Good: Interijer hotela,udobne,velike,uredne sobe,sadržaji u sobi. Izvrstan doručak. Ljubazno i susretljivo osoblje hotela. Bad: Izbor hrane za večeru mi se nije baš svidio,svaki dan isti menu, ali s obzirom da malo ljudi uzima polupansion u hotelu to je razumljivo.

Good: מלון יפה, ממוקם כ7 דקות מתחנת מטרו (כמה דקות נסיעה למרכז התיירותי). לאוהבים ללכת אפשר לצעוד למרכז במסלול יפה לאורך הדנובה. צוות נעים, מתחם ספא מעולה למנוחה אחרי יום ארוך של הליכה. . Bad: המלון בשיפוצים ורועש בשעות היום. כדאי לבדוק לפני ההגעה אם השיפוץ הסתיים.

Really nice hotel, we have stayed in a few hotels in Budapest but we think this has been the best hotel. This was our 4th stay and its still great.

Good: A reggeli bőséges, nagyon változatos és finom - kedvencünk a frissen készített omlett volt. Szoba kényelmes és tiszta volt. Vacsorát szobaszervízzel rendeltük, ami gyorsan érkezett és nagyon finom volt. Bad: Este hideg volt a wellnessben, ha ezen kicsit javítanának, tökéletes lenne!

Me and my Partner stayed for 5 days between the end of November and start of December. We had a lovely spacious room, which had a comfortable bed, and fully functional bathroom. The room was consistently cleaned every day. We had a lovely view from our room, overlooking the local area. Breakfast every morning was exemplary, with a large selection of local and worldwide foods, for everyone to enjoy. We also had dinner at the hotel which was very nice and filling. The prices in the hotel are very reasonable and you get your moneys worth with every purchase. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, being able to visit every day. Was always clean and never too noisy. Perfect time to relax! We had fresh towels each day, with used ones being taken away. The staff are also very helpful, we had an issue with a pre-booked taxi being unavailable and they sorted us out a new one straight away with a fair price. We really enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to return in the Future!

Csak jó tapasztalatom volt.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Ein Lebensmittelladen sowie Rossmann befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Alles ist sehr sauber und der Poolbereich ist gross und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig!

Good: Nagyon elégedettek voltunk az itt töltött idővel. Az ételek igazán finomak voltak, a szoba kényelmes, és a kilátás egyszerűen gyönyörű. A wellness részleg fantasztikus, igazán tetszett, és lehetőségünk volt masszázst is igénybe venni, ami tökéletes élményt nyújtott.Külön kiemelném a kiszolgálást, ami rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt. A vacsoránál a pincér hozzáállása fantasztikus volt, még későn érkeztünk, de ő végig mosolyogva és türelmesen foglalkozott velünk. Bad: Egyedül a fűtéssel adódtak problémák. Szóltunk a recepción, hogy nem működik, és bár azt ígérték, hogy intézkednek, sajnos nem történt változás. Emiatt a szobában hideg volt, ami kicsit rontott az összbenyomáson. Összességében viszont kellemes élmény volt, reméljük, hogy legközelebb ez a kis kellemetlenség is orvosolva lesz!

Good: Totul a fost la superlativ, atat personalul cat si curetenia si micul dejun. Bad: M-a deranjat faptul ca in ultima zi la ora 8 dimineata au inceput sa lucreze cu bormașină.

Good: Micul dejun si cina au fost ok, diversitate (in limite acceptabile) si mancare gustoasa. Personalul amabil. Au dovedit solicitudine pentru a rezolva diverse solicitari. Cum o parte a grupului, nu a putut ajunge la cina, au fost de acord sa trimita in camera ceva de mancare. Bine conectat la mijloacele de transport (cca 10 min pe jos fata de metrou si cca. 3- 5 min fata de autobuz , troleibuz). Piscinele foarte ok ( 26-28 grade cea semiolompica si 34-36, respectiv 36-38 grade- restul).

Good: Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Ωραία θέα, ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο, πισίνες! Bad: Το νερό στη ντουζιέρα θέλει λίγη προσπάθεια να βρεις την κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία.

Good: Różnorodne śniadanie, dostęp do spa, restauracja, udogodnienia w pokoju Było mi bardzo miło spędzić święta Bożego Narodzenia w tym hotelu , i pierwszy raz w Budapeszcie. Na pewno bym poleciła to miejsce. Bad: Z łazienki wychodził brzydki zapach , a poza tym wszystko było ok 🙂

Good: Hotel po rekonstruci pokojů a interieru. Dobra snídaně i večere, velka nabidka. Bazény a cele SPA vč. posilovny perfekt. K dispozici župany a ručníky, Stradegické místo, kousek od Dunaje a do centra trolejem a metrem.

Parcarea este contra cost în fața hotelului.Piscina este încălzită ,cu temperatura apei de 38 grade Celsius .Vom reveni cu siguranță !!!

Gyönyörű szálloda szép kilátás a Dunára. A szoba nagyon szép volt és tiszta. A személyzet nagyon kedves. Az ételek nagyon finomak. Teljesen meg voltunk elégedve. Bármikor visszatérnék ajánlom mindenkinek.

A szoba tiszta es rendezett, az etelekre szavak nincsenek, mennyeiek es hatalmas a valasztek! A szemelyzet vegtelenul kedves es figyelmes! Legjobb valasztas volt

Bel és külföldi barátaimnak a kényelmes szállás melletti magas szintű gyógykezelések a Smiley.med központnál telitalálat. Békés környék, jó parkolás és színvonalas fogadtatás !!!

Csak ismételni tudom magam, a korábban Vendégkönyvbe írt soraimat ! Mosoly, szeretetteljes fogadtatás. Véleményem kikérése is jól esett, napi szinten. Rendkívül választékos, egészséges a reggeli büfé felhozatala: csak gratulálni tudok hozzá. Mint mozgáskorlátozott ( orvosi műhiba folytán ) mellett komfortos a fürdőszoba. Saját w.c. magasítómmal jól boldogultam. A Smiley.med építő-gyógyító kezelései reménnyel tölt el....2025. januártól folytatom ! Külföldön élő barátaimnak is max.an ajánlom a Budapesti szállás választása esetére !!GM

Good: Hotel na odličnoj poziciji s pogledom na Dunav i vrlo lako dostupnim javnim prijevozom. Bazeni su super kao i doručak, osoblje je jako susretljivo i uljudno. Kreveti vrlo prostrani i udobni, kupaonica čista i moderna.

Good: Snídaně bohatá, večeře také, ochotný personál. V recepci připraven džbán s vodou, na pokoji káva. Super wellness Bad: Měli jsme zaplacené večeře, ale 31.12.jsme ji nedostali, protože nevařili. Na recepci nám řekli, že dnes večeře není a hotovo. Nikdo se s námi dál nebavil.

Good: Понравилось абсолютно все. Начиная от приветливого персонала на ресепшен. Были в Рождественские праздники. Удивил прекрасный рождественский ужин с музыкальным сопровождением. Вкусные, разнообразные завтраки. Отличный бассейн, сауна, хамам, работающий с 7 до 22. Комфортные, чистые номера с качественной уборкой. Хочется поблагодарить за комфортный отдых в данном отеле.

Good: Odlična, res čista nastanitev na dobri lokaciji, iz sobe sva imela lep pogled na Donavo in na otok Margit Sziget. Zajtrk je bil zelo okusen in pester. Osebje prijazno in vljudno, vsak dan so nama tudi menjali brisače(kljub temu da jih recimo nisva dala na tla), postlali posteljo in obrisali lijak v kopalnici. Nimam pripomb in resnično priporočam.

Good: ranajky aj welnes super, luxusne prerobene izby. Bad: zbytocne velmi makke matrace.

There were minor things, which with slight improvement can be solved. The first thing is the windows of the room. The windows are letting in both cold and noise from street. It affects the quality of sleep. The second was the parking, which might be included on the price, or at least to be noted that there will be requirment for payment at the end. Except these two everything was really good.

Good: Colazione varia con dolce e salato. Hotel con arredo moderno, molto pulito. Buono anche il servizio del bar bistrot . Bad: La camera era un po’ piccola e sarebbe da migliorare il servizio caffè a colazione con inserimento di un vero espresso irrinunciabile per gli italiani.

Good: the rooms, the SPA, the overall look and feel, the food. the hotel is newly refurbished and it shows. the poker table at the NYE dinner. Bad: the breakfast selection is fine if you stay 1-3 days, but, since they don’t really make changes to it, the lack of diversity gets disturbing. they have a room where you can iron your clothes, I would have much rathered receive an iron in the room. value for money - we paid significantly more than the usual rate, given that we were there during the NYE, but, for the regular rate, it’s a steal.
