Good: A wonderfully modern and welcoming hotel, with lots of communal spaces on the ground floor to grab a bite to eat, have a drink, or just sit and relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered luggage storage for when I arrived too early for check-in. My room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable, and was appointed with everything I needed for my trip. I had a brilliant view of the Danube and the hotel was in the perfect location for taking a wander along the river or heading into the city centre. Lots of lovely restaurants in close proximity, and the onsite bistro has a great selection on the menu. The breakfast selection was excellent and everything was delicious - something for everybody. Highly recommend - will stay again! Bad: The electricity in my room tripped out in the middle of the night - the staff were extremely attentive though and fixed it within less than 20 minutes. No complaints from me!

Good: A szoba felszereltsége és kényelme. A terasszal és a kilátással együtt tökéletesen pihentető hétvégét töltöttünk el. A reggeli bőséges, finom. A laktóz és gluténmentes termékek is rendelkezésre állnak. Bad: Első benyomásra a szoba tisztának tűnt, de sajnos ez részleteiben nem felelt meg egy tökéletesen tiszta szobának. Good: Hôtel agréable, personnel très professionnel et accueillant, d'une grande courtoisie. Petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque, avec un très grand choix. Chambre confortable et calme. J'ai spécialement apprécié le yellow bistro. Bad: Il m'a été un peu difficile de me situer par rapport aux transports en commun, mais la réception de l'hôtel a su me guider.

Good: Minden hangulatos, tiszta, új állagú volt! Bad: Étkezés közben a pincérek kapkodták el a tányérokat. Nem végeztem, de már vitték... 20an voltunk a vacsoránál, nem tudtak figyelni az emberre...

Good: Excellent location just a few stops from the city center via public transport. The newly renovated interiors are gorgeous, staff are always friendly and the breakfast is outstanding with plenty of options to choose from.

Good: Az prémium városra néző szoba szépen fel lett újítva jó illat volt az egész szálloda területén. Kényelmes matrac, fürdőszobába pedig nagy tusoló. Tisztaság mindenütt.

Good: A szoba tokeletes, az etelek valtozatosak es finomal voltak, a tisztasag rendben volt, kenyelmes volt! Bad: A goffri a barban lehetne sajat sutesu nagyon nem volt finom ez a keszen vasarolt goffri!

Good: Все было хорошо , номер после ремонта очень хороший , кондиционер работал хорошо , завтрак есть все голодным не уйдешь , но каждый день одно и тоже. Жили на 5 этаже. В номере с видом на дунай , номер 20 метров для 2 взрослых супер , для 3 будет тесен , халаты есть тапочки берите свои , раз в 3 дня меняют белье на краватях , уборка была каждый день . есть чайник и маленький холодильник , до парламента пешком 30 минут , до центра 50 минут , остановка автобус/трайлебус 4 минуты , метро 10 минут . Bad: СПА отеля много людей не отдыхающих в отеле , это создает неудобство пользованием басейнами они постоянно заняты людьми которые приходят заниматся спортом по абонементам . просто поплавать нужно ловить время , термальной воды нет , просто подогретая вода , даже убрали таблички о ограничении времени нахождения в такой воде и не допуск детей до 14 лет( видел их в отзывах и фото отеля) в басейне 36 градусов ( джакузи) очень много хлорки в воде когда бурлит запах сильный.

My husband and I regularly stay at Helia. It has been over 15 years that we visit at least once a year, with the exception of the times of COVID. We are so pleased with the hotel, generally, it’s location, and the attentive and caring staff. We have seen an improvement in the hotel with its recent renovation and the Yellow Cafe menu items. We feel as if it is a second home for us and are always excited to return!

Good: Tasty breakfast and dinner, lots of choices... Termal bath with sauna included.

Good: Vše super, určitě zase zopakujeme. V hotelu je čisto, bazény i jídlo fantastické. Příjemné posezení u hotelu. Bad: Trochu dál od centra, ale s tím jsme počítali. Tramvaj, bus přibližně 100 metrů od hotelu, metro přibližně 700m.

Good: We (2 adults) reserved a Premium Plus Double room with Balcony and Danube view (newly refurbished) The room was spotless, big and well equipped. Pretty much on point with what you see in the photos. Great breakfast and spa facilities. The hotel is within walking distance from, mostly everything of interest if you plan on visiting. - 2 things that really stood out : regular hairdryer in the bathroom and refrigerator at the luggage room in the hotel lobby. both great touches !

Good: Snídaně vynikající, výborné místo u Dunaje, Bad: Fungují WC pro vozíčkáře když jsou bezbariérový.

Good: A reggeli választéka és minősége nagyon rendben volt. A hotel közvetlenül a Duna partján van, a mellette lévő sétány esti sétához kellemes. a tetőn lévő napozóterasz is rendben van. Bad: A klímatizálás még nem volt rendesen tesztelve, mivel még ez volt az első igazi üzemelése.

Nagy Danubius rajongók vagyunk, es a HELIA-ba is voltunk már többször. Nagyon szép, elengans, barátságos hely. Külön köszönjük, hogy igénybe tudtuk benn aranykártyán olyan előnyét, hogy alacsonyabb arom, magasabb kategóriájú szobák kaptunk. Nagyon tetszett, ha Budapesten lesz dolgunk, biztosan Önöknél szállunk meg!😊

Good: Danubius Hotel Helia is a great hotel. It is located by the Danube and has rooms with view over the river. The room was very clean and the breakfast is amazing! We had a newly refurbished room. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly: helped us with early check-in and also with other requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good: Great Breakfast, nice spa and nice room. The bed was super comfortable and room very quiet. Despite the localization not so close to the city center, was very easy to use the buses and metro near by the Hotel. We had a lovely stay.

Good: Service level has improved tangibly since my last stay in 2022. Rooms are cleaned daily, breakfasts are quite manifold and staff is highly responsive. Interior looks good after the renovation. Choose renovated rooms, since older versions may leave the feeling of time travel back to the past. Bad: Ask for slippers at reception as they are not placed in rooms.

Good: - personalul din hotel este de nota 10, cei mai amabili si draguti angajati, fara exceptie - camere curate, prosoapele schimbate zilnic, pat foarte confortabil, asternuturi placute - mancarea la mic dejun si cina a fost gustoasa, diversificata si de foarte buna calitate - piscina curata, spatioasa - acces facil la mijoacele de transport in comun - camere superbe cu vedere la dunare, am primit camera asa cu am solicitat cand am facut rezervarea - terasa mare cu multiple mese Bad: - camera nu este foarte bine izolata, in prima noapte am fost treziti des de zgomotul de pe hol - lipsa aerisiri la baie, poate fi problematic - la toalete se tragea apa cu dificultate

Good: Внешне обманчив, внутри отель достаточно ухоженный и обновленный. Чисто. Сауны и бассейны - зачет. Детям понравилось. Удобная парковка. Хорошие завтраки и ужин. Bad: Далековато от центра, с детьми пешком в первый вечер так и не дошли. Остальные разы ездили в центр на машине. Вокруг отеля делать нечего.

Bad: A limpeza do quarto não foi a expectável., parecia não ter havido nenhuma, apenas uma ligeira arrumação. A cama não era feita de forma correta, ficando apenas com a sensação dos lençóis puxados para cima.

Er Zentrales Hotel. Liegt direkt an der schönen Donau. Mit Bus und Taxi ist man ganz schnell im Zentrum von budapest!!

Good: The facilities are great; everything was new. Good choice for breakfast. The spa is nice too. Walking distance from the Margit Island. Bad: We were there in the weekend with the Coldplay concert, so the price was inflated. I would happily pay the regular price.

Highly recommend! Stayed there for 2 nights. Everything was more than we expected. The staff extremely helpful, the rooms very clean, newly renovated, beautiful view of the river and the breakfast very good. You have to pay extra 12€/day for parking, wich is a bargain giving the fact that Budapest is an extremely busy town, and also we were told this in advance, so we knew this when we chose the hotel. The staff was specifically clear in everything when we made the booking so we had no surprises. Thank you, Danubius Helia . We will love to visit you again. All the best.

Решили, что если приедем ещё, то обязательно заселимся также в этот отель :) Bad: Были мелочи, которые могли не понравиться, но думаю, это лично наше мнение, которое может отличаться от остальных, поэтому нет смысла придираться. Good: A reggeli a sok és finom választékkal hozta szokásos formáját. Bad: Utolsó nap reggel elment a villany, de áthidalható volt, mert akkor már kiköltöztünk a szobából.

Good: Igényes közös terek, kedves személyzet, kiváló reggeli. Bad: A külső falazat nagyon megtévesztő, a mi szobatípusunk megfelelő volt, ugyanakkor nem köszön vissza a modern előtér, étterem.

Good: L'hotel non è centralissimo, ma è ben collegato. Camera molto confortevole e pulita. Colazione ottima e abbondante: vasta scelta per il salato, un po' meno per il dolce, ma comunque tutto molto buono. Piacevole la SPA. Staff molto gentile. Bad: Bagno un po' piccolo e con vasca. Avrei preferito la doccia. Comunque, non è stato un grosso problema.
