I booked a very last minute room yet when i arrived the staff were outstanding and very accommodating which is exactly what you need when you are uncertain having never stayed here before. Would recommend due to quality of staff

I really enjoyed my stay here. It has spacious rooms, big bathroom, and kept very clean. The staff was very attentive and nice. The gym downstairs is decent with a great squat station. In terms of location, it's a 20 min walk from the closest underground Baker Street. It's only a hassle if you have luggage and you're going to or leaving the hotel. But while staying there, it's easy to walk to other parts of London. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to London.

Good: The staff were very friendly and always went above and beyond. Rooms very clean and breakfast was fantastic.

Good: Great value for money, I was surprised at the high quality as it was very competitive my priced. Yes the foyer etc is traditional but it’s lovely and staff are great and rooms are spacious. Stayed in a deluxe king, newly renovated, was great!

Good: Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good size room and bed. Bad: The parking situation was a bit odd, had to have valet parking would’ve preferred to keep my keys and closed part of the car park. But this is a very minor concern.

Good: All the staff we met during our stay were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Especially appreciated in these difficult times. We had a problem with one of our rooms that the electricity kept tripping. This was dealt with quickly and with a swift change of room. Bad: Very minor but it would have been nice to have some water in the fridge

Thank you for looking after me during the Covid19 pandemic During the Covid19 pandemic I stayed in the Danubius Hotel for several nights which was arranged by my employer The Wellington Hospital. Being a nurse my landlady was concerned that I would put the household at risk of infection; hence I was offered temporary accommodation at the Danubius Hotel. I would like to express my gratitude to both my employer and the Danubius Hotel for their support in these difficult times. ALL Hotel staff were extremely professional, kind and friendly and looked after me very well. Food was delivered to my door morning and evening always on time and a real effort was made one evening when I turned up late that I still received freshly prepared dinner although the staff did not know that I was running late. Thank you

During these times we appreciate Walter taking the extra steps to make our stay very comfortable

Nice hotel. Stayed here for two nights and three days. Food was exceptionally good and also value for money. Buffet breakfast was remarkably awesome! Staff were really nice and friendly. Had a meat platter which was for two people. It was really nice but went too heavy as I was the only person to finish it. Anyway, was really hungry and finished everything apart from the mini burger buns.

Good: We have stayed in this hotel 5 times and each time the service has been great. Bad: Only complaint was the bar did not stock the spirit I drink. A well known brand which I was very surprised they did not have. So couldn't enjoy a drink in the bar. But I wasn't there for a holiday to sit back and relax so it didn't matter this time.

Good: The Junior suite we booked was excellent and far exceeded my expectations, there was plenty of room for the three of us. Next time I go to London I will definitely be booking this hotel. Bad: My only complaint was when walking up to the main entrance there was a smoking area which had overflowing ashtrays and empty bottles, this could do with clearing on a regular basis.

Good: Checking in and out was easy and the midday check out time was very welcomed. Good quality food available 24 hours. The room was spacious but also warm and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well organised. The gym was also a pleasant surprise in how much equipment they had by comparison to other hotels. Bad: I'm pretty tall and the shower head was a bit low for me and wasn't adjustable.

Good: The breakfast was exceptional! We were coming to London for Afternoon tea at Lords so the location was incredible and we managed to walk to all of the other sightseeing places too without it being ridiculously far. The staff were incredible and so helpful from the bar staff to the reception staff to the concierge to the cleaning staff...everyone! I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London for a break as it was one of, if not the, best London hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in!

Good: Wonderful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We got to the property early to drop our bags only to be told that our room was ready and that we could check in. There was a great selection for breakfast. The hotel is in a wonderful quiet part of the city and all parts of the city can be accessed via bus and tube. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and we will stay again in the future. Bad: We could not find any fault with the hotel.

Good: The staff were friendly and helpful. The total cost including breakfast and car parking was very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of foods. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Bad: It was too warm in there, throughout the hotel. My window wouldn't open to allow it to cool a little. The decor was a little dated.

Also 2 big bottles of water. There was a room safe which was free to use and 2 smart TVs and free wi-fi. There is also an iron and hair dryer and bath robes. Bad: Nothing to dislike

Business stay, have stayed previously, great hotel on the edge of Regents Park. Ideally situated for my workplace but also easy to access the City etc. Pretty handy for the cricket at Lords too, I've had room that overlook the training ground before now, hoping for the main stadium if possible at some stage ;)

Good: The first room we were given was not acceptable for our needs. We had previously stayed in a junior suite and when booking I expected the same type of room. I explained this to the hotel reception and they were excellent arranging for us to be moved to the correct room to meet our needs.

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out the staff was amazingly warm, accommodating, and very professional. The housekeeping staff were also very attentive. I only wished that water was provided, but I liked the fact that there was a convenient store right next door to the hotel.It was also very conveniently located to transportation as well as other attractions.

Good: My second time in England in 30 years. Travelling with a friend who is very familiar with this hotel and I found that it was well situated for getting around. Very friendly and helpful staff always smiling especially Edina at the front desk. At the bar Fabio & Pietro (sp) went out of their way to make our very short stay welcoming. The ladies bathroom near the bar is stunning, please visit it if you're ever in this hotel. Bad: There are no negative things to say about this hotel...

Bad: You have to pay to park your car.

Good: It has that good old days grandeur even if a little tired. Fantastic location. Nice breakfast. Lovely touches and fair price. Parking fairly priced.

The price we paid was excellent, and we had a view over the road towards Lord's cricket ground. The staff were very friendly and let us check in half an hour early. The room was spacious, well heated and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here for easy access into London and for comfort at a reasonable price.

Good: it was clean, close to transport facilities and very close to the city center. the personnell was very helpful, especially miss Mioara who helped us way and beyond and offered the benefits of an amazing holiday Bad: everything was fine

Good: Nice room friendly staff food good Bad: A little far from tube station if your mobility is not good but it suited us as we were there to visit Lords cricket ground which was straight opposite

Lovely hotel pretending to be a 5-star hotel when you enter the lobby. The room I was staying wasn't 5-star, but breakfast, dinner and staff service was definitely a 5-star. Room was always clean and tidy so isn't that something you want when staying in Central London?

Very nice hotel, very polite staff and a handy location for seeing London

Good: Breakfast was great plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite waiting for our room the lovely people behind the reception gave my 3 year old a nice teddy to play with. Bad: We arrived after check in time but were still met with a 40 minute wait for our room as it wasn't ready for us.

Good hotel. Clean tidy rooms. The food is nice here and the breakfast is really good with so much to choose from. They make fresh smoothies/juices everyday and the bread selection very good. The fitness room is a bonus and located on the edge of Regent's Park and next to Lords cricket ground which you can see when having breakfast.
