dafür hört man dann den Straßenverkehr. Es ist aber bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht stickig (da nicht dicht), nur die Hitze geht nicht weg. Das Bistro erinnert an Schwimmbadkantinen, vor allem akkustisch. Das Essen ist optisch sehr schön, der Geschmack kann leider überhaupt nicht mithalten. Wir haben uns im Supermarkt eingedeckt oder schon etwas früher im Zentrum gegessen – ein ordentliches Restaurant hätte uns täglich gesehen, hier gibt es definitiv Luft nach oben.
