Good: The Hotel chose to upgrade our room for free. The safe in the room was handy and easy to operate. We had a fridge and cofee maker in the room which was nice. Bad: Everything was fine.

Good rooms and good service.

The hotel is 15 min walk to St John’s Wood Station-Jubilee Line. In St John’s Wood community the best burger and sole fish was at England’s Grace. The hotel arranged for taxis, helped us navigate, very helpful, delicious breakfast and very nice evening dining restaurant. Room was spacious, very nicely laid out and very comfy bed!! Highly recommend!!

Good: Great location next to Regents Park, with parking on site, which was of prime importance to us. Although we were worried about the inability to reserve parking it all went to plan and the concierge service was excellent. Reception had upgraded our room which was a real bonus and much appreciated. Bad: We had very noisy guests in room above us, but know this was not fault of the hotel. Reception did offer to act when we raised it either them in middle of the night.

Good: The check in went very smoothly and we were in our room by 2pm, thank you. The room was a kingsize deluxe, newly refurbished! Everything you could need, bottle of water chilling in the fridge, nice. Coffee machine and pods and a kettle for a cuppa tea. Perfect. Very comfy kingsize bed, air con very much appreciated. Parking right at front, leave your key with concierge, incase he needs to move it, but it worked well. 30 pounds to park for 24 hours, great value. Walking distance to great restaurants on St John wood high street. We ate at the ivy, which we can also recommend. We had breakfast on St John’s Wood high street too, at Soutine, both excellent and less than 10 mins walk away. The hotel is next door to lords cricket. We walked to abbey road, 15 mins walk away, perfect location. Staff were amazing and helpful. Felt safe and secure area. Bad: Only stayed one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will defo stay again when in town and need to be in St John’s Wood/regent park area.

For London prices the hotel was very reasonable. It's very near Lords Cricket ground and Regents Park so a pleasant area. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great too. Couldn't fault the staff, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I was not expecting much from a dated hotel, but the cleanliness, helpful staff and food were beyond my expectations. the Hotel felt a bit like the Shinning, so if you are a Steven King fan, defo stay here. I would stay again no problem, as it is near Marylebone station, looks to have history related to Lords Cricket ground, which is across the street. This hotel experience was better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed at in London.Well done to all the staff for doing a wonderful job!!!

Staff friendly, polite and efficient . Location perfect for what we wanted .Breakfast very good and 12 check out very much appreciated

Good: The room met all expectations, the service was great, staff were really friendly and breakfast was excellent.

Good: Comfortable hotel and good value for a central London location. Great for us as we had tickets for the Open Air Theatre and the Zoo, both within walking distance. Breakfast was exceptional and included in our room rate. The bar restaurant served a limited menu in the evenings, but food was first class. Bad: It was a bit of a trek from the underground, half way between St John's Wood and Baker Street. That said, the bus stops right outside and is on the route to Baker Street and Victoria Stations, so this is a minor point .

Good: Staff at the reception including the concierges were excellent. Bad: N/A

Good: I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, reception staff, housekeeping staff and room service staff. Location is not a plus but also not necessarily negative. Location was decent and quiet but wasn’t close enough to the central area you need at least a 25-minute walk. Bad: Curtains in the rooms are useless. Daylight is all over the room. In July was a bit crowded and noisy.

Good: Excellent food. Great location for Lords. Staff very nice. Bad: Bedroom too cold. Heating part of the air conditioning switched off but cold air pumping out..

Lobby and Reception area are very impressive. Staff and service prompt and courteous. Haven't tried the restaurant yet but reviews suggest it's very good.

Steps up to hotel need refurbishing.

Nice hotel with good location, you can take the bus anywhere you want. The hotel is next to The Regent park.

Perfectly placed for Lord's Cricket Ground. Brilliant staff...in every area of the hotel. Thanks Ghonaz for splendid care in the dining room this morning! Good: The bed was too hard! And I was missing the night stand light! Light bulb probably need replaced! Staff was very nice and helpful Bad: The coffee station gets really crowded and I think is in the wrong place!! Needs to be maybe where the juices are! More open and where people can get coffee from different sides! In the other place people are coming in and out the kitchen!

Good: Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem komfortablem Bett. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Danubius Hotel, da der Bus direkt am Hotel abfuhr und die Tube in der Nähe war. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bad: Keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme
