Good: Czysty pokój z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem i balkonem z widokiem na Dunaj i Wyspę Małgorzaty. Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór. Dania w restauracji na parterze również pyszne, a porcje konkretne. Do dyspozycji gości baseny, jacuzzi i sauny. Bad: Płatny parking dla gości hotelowych.

çok temiz ve yeni bir otel, akşam yemeği için de burayı ekstra olarak tercih ettik gayet memnun kaldık. bir daha yolum budapeşteye düşerse yine burayı tercih ederim.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated. We had an apartment and could not have been bigger or nicer. The brand new Miele appliances were not easy to use. There were NO instructions in the apartment. I had to search on the internet for the instructions on how to use the cooktop. It is not obvious. You have to press B twice? I asked a few staff members how to use it, and also the clothes washing machine. No-one seems to have been trained in the use of these appliances. It would be very good to show the staff how it all works. Many old people go to this hotel. They would not know how to use the internet. Otherwise great improvement. We loved the little cafe in the lobby area and the spa, great massages and hair salon.

The apartment suite we booked was new and huge with two bathrooms and full kitchen. The Miele appliances were so new and no instructions. Had to look up on internet how to use cooktop and washing machine. They should provide instructions in the room. View was outstanding, over the Danube.Loved the Yellow Bisztró cafe. Was open all day. Great massages and pedicure there. It is a spa hotel.

Good: Desayuno súper completo, habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas. Caminando a 15 minutos esta la estación de metro más cercano. Las piscinas limpias y relajantes. Bad: .

Good: Breakfast is amazing with fresh gluten free roll and pastry.

Good: Ładny hotel nad Dunajem, przyjemny wystrój pomieszczeń wspólnych. Duży basen z ciepłą wodą, fajny taras. Pokoje klasyczne. Duży parking niestety dodatkowo płatny. Bad: Przy wyjeżdzie z parkingu przed słupem gdzie należy kasować bilet postawiono ochronny słup, który niestety jest dla kierowcy raczej utrudnieniem. Niestety ja też zarysowałam o niego swój nowy samochód.

Good: Hotel se nalazi na samoj obali Dunava u neposrednoj blizini centra . Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno, sobe izuzetno ciste , kreveti preudobni. Spa centar je savršen i može se koristiti od 7 do 22h. Bad: Prazan bife u sobi.. Ne bi bilo loše da se u zakljucan sadržaj kupatila (kupka, sampon, sapun doda i neki losion za telo) i malo je glupo da se to drži zakljucano.

Bad: Нет такого. Возможно было бы неплохо, чтоб в гостинице можно было бы купить талоны на общественный транспорт.

Nagy öröm volt Ismet Önöknel megszallni . Mi mar ar majdnem Vippes vendegek vagyunk. Minden evben több alkalommal igenybe vesszuk az Önök. Szolgaltatasait. Szivesen megyunk. Minden nagyon jo es szep. Good: Nydelig frokost. Hotellet har utmerket beliggenhet i rolig område. Vi liker å vandre gatelangs, det var enkelt å ta t-bane tilbake til hotellet på kvelden.

Good: A bár kivételével minden. Bad: A bárban végtelen arrogáns, lekezelő kiszolgálás. Érdemes lenne egy etikett-tájékoztató a pincéreknek, mert végtelenül illetlenül viselkednek.

Good: Snídaně byly vynikající, vše čerstvé, stále doplňováno. Personál ochotný. Umístění hotelu velmi dobré - pěkná procházka podél Dunaje do centra Budapešti. Nedaleko metro, zastávky bus. Skvělé wellness, k dispozici župan, ručník, prostěradlo. Bad: Vše v pořádku, akorát matrace byly měkké, proleželé.

Good: Egyszerűen minden jó volt. Voltunk már néhány jobb fajta szállodában de a Helia még a külföldi dupla / tripla ennyibe kerülő szállodákat is felül tudta múlni. A 6. emeleten lévő új szőnyegek illata csodálatos érzés, ahogy az ember kilép a liftből és érzi, hogy itt minden új még és minőségi. Mi mindenhova kutyával járunk és külön plusz pont a kártyáért amit az ajtóra tudtunk akasztani, hogy jelezzük a kutyát a szobában. Bad: Első nap a reggelinél rántottát ettem. Legalábbis akartam mert valami fura szaga volt és az ízével is valami nem volt rendben. Másnap már más állaga és színe is volt a kirakott rantottának de már nem mertem még egyszer megpróbálni. Ez volt az egyetlen negatív dolog amit tapasztaltam.

Good: Wir waren öfter in der Hotel mit Familie. Es sehr schön und sehr gemütlich. Immer wieder gerne wenn wir uns in Budapest aufhalten.

Good: Хорошие завтраки, чистые номера, бассейны и сауна, за эти деньги вы получаете это все вместе. Bad: Часов в 7 утра нас несколько раз будил персонал, когда использовал пылесос в коридоре. Но это возможно исключение, т. к. наш номер был рядом со служебным лифтом.

Good: A spacious hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Was worried about checking in so late as our flight was delayed by three hours so we didn't get to the hotel till 3am but we were met by a friendly receptionist and it was easy to check in. Bed was very comfortable. Bad: The only thing that was a bit annoying that was there was a couch and chairs in the communal area near the lifts. Our room was close to the lifts and people would stay outside drinking on these sofa and chairs so was a little noisy at times but didn't last all night.

Good: Remek parkolás, szuper tisztaság, finom reggeli, gyönyörű kilátás a Dunára. Bad: A wellness masszázsmedence nagyon gyenge erősségű, a szauna pedig túl meleg volt. Fürdőszobában az elszívóventillátor nem ment. Csak egy picike bukó ablak nyitható ki.

It was our second but still not a last stay in this hotel with superb location by the Donau. Thank You!!

Good: A wonderfully modern and welcoming hotel, with lots of communal spaces on the ground floor to grab a bite to eat, have a drink, or just sit and relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered luggage storage for when I arrived too early for check-in. My room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable, and was appointed with everything I needed for my trip. I had a brilliant view of the Danube and the hotel was in the perfect location for taking a wander along the river or heading into the city centre. Lots of lovely restaurants in close proximity, and the onsite bistro has a great selection on the menu. The breakfast selection was excellent and everything was delicious - something for everybody. Highly recommend - will stay again! Bad: The electricity in my room tripped out in the middle of the night - the staff were extremely attentive though and fixed it within less than 20 minutes. No complaints from me!

A laktóz és gluténmentes termékek is rendelkezésre állnak. Bad: Első benyomásra a szoba tisztának tűnt, de sajnos ez részleteiben nem felelt meg egy tökéletesen tiszta szobának. Good: Hôtel agréable, personnel très professionnel et accueillant, d'une grande courtoisie. Petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque, avec un très grand choix. Chambre confortable et calme. J'ai spécialement apprécié le yellow bistro. Bad: Il m'a été un peu difficile de me situer par rapport aux transports en commun, mais la réception de l'hôtel a su me guider.

Good: Minden hangulatos, tiszta, új állagú volt! Bad: Étkezés közben a pincérek kapkodták el a tányérokat. Nem végeztem, de már vitték... 20an voltunk a vacsoránál, nem tudtak figyelni az emberre...

Good: Excellent location just a few stops from the city center via public transport. The newly renovated interiors are gorgeous, staff are always friendly and the breakfast is outstanding with plenty of options to choose from.

Good: Все было хорошо , номер после ремонта очень хороший , кондиционер работал хорошо , завтрак есть все голодным не уйдешь , но каждый день одно и тоже. Жили на 5 этаже. В номере с видом на дунай , номер 20 метров для 2 взрослых супер , для 3 будет тесен , халаты есть тапочки берите свои , раз в 3 дня меняют белье на краватях , уборка была каждый день . есть чайник и маленький холодильник , до парламента пешком 30 минут , до центра 50 минут , остановка автобус/трайлебус 4 минуты , метро 10 минут . Bad: СПА отеля много людей не отдыхающих в отеле , это создает неудобство пользованием басейнами они постоянно заняты людьми которые приходят заниматся спортом по абонементам . просто поплавать нужно ловить время , термальной воды нет , просто подогретая вода , даже убрали таблички о ограничении времени нахождения в такой воде и не допуск детей до 14 лет( видел их в отзывах и фото отеля) в басейне 36 градусов ( джакузи) очень много хлорки в воде когда бурлит запах сильный.

My husband and I regularly stay at Helia. It has been over 15 years that we visit at least once a year, with the exception of the times of COVID. We are so pleased with the hotel, generally, it’s location, and the attentive and caring staff. We have seen an improvement in the hotel with its recent renovation and the Yellow Cafe menu items. We feel as if it is a second home for us and are always excited to return!

Good: Tasty breakfast and dinner, lots of choices... Termal bath with sauna included.

Good: Vše super, určitě zase zopakujeme. V hotelu je čisto, bazény i jídlo fantastické. Příjemné posezení u hotelu. Bad: Trochu dál od centra, ale s tím jsme počítali. Tramvaj, bus přibližně 100 metrů od hotelu, metro přibližně 700m.

Good: We (2 adults) reserved a Premium Plus Double room with Balcony and Danube view (newly refurbished) The room was spotless, big and well equipped. Pretty much on point with what you see in the photos. Great breakfast and spa facilities. The hotel is within walking distance from, mostly everything of interest if you plan on visiting. - 2 things that really stood out : regular hairdryer in the bathroom and refrigerator at the luggage room in the hotel lobby. both great touches !

Good: A reggeli választéka és minősége nagyon rendben volt. A hotel közvetlenül a Duna partján van, a mellette lévő sétány esti sétához kellemes. a tetőn lévő napozóterasz is rendben van. Bad: A klímatizálás még nem volt rendesen tesztelve, mivel még ez volt az első igazi üzemelése.
