Good: The hotel is in perfect location, right in the middle of the city centre. The room was warm and very clean and it offered everything we needed. The reception staff and hotel bar staff were incredibly helpful and nice. I will make a booking at this hotel again, once in Budapest.

Good: Location was excellent and hotel staff very good giving you information etc, the only negative was the breakfast were always cold would have been nice if they had a microwave that you could have popped things into but apart from that was tremendous value and overall a wonderful place to saty and would highly recommend to anyone

Good: Location is excellent. Breakfast is good and they serve veggies. Service is nice and attentive. Rooms are large and have all amenities: a safe, a hairdryer, basic toiletries etc. Good value for money. There's an excellent restaurant on the ground level. Bad: Cleaning service could be better. Better attention to details such as missing items or changing towels and sheets. Lift was new so there were a few hiccups.

Good: In the middle of the city centre, friendly, professional staff, and the room was clean, very nice, comfortable beds, everything was really great!

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. Need a little modernisation in some areas like the showers /bathrooms. The general decor is within keeping of the style of the hotel. Very central, but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life. 10 minute walk from the Danube River. Easily accessible to all firms of transport. Food was ok too. Only had breakfast here but good selection. Staff were pleasant but not much interaction. Some much better than others at interacting with you.

Good: Staff is always so nice and helpful, and the location is wonderful. I have always stayed here when visiting Budapest and will continue doing so.

Good: excellent location, clean room, comfortable bed, in the room there are several accessories such as Kettle- wipe shoes- glasses of water, good breakfast, the city airport bus is two steps away n° E100 ,hotel quiet and very well heated. Bad: The receptionist who greeted us did not give us any city maps or activity brochures. I think it has to be systematic especially for tourists.

Good: The location was great! It was walking distance to the Danube, Gellért baths, shops and restaurants. The room was really good and staff were all very helpful. The little souvenir shop in the hotel was really great and was run by a very sweet lady. The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was really easy, convenient and reliable also. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. Bad: There was nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel. It was good to have a mini bar in the room A kettle would be a great addition to the room for tea and/ or coffee.

Good: I loved the breakfast buffet and the ability to keep your luggage in the hotel before checking in or even after checking out. Bad: Everything was perfect!

Good: Room was very clean, big and classic. There was a mini bar in the room but it was paid I came to to know at check out 😊. Location is perfect for any traveller as it is in the central of Budapest. You can roam the city by foot. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Breakfast buffet had lot of options to eat. I will give it a five star. Bad: There is nothing to dislike.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Staff were very pleasant and all spoke good English. This hotel was excellent value for money and situated in a pedestrianised and central area of the city. Highly recommended if you're visiting the wonderful city of Budapest. ( Budapest is like a more friendly, less touristy "rip off" and less crowded and much cheaper version of Paris!!! ).

Brilliant location nice clean place and staff went with 30 + lads from Sheffield for my stag do and couldn't have picked a better place to stay perfect for what we needed and close to everything would highly recommend!!!

As the rooms are rather small it would be better to remove the round table and one chair. This would make it more comfortable to move around and leave space for the suitcases aswell. Beside breakfast ( 7-10 a.m ) there is nothing else available at this hotel, only from the minibar in the room. For a coffee you have to go to restaurants nearby. This is a pitty!A coffeecorner in the hotel would be very nice and/or the possibility to make it in the rooms.

Hotel perfect regarding position and ratio hotel value/price. I have appreciated my stay with you and would come back again if in Budapest, and surely I recomend it to my friends. Its a pity that service is good but I cannot say perfect also regarding room service (bath towels changed only at the check out date and not perfect cleaning of the room).

This hotel is in the perfect location for us. We have stayed there three times now. However, this was the first time that someone has gone into our rooms (yes, both rooms) and rummaged through our luggages. Nothing was taken, but we felt we had to lock our suitcases from then on. We kept our clothes in the locked suitcases and did not use the closets after that. I told it to the person in charge at the reception, but nothing happened. Too bad, because as I said, this was the perfect location for us and would have stayed there again in the future.

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen voll und ganz übertroffen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – einen so hervorragenden Service habe ich selten in einem anderen Hotel erlebt. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und die Matratzen wirklich klasse. Auch der große Fernseher mit internationalen Sendern ist ein Pluspunkt. Von der Lage und dem gesamten Ambiente bin ich absolut begeistert. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und hat den rundum positiven Eindruck perfekt abgerundet. Ich habe mich hier wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Good: La posizione è ottima per girare tranquillamente a piedi Budapest e muoversi nelle zone più tranquille e servite della città. Gli ambienti sono luminosi, moderni e silenziosi e rendono il soggiorno piacevole. Bad: La colazione è buona ma andrebbe migliorata molto la selezione dei dolci che è più scarna rispetto ai piatti salati.

Good: Great location, quick walk the river, plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. Overall clean, safe and comfortable. Curtains truly kept out all the light, and the AC was nice and strong Bad: The beds were a little too firm (and we like beds on the firm side!) There was a slight damn/sewage smell from the shower at night. And the housekeeping was sort of inconsistent-- towels were always new, but we didn't always get new mugs or glasses, for example. Some things were a little dusty when we arrived (the tray with the spoons, for example).

酒店位置不錯，比較乾淨整潔

Sehr schönes Hotel, ideal gelegen, um Budapest kennenzulernen. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o lokalizację. Pokój był czysty, a co dla mnie najważniejsze, czyściutka biała pościel, wygodna poduszka i przede wszystkim wygodny materac. W pokoju cicho, lecz trafiliśmy na pokój z oknem na tyły hotelu. Klimatyzacja idealna, cichutko działająca. Minusem było to, że na 4 doby w hotelu dwukrotnie zapomniano o sprzątaniu i raz o wymianie ręczników. I tylko raz na dzień dobry dostaliśmy butelkę wody i to na tyle. Ale ogólnie polecamy to miejsce. Śniadań w hotelu nie jedliśmy, więc nie wiem czy są ok.

Good: Staff was friendly an welcoming. Excellent location in the heart of Budapest in an area with nice little restaurants. Rooms had a good size and were freshly renovated, good quality linnen and towels, everything was very clean. Aircondition worked fine! Buffet style breakfast offered great choices. And I enjoyed the aminities like tea- and coffe tray in the room or cool water and apples in the lobby. We had a great stay! Bad: -

L'albergo è nuovo appena ristrutturato,le camere moderne e il letto comodo.Si trova in una posizione eccellente,vicino alla via più elegante di Budapest,a 2 stazioni metro,ristoranti e monumenti La signora che si occupa della colazione,che è molto abbondante, è gentilissima e disponibile. L'unica pecca è il servizio pulizia giornaliera delle camere,inesistente!!!!

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt! Meget centralt, uden støj fra gaden. Personalet var også søde og hjælpsomme. Dog halter det lidt med rengøringen. Det lignede ikke at der var støvsuget da jeg fik værelset, og der hang store spindelvæv i hjørnerne. Man kan dog tydeligt se at hotellet nyligt er renoveret - værelserne i sig selv er lækre! Morgenmaden er okay, men er overpriced for værdien

Très bien situé un bon petit déjeuner

Good: Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti con colazione inclusa che era molto varia, dalla dolce alla salata. I letti sono comodissimi e larghi, la camera molto accogliente e le pulizie le fanno ogni giorno, compreso il cambio asciugamani. La posizione favolosa. Hotel super moderno.

Good: La camera era moderna ed accogliente seppur non grandissima. Bad: Manca il frigo bar, e con le temperature che ci sono ora a Budapest, era davvero necessario. Il letto veniva rifatto ogni giorno ma non si notavs altra pulizia della camera. La colazione dolce era scarsa.

Good: Зупинялись лише на 1 ніч. Номер після ремонту, є усе необхідне. Смачний сніданок. Персонал дуже привітний! Bad: Усе сподобалось!

Good: Номер был большой, чистый, размещение удобное для всех туристических объектов. Bad: Заселение очень поздно в 15.00 , а ранее заселение за оплату

В дополнение к номеру отзыву ниже скажу, что мы так же продлили проживание +1 ночь, так как нам понравился отель))

Good: Расположение прекрасное Bad: Отель за несколько дней до бронирования прислал письмо с возможностью раннего заселения, а также попросил запомнить информацию, чтобы процесс заселения прошел быстрее. Но при оформлении оказалось, что за ранее заселение нужно заплатить отдельно. Об этом не было информации ни в одной из присланных коммуникаций. Мы предположили, что это бонус от отеля и специально спланировали свой путь, чтобы оказаться в отеле раньше, но это было больше похоже на уловку, чтобы заработать на туристах.
