Good: Достойная "четвёрка", фотографии на сайте были реальными, в отеле чисто, ремонт в холле сделан недавно, видно, что всё обновлено. Снаружи здание 70-х, пообносилось. Термы чистые, всё хорошо. Хорошие завтраки, много и разнообразно всякой еды. В целом, если закрыть глаза на некоторых русофобов, отель хороший. Bad: Обслуживание в ресторане на ужин 31.10.18. было с оттенком русофобии. Посадили около столов с едой, хотя пустых столов было 80%.,сказали, что мол группы придут, резерв... Мы пришли в 20.30,просидели около часа, группы так и не пришли... А ресторан работает до 22.00.. Со столов убирали только когда мы им говорили убрать. По итогу взяли за сервис в оплату 12%..,хотя такое отношение не стоит и форинта. День рождения во время проживания проигнорировали, никаких знаков внимания. Экономия во всём и везде в этом городе.. Персонал не говорит или не хочет говорить по русски.

Good: The pool and spa facilities were excellent. very clean with a pool lifeguard assistant present overlooking the pools at all times. never too busy. Buffet meal at their restaurant in the evenings had a good choice and was surprisingly good value for money. Certainly didn't leave hungry ! Reception was always polite and friendly and also the front of house porter assisted us with storing our cycles in the secure compound at the front door. Bad: No negatives regarding the hotel. If I was to pick any fault it would be the location of the hotel being a 30 minute walk from the hub of the City. However the walk was along the river and very pleasant and you hardly realized the distance. Anyway it didn't bother us as we hired some cycles for the duration of the stay. The best way to see as much of this great City.

Good: Služby jsou na vysoké úrovni. V hotelu je čisto, pokoje jsou v perfektním stavu. Nábytek, koupelna i elektronika - vše nové nebo udržované. Velká nabídka i zahraničních TV kanálů, možnost přehrát si svůj film na USB. Bohatá snídaně, na výběr je prakticky vše - cena za snídani je však vyšší, než obvykle platím ve srovnatelných zařízeních. Prostorné parkoviště s dostatkem parkovacích míst. Kousek od stanice metra. Bazén a wellness bohužel nemohu posoudit, nějak jsme se do něj nedostali. Budapešť je kouzelná a učarovala nás. V tomto hotelu jsem byl podruhé a mohu je velmi doporučit. A zapomněl jsem ještě zmínit hodně pohodlné postele :-)

Good: Прекрасное месторасположение отеля - до метро 7 мин, до автобусной остановки - 200 метров. Неспешным шагом до здания Парламента по набережной минут 20. Чистота, комфорт, очень хорошие завтраки. Современный холл, с множеством зон отдыха. В номере ОЧЕНЬ удобная кровать и подушки! Приветливый персонал, который делает отдых максимально комфортным. СПА- комплекс выше всяких похвал!!! Два бассейна с термальной водой и джакузи, а также плавательный бассейн, сауны и тренажерный зал делают отдых волшебным!!! Заселялись в день рождения мужа, предварительно бронировали номер с видом на город, при заселении дали номер с прекрасным видом на Дунай. Спасибо за приятный сюрприз !!! Обязательно вернемся к вам снова!

ホテルの前にスーパーがあり、大変便利だった。お土産は大部分ここで調達した。ホテルには温泉、スパ、サウナがあり毎日、仕事の後に利用してリフレッシュできた。また、ヨガや体操などのプログラムが充実しており、家内は私が仕事でいない間は、これらのアクティビティを満喫できたのが良かった。 ロケーションは、レヘル市場（午前中に行くのが良い）やウェストエンドセンタにも近く、買い物も楽しめることや、やはりドナウ川沿いというのが良い。できれば、また泊まりたい。

Excellent! The staff was friendly, professional and very supportive when I needed any assistance with transportation. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was included and was amazing, having huge selection of fresh pasteries/crossaints, coffees, juices, meat/cheeses, yogurts, cereal, bacon, sausage, eggs and a fruit and salad bar. It made waking up worthwhile. I loved the modern furnished lobby and beautiful spa with hot pools. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

A little out of the way, a very pleasant 2km. walk by the river to the Parliament buildings, so a great way to burn off the calories from an excellent breakfast. Access to the different indoor pools and convenient shopping close by make the stay even more pleasant. Helpful staff add to a great stay. We were initially concerned about the distance to downtown but once we got to know our way around, it was no longer a oroblem. We'd stay here again, with pleasure.

Good: Umfangreiches Frühstück, es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Schöne saubere Zimmer. Großer Parkplatz. Gute und schnelle Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bad: Es ist auch ein Kongresshotel mit vielen wechselnden Veranstaltungen. Dadurch ist das Foyer oft belegt. Das kann ein wenig nervig sein. Viele Gruppen.

Good: Izba štandard mala pre nás (2 dospelý a 2 dvojročné deti a ich postieľky) pre nás veľkosť len tak-tak. Kúpeľňa by tiež mohla byť väčšia. Avšak, čo sa týka vybavenia, nie je čo vytknúť. Hluk medzi izbami nebolo počuť. Naša izba bola s výhľadom do sídliska, avšak hluk bol menší, než by som predpokladal. Raňajky mali pomerne široký výber, káva bola dobrá (pokiaľ som si dal dvojité espresso), dokladanie nebolo problémom. Akurát taniere boli príliš malé. Wifi fungovalo plus mínus OK. Štyri bazény mali dostatočnú veľkosť a príjemné teploty. Personál bol úctivý a nápomocný. Bad: Parkovanie za 10€/deň. Wifi by mohlo byť lepšie. Dvere do chodby izolovali zvuk mizerne, takže čo sa dialo na chodbe bolo dosť počuť do izieb.

Good: Hotel is on he banks on Danube a short walk to centre, although a walk there are trams and buses also. The hotel food was amazing as was the spa facilities which we used daily. The staff were excellent some of the best customer service and even allowed us to check in early as we arrived off an early flight which was excellent.

Superfint på hotellet! SPA, rummen, frukosten och service var femstjärniga! Personalen är mycket trevliga och vänliga. Det var bara en sak som var störande är att folk rökte på rummen och balkongerna, trots rökförbud på Hotelet. Hoppas att personalen och administrationen kommer att vidta strängare åtgärder för rökare. Vänligen Tanja

Good: the staff was very helpful and kind; the view from the room was beautiful; the breakfast was ok, but everyday the same options. Surroundings are really cool for a walk close to the river. I enjoyed it very much. Bad: the room close to elevator was terrible because you can listen 24hours the elevator working :( the elevator was working very slowly, and the doors were taking ages to close; if you need to use it few times in a short period of time, this can be irritating

Excellent hotel, convenient location to local transport, which gets you to city centre to hop on hop off buses. Lovely thermal pools, good breakfast and nice new clean hotel.

Прекрасные термальные бассейны. А из сауны и хамама, да в прохладный бассейн, а потом отдохнуть на лежачках возле бассейна или на солнышке на террасе. КЛАСС!!! И главное несмотря на погоду получаешь релакс.+++++

Très bel hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et tout comme les plats du "Yellow bistro" (qui sont aussi bien présentés). Chambre propre et calme. Un coffre-fort est disponible gratuitement mais les snacks du frigo sont payants. Wifi rapide partout dans l'hôtel.

Good: The hotel is easily reachable by Bus and we were able to explore the City Center at night. The Staff were very helpful giving us directions and suggestions of what to see. The facilities are very clean and the Spa was wonderful having been at a festival all week. The robes provided were a great touch!

Good: La pulizia eccellente, la stanza è stata pulita e riordinata ogni giorno, con cambio delle asciugamani compreso. Stanze comode, spaziose.

Good: The swimming pool and wellness facilities. Location. Bad: Disabled facilities: no shower seat or a proper dedicated disabled shower stool/chair. The stool provided was very flimsy and therefore unsafe, which then was replaced by a garden chair. Shower head fixed high up and not adjustable, therefore totally unreachable from a wheelchair or chair. They hung it for me on the grab bar. I'm afraid this is a blind spot of most hotels in the world.
