Good: Very clean and comfortable hotel with a fantastic breakfast

Excellent location, close to Regent Park and London Zoo, also not too far from city centre, about 15 mins by Taxi or Uber. Parking available but limited space (30£ for 24H) with 2 charging points. Strange rule is you need to leave your car keys in the reception during your stay. Breakfast is good with lot if options. Staff in general are very kind but one of receptionist isn't friendly and helpful at all. Bar closes at 10pm. Rooms are slightly outdated but very comfortable, especially mattress. There is a fridge, safe and iron etc in the room.

Good: Spacious and clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, quality breakfast in a location close to the centre in one of the best London areas. Bad: Unfortunately, the fridge was not working.

Very conveniently situated right next to Lord's Cricket Ground, St John's Wood Hight St and REgent's Park.

Excelente experiência no Danubius. Excelente localização, café da manhã bom e equipe muito solicita e simpática. Tudo certo com a estadia. Recomendo e voltaria.

Property was only a 10-20 minute walk to 2 different tube stations. Baker St Station is a major transfer point, and just a 3-4 minute bus ride. Bus stop 2-3 minutes from property. Staff were helpful, and attentive. Property was quiet. Small convenience store right next door. Property clean and room sufficient.

Good: Staff are the BEST , the room service was tremendous & they catered to our every need .. Bad: Its all good

I would like to commend Hichem, the concierge at the Danubius Front Office. He is truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations by a significant margin. Although I have stayed at many hotels before, I have never experienced this level of professionalism. I will most definitely be returning, and I believe he is a valuable asset to your company. Good: We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The really seemed to enjoy working there. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the buffet was well laid out. The room was serviced promptly each day. Bad: There are very few restaurants close the the hotel, but this was compensated by the high quality of the meals served in the hotel dining room.

Great stay! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and the nice lady at the reception offered us complementary late check in. We dined at the restaurant and the food was very delicious. So was the breakfast! Nice and diverse. Our room had a great view looking at the lord’s cricket ground. This was our 2nd time at the hotel, and this time it was even better than the first time! Good: Breakfast was very basic. Location was excellent Bad: There could have been a bit more variety with the breakfast spread. The staff will literally walk you out of the breakfast room once breakfast is over. That happened to me a paying customer. It put a big dent in my stay.

The initial interaction was with the front desk where staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Subsequent interaction with restaurant staff was also most positive. And the room service ladies were efficient and helpful by providing extra towels and shower gels/shampoo and promptly cleaning our room daily. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The location near Regents Park was also very convenient.

Visited the hotel for our anniversary and my wife's birthday. Our daughter contacted the hotel who were excellent in helping her to arrange for flowers chocolates and balloons to be placed in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for them including the loan of an umbrella as we had mislaid ours. Very attentive pleasant and friendly staff I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Booking in was quick with friendly staff,room was clean & fine for short stay,breakfast was excellent great choice & well presented,we were at Lords for the cricket & the hotel was virtually opposite our entrance,lots of buses to Baker St & beyond free with my bus pass,all in all perfect

Good: Comfortable hotel, sadly prices sky rocket when there’s cricket on over the road

Room was well presented and spacious.The bed was very comfortable and large. Every member of staff that we met was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. We didn't park at the hotel but noted that it was very limited. Great place to stay and would definitely use again.

We had a 3 day stay at the hotel the previous week and returned because we liked it.

Good: Building doesnt look as good as the experience was. Beds were comfortable, great pillows and sheets and nice touch with cookies amd tea coffee. Viewnfrom the room was lovely to lords. bar downstairs was good. Bad: Arrived tired and the keys provided didnt work so had to return downstairs.

Good: Lovely location for walking around/through Regent’s Park to Zoo or Camden Town (35mins) for the northern line train/tube rather than getting the bus which was also very close. Walking or busses are great for seeing all of London architecture. We didn’t upgrade when offered as we were only there to sleep/shower/eat go out again. Wonderful help yourself breakfast. Our room was on 11th floor with a partial view of lords. Bad: Main access is on a side road rather than main roundabout access- google maps probably said that but I assumed different.

Good hotel right beside Regents Park and 15mins walk from Baker St Station. Plenty of staff about and all polite and helpful. We were in a deluxe room king and included complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, biscuits and water + bathrobe/slippers. Great buffet breakfast, loads of choice, and although busy, food all kept topped up.

Good: The location was great - close to Regent’s Park, Lord’s Cricket ground, Abbey Road and walking around central London. The bed was really comfortable and there were good views of the London skyline from the 8th floor room. Good breakfast Bad: The bath was slightly narrow and I almost got stuck trying to get out!

Good: Convinient for my business in St John’s Wood Bad: I still do not like the shower in a bathtop. Very dangerous to someone over eighty, no safety rails etc. All so shower head too concentrated not very pleasant, actually old fashion from the eighties.

Good: It is a very convenient location, staff are so helpful re dog and room on lower floor, rooms are so comfortable and clean. We enjoy staying there!

Good: I liked the location. We ate breakfast and dinner every night there. Very well done. Bad: It says the concierge would help us with transportation. My husband went done to procure a taxi to airport. We were basically told to make our own arrangements.

Heerlijk niet duur hotel. Supervriendelijk personeel, mooie eetzaal en gezellige bar. Twee minuten lopen naar Regent's Park. Tegenover Lord's Cricket Ground.

Convenient location for public transportation and nice area. Clean room and bathroom. However shower door was not fitted properly and water leaked onto the floor. Bedroom Blackout drapes a little too short so the morning light came through earlier than we would have liked. Good and plentiful breakfast though scrambled eggs and baked beans were cold by 7:30 am. Hope on our return visit on the 14th the fruit will be varied a little. Missed my morning banana or apple. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good: Building doesnt look as good as the experience was. Beds were comfortable, great pillows and sheets and nice touch with cookies amd tea coffee. Viewnfrom the room was lovely to lords. bar downstairs was good. Bad: Arrived tired and the keys provided didnt work so had to return downstairs.

Good: I liked the location. We ate breakfast and dinner every night there. Very well done. Bad: It says the concierge would help us with transportation. My husband went done to procure a taxi to airport. We were basically told to make our own arrangements.

Good: Great location although in the middle of busy roads, room was quiet and comfortable, staff very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Bad: Main entrance to hotel is not very attractive with cars swinging in and wonky steps. Machine coffee at breakfast not so good.

Great location that is close to excellent restaurants (St. John’s Wood High Street) Regents Park, and useful bus routes. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, if a bit pricey.

The people in the hotel were all polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Location was excellent with good transport links, staff really friendly and helpful, concierge took care of the car and parking, room was spacious and clean with tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of choice at breakfast, nice onsite bar, all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend but slight glitch when arrived. Room allocated wasn’t city side and was a double not twin room. As it was fully booked had to wait 45 mins for adjustment, and delay resulted in missed appointments. We asked for a something In return for inconvenience but didn’t get it.Overall very nice highly recommend.Food and drink selections very good excellent breakfast. Good: The staff were all so helpful and very polite. They were on hand to help with our luggage and open doors which was a great help as I am a wheelchair user. The hotel was very wheelchair accessible, which is always a worry when I go to new places. I loved the large glass bottles of water each day in the room and the mini fridge to keep it cool.

Good: Excellent staff. Particularly one waitress/bar in the restaurant in the evening. Her name was Nanathara (or similar name, sorry cant quite spell it!) she was exceptional. Helpful reception staff. Good air con. Excellent breakfasts and good dinners Bad: Price of drinks were a bit high. The cleaner moving our towels when we asked her not to, and then we didnt know whose towel was whose. Room.was smaller than expected for two people.sharing who were not a couple, but we managed ok.

Good: Staff were very friendly & helpful. We had our dog with us & so we were out & about a lot & we didn’t get to use all the facilities but the dinner in the bar was really nice.

Good: We chose this hotel due to its close location to Lords cricket ground and also the price. The Hotel reception, bar and restaurant are clean, bright and welcoming. Our room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable bed. The bath / shower / toilet were clean and worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection. The location was second to none! So close to Lords and Regents Park. Our friends also decided to stay and they were also impressed. One couple decided to drive and there was plenty of parking. Note parking is charged for. We'll stay again. Bad: Nothing
