Dears, we are very satisfied with our holiday in Danubius Bukfurdo. Our Family spent very nice days in Danubius hotel also this summer. We visit Danubius Buk furdo six years in the row already. Very satisfied with all inclusive service and also Kids activities. We are looking forward to visit you again in our next Family Holiday.

Kvalita snídaní byla ohledem výběru velmi nízká žádné saláty, jednom jeden typ sýrů, slanina jenom 1 x za 5 dní a každý den to samé žádná změna, v předchozím období byla kvalita snídaní na úplně jiné úrovni a velmi bohatý výběr je to dáno tím , že nás bylo na hotelu asi jenom cca 50-7O hostů, snídaně byla velké zklamání, recepční a personál o tom věděl, že snídaně jsou problém na výběr jídel velmi omezené, že se to pokusí napravit.

Dears, let me share with you our feeling from visiting Danubius Bukfurdo. We visited this hotel already 5 years in a row. We spend amazing days in summer time here in Bukfurdo every summer. We are loking forward every spring to be there in summer and enjoy the holiday. We travel here with whole family: 6 adults + 3 kids. Amazing facility, amazing food and friendly customer service. We are very satisfy with the service. Thanks a lot !

We visited this hotel several times, it is in a quiet town. We call it "gastro stay" because the all-inclusive cuisine is great. We booked the most expensive rooms with connecting doors, it is very comfortable for the family of 4. The staff is very friendly, speaks English, German and some also Czech. Indoor and outdoor pools can be used in any weather. Children always enjoy the kid´s pool.

Easy to find location. Nice garden, outside pool with warm water. Very kind, helpfull personal. Wide range of sport facilities. Excellent meals both for adults and children. Quiet nights and mornings for good sleeping.

Good: Very nice hotel, clean room with a balcony, very good variety of food, snacks, fruits and drinks available all the time, free parking, nice and quiet location. We were with the baby so we loved the swimming pool for babies, playing room and the play yard. Very nice swimming pools for adults as well. Bad: The cleaning lady woke us up at 8:20 a.m., I understand that the breakfast starts from 8 a.m. but it doesn't mean that everybody should be there by that time, especially with the baby. Some personal could be nicer.

Jets in the pools work too briefly and repeatedly. They are crowded with visitors and it is difficult to use them. Jets should work all the time.

Good: Friendly staff, very good all inclusive offer, clean and tidy. Excellent wellness facilities. Bad: There is no air condition in the reception area (or wasn't operating), also some of the guests didn't respect the "dress code" for the restaurants. Although it isn't the hotel's fault I guess.

Krásné prostředí, nádherný wellnes, skvělé termály, klidné ubytování, výborná kuchyně, pouze ze čtvrtka na pátek mnoho hostů a byly fronty při večeřích a snídaních na jídlo !!!

We were very happy and satisfied with your services. The only thing is that we were missing the basic information in Czech. You have a lot of Czech customers, so you should have some basic information in this language as not everybody can speak English.

We had a very nice holiday there. The only thing, which I would wish it was better, was bed. It was too soft. Obviously it had the best time already over. But other then that it was perfect.

Bardzo sympatyczne miejsce dużo seniorów ale również rodzin z małymi dziećmi jak i większymi, świetne baseniki dla maluchów. Jest gdzie pospacerować, kuchnia serwuje bardzo dobre jedzenie i zawsze coś nowego, wiele rzeczy robionych na miejscu czyli świeże. jednym mankamentem był masaż który trwał 20 minutek a miał być 40 minut może to pomyłka ale niesmak pozostał poza tym wszystko w porządku polecam

Good: Ochotný personál,jídlo.

We loved the stay, our child of 2y was very happy with the new kids pool area. What we did not like was the fact that even though we paid for a room on the 6th foor (630) every night a quite loud humming sound started and lasted throughout the night first we though its the ventilation in our room then we figured out that its coming from the service doors or above the room

Good: We had a really warm welcome at the reception, and that was a lovely start for our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our 3 year old son enjoyed the kids pool very much and we could sit comfortable in the jacuzzi watching him.

We were there for 5 days with a 1yr old kid. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, very good health facilities, nice stuff, very good food quite a good spa and swimming area! We will definitely go there again .. the only thing which prob could be critised a bit is the age of the rooms, although still in a proper condition.

I have stayed in couple of your hotels, this one is one of the best from the point of view of relaxation. Good staff and service.

Good: Nagyon tiszta a víz a wellness részlegben. A személyzet segítőkész és figyelnek mindenre. A vízautomata és a kulacs nagyon nyerő. A minigolf és a bowling is szuper. Bad: A gyümölcs felhozatal elég szegényes az étteremben, lehetne több gyerekprogram és több sárkányos jelenlét. A játszószobák babáknak valóak. A szaunákat ne csak fürdőruha nélkül lehessen használni.

Good: Abszolút minden teljes mértékben kiváló volt! Szolgáltatások, csalad barát, barátságos személyzet! Kisfiúnak meg ajándékot is kapott. :)

Good: Hatalmas ételválaszték, kedves személyzet, tisztaság, fürdőszobai éjszakai fény. A hotel mindenre fel van készülve, akármilyen életkorú gyerek mehet. Ingyen kulacs.

Good: Kellemes környezet, kedves személyzet, jó pihenési lehetőség, bőséges ellátás. Az elkészült felújítás nagyon szép lett. Bad: Az idén a szobákkal nem voltunk megelégedve. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek voltak, a mosdót többször meg kellett nyomni, hogy ne zubogjon a víz. A zuhanyzóban a lefolyó lassan működött. Végezetül, szomorúan tapasztaltam, hogy a gyerekek fellépője eltűnt a recepcióról.

Bad: A szomszéd szobából minden egyes szó áthallatszott. A wifi nem működött. A szobai tűzjelző zöld villogasa nagyon zavaró volt.

Wir (6 Personen) waren verkehrsbedingt nicht um 18:00 im Hotel, hatten schwierigheiten bei einer Neureservierung für die restlichen Tage. Sonst sehr zufrieden (16 x Kurtzurlaub im Hotel Danubius Bük).

Good: Super alles

Wir waren nun schon einige Male dort, immer übers Wochenende. Zimmer sind super, All-Inklusive passt auch sehr gut und es ist für Kinder alles da (Schwimmbad, Spielautomaten usw.) . Wir werden auch dieses Jahr wieder einige Male dort buchen.

S ubytováním, stravou i welnes jsme byli velice spokojeni. V celém hotelu bylo čisto a personál příjemný. Uvažujeme že se sem ještě někdy zase vrátíme.

Good: Kedves, segítőkész, közvetlen személyzet, tiszta helyiségek. Nyugodt, családbarát hely.

Alles hervorragend, Sauberkeit, freundlichkeit des Personals, Einrichtung. Das Bett, extrem bequem, das Zimmer groß und sauber. Spa Bereich wunderbar, auch für Kinder alles liebevoll eingerichtet! Das Essen sehr gut, frisch vorbereitet, schön variiert. Immer wieder gerne, 100% empfehlenswert!

Leider ist es erlaubt, dass Gäste Tiere mitnehmen. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Auch, dass bei weniger Gäste einfach Badbereiche gesperrt sind ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Im Eingangsbereich sind 2 PC-artige Tische mit Spielen, diese sind immer besetzt. Hier sollte man überlegen, mehr dieser Tische aufzustellen statt andere Sitzgelegenheiten. Idee: vorab Einchecken mit Übermittlung aller Daten = weniger Wartezeit.

Good: Mindennel nagyon elégedettek voltunk, a legszuperebb hely eddig, ahol megszálltunk. Külön köszönet, hogy reggel az ajtó előtt a gyerekeknek kisdobozos üdítő, a férjemnek és nekem ásványvíz volt. :-)

Good: Gazdag ételválaszték minden étkezésnél, kiváló medencék. Gyerekbarát programok a 3-7 éves korosztálynak. Bad: - Szauna: sajnos az egyik leggyengébb pontja a szállodának, mivel kizárólag ruha nélkül lehet igénybe venni. Természetesen lehetőség van törölközőt használni, de mivel nem kötelező, ezt a vendégek csak egy része teszi meg. Így valaki vagy megbarátkozik a tudattal vagy kihagyja a teljes ott tartózkodás alatt. Mi nagyon vártuk feleségemmel, de egyetlen alkalommal, 5 percig bírtuk, utána beteltünk a látvánnyal amit a többi vendég nyújtott számunkra. Biztos van akit nem zavar, nekünk nagy csalódás volt... - Lift: a fenti mellett eltörpül, de nagyon zavaró, hogy hibásan van programozva a lift. Ez azért megugorható lenne, szükség esetén tudok programozót is ajánlani hozzá. Más szállodánál még nem találkoztunk ennyire kaotikus, logikátlan működéssel. Mivel számos esetben 4-5 percet is kellett várni mire odaért a kettő liftből az egyik, majd elindult a másik irányba mint amire hívtuk, mi a legtöbb esetben a lépcsőházat választottuk gyalogosan.

S pobytem v hotelu jsem moc spokojen, personál velice milý. Jen drobnost ,docela hlučí klimatizace nebo vzduchotechnika , trochu se to ztlumí po 22 hod. Když mám v noci otevřené okno tak je to slyšet, ale krásnou dovolenou mi to nezkazilo a příští rok zase přijedeme. Lopatecki Jaroslav

Good: Kis gyerekkel abszolút ajánlom, minden szempontból megfelelt a wellness részleg, animátor, programok kiválóak voltak, játszóházak. Személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkészek, tényleg igyekeztek minden eljárásnak megfelelni. Az ételkínálat bőséges volt, de sajnos átlagos. Bad: Negatívumként annyit említenék, hogy egy felújítás ráférne a szállodára.

Ein super Hotel mit herrlicher Aussicht aus dem 4ten Stock. Alle sehr freundlich und unser Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt (die Matratzen waren zu weich). Essen ausgezeichnet wir haben schon wieder gebucht

Was mir gefehlt hat, war die Möglichkeit, die Treppe hinaufzugehen und nicht den Aufzug benutzen zu müssen, aber ich verstehe den Brand- und Sicherheitsaspekt, wenn man die Anwesenheit von Menschen in der Nähe des Hotels überprüft. Eine schöne Überraschung war ein Getränkepaket für Kinder :-) Ich möchte bald wieder auf Sie zurückkommen!

Alles war toll, wir hatten eine super Zeit! Ich weiß, dass das Problem nicht leicht zu lösen ist, aber es wäre schön, die Anzahl der Fliegen im Gebäude zu reduzieren.
