Recently stayed for 2 nights with friends. My room was spotlessly clean. Loved that the air conditioning worked well (unlike many other hotels), however I preferred to have the window open. Food was good and staff frendly. Would recommend the hotel as a good base for a London stay

Friendly helpful staff, room great, restaurant service and food faultless and breakfast plentiful and delicious. Next time we visit the capital we will stay here as there was nothing we could fault, other a slight mix up with upgrade payments that was quickly resolved.

A smart hotel near Regents Park. Breakfast was excellent value for money, lots of variety and good quality. Staff were all very friendly. Reception and room well maintained. Very quiet during the night and room dark. Proper coffee maker in room. Location a little out of the main sights and attractions but an easy bus ride away.

The check in experience was not very pleasant as the staff member was rather arrogant, claiming not to be able to find my reservation as there ae so many names in the system! He also locked our room as an 11am checkout when it should have been midday as standard. Otherwise every other staff member was amazing, polite, courteous, efficient especially the late night workers and cleaners and waiting staff. I would still recommend the hotel to others.

Good: Location, upgraded rooms, staff. Quality of the breakfast is brilliant Bad: Some rooms are outdated. Bar service could be more attentive and it took 3 people to make the cocktails we ordered on the menu which was a 25min wait for 4 cocktails

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was really lovely, bed was comfy, biscuits were yummy! Would definitely stay here again, it was really good value for money and well positioned for everywhere we needed to be

Second visit to the property. This time had a deluxe room which was refurbished and looked much better than the standard room I had during my earlier visit. Upon check-in the bathroom had a dirty water glass with the cap on it clearly showing lack of attention by housekeeping. As before, the air conditioning was not good and could not get the room cooler than 22 deg. C. The habit of leaving only a single face cloth in a room occupied by two people was again mind boggling. Had reserved two rooms each with two twin beds but at check-in was given rooms with queen beds instead. It took a long time to sort it out costing us valuable tourist time in London.

Good: Fabulous location. Close to a bus stop that takes you to Baker street station. On a busy road but we didn't hear the traffic at all. Comfortable beds and water pressure in shower was really good. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were lovely. We arrived a bit earlier but there was a left luggage facility where we could safely leave out stuff while we went sightseeing. Will definitely come.back. Bad: No issues.

May be a bit far out of central London for some, but loved the fact it was in a quiet area and got to discover parts of London never been to before.

Really lovely hotel, well kept and looked after. Really good transport links to tube stations one bus stop literally a two minute walk from the hotel. London zoo isn’t far away either alongside the beautiful Regent’s Park perfect for a picnic and some sightseeing. The room itself was very clean with a comfortable king bed and modern bathroom, it was serviced regularly with a fresh large bottle of drinking water provided each day to pop in the fridge alongside biscuits for tea and coffee plus shampoo, soap and body wash. Air conditioning was really good and quiet we were able to use it throughout the night without it bothering us at all and the window could be opened for some fresher air if needed. On check out we could also leave our bags with the reception free of charge which were locked away in a safe keeping room until we were ready to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Good: The location next to London zoo was brilliant Bad: There wasn’t much not to like about this place, if I really had to pick something, there was a slight redolence upon arrival in the hallways. But that was gone by the evening. And a couple of the bedside lights didn’t work, but that did not deter our stay.

Excellent location. Close to transit. Newly renovated. Near Regents Park. Quiet and clean.

Beautiful hotel entrance. Stunning location. Easy concierge parking. King room with shower was high standard. No complaints.

Perfect location (visiting lords cricket ground), rooms exceptional looked recently refurbished , staff pleasant and friendly and drinks prices not to bad for a London Hotel. Only 35 min walk back to kings cross on a good and interesting walking route. Really happy with our choice to stay here , would recommend.

Stayed for 1 night and everything was quick and easy. Just what was needed.

We were very comfortable in this hotel. It is well positioned in a quiet part of London but the centre is still easily accessible. We were able to travel there easily by bus.

Great value for price! Good quality in room, food and service! What come back anytime.

Lovely and clean hotel in a very good location, only a short bus ride to Camden Town. We had a delicious meal in the evening, and the waiter whom I didn’t catch the name of and Thamara our server were so friendly. The gym is well equipped, although I only required a large area with a mirror for some dance practice, but this was more than suffice. Jude the night manager was lovely gentleman,and although he couldn’t alter the weather, he provided a friendly smile and conversation with some more milk sachets so I could make another coffee. A very homely sense of feeling. Would 100% stay again to explore London.

Received an offer via Amazon for carvery lunch for four people. Wasn't sure what to expect but would like to say the staff and the food were absolutely superb. Staff so attentive, pleasant and helpful. The food was so fresh and such a fantastic choice. Thank you for making our girlie lunch such an enjoyable experience.

The stay was a good experience with friendly and service-minded staff. It was clean and tidy and everything worked. Top hotel for the price that I can recommend to others.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, reasonable price

My friend and I stayed here on a weekend break in London. We both thought the hotel was excellent value for money (we managed to get a deal). The room was modern and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Staff were lovely, all together a very pleasent stay. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay because of the kindness of the staff, the comfort of the bedroom, the close Regent's Park and the choice of the public transports in the vicinity.

Rooms are lovely but you have to be a midget to use the shower!

Good: Hôtel et chambres agréables, petit déjeuner correct. À 10 minutes de marche de la station de métro St John’s Street et 15 min de Baker Street qui est mieux desservie. Le point fort de cet hôtel est le bon rapport qualité prix pour le centre de Londres. Bad: Le chauffage était en panne à l’étage de la chambre familiale en duplex mais un radiateur électrique a rapidement été apporté. Problème connu et commun aux chambres duplex du dernier étage, mais chambre néanmoins louées sans geste commercial. Aucunes étagères dans les salles de bain.

Good: De familiekamer is echt een aanrader. Met een eigen badkamer met wc. Bad: Niks

Good: Uitstekende bedden en kussens, dekbedden prima dikte. Fijne badkamer en verzorgingsproducten. Makkelijke stoel, koelkastje, waterkoker en koffie/thee en kluisje op de kamer. Duplexkamer is geweldig voor een gezin. Op de 11e verdieping waardoor prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer goed. Meer dan genoeg keuze en wordt voortdurend aangevuld. Bushalte is om de hoek waarvandaan voortdurend bussen vertrekken richting Bakerstreet (metro), is nog geen 5 min. Ook fijn een supermarkje naast hotel voor een flesje drinken etc. Bad: Niets

Utrolig lækkert sted på alle punkter og nemt at komme til midtbyen på 10-15 min med bus lige uden for døren - selvom toget kørte lige ved siden af hotellet hørte vi det ikke med mindre vi havde vinduet åbent Personalet var noget af det flinkeste vi længe har mødt især den unge tranee var fantastisk

Good: الهدوء + النظافة + الراحة + سرعة اجراء الدخول والخروج القرب من ريجنت بارك Bad: بعده عن الأماكن التي أفضلها شخصياً ، ولكن تجربتي مع الفندق جميل واستثنائية

Et helt OK hotell, med en helt OK beliggenhet. Litt avstand fra nærmeste tube stopp, men ellers gangavstand til det meste. Fint, lite brunsjsted rett ved hotellet som kan anbefales.

Good: Die Zimmer waren groß und modern. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Bar war klasse. Bad: Die nicht modernisierten Zimmer hatten wenig Stauraum.
