Good: Colazione ricca a buffet, di buona qualità e che soddisfa le abitudini alimentari di tutte le nazionalità ! Grande area piscina, con 4 vasche di diverse temperature, di cui una con idromassaggio. Bella palestra su due piani e tante possibilità di massaggi e trattamenti per il benessere. Bellissima ed ampia hall ! Bad: Mi ha dato fastidio la regola della piscina, che consente alle donne mussulmane di entrare in acqua vestite, mentre è ( giustamente vietato agli altri ). Una regola dovrebbe valere per tutti ! Invece loro non fanno compromessi sulla religione, ma la cosa più grave è che siamo noi ad adeguarci. Ne ho vista solo una, ma questo è sbagliato !

Good: Hotelul este amplasat pe malul Dunarii, in dreptul Insulei Margareta. Locatia este buna pentru oricine vrea sa viziteze Budapesta...cam 20 minute de mers pe jos, pina la docul de unde pleaca croazierele pe Dunare, cam 30 minute pina la Parlament...Dispune de toate facilitatile, conform acreditarii sale turistice, de care ai nevoie. Camera pe care am avut-o, a fost destul de spatioasa ( fara balcon), confortabila, mobilierul bun, paturile extrem de confortabile...Am avut acces la piscinele cu apa termala si la sala fitness. Am optat pentru demipensiune...Daca ar fi sa descriu preparatele, ar fi simplu...pur si simplu delicioase! Personalul cu care am interactionat, indiferent care, a fost foarte amabil si extrem de politicos! Bad: Nu exista vreun minus!

Good: Ételek nagyon finomak voltak, bő volt a választék, a személyzet nagyon kedves és figyelmes volt. A szobák tiszták voltak. Bad: Minden rendben volt, viszont sajnos egyik este mivel a felső emeleten voltunk szinte egész este zúgott a légkondicionáló rendszer, viszont rendkívül hamar reagált a személyzet és meg oldódott és tudtunk pihenni.

Good: Las piscinas y la comida. Bad: La habitación olía un poco mal. Faltaba ventilación y mejor sistema refrigeración en habitació. En el resto del hotel temperatura perfecta.

Es sind sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Hotel. Sehr hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Alles hat super gepasst und an nichts hat es gemangelt.

Good: The hotel is really nice in general. The spa is clean and the staff really attentive. Bad: Breakfast was crowded, having to queue for some items. It had the quantity over quality feeling. Having paid extra for a Danube view room, half of the view was towards the apartment building next door.

Good: Everything :) Staff were so friendly, Massage exelent, Pool was relaxing, Food was delicious. Our second stay here, and we are looking forward to our next stay. 5*+ Bad: Our stay was too short 🤔😃🥺

Fontos volt számunkra, hogy egy olyan szállodaláncot válasszunk, ahol a minőség garantált. Udvarias kiszolgálás, felújított szép szobák, bőséges választékú kontinentális reggeli. A gyermek miatt fontos volt, hogy legyen wellness részleg is.

Good: The hotel has a nice spa area. The food was good and the offer for breakfast was diverse. I will definitely come again.

Good: Cet hôtel devrait être classé en 5*. Tout est merveilleux et exceptionnel: la propreté, les equipements de la chambre sont neufs, la SE est hors classe, le hall de réception, le petit-déjeuner est très varié aussi bien en aliments salés que sucrés, le dîner est tellement bon qu'il me serait difficile de le décrire, le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible à régler chaque fois qu'il est sollicité. Bad: La façade extérieure n'est pas à la hauteur de cet cet hôtel.

Good: Avara loistava kylpylähotelli keskustan tuntumassa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Loistava ja runsas aamiainen. Huoneesta halutessa näkymä Tonavalle - vastapäätä sijaitsee Margitinsaari. Iso allas-osasto - tilavat saunat miehille ja naisille erikseen ! Taksi tilatessa nopeasti ja muutaman minuutin matka keskustaan. Pieni pettymys oli päivällinen jonka ostimme yhtenä iltana. Bad: Päivällinen - hintaansa nähden pettymys.

Good: The spa and wellness area is great, nice that they have gluten free options, maybe in the future they can add more vegan and vegetarian options:) Bad: It was some youth kickboxing World Cup and the hotal was packed with a lot of noisy adolescents and we couldn’t sleep😤

Good: We were very happy with the breakfast. We had a room that overlooked the Danube river. Bad: The staff was very accomadating/friendly.

Good: Harmadik alkalommal wellnesseltünk a Danubius Hotel Heliaban ( S ha rajtunk múlik biztosan nem utoljára🙃). Ha Budapest,akkor kizárólag ez a Hotel.Nagyon megszerettük, mert minden igényünket teljeskörűen kielégíti. Felújított szobát választottunk ezúttal, amivel nagyon megvoltunk elégedve. A bőséges reggeli és a tán még bőségesebb - változatos vacsora, a wellness szolgáltatásai, a csodás kilátás a Dunàra( no meg a közelsége), a kedves - segítőkész személyzet, a minőség és a tisztaság ismét hozzájárult ,hogy az 1 hetes családi pihenésünk zavartalan és élményteli lehessen.

Good: I liked the hotel's style and concept. Bonus points for 3 elevators not just one in the building. One night I skipped the dinner and I asked it to be prepared for when I come from town. I got a huge plateau, super content with it. The breakfast was abundant especially on Thursday and Friday morning and the dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evening. I like that there was a gluten free section and a big variety of vegetal milk. Champagne for Sunday breakfast 😋...nice ! 👍🏼 The maids entered often and arranged the bed sheets and added clean towels! Happy with my stay overall! ❤️ Bad: I didn't like that the pools were full of bleach and it was a very hard water (calcareous), so after each pool I had to take a meticulous shower with a lot of soap to get rid of both. My skin got irritated and white on legs for the whole day. Mostly kind staff, except one tall girl that never ever smiled at me or showed too much interest in communicating with me, serving me. Let me just tell you I work in the same industry and serving a client at reception either with info or extra needs regarding one's stay must be a pleasure! Let that come trough! More enthusiasm and eagerness is expected. The rest of the staff was amazing! 😊

Good: Praktycznie wszystko, świetny hotel. Bad: Trochę cienkie ściany, i wszystko co działo się na korytarzu było słychać w pokoju.

Kb 10 éve voltam itt csak úgy randomEgyszerűen lenyűgöző volt.A személyzet a kiszolgálás a szauna a gym meg úgy minden egyszerűen perfect.Én voltam aki 3 napig fürdököntösben ivott a bárban😂.A személyzet nagyon jòl kezelte a helyzetet.Ha lesz lehetőségem visszamegyek mindenképp.A termálvizes dzsakuzzi meg a szauna mindent vitt.Na meg a reggeli.Azt hittem káprázik a szemem.Egy igazi élmény volt az egész ottlétem.

Good: Excellent high level hotel, everything was perfect, we stayed at the hotel 5 nights. The room was very clean and very comfortable, the king sized bad was perfect, the air conditioner, sauna TV, refrig, mini builded gym inside the room, everything operated great with no issues! The veiw on the river from the balcony was amazing! The breakfast was varied with rich food and very delivious! The yellow bistro restaurant on behalf of the hotel was also very good! The hotel facilities were great, we had pleasurefull time at the swimming pools, there were 3 swimming pools with different temperatures, and 2 sauna type. In conclusion, the Helia hotel was perfect 10/10 ! Bad: The trash bins in the room were not emptied everyday.

Príjemný personál, či už upratovačky, v jedálni vo wellnese, alebo na recepcii Bad: V kúpelni chýbali kozmtické vatové tampóny alebo vatové tyčinky a takéto drobnosti, ktoré potešia, ale žiť sa bez nich dá. Takisto obklady v kúpelni boli dosť ošumelé a spôsok zasilikonovania vane bol dosť biedny

Good: Everything was wonderful here. The location was ideal as we wanted to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre based on previous experiences in other countries and we were not disappointed as travel in and out of the city centre was quick via the buses or even a 30 minute walk by the river direct from the hotel. The hotel is near two convenient bus stops served by at least 3 buses of which we used, all of which run very frequently. Just across the road is a convenience store and I would recommend using the hotel bar/cafe as we had some delicious cake and drinks at very affordable prices. The restaurant was very spacious, we stayed half board - breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices, Hungarian foods, everything in both English and Hungarian so we could understand what we were eating and the food was fresh and well cooked. On our check out day we had to leave before breakfast and the staff very kindly prepared us a take away breakfast which was enormous. The rooms were quiet at night with good AC which we didn't expect - it was unseasonably warm when we visited so this was very much appreciated. Fridge in room, free safe and tea making facilities which all added to our comfort. We were glad to have upgraded to a river view as it was very pleasant to wake up each day looking at the Danube and the Buda hills. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Inside the reception area is clean and welcoming and the staff were fantastic - we had barely a few Hungarian words but all the staff we interacted with had perfect English and were extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool/spa was also spotlessly clean though we didn't use the gym or have any treatments. I used the pools which were great, not too busy, and the hotel gives you free use of robes and extra towels. There is even a sun bathing terrace above on the roof accessed from the spa area.

Good: It was clean, new, lots of open space, spa on sight. Great breakfast Bad: Some areas need updating and they need to replace Laundry bags, clean mugs and water in room daily.

Good: The hotel was near the Danube and i walked along the river a couple of times in the early evening. The hotel was easy to get to as it was a ten minute walk from the nearest metro line. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and the staff always friendly and helpful.. Bad: I had one evening meal during my stay but wasn’t impressed with the lack of choice and it wasn’t value for money.

Good: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Donau. Das Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit.. Haben ein Premiumzmmer mit Donaublick gebucht. Nach Rücksprache mit der Reception bekamen wir nach der Hälfte der Zeit ein Zimmer mit Balkon.Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Der Spa u. Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bad: Die jungen Kellner u. Kellnerinnen laufen morgens beim Frühstück mit einem griesgrämigen Gesicht.durch das Restaurant.

Good: Welness and spa were really excellent. All recomendations for cleaning ladies, my room was perfectly cleaned every day. Bad: I would prefer more options for breakfast, especially more different kind of white cheese and bacon.

Good: We were in the refurbish double room with the river view and we loved the fact that everything is still new and clean. River view is fine, but honestly nothing special, so for the next time we would take regular view room and save some money. Pool region was not too crowded. There were some rush hours, but not that often. Breakfast and dinner were pretty good, although after few days repeatable stuff got kind of a boring. Hotel is not far away from the city center. We used public bus or metro to get to the center or even took a longer walk next to the river. It would take you less than hour from center to the hotel. Anyhow I would recommend this hotel. Bad: Nothing special too add here. Mostly everything was fine. Food was good but after few days it was boring, so maybe some diversity there would be nice. Rather than that all was nice.

Thank you for a comfortable and lovely stay at your hotel, the food and everything was nice and once I got my bearings it was easy to access via public transport however it is also easy to walk along the river.

Good: Leckeres Frühstück Sauberkeit, Lage und Personal top. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen und Ausblick auf die Donau. So stelle ich mir ein Hotel in Budapest vor. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Good: S ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni, krásné welnes a výborné snídaně. Hotel trošku dále od centra, přesto v pěší vzdálenosti. Určitě bychom se do hotelu vrátili.

Hiányoltam a tojás mentes desszertet, de kérésre csináltak nekem. Előremutató lenne, ha lenne kirakva estébként és nem kellene külön kérni.
