Good: Staff very friendly and helpful. Informative and amiable. Arrived early and room was ready straight away and allowed me an extra time at the end of my stay while I attended some appointments. Food was great as were the facilities and staff. Local supermarket within walking distance if required for supplies. River Danube just outside as well as lovely river walks and views During the pandemic I believe they are very well set up with all staff wearing masks and hand sanitiser never more than a few meters away. Very well handled. Great stay!

Absolut empfehlesnwert! Service und Frühstück hervorragend. Unsere Zimmer waren neu renoviert und alles abolut sauber, auch wenn man mal nach Toilettenpapier nachfragen musste. Kann mal vorkommen, deshalb kein Punktabzug. Die Damen und Herren sind absolut um den Gast bemüht, das merkt man!

Good: Štvorhviezdičkový hotel na brehu Dunaja, oproti Márgit sziget. Kúsok od hotela mhd, do centra cca 7 minút. Pri hoteli potraviny. Hotelu nemám čo vytknúť. Izba zariadená pohodlne a funkčne, klimatizácia, trezor, chladnička, tv... prísteľka pre 4 ročné dieťa zdarma. Pohodlné postele. Upratovanie izby každý deñ. Raňajky formou švédskych stolov, veľmi bohaté a chutné, prítomný aj kuchár, ktorý vám na želanie pripravil jedlo. Wellnes v cene ubytovania, štyri bazény vrátane plaveckého. Parná sauna aj fínska sauna. Dvojpodlažné fitness centrum. Za príplatok možné masáže a fyzioterapie od výmyslu sveta. Hotelový salón krásy. Ochotný a milí personál. Vhodné pre rodiny s deťmi. Absolútna spokojnosť, určite prídeme zas. 🤗

Byliśmy całą rodziną i przyjaciółmi wprawdzie tylko na weekend ale hotel godny polecenia. Śniadania przepyszne jesz ile chcesz, obsługa bardzo miła i kompetentna, w pokojach bardzo czysto. Good: Baseny termalne, możliwość opalania się na górnym tarasie na leżakach, dobre śniadanie. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Eleganckie sofy, leżanki i fotele na zewnętrznym tarasie. Stosunkowo niskie ceny w barze hotelowym. Parking hotelowy w rozsądnej cenie - 10 euro za dobę.Zatrzymaliśmy się na 2 noce w drodze powrotnej z Chorwacji i był to bardzo dobry wybór.Dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na Dunaj, mimo, ze wykupiliśmy tańszą opcję. Bezpłatna dostawka dla dziecka do 11 lat. Do centrum jest około 3 km brzegiem Dunaju, chodziliśmy na piechotę lub korzystaliśmy z elektrycznych hulajnóg, których jest sporo w okolicy. Bad: Materiałowa zasłonka nad wanną.

Есть выход на променад вдоль Дуная. Просторный СПА комплекс с тремя бассейнами. Один с прохладной водой и два термальных бассейна. В одном из них периодически включается джакузи. Лучше брать номер с видом на Дунай. Bad: Очередь на завтраке к единственному кофейному автомату. Довольно прохладная и маленькая паровая комната в СПА.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel Nähe der Donau gelegen. Mit Sicht auf die Margit Halbinsel. Es gibt ein Kosmetik und Frisiersalon im Hotel. Ein Spa und Wellnessbereich mit 3 Innenpools und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen. Frühstück vor Ort kostet 13/15.00 Euro und mit vorheriger Buchung 5 Euro. Frühstück in Corona Zeit ist gut jedoch bescheiden.

Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in einer relativ ruhigen Umgebung. Die Bushaltestelle ist mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen und mit einem kurzen Fußweg gelangt man zur Station der M3. Durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben.

Good: Room and hotel were very clean. Room size and layout were comfortable; good beds, good air conditioning, plenty of storage space. Bad: The hotel has only bath tubs, no step in showers. I have a bad back and found it difficult to get into and out of high bathtub. It would also have been nice to have individual soaps and shampoos rather then the wall mounted dispensers.

Good: L’albergo è bello ed accogliente le 4 stelle ci stanno. Camera bella pulitissima letto comodo. Bagno un po’ piccolino ma in se la stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Abbiamo trovato anche canali italiani . Abbiamo usufruito del room service che era veloce e buono . Tutto sommato consigliato per la pulizia e la piscina . Ci siamo trovati bene . Bad: Nel prezzo non c’è la colazione nonostante non è bassissimo rispetto a tanti altri alberghi più centrali . L’unica cosa sono i trattamenti nella spa che sono quasi inesistenti .

Good: The food was very good , tasty and the service there was also excellent. Great facilities like wellness, gym. Stuff at the reception was very helpful. Room was clean with a cosy atmosphere. From the hotel there was a nice walk by the river and the boat cruise was nearby, too. My kids apreciated every moment they could relax in the hotel, so did I :) We will come back there again:) Bad: Everything was fine however we were surprised that there were no slippers to go to wellness, no body oil after swimming, just very little bottles of shampoo which were not enough for long hair and numbers days we stayed, no soap in the wellness, and one bed linen was missing on extra bed.

Good: Excellent location for short trip to Budapest, short walk from M1 tram, which takes you to city center in minutes. Newly decorated hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. After daily exploring of the city indoor therm pool is a jackpot! Everything was excellent :)

Good: Καταπληκτικό πρωινό, άριστη καθημερινή καθαριότητα, ήσυχο, μοναδικές εγκαταστάσεις σπα (τρεις πισίνες διαφορετικής θερμοκρασίας, πολλές ντουζιέρες, δυνατότητα ραντεβού για μασάζ πολλές ώρες την ημέρα). Bad: Το χαμάμ ήταν κλειστό και τις 3 ημέρες. Σε ό,τι αφορά την ερώτηση μπόνους για τα προϊόντα υγιεινής, είχε μόνο μπουκαλάκια μιας χρήσης σαμπουάν. Τίποτε άλλο, ούτε κρέμα μαλλιών, ούτε κρέμα σώματος ή σαπούνι.

Good: Гостиница находиться в очень хорошем и тихом месте. Несколько суперов рядом с гостиницой. Остановка автобусов и тролебусов находиться 2 минуты от гостиница, до центра 6 остановок. В гостинице очень быстрое и вежливое обслуживание. Очень удобно, что есть бассейны с терминальной и простой водой, джакузи и 2 вида саун , фитнес зал и много видов массажей. Bad: В комнате была пыль. Взяла несколько салфеток и прошлась по комнате.

Good: Locația foarte buna, in apropierea Dunării si relativ aproape de centrul orașului. Bad: Pe timpul nopții in camera a fost destul de rece deși am setat termostatul din camera pe temperatura dorita in camera nu s-a încălzit. Am semnalat aceasta problema personalului hotelului dar nu s-a luat nicio măsura.

Good: Отдыхали в январе 2020. Понравилось всё! Завтраки разнообразны и вкусны. В номере тепло и чисто. Персонал приветлив и услужлив. Особая благодарность за работу бассейнов до 22. После холодного дня было просто прекрасно согреться в теплой воде, понежиться и пойти спать. С утра успевали в бассейн без подогрева , настроиться на рабочий день. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Bad: Тапочки в номере. Неудобно было возвращаться за ними на рецепцию :-)

The spa facilities and fitness are fantastic. The staff were just wonderful and accommodating. They surprised us with birthday cake and treats that made our weekend !! Breakfast was great. Our dinner waiter Miklos in the restaurant was concierge level professional. Thank you

Good: Очень благожелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Чисто и уютно. По вечерам в холле живая музыка. Наличие собственного бассейна и ванн с термальной водой ускоряло процесс восстановления после целого дня, проведенного в изучении города. Хорошее расположение относительно развитой транспортной системы Будапешта. До станции метро Dorzse ter 3 -й линии - 5 минут пешком или одна остановка на троллейбусе #75 до одноименной остановки. Good: Вечером в холле чудесно играет рояль. Я готова остаться в этом отеле на всю жизнь. Классное спа с термальной водой. Три бассейна с разной температурой воды. Хаммам. За дополнительную плату массажи. Но рядом с отелем есть массажный салон где можно сделать хороший массаж и в два раза дешевле! А номере очень тепло! Очень мягкие подушки. Но вот матрас слишком мягкий. Bad: Не понравился завтрак. Его цена и убогий ассортимент. Хорошо что от него можно отказаться. В бассейнах не дают шапочек. А надо. Волосни много.

Good: Цена, качество, чистота, место, SPA, всё просто отлично!

Good: Очень понравился отдых в отеле, особенно спа-зона. Удобно: можно выйти в халате из номера, спуститься на лифте, и сразу проход в Спа. Отдых в бассейнах с термальной водой после прогулок по Будапешту - это просто сказка. Завтраки не брали, поэтому не могу оценить. Ну и, конечно, прекрасный вид из номера на Дунай! Good: Очень чистая и комфортабельная спа-зона, приятно расслабиться в бассейне с минеральной водой после или до прогулки по великолепному городу. Bad: В номере душновато, а открыть только форточку возможности нет, открывается все окно целиком. Настроить кондиционер тоже не получилось, но может это я плохо старалась.

Good: Хороший большой номер, удобные кровати, замечательный вид из окна, есть холодильник, чайник и стаканы. Каждый день приносили новый чай с сахаром, в ванной есть гель для душа/мыло, шампунь тоже был, но очень маленькие флакончики и приносили не всегда. Метро в шаговой доступности. В отеле отличные бассейны, в том числе с термальной водой, замечательная соляная пещера. Брали только завтраки, они были отличные - большой выбор разной еды, в последний день выезжали ночью, дали завтрак с собой, тоже очень хороший. Bad: Флаконы с шампунем могли бы быть чуть побольше, на длинные волосы такого не хватает.
