I love this hotel. The staff is great - friendly and helpful. I love the location - I jog in mornings along Regents Canal or Primose Park. Near Abbey Road and Cricket fields.

Fantastic 2 night stay. perfect location for what we wanted. would recommend to anyone going to London and would definately return. Thanks.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the tube stations and buses that go direct to oxford street.

Excellent service as usual

We attended the Olympic games and the location and helpfulness of the staff were exemplary. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, had a great fitness room and all the service staff were great. The only attribute I would say is less than 5 stars was the food. The quantity was plenty but the quality, especially of meats, was fair to good.

A lovely find just a short bus ride from Baker Street, very friendly staff with a high standard of customer service and value for money. Wonderful breakfast and comfy bed with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. 5 *****

It is excellent hotel, very good service, the staff very kind and helpful. The area around the hotel fantastic, Regents Park is very near and the London zoo etc. For shopping you should take the bus. The tube station is little bit far.

Delighted as usual with the service and efficient manor staff dealt with things. Polite and courtious and all very helpful. looking forward tour next visit.

Congratulation, keep level high!

The first suite that we were allocated was very, very cold as someone had left the window wide open. I telephoned reception and was immediately moved to a new room. and with the minimum of trouble. These things happen and I had no complaints. Both rooms were very clean and well appointed and I would have no hesitation in returning.

Good: A transfer busz szinte az ajtóban rak le (Lutonról), kb 3 perc séta és onnan indul a reptérre. 24 órás bár

Good: Glimrende beliggenhet og svært hyggelig personale. Min datter fikk et utslett som vi først mistenkte var insektbitt, og hotellet tok det veldig seriøst. De bestilte skadedyrkontroll og sjekket hele rommet. Vi fant etterpå ut at det var en allergireaksjon som ikke hadde noe med hotellet å gjøre. Flott å bli tatt på alvor! Vi vil nok bo her igjen en annen gang vi er i London.

Nice and quiet. Helpful staff

Good: Nos tocó la planta y habitación que parecen reformadas recientemente. La habitación tiene un tamaño aceptable, un buen baño, un colchón muy cómodo, buen aire acondicionado y agua gratis cada día. No probamos el resto de servicios del hotel, pero tiene desayuno, restaurante para comer y cenar, tiene gimnasio... En definitiva, un muy buen hotel, muy bien ubicado frente a regents park, a menos de 10 minutos caminando de la estación de Baker Street, que te conecta con toda la ciudad.

Good: La proximité, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté. Bad: Rien

Good: Locatie was centraal voor ons, want wij houden van de omgeving van Primrose Hill en de loopafstand naar de metro Bakerstreet en St.Johns wood was ook goed (10 minuten lopen ongeveer). Bad: De muren zijn niet al te dik. Geen probleem met rustige buren, maar wij hadden de eerste avond nogal drukke mensen naast ons tot laat. Kan het hotel niet echt iets aan doen, maar wel goed om te weten.

Good: Yo estoy en silla de ruedas y la adaptación era muy buena ,en la habitación. Bad: Para ir al restaurante tenía que coger dos elevadores y era incómodo y la cama era pequeña para dos personas considerando que las personas en silla de ruedas suelen ser muy grandes (como es mi caso).

Good: A reggeli kiváló volt, óriási választékkal! Bad: Az ágy egy kicsit keskeny volt.

Good: Das Hotel ist gut mit Bus und U-Bahn zu erreichen, die Zimmer sind komfortabel, bzw. für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen, ob kontinental der klassisch britisches Frühstück, alles wunderbar. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und erfüllt gjeden halbwegs realen Wunsch. Besser geht's kaum.

Good value hotel just next to regent park, close to busses and the tube

很棒的位置，環境非常好

Good: Abbiamo scelto questo hotel di fretta e in tarda serata a seguito di problema con un’altra struttura per cui ci siamo trovati senza alloggio. Scelta in fretta ma si è rivelato un ottimo compromesso! L’hotel è molto bello, si trova a due passi dalla fermata autobus, in una zona molto bella di Londra, camere grandi con tutto il necessario. Staff eccezionale e colazione ottima.

Grote mooie kamer, heel goed bed. Goed ontbijt, helaas stond de airco op erg koud in de ontbijtruimte. Goede lokatie bij Regent Park en mooi wijk.

Ein großartiges Hotel in der Nähe des Regent’s Park. Hervorragendes Frühstück, ruhige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. In der Hotellobby gibt es immer frische Blumen und es herrscht makellose Sauberkeit. Wir haben zwei Wochen lang mit unserer Tochter im Teenageralter in diesem Hotel gewohnt. Ehrlich gesagt ist dies das erste Hotel in London in dieser Preisklasse, an dem wir absolut nichts auszusetzen hatten. Ein besonderer Dank geht an das Reinigungsteam – die jungen Damen haben meine Tochter immer mit Schokoladenkeksen verwöhnt, sodass sie nun darauf besteht, nächstes Jahr wieder hierherzukommen 🙂 Für mich war der Fitnessraum sehr nützlich, da ich dort zwischen meinen Arbeitsterminen trainieren konnte. Für ein Hotel gibt es im Fitnessraum genügend Geräte für alle Muskelgruppen. Die Bushaltestelle für die Verbindung vom Flughafen Stansted ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem fahren Stadtbusse in 50 Metern Entfernung. Im Zimmer gab es ein Bügeleisen, einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

Good: Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel y ha sido una buena experiencia. La primera vez con una amiga y está con mi pareja. El personal muy amable y eficiente. El desayuno correctísimo. Las cenas en el restaurante muy buenas para acabar el dia ajetreado en Londres. La ubicación fantástica, con autobuses y parada de metro cerca. GRACIAS a todo el personal!!!

Good: La chambre était spacieuse et les lits très confortables. Le personnel était très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de choix. Une salle de sport se trouve à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Un arrêt de bus se trouve juste à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer.

Good: Szép nagy szobák, kiváló reggeli, udvarias, együttműködő személyzet. Bad: A 722-es szobát kaptuk. A "kilátás" nagyon emlèkeztetett a Tate Modern múzeum néhány kiállítási tárgyára. Egy négy csillagos szállodában ez nagyon nem elegáns.

Good: Os funcionários foram espetaculares, houve uma confusão na atribuição dos quartos com um berço, sendo que minha filha tem 11 anos. Foram muito prestativos em arrumar tudo.

Good: Ci siamo trovati bene, camera ampia e confortevole, comodo parcheggio in Hotel, buona colazione sia dolce sia salata, bella zona vicino a Regent’s Park Bad: Unico appunto l’hotel è un po’ lontano dalla fermata del metro’ (10/15 minuti a piedi) ma è comunque una passeggiata piacevole

Good: Hotel muy confortable, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Bad: Desayuno tipo "english breaksfast" está bien, pero sería interesante una mayor variedad; lo haría más distintivo y de más clase y calidad. Ubicación, la estación de metro más cercana es Baker Street a diez-quince minutos a pie. Dicho esto, excelente hotel.

Good: Huoneiden siisteys, kelpo aamupala, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Jos olisi ollut parempi sää, sijainti puiston vieressä olisi ollut kiva. Pidin myös St. Johns -metroaseman läheisyydestä. Ei ehkä fancy, mutta hintaansa nähden hyvä.

Good: Chambre bien équipée et grande. Sanitaire très propre. Bad: Seul petit bémol la climatisation qui fait du bruit mais vu la chaleur nous étions très content de l'avoir.

Good: Die Lage des Hotels am Regent's Park war perfekt für uns. 2 U-Bahn-Stationen (St. Johns Wood und Baker Street) sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Vor der Tür fahren 3 Buslinien, die auch die U-Bahn-Stationen erreichen (Haltestelle London Central Mosque). Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut und die Aussicht aus dem 11. Stock über den Regent's Park auf die Stadt bei Tag und Nacht toll. Bad: Die Dusche könnte einen beweglichen Duschkopf am Schlauch benötigen, dann wäre sie perfekt. Auch ein paar Haken für Handtücher im Badezimmer wären noch hilfreich. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau...;-)

Good: AC! Barnen älskade sängen. Bad: Badkaret och vattnet sprutade hårt när man försökte borsta tänder eller likt vid handfatet. Barnen älskade badkaret dock, de fick ”simma” i den.

Good: السعر والنظافة والراحة كانت افضل مالديهم Bad: لا يتوجد مرافق غير للنادي الرياضي

Good: Rigtig god rengøring, der blev fyldt op hver dag af nyt kaffe, the og småkager. Vi fik også nye håndklæder hver dag, selvom vi havde hængt dem op på knagerne. Morgenmaden var også fin, der var meget at vælge i mellem. Bad: Hovedpuderne var enten for bløde eller for hårde, men ellers var der ikke en finger at sætte på noget.

Sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Gutes Frühstück. Zentrale Lage, nur zwei Busstationen oder einen 15 minütigen Fußmarsch durch einen schönen Park von der Baker Street entfernt. Würden wir wieder buchen!
