Wir haben die Synagoge besucht und die freetour Rundwanderung in den jüdischen Vierteln mit Regina gehabt, dafür ist die Lage super optimal. Nettes Hotel, schöne Gebäude.

Good: The location is really good , lots of good restaurants near by , subway just in the corner ,breakfast good. Bad: The room need a renovation , the carpets are old with stain and mold in the bathroom

Good: The location was pretty good and the hotel was nice, breakfast was also good Bad: There was a cloak smell in my bedroom I think my room was next to the drain or something cause I could here the water running and the smell was not good

Der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die vor kurzem renovierten Zimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet. Rezeption und Reinigungspersonal waren freundlich und kompetent. Frühstück mit umfangreicher Auswahl und super Service. Gerne wieder 😊

Good: erg vriendelijk personeel, schitterend gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet, lekkere maaltijden in het restaurant. De kamer was wel erg lawaaierig wegens de ligging van het hotel aan het kruispunt van twee hoofdstraten en diverse tramhaltes. Bad: lawaai in de kamer en erg lawaaierige airco

Good: Todo Llegue de Londres de muy mal sitio ... y cuando llegue a este hotel casi lloro .. lo grande , lo cómodo, lo limpio ... todo

Geweldige ligging in centrum van de stad, vlakbij metro, tram en bus. Kamer was prima, alleen het kleedje had zijn beste tijd gehad. Ontbijt is spectaculair. Ruime keuze en bij de prijs inbegrepen is het laten maken van bijvoorbeeld een omelet. Staf was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Kollégámmal szálltunk meg 1 éjszakára. Eredetileg csak két főre terveztünk, de az este folyamán csatlakoztak szépen sorban a többiek, akik egy esküvőről kerültek ide. Végül két lakosztályt foglaltunk el, közös erkéllyel, olyan sokan lettünk. Szerencsénkre éppen nem volt teltház, így tudták biztosítani a szomszédos lakosztályt nekünk. A 6. emeleti szobából ragyogó a kilátás, lélegzetelállító a látvány! Jobbra a Puskin Mozi, balra egy Totózó! Az ablakkal volt egyedül egy kis gond, nagyon könnyen járt, ez kicsit balesetveszélyes. Ott tartózkodásunk idején a szállodát éppen tatarozták kívülről. A lakosztályt pont előtte újították fel, jó az új padlószőnyeg, szépen megy a falakhoz! A franciaágy is teljesen új volt, mi akartuk felavatni, de aztán az nem jött össze. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, kényelmünkről személyesen a szálloda igazgatója gondoskodott. A recepción az esküvő alkalmából egy hatalmas kosár rózsával és egy üveg pezsgővel gratuláltak! A szobapincértől pedig bármit kértünk, megoldotta, nem volt olyan, amit ne tudott volna beszerezni! Kagyló, kaviár, MUMM pezsgő! Nagyon finom volt, csak rettenetesen drága, de hát egyszer élünk! Öltöny, tolószék, altató, álmenyasszony, ez utóbbi grátisz, stb. , stb. . . Nagyon tetszett a szálloda aljában lévő hatalmas úszómedence a patinás oszlopokkal, amire a galérián lévő kávézóból rá lehet látni. A jégkorong formájú kulcstartók is nagyon jól néznek ki, retro hangulatot kölcsönöznek a szállodának a szekrénybe zárható tévékészülékkel együtt. Elég hosszúra sikerült az éjszaka, mozgalmas volt, de összességében egy jó kis esküvőt követő afterparty kerekedett ki belőle. Nagyon szuperül éreztük magunkat! Biztos, hogy legközelebb is jövünk, és akkor már a családtagjainkat is magunkkal hozzuk.

Das Danubius Hotel Astoria ist ein sehr elegantes und auf den Komfort seiner Besucher ausgerichtetes Hotel im Herzen von Budapest. Viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier fußläufig erreichbar, sodass es vor allem für Städtetouristen eine ideale Unterkunft darstellt, auch zu angemessenen Preisen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, es wird alles frisch zubereitet. Regionale Spezialitäten und internationale Köstlichkeiten werden gleichermaßen angeboten. Ein Kritikpunkt, für den das Hotel allerdings freilich nichts kann, ist die Lage an zwei stark befahrenen Hauptstraßen. Hier kommen regelmäßig auch des Nachts Einsatzfahrzeuge vorbei, sodass ich dringend die Buchung eines abseits der Straße gelegenen Zimmers raten möchte. Es kann sonst wirklich sehr laut sein, auch die Wände sind recht hellhörig. Da wir uns sonst aber sehr wohlgefühlt haben, werde ich hierfür keinen Stern abziehen.

Good: Super Lage des Hotels mitten in Budapest. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Atmosphäre mit historischen Sälen und Zimmern, man fühlt sich 100 Jahre zurückversetzt. Sehr großes Zimmer. Bad: Aufgrund der Lage direkt an einer riesigen Kreuzung relativ laut wenn man das Fenster geöffnet oder gekippt hat. Zudem war im Badezimmer in den ersten Tagen ein extremer Abfluss Geruch, der zum Glück nach paar Tagen weg war.

Good: L'emplacement est parfait, a côté du métro et tout près de l hyper centre ville. Le petit déjeuner très bien, copieux . Bad: Les parties communes de l'hôtel mériteraient un rafraîchissement. L'hôtel a été très chic il y a longtemps, aujourd'hui cela fait défraîchi et les moquettes semblent sales. La proximité du boulevard ou les voitures roulent comme des dingues.

Good: Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes geräumiges Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück Bad: Die Fenster waren nicht ganz so dicht wie gedacht, aber das war kein Problem und wir haben prima geschlafen

Good: מיקום המלון מרכזי. חדר מרווח. מידה מסוימת של יוקרה. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. Bad: בחדר האוכל בבוקר לא היו שולחנות פנויים , לקח זמן עד שמצאנו מקום לשבת.

Good: Great location, very polite staff, everything is clean, cozy and really good value for money. Next time I go to Budapest I won’t consider any other hotels, this would always be my choice and it should be yours too!

Good: Das Frühstück war 1a alles was man sich wünscht. Die Lage ist mega zentral, alle Bahnen und Busse vor Ort. Die Räumlichkeiten, das Restaurant und auch das Zimmer waren perfekt und ich fühlte mich dort wie eine Prinzessin. Jederzeit würde ich diese Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage! Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt vor der Tür ab! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück und auch das Essen im Restaurant sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl und die herrliche Atmosphäre in diesem alten, ehrwürdigen und geschichtsträchtigen Haus genossen! Vielen Dank!

es hat uns sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen, sollten wir noch mal nach Budapest kommen, dann wählen wir auf jeden fall das Danubius Astoria Hotel. Lage ideal man war überall schnell da, Zimmer im 6 Stock schön groß und sehr sauber. Frühstück super, es war alles da. Service auch sehr gut.

Good: Ο κύριος στην υποδοχή ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και κατατοπιστικός,το δωμάτιο μεγάλο για 1-2 άτομα το μπάνιο επίσης ωραίο με όλα τα κομφόρ ,το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο.Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο· είχε ό,τι τραβάει η ψυχή σου. Το ξενοδοχειο βρίσκεται επίσης πολύ κοντά στο μετρό και για το Ορλύ το αεροδρόμιο 20 λεπτά χωρίς κίνηση. Bad: Είχα κάνει κράτηση μέσω booking και είχα ζητήσει δωμάτιο με θέα στην πόλη αλλά δυστυχώς η πόρτα ήταν κλειδωμένη και το παράθυρο δεν άνοιγε οπότε δεν είδα και πολλά πράγματα αφού έμεινα ένα βράδυ.Το πρωί λίγο κάτι μπόρεσα αλλά σχεδόν τίποτα….

Good: The location is perfect in front of metro station and just 3-4 minutes walking to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here definitely again when visiting budapest. Bad: Nothing except at the final day i found a small spider on the ground of my room.

A classy building, great restaurant, and excellent location. It is only a 7 minute walk to the Hungarian National Museum

Excellent location!!! Metro station outside and a 5 minute walk away from the bustling jewish district with its nightlife and cafes. This hotel has actual character, you sense its history and if walls could talk... Great buffet breakfast. But yeah its the unique charm that won me over. Staff are polite and professional. Loved our stay in Budapest and the Astoria was a great spot to base ourselves.

Familie værelset som vi boede i havde en perfekt størrelse. dejlig morgenmadsbuffet. Eneste minus var den megen støj fra gaderne.

Good: Das Hotel hat voll unseren Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Zentrale Lage direkt neben der Metro und der Straßenbahn. Es war natürlich vom Vorteil dass ich mir das Hotel schon am 18.9.2024 angeschaut habe. Für unsere Marathonreise eine gute Wahl, weil wir alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Herzlichst Hubert Ernst

Good: המיקום של בית המלון. ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד. השרות של פקיד הקבלה אנדריאן היה טוב במיוחד. עזר לנו לשנות לחדר יותר שקט עם מקלחון . רצינו לשדרג את החדר אבל זה היה בלתי אפשרי . אבל סה"כ היה בסדר גמור.

Centrally located, so we were able to walk to the chain Bridge, The Hungarian National Museum, and then to the port to meet our cruise ship.

Hotel bellissimo,situato molto bene, ottima posizione personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camera grandissima e molto bella, si sentono un po di rumori la notte, ma ci ritornerei.

Good: Lovely room ..... breakfast was very good choice ... location must be the best in Budapest ... sitting literally next door to Metro, Tram, Bus links and walking distance to all over main centre. This will be our must stay hotel next visit. Bad: Seems petty, but as you asked me .... breakfast hot drinks machines never really produced hot enough water or coffee etc, Simple solution - we made a hot drink in room afterwards using the kettle.

Great hotel at the best position in Budapest. Quick and easy access to attractions, airport, entertainments, etc. Nice and accommodating staff. The room was well looked-after. The brekkie was copious and tasty. Good on you Astoria!

Lovely hotel! Loved the architecture and the decor, it felt homely and comfortable. The room was big and comfy, and the staff friendly and helpful. They were so helpful when it came to our baby, providing us with a crib and also a kettle when we requested one so that we could make her bottles of feed. The location is perfect for exploring Budapest, and we found so many lovely coffee shops and cute places to eat nearby. Absolutely fabulous stay!

Good: Hotel was very nice, beautiful old style building with the luxury of a new one. Rooms were nice (we've booked the superior double room) with comfy beds. There was no parking at the hotel, only at a location nearby. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Bad: -

Good: Nettes Personal, Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und frische Handtücher gebracht, Frühstücksbüffet wurde immer nachgefüllt und war reichlich da Bad: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fensterblick direkt auf ein Gebäude das gefühlt 3 m von uns weg war

Abbondante e molto varia la colazione con prodotti sia dolci che salati, in particolare i prodotti da forno (cornetti, rolls, panini vari) molto buoni, tutti da provare!

Good: Hotel centralissimo, zona servita da tutti i principali mezzi pubblici, compreso il bus 100E per l aeroporto. Camere molto spaziose e letti davvero confortevoli. Ottima pulizia. Abbondante e molto varia la colazione con prodotti sia dolci che salati, in particolare i prodotti da forno (cornetti, rolls, panini vari) molto buoni, tutti da provare! Bad: La crema al cacao imitazione della Nutella :D

We had a great time in Budapest and the Danubius was one of the reasons we had a great time. The room was modern and clean with a great shower. The room was on a side street and we slept soundly. Great hotel, we loved it.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Great shower. Massive comfortable bed. Good quality bedding. Good breakfast choice. Location excellent. Easy to get to from the airport. Staff on reception really helpful.

Good: Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross und reichnaltig. Der Toaster war eine Engstelle, aber das kann man selber lösen. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden und gut. Die Lage war an der Metro, jedoch sind wir fast immer zu Fuss unterwegs gewesen. (Lag aber am schönen Wetter)

Good: It was an old world hotel, with beautiful wood, and antiques. A great breakfast was included in the beautiful dining room. Right outside the hotel is the entrance to the Red Metro 2 tram that we used a lot. Bad: No bathtub!

Good: The old fashioned style of the hotel, very Art-deco, especially the restaurant. In a great location for sightseeing and a direct bus from the airport. Bad: The outside of the building looked unkempt, the area was very busy, and traffic was noisy.

Good: Nagyon kellemes, kulturalt klasszikus hotel. A recepcios holgy nagyon kedves volt es gyorsan vegezte a bejelentkeztetest. A szoba megfelelo volt, nagyon kellemeset tudtam aludni, mindenkinek tudom ajanlani! Bad: Minden rendben volt.

Good: Konumu muhteşem. Şehir merkezine çok yakın, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Sadece Kahramanlar meydanına otelin tam karşısındaki duraktan 72 no. Otobüse binerek gittim, yürüyerek de 45 dk. İdi. Havalimanından 100E no.lu otobüse binip (6 euro) Hotelin tam karşısındaki astoria durağında iniyorsunuz. Hotelin dibinde metro durağı var. Odam muhteşemdi. Tertemiz ve çok güzeldi. Zaten sadece yatmadan yatmaya girdiğim için hotelin başka bir şeyini kullanmadım. Odam sıcacık, küvet harika, sıcak su anında geliyordu. Bad: Hotelin lobisi çok havasız ve iç karartıcı. Ama sadece yatmadan yatmaya odama girdiğim için hotelin başka hiçbir şeyini kullanmadığım için hiç önemli olmadı benim için. Tavsiye olarak lobi restore edilip daha aydınlık olması sağlanabilir, fresh bir hava ile daha güzel kokması iyi olur.
