Good: Everything but the role were outstanding. Bad: The bed was less comfortable by perhaps that’s just my preference.

Good: A really nice hotel in a good location, opposite Lords Cricket Ground and Regents Park. From minute 1 service from all staff was professional and attentive. Room was well appointed (kindly offered a free upgrade on arrival), breakfast varied and excellent food / drink in the bar also spot on. Bad: Nothing at all to complain about

My third stay at this hotel in the past 18 months. It represents very good value for money and is always immaculately clean. The positives are further enhanced as all staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it without hesitation!

Good: The porridge and poached eggs at breakfast were excellent. It is definitely worth asking for these specials. Bad: All good. No problems!

Good: The staff were excellent. The concierge team and bar staff were particularly good. The bar and restaurant are very comfortable. Bad: We had a minor issue with a leaking shower screen, but it was easily fixed without speaking to the hotel.

Good: The hotel staff were welcoming, attentive, hard working and created a convivial atmosphere for guests and visitors. It was a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond. Can't praise the staff highly enough. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Bad: The location of the hotel was just a wee bit too far from the nearest underground station.

Stayed for one night. Close to London Zoo and Lords. Not too far from the tube. Supplied an umbrella when requested. Polite & Helpful staff.

Good: The pleasant, helpful and smiling staff - on reception and in bar and restaurant The bright and palatial reception area The comfortable room The delicious breakfast The location - loved eating breakfast overlooking Lords Cricket Ground and watching all the local comings and goings - even on a wet and grey February morning! The hotel has a 'happy vibe' Bad: We liked everything! We nearly missed the entrance sign when driving in but that's probably our own fault. Parking is quite pricey but it's very efficient and probably fair for Central London

Good: We were in a refurbished room which was very nice and a good size. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and very tasty. Bad: Bathroom was small and not really possible for two people to be in it at the same time.

Good: Comfortable bed, tea and coffee option in room. Breakfast was good. Bad: Bit far from the tube.

Good: Lovley Hotel Bad: The breakfast didn't turn up on time and when it did it was cold and things missing we had tonleave at 9 am so we booked the room service breakfast which cost close to 50 pound for 8 o'clock but our request wasn't take from the door handle we rang reception to be told they would sort it straight away it arrived at 8.45 left us 15 minutes to eat rang reception again to be told they were sorry and this just wasn't good enough

Definitely recommend. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed 3 nights and it couldn’t have been more convenient and comfortable. Bed was an American king with excellent pillows and the rooms even have a Nespresso machine. Concierge held our bags while we walked around before needing to leave for the airport. Everyone very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be staying there again!

Good: Requested and given a room with a view of Regents Park. Bad: Not the prettiest building from the outside (but lovely within).

Good: The room was very clean the toilet refurbished and super clean. Bedsheets clean and good quality. Size of the room very good. Ventilation and heating super efficient! Very useful that the room is fully equipped with hairdryer, iron and iron board. The view of the hotel very nice. Neighbourhood amazing and close to St John’s Wood high street and 2 minutes from Regent’s Park. Staff very kind!! The whole experience VERY VERY VERY good! Bad: Everything was very good nothing negative to report!

Good: The room was clean, the location is very convenient for getting around London and there’s a lovely park across the road. The breakfast has a great selection and is fresh too!

Good: Nice room and very clean. Bad: I should have looked to see how far it is from a tube station. The shower was hard to get in and out of. There wasn't an outlet by the bed.

Good: The room was clean and quiet which we loved after days of walking at the city. The room service ladies were very attentive and always made sure our room was clean. Very close to all attractions if you take the tube at the St. John's Wood tube station. Bad: I wished if the breakfast included turkey sausage, turkey ham/turkey cold cuts or turkey bacon for the people like us that don’t eat pork. The breakfast was excellent but we needed to have that protein. The bed mattress was somewhat hard but I believe some people will like it like that.

The hotel was picked because of the location near to lords cricket ground. But it ticket so many other box’s. Excellent hospitality and helpful staff. 10/10

The food was absolutely amazing, we really enjoyed it. And it’s great that you have the cricket on in the bar 👊🏻

4 star hotel that delivers. Good service throughout.

Air conditioning non applicable. Its just numbers on the dial. If you need a different view, back out of room, turn around and walk back in sideways. Can’t be comfortable. Rooms are hot, washrooms are made to be sprayed by shower water. Uncomfortably ugly

They treated you like a king (Charles).

Ideal hotel for watching the cricket at Lords, it is literally just over the road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and modern. Breakfast is good sadly though cannot opt for continental breakfast only.

the reception was really bad. I booked the room on my fault for Saturday instead of Sunday, exactly after I booked confirmation comes from booking and I found that I did wrong, I call the hotel and they didn't accept my fault (just 2 minutes after booking) then I called booking.com, they called them and they said as the reception will come next morning! at the end, they didn't accept this wrong and say they can change the date but they cant modify the price ! told them how! Saturday was 340 and Sunday just 170, why I should pay for Sunday 340? and they say we can just change with this price! then I decide to get another reservation for Sunday! I went there Saturday night to use the room. they give the room to me! next they they told me for your second reservation you have to change your room! why????? because they upgrade my first night room to another room ! with out my permission! and next day I should pack everything and go for new room! can you believe this guy???? you go to a hotel and in the middle of your stay! they ask you to change the room while both reservation of your rooms are SAME ROOM ,SAME TYPE!!!! DONT GO TO THIS Hotel... I saw also a member of Air Canada crew, was angry because they gave her a room without TV ... who can believe a 4 star hotel has some rooms without TV

Really lovely hotel, great breakfast and lots of choice. Good views, close for walks around the park and the zoo. A bit of a walk to nearest tube station but fine for those who like to walk.

Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and good service. Appreciated the upgrade to suite particularly as it was a birthday trip. Unnecessary change of soap by cleaning service on a daily basis.

We love this location as with the tube and rail strikes on we were still within easy walking distance of Camden and Soho.

Great location and very comfortable, updated room. The Danubius Regents Park is my hotel of choice when visiting London.

Very nice stay, checked us in early which is always a bonus, St. John's Wood tube short walk and high street. Not too pricey either.

Good food great service will stay again

Our room was assigned to us but when we got to it we saw it hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. The staff were so apologetic and instantly upgraded us to a lovely Deluxe room 😍 The hotel breakfast is really good and definitely worth having if your planning a long day out. It was a really lovely stay for us and will definitely be back.

Had a great stay, very clean rooms/hotel. friendly helpful staff. Superb location. Had breakfast for 4 consecutive days- excellent each time. Perfect location for our visit to Lords for the cricket. Highly recommend the Danubius!

The hotel was perfect for my little visit to the hospital and recovery for a couple of days. This hotel likes a pre-payment for things like room service etc. (that you don't know if you will use) and if this value is exceeded, they expect you to visit reception and pre-pay some more from your card. Not easy when you are resting recovering from an operation. They also don't understand that if you have authorized £150, then £162 without a further payment authorization, will be declined. A little training on finance and how cards work along with a bit of trust to pay on checkout would make this hotel the perfect stay. All in all, I enjoyed the hotel ambience and the friendliness especially from the room service staff. I would definitely use the hotel again.

Great location- close enough to the Lords stadium so it was very convenient for us since we had come to watch the match between Australia and England. The hotel room was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the eating facility wasn’t well staffed during the Ashes. There were never enough tables and one staff member in particular was not at all helpful and didn’t even try to find us a table. She seemed to be senior staff. When we came to the lounge after the match and asked for a table she just shrugged her shoulders and told us to find a table if we can! We were a taken aback by her inhospitable attitude. Since the hotel is so very close to the cricket stadium, management should consider getting more staff and being better prepared to handle larger crowds during the big matches.
