The hotel was perfect for my little visit to the hospital and recovery for a couple of days. This hotel likes a pre-payment for things like room service etc. (that you don't know if you will use) and if this value is exceeded, they expect you to visit reception and pre-pay some more from your card. Not easy when you are resting recovering from an operation. They also don't understand that if you have authorized £150, then £162 without a further payment authorization, will be declined. A little training on finance and how cards work along with a bit of trust to pay on checkout would make this hotel the perfect stay. All in all, I enjoyed the hotel ambience and the friendliness especially from the room service staff. I would definitely use the hotel again.

Great location- close enough to the Lords stadium so it was very convenient for us since we had come to watch the match between Australia and England. The hotel room was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the eating facility wasn’t well staffed during the Ashes. There were never enough tables and one staff member in particular was not at all helpful and didn’t even try to find us a table. She seemed to be senior staff. When we came to the lounge after the match and asked for a table she just shrugged her shoulders and told us to find a table if we can! We were a taken aback by her inhospitable attitude. Since the hotel is so very close to the cricket stadium, management should consider getting more staff and being better prepared to handle larger crowds during the big matches.

When I arrived to the hotel I met an great man so helpful from day one I will never forget his name (( DAINIUS)) . Everything was perfect, the rooms were so clean , all the staffs were nice and helpful, I stayed for more than 9 nights. I haven’t had any bad comments. Good breakfast included. Some of the staff speak Arabic and other languages. What I really like most was the location. I walk every morning to enjoy the regent park and lot of good restaurants and places around l. Bus station a few steps away which so cool about the hotel. Sooo amazing hotel. If i have chance to visit London again for sure i will stay at the same place.

I stayed in a double room with my boyfriend on Sunday night (27th May).. i think almost everything was excellent with the room, cleanliness, restaurant staff were wonderful , i asked for a pina colada cocktail and even though it was not on cocktail menu the staff that evening went out of their way to make me two .. and they were great!! i only have one complaint, the member of staff on reception when i checked out around 12ish on Monday Morning, i think he may have been Polish ( i did not make a note of his name).. i asked a question about the £ 30 deposit and if it would be put towards the extras on my room ( room 355).. he was not explaining in a way i could understand, and i did take into account his first language is not English.. however he grew inpatient with me when i asked him to explain what he meant.. something about it being deposited back into my account .. that did not make sense as i had extras to pay!! he was quite impatient and kept repeating himself calling madam like i was stupid. ( sorry but thats how it felt) in the end i just paid the 70 odd quid and left.. it annoyed me for rest of the afternoon. i told like being talked down too.. i am the guest and if he is not making himself understood then he needs to learn how to in a polite manner. i used to work in Hilton hotels as a receptionist and the manager there would have been horrified if they heard a member of staff talking to a guest that way... other than that.. everything was fine.

Was fantastic overall, great service, but bathrooms could have used some updating-- our shower knob fell off and we had to use a key to turn the shower on. Rooms were also a little small. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

A lovely hotel close to the tube station . Wonderful helpful staff. My husband was feeling unwell on our final day . I enquired if we could check out later so that he could try to sleep it off . The reception staff were so kind and helpful . Would love to stay here again

Had a mishap first on arrival but rectified very professionally it was only because the hotel reservations which caused confusion. The one of many managers Sam was exceptional throughout our stay he was very helpful and even kindly upgraded us . The hotel is very nice and all I can say is don't judge a book by it's cover as the building from outside does not reflect what is in the inside. The toilets to the bar area are a wow factor the main reception area is lovely nice bar area food was great . Lovely spread for breakfast catering for everyones taste. I will definitely stay here again as it is a great location regent's park is a walk away and the nearest tube station too.and over looks lord's cricket ground . I really recommend this hotel it's wonderfully cheap for what they offer and the service is outstanding.

My wife treated me to a trip to London as a 40th birthday present and thankfully we stayed at the danubius hotel, each and every member of staff treated us like royalty, I never felt so welcomed in a hotel before, the rooms were immaculate and the food was really good, what was also great was the hotel is situated in a great location in London being fairly central to everything and St. John’s wood tube station is literally 4 minuets walk from the hotel, I can’t wait to go back there again and I would highly recommend it..

Location is great, staff are so friendly! The best place in London I must say. Awesome rooms. Staff very attentive , extremely polite & helpful. Room very well equipped! Plenty of variety for breakfast was a real treat. The room was excellent, very quiet location which enabled us to have few nights of restful sleep, leaving us refreshed for the next day. Hadnt been in London for a few years and we found this Hotel to give us what we needed and more! Easy access to public transport bus and tube..good location on the doorstep of Regents Park.The room was very comfortable we had 2 good night sleeps good choice of pillows also..The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and hot! The service was excellent aswell..very attentive staff not just in Restaurant but by the room service aswell.All in all we had agood stay and will return.

We were just here for one night, but we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff at reception were friendly and informative, we had no issues, therefore had no further interaction with them. Tube station is a bit of a walk, but there are buses right in front of the hotel.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and large for London and the staff were all very welcoming. The location is good if you are ok to walk (a very pleasant walk through Regents Park) to the center, but not the closest to tube stations.

As the restaurant has New York deli stated expected much more from the menu, thought the restaurant had lost its identity somehow. Also everything was with chunky chips. Think a new modern menu is needed.

My partner and I stayed here last Friday night and we had a very enjoyable stay. The Reception staff were very welcoming and the room we were given was a good size, recently refurbished and very clean. We ordered some pizza from room service on arrival and this was delivered very quickly and was hot and tasty. After an evening at the theatre we had a very pleasant and relaxing late drink in the bar before retiring. A sound nights sleep was followed by a good breakfast with plenty of choice and excellent service. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were an appreciated facility. All in all a very enjoyable stay and one we would definitely like to repeat!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - lots of choice and really well cooked each day. We were disappointed in the set meal which was included in our stay but overall we had a great time, the staff were very helpful and we'd definitely stay there again if we could replicate the special offer rates we received.

In onze ogen simpelweg een (erg) goed hotel met bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prijs-prestatie verhouding is goed in evenwicht. Omgeving hotel is goed, entree ligt wat verborgen. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim, ontbijt is goed, hotelrestaurant (24-uur) kent beperkte maar goede kaart en drankaanbod is goed. Complimenten vooral voor het personeel. In totaal zijn wij 6 nachten in het hotel geweest.

Good: L’hotel si trova in un contesto molto piacevole , 15 minuti a piedi da Baker street . Proprio vicino l’hotel passa l’autobus n 13 che porta in centro al capolinea Victoria . L’albergo è grande pulito , la colazione è ottima e ricca . Vicinanza a Regent’s Park molto gradevole per passeggiare e perdersi nel verde . Acqua e té in camera offerti . Bad: Assenza in bagno dello scopettino wc . Le cameriere ogni volta che sistemavano la stanza buttavano i campioncini anche se appena aperti o poco utilizzati per sostituirlo con altri nuovi . Che spreco !

Over het algemeen zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Voelt erg persoonlijk en prettig. Minder aantrekkelijk is de ligging van de entree. De entree zelf is zonder meer erg goed maar het straatje ernaartoe doet afbreuk aan het hotel.

Good: الفندق جداً مريح الغرفه كانت وسيعه ونفس الصوره بالضبط اخذنا الغرف المجدده بالدور العاشر والاطلاله كانت على ملعب كريكت وحديقة تابعه للكنيسه لكن جميله جداً اخذنا الغرفه الكينغ ديلوكس السرير حييل كبير ونظافتهم رااائعه وفي مكينة قهوه نسبريسو وبسكوت وماء وشاي كل يوم يحطون اضافه والخدمات كلها متوفره بصراحه فندق ممتاز والتكييف بارد لان حر لندن هالوقت والحمام كل شي متوفر فيه Bad: فقط المخاد وغطاء السرير كانو مو على مستوى فندقي للاسف نوعهم حيل خفيف واصغر من حجم السرير

Good: Vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt, ruime keuze en goed aangevuld. Speciaal bedankje voor de extra amenities, erg gewaardeerd. Mooie omgeving in de buurt van Regent’s Park. Leuke restaurants in de buurt en een goede ijssalon. 10 min. Lopen naar metrostation St John’s Wood (Jubilee line)bushalte om de hoek.

Good: De kamer was ruim en proper. Elke dag werd de kamer gedaan en ook alles aangevuld en vernieuwd. Voor mij was een bad zeker een pluspunt, net als de airco en zeker ook de kleine koelkast! De roomservice was ook gemakkelijk, ikzelf ben niet zo mobiel en na een dag vol activiteiten was het gemakkelijk om iets kleins op de kamer te eten terwijl men lichaam een beetje kon recupereren. Ik was aangenaam verrast door het aanbod bij het ontbijt !!!! Zoveel variatie , ook naar het einde toe mooi aangevuld. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ligging is ook een pluspunt. Wij hebben al opnieuw geboekt!!! Bad: Enige minpuntje was de lift ..... 2 van de 3 liften in werking ( vind 3 persoonlijk al niet veel gezien de grote van het hotel en de verschillende gangen ) soms wel een goeie 10 min wachten voor je een lift had die ofwel stopte op het gewenste verdiep of waar plaats in was. En dan een persoonlijks detail , wij zijn een breder bed gewoon dus was de eerste nacht wat aanpassen

Good: L'emplacement idéal puisque à 10 min à pieds de Bakker street avec de nombreuses lignes de métro. De l'hôtel on est vite au Regent's park. A faire absolument ! Bad: Beaucoup de circulation et on entend les voitures du 9ème étage.

Good: موقع ونظافة ومساحة غرف الفندق. يقع الفندق في منطقة ريجنت بارك مقابل المسجد الرئيسي في لندن قريب من موقف الباصات وتقع حديقة ريجنت بارك على بعد خمس دقايق مشي على الاقدام. تحتاج الى الباص لزيارة اغلب الشوارع الرئيسيه في لندن مثل شارع اكسفورد. هذا الفندق هو خياري الدائم عند زيارتي إلى لندن.

Good: Zamieszkaliśmy w dwupoziomowym pokoju, na dole podwójne łózko i łazienka, na górze 2 łózka pojedyncze (początkowo było podwójne lecz po powiadomieniu recepcji łózka zostaly rozdzielone, wszystko odbyło się sprawnie i bezproblemowo) oraz łazienka. Śniadania dobre z tym że codziennie takie same ale zawsze są 3 dania które można domówić w kuchni i one są różne. Lokalizacja ok, pod hotelem przystanek autobusowy. Do metra trzeba jakieś 15-20 minut ale można podjechać autobusem, który zatrzymuje się przy stacji metra.

Good: We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was well equipped for all our needs. We liked to go for runs in Regents' park in the morning and the breakfast buffett was excellent. The staff was all thoughout very friendly Bad: Nothing really. The access for pedestrians to the hotel felt a bit like an afterthought in contrast to the big concrete ramp for car access. And the seating options in the lobby area were quite limited.

Good: This hotel is situated in St John’s Wood: it’s very close to lovely parks, shopping, restaurants, and the London Zoo. It’s also very close to bus stops and the tube. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and well stocked every day with coffee, tea, cookies and water. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast buffet is a good value! Bad: Honestly, no complaints about this hotel!

This hotel is well situated in St John’s Wood, an easy walk to parks, restaurants, elegant shops…and the tube! Rooms are impeccable, the beds are very comfortable, and all the staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has lots of variety. There is also a quiet lounge that offers a good evening dining option. Years ago, this hotel was known as ‘The Westmoreland’. It was a pleasure to return after 42 years: I was not disappointed!

Good: The hotel staff in all departments we encountered were polite and professional, making our stay easy and enjoyable. I especially felt the service to our room, in particular, was amazing! I liked that we received a call to our room to simply check if we wanted our room serviced, if the sign wasn't on the door. We, never once, came across staff that were unpleasant or rude during our 5 day stay. The food at both restaurants was delicious and room service was on point as well. It also didn't hurt that the hotel is so closely located to Abbey Road! Bad: I didn't like that we had to leave😆.
