Good: Het Danubius Health Spa Resort Helia is een heel aangenaam hotel.De Kamers zijn mooi afgewerkt en de andere voorzieningen hebben ons aangenaam verrast.Een aangenaam hotel waar men na een dagje stappen in Budapest,lekker kan ontspannen in een van de warme thermale baden,een beetje kan zwemmen en dit kan afwisselen met een sauna of hammam.Het ontbijt 's morgens was lekker en verscheiden.Het hotel is te voet wel eventjes wandelen tot het centrum,maar de metro ligt op een paar honderd meter en de voorzieningen maken alles perfect.Deze citytrip heeft ons deugd gedaan en kan ik iedereen aanbevelen.

Good: Lázně v hotelu, milí personál, kousek do města, u hotelu supermarket, lístek do největších lázní v budapešti v ceně pobytu, cena/luxus, čistota a vybavení pokoje Bad: Lehounce pokulhával některý z recepčních s angličtinou, všichni byli milí a ochotní, ale ne všichni uměli dobře anglicky

Впечатление от вашего отеля у меня хорошее, мне все понравилось, но почему-то не было повторного осмотра врача, хотя на ресепшен мне сказали, что доктор будет и, еще один нюанс, два раза на обед был подан не свежий салат и десерт. Но эти, не очень приятные моменты не смогли уменьшить общее, хорошее впечатление от всего, что мне вы предложили. Огромное спасибо Агнес за физиотерапию, тренеру йоги, тренеру аквааэробики и всем, всем сотрудникам отеля, которые терпеливо выслушивали меня ( я не знаю ни английский, ни немецкий, ни венгерский языки) Желаю вам дальнейшего развития и процветания. Good: Хорошее расположение отеля, обслуживающий персонал гостиницы внимателен и старается помочь, приятная атмосфера в отеле. По вечерам в холле играет пианист. В номерах чайник, халаты. Bad: В номерах подушки пуховые, по просьбе заменить на антиаллергенные, искали долго и принесли что-то скомканное в большом мешке. При дневном посещении бассейнов могут выдать три полотенца различной величины, а при вечернем посещении бассейнов могут дать одно маленькое полотенце, объяснив тем, что полотенца заканчиваются.

Good: The hotel is easy to find, I was able to find it without a map and GPS navigation. The location is good. The neighbourhood is not really classy, but public transport is very close and the Margit island is just a stroll away. The hotel staff are simply excellent. During our stay there from Friday night till Sunday afternoon I have met at least 6 receptionists/concierges and all were extremely friendly and helpful. A young lady concierge also helped us by searching something on the Internet for me. The SPA center is very nice as well, it offers a relatively large pool, a couple thermal baths, sauna, etc... Excellent for relaxation after a day of walking in the city. Breakfast is adequate, not really excellent, but you don't leave hungry! Bad: Internet access is not free.

Good: Прекрасный богатый выбором завтрак, приятный термальный комплекс, неплохое расположение (достаточно тихо, в 700 м супермаркет братьев Альди, в 20 минутах ходьбы - большой торговый центр West end, в такой же удаленности мост до острова Магрит, где очень приятно прогуляться, при желании можно пешком дойти и до центра города). Номера небольшие, но достаточно уютные - мы не пожалели, что заплатили чуть больше, но имели вид на Дунай - очень красиво вечером. Вечером в холле негромкая живая музыка. Соотношение цена/качество - оптимальное (особенно, с учетом собственного термального и спа комплекса).

Отель дорогой, для деловых и серьёзных людей. в отеле есть русская баня, фитнес-центр, а также можно делать оздоровительные процедуры. Для женщин, салон красоты. Я бы сказала что отель хороший для конференции, но не для туристов. благоприятный вид окрестности, хорошие условия в отеле, прекрасный персонал, но этот отель не совсем для отдыха.

We choosed Danubius Helia because of all the different treatments including sauna, warmwater pools etc. Trollybus right outside the hotel. A short walk to Budapests great Metrosystem. Just a few minuts to the city. Close to shoppingmalls because of the metro. Our second time in Budapest and we still enjoy the town.

Good: отличный отель, можно в халате спуститься в спа и плавать в термальном источнике +38с в любое время. есть соляная комната, где можно отдохнуть и раслабиться. отличные завтраки, очень вкусно! все не дорого, рекомендую.

Good: Beliggenheden lidt uden for centrum, hvilket giver lidt mere ro. Supervenligt og servicemindet personale. Super gode spa/helsefaciliteter. Når man vælger dette hotel skal man være obs på ca 10 min gang til Metro, hvis man ikke springer på bussen lige uden for døren. Alt I alt et skønt hotel, som fuldt ud tilfredsstillede vores behov/forventninger. Bad: Ikke tilfredsstillende at blive forstyrret på hotelværelset om formiddag af personale der "kun" har til formål at kontrollere forbrug I minibaren! Dett kan så absolut godt vente til om eftermiddagen, hvor man som regel ikke er på værelset.

Good: It was a pleasant spa weekend in Budapest. Hotel is very good, spa and poolside are perfect. Rooms are clean, big enough and nice furbished. Bad: There were a lot of older people, so I would not say it is place where young would like to spend some days for fun. At the end, it is a kind of rehabilitation center, so that is something you can expect. Anyway, we still could enjoy in massage, bath and saunas.

Хотела е 4 звезди и се намира на брега на Дунав. Стаите са отлични, но са без тераси в голямата си част. Местоположението му е срещу остров Маргит. Бяхме на Workshop от фирмата и не можахме да посетим спа процедури, но видяхме множество хора дошли заради минералната вода. Ресторанта е с отлична кухня. Тук опитах едно много вкусно телешко, каквото скоро не съм ял. Десертите бяха отлично приготвени. Шницела който ми предложиха за вечеря бе толкова голям, че едва го изконсумирах. Вината са добри и разнообразни. Не опитах палинката, но следващия път. Персонала е много добре подбран и обучен. Нета е платен и според мен доста скъп, но за нас беше безплатен и скороста е добра.

Mycket bra! Alla Spabehandlingar vi provade var mycket prisvärda allt från pedikyr till massage. Ett extra plus för badrocken som låg fint inplastad och väntade. Väldigt trevlig och tjänstvillig hotellpersonal. Nära till liten affär och tunnelbana/spårvagn. Två hållplatser bort ligger den superstora West End shopping gallerian med allt du kan tänkas vilja köpa!! :-)

Good: Um óptimo serviço de pequeno almoço e uma piscina e spa c/ muito boas condições e muito aprazíveis. Bad: Apesar de não ter nada a apontar de negativo, os quartos apesar de limpos e com conforto são já um pouco menos luxuosos/exuberantes que a qualidade e serviços do hotel supostamente poderiam supor.

Good: It was the perfect location for us to visit the highlights of Budapest for a few days, prior to joining our River Cruise boat for 2 weeks holiday along the Danube, Main & Rhine, Rivers, as it was on the banks of the Danube and opposite the pontoon at which our boat tied up on the joining day.

Good: Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and in perfect condition. Everything you need there is always somebody to help you. In general very good price for what you get back. Bad: There is not free internet (cable or wireless), and to have a connection you need to pay a lot of money. I think that these people are not understand that we are in 2011.... very bad surprise for a high class hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from downtown.

Good: Сказочный отдых на берегу Дуная! Уют, чистота и комфорт, внимание и культура сотрудников сервисных служб. Отель, в котором все для отдыха, удобства клиентов. За проведенные здесь 15 дней мы с дочерью прекрасно оздоровились:в отеле бассейны с термальной лечебной водой, сауны, фитнесзал и т.д., по желанию-программа лечения специалистами. Прошла курс массажа.Мы посетили интереснейшие культурные мероприятия (концерт звезд мирового балета, концерт симфонического оркестра). Посмотрели Будапешт. Осуществили интересный шопинг. Это была индивидуальная программа пребывания в Венгрии, в Будапеште, и это было чудесно! Намерены и впредь останавливаться в этом отеле. Марина, жительница Московской области. Bad: Считаться с тем (учитывать), что если клиенты прибыли на отдых, попозднее предлагать услуги клиринга.

Good: אהבתי מאוד את השירות והאדיבות במלון כמו כן את זמינות הטיפולים בספא ואת מגוון הטיפולים. Bad: לטעמי הייתי משפר את ארוחות הצהריים והערב במלון, האוכל היה סביר אבל ממש לא יותר מזה, לא נשארים עם טעם טוב בפה אחרי האוכל. גם את הטיפולים הייתי משפר, הטיפולים היו טובים אבל לא עד הסוף.. למשל עיסוי איורוודי שכולל את כל הגוף אמור לכלול גם את הבטן החזה והפנים והוא לא היה כך במלון מבחינתי עיסוי שלא כיסה את כל איזורי הגוף שהוא אמור לכסות זאת חצי עבודה. עוד דוגמה בטיפול הפנים הכניסו לי קרם לתוך העיניים אחריו לא ראיתי טוב כמה שעות.. כדאי לעשות דברים עד הסוף וכמו שצריך אם רוצים שהחוויה מהמלון תהיה כזאת שמשאירה טעם של עוד.

Good: Die netten und zuvorkommenden MItarbeiter, nie hatte man das Gefühl bedrängt zu werden. Das Personal war im Hintergrund aber stetig da wenn man wünsche oder hatte. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Lage ist gut, ruhig und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man für einen kurzen aber auch langen Aufenthalt benötigt.

スパにも入れる近代的な4つ星ホテルですが、宿泊料金は非常にリーズナブルです。 部屋もゆったりしていて、設備も良かったです。食事も種類も味も良かったです。スタッフの対応も良かったです。ドナウ川の川沿いのホテルなので、散歩していてもとても気持ちが良かったです。 観光場所の多い中心地にも地下鉄ですぐに行けますし、地下鉄駅からもホテルまで徒歩で数分の近さです。ホテルの近くにスーパーマーケットがあって、便利でした。

Das Schwimmbad ist sehr zu empfehlen. Hier kann man nach den Stadtbesichtungen richtig gut entspannen. Im Allgemeinen kann man sagen, dass die Ungarn sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. The Helia Spa Hotel is a gem of Budapest. It is in a quite location beside the river. The hotel and rooms are modern, quite and clean. The four pool spa is also a gem. If you really want to relax and enjoy Budapest and the spa life, stay at the Helia. The breakfast is excellent. Don't worry if it's not included in the price of the hotel. It's only a few Euros extra. There is easy access to the city center via an electric bus outside of the hotel and an easy transfer to an above ground, scenic route tram. It takes less than twenty minutes to get to the city center from the hotel via public transportation. The hotel staff is more than happy to answer any questions you have. But, be brave, purchase a public transportation pass and hop around beautiful Budapest. It's a great way to see the city and experience life the way the Hungarians do. The Helia Spa Hotel is the place to return to and start your day on a visit to Budapest.

Very good Hotel,clean and with very efficient staff,especially at the front office desk. Check in and out,fast and flawless. Very much appreciated not having had to struggle with the local language,thanks to the capable english speaking staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this smart hotel. Very comfortable room and esoecially enjoyed the fitness suite and spa facilities which were excellent. Very convenient position in relation to the main tourist areas-a pleasant walk along the Danube river to the Par;liament building.

Vi var yderst tilfredse med dette hotel! Servicen var god, og vi kunne hver morgen vågne op til en omgang fitness og efterfølgende massage. Hotellet ligger dog ikke så centralt, men vi kunne gå til centrum på ca. 25 minutter, eller gå 5 minutter til metroen, der kørte regelmæssigt og blot var få stationer fra centrum.

Impeccable, dispose d'un SPA, d'une salle de Fitness. Les chambres sont très propres. On pourrait reprocher la taille de la baignoire, mais il y a 1 piscine et 3 bains thermaux. Un peu loin du centre à pied, mais avec les transports en commun, cela prend 10-15 minutes.

Vi havde et fint ophold. Personalet var venligt og professionelt, hotellet bød på en velkomstdrink i baren ved ankomst, og spa-faciliteterne var rene og gode. Ikke super central beliggenhed, ca. 10 minutters gang til nærmeste metro.

Hôtel décentré (au nord de Pest) mais relativement près d'une bouche de métro (ligne bleue). Accueil agréable (anglais et allemand), chambres correctes, mini bar, internet payant depuis la chambre et surtout, climatisation partout, ce qui est un véritable plus en été. Vue sur le Danube si vous le précisez. Le must reste les thermes de l'hôtel, trois piscines à des températures différentes, un sauna, un hammam, un centre de soins, un centre d'esthétique et même une clinique dentaire ! Après une journée dans les musées, ça fait un bien fou. Le bar et le restaurant de l'hôtel sont d'excellente qualité et les plats m'ont agréablement surprise, y compris les menus allégés qui sont délicieux. Piano bar le soir qui ajoute une petite touche au repas. Possibilité de louer une voiture à l'hôtel pour visiter le pays. Vous pouvez la redéposer à l'aéroport ou n'importe où en ville à la fin de votre séjour, il suffit de vous arranger avec le loueur.

we loved it!! the hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful they helped us with the best restaurants and clubs to go to and how to get to places in the day aswel as night, they all spoke very good english so that was such a help, inpartically one member of staff called Gylia was so good in telling us what clubs to go to and was extremely helpful kind and polite. It was the best hotel i've ever been to as it had everything there and was near to the metro which we didn't use at night but day time was safe.there was a supermarket literally oposite which was great for daily essentials. The hotel have their own taxi company who were very helpful as they told us how much other taxis should be asking for so u no your not gettin ripped off. i have recommended this to my family as well as friends . Even tho us 4 girls went on a hen do here i would defintaly be coming back with my boyfriend. We had a beautiful view overlooking the river with a balcony which was beautiful. There is nothing i would fault with this hotel and i will defintaly come back here. i feel any age group would enjoy it there and i am really looking foward to coming back. i think the staff miss us!!!!

we loved it!! the hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful they helped us with the best restaurants and clubs to go to and how to get to places in the day aswel as night, they all spoke very good english so that was such a help, inpartically one member of staff called Gylia was so good in telling us what clubs to go to and was extremely helpful kind and polite.
