Good: Close to metro 2. Easy commute to city centre, staff were kind. Cleaned room every day. Great breakfast. Parking on site. Bad: Small bathroom.

Good: Breakfast was amazing, very varied. The room was great, it was not old as some reviews mentioned. There is a small pool and sauna, nice for a quick dip. Metro is very close. On weekends the parking across the street to the hotel is free. Bad: The pool is small, not as big as the photos.

Good: Location was great and the beds were comfortable. Bad: We waited too long for a check out. The room was on the east so in the morning it was too hot in the room and A/ć didn't work properly

Good: The hotel is very close to metro line M2 which leads to the city center in 2-3 stops and also to Budapest Keleti which is a metro station away. The room was nice, decently clean. The breakfast had a good variety to chose from. Bad: Our room was close to the road and we couldn't let the window open over night because there's a lot of noise and the room was very hot because the sun was beating down all day.

We stayed for tree nights. Rooms were very clean. Service was great. Breakfast was amazing. Great location. Only the parking was too expensive it should be free for guests of hotel, or it should be cheaper (definetly not 11 euros). But hotel is amazing.

Good: Staff is very friendly and polite. The room was clean and well equipped, with a comfortable bed. M2 Metro station is right behind the building which makes it really easy to explore the city. The hotel is a few stops away from the inner city, so you can expect some noise, but you can definitely get a good night's sleep.

Good: Very clean, extremely good location 2 min walking to the metro, very good if you plan to go to the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Hungaroring with transportation. Good breakfast as well, friendly staff, big rooms. Bad: The wifi barely worked the entire time

Good: Very good & tasty breakfast. Lots of food choices, even Vegan products. Very nice room with beautiful balcony view of the Buda Castle and Papp Laszlo Arena. Very close to subway/metro and just 3 stations away from city centre. Parking at just 2000 Ft/day in the Arena's underground parking (or 250Ft/hr). Staff very attentive. Very good sized room and super comfy king-size bed. Bad: For us, when we left the Eco Room refresh, the towels were not replaced, even tough it was clearly specified. Not sure if it happened or not for other rooms. The sink drain for our bathtub was not very efficient and kept the water.

Good: The food was okay. The rooms were clean when we arrived. It was not too crowded. Position is great, right by the Pap Lasylo arena plus metro 2. The parking has shade. Bad: The cleaning was skipped the first day. We called them, but they didn't show up in the afternoon. We asked for towels only, were missing one, and got one the next day.

Good: I am a regular guest because it's situated right next to the Arena, and I like to attend shows in the Arena. From that perspective, location is ideal, but probably not the best if you're a tourist looking for some city-break sightseeing. Very affordable parking in a public garage next to the hotel (around 4eur per day). Rooms have extremely large beds, some of the biggest I've ever slept in, very comfortable. Breakfast is great, offering many different options and it's well organised. Never had any negative experience, but I'm always there only for a day or two.

Good: The Location of this hotel was just perfect since it was next to the sports arena, if you are traveling to Budapest for a concert at the Sports Arena then this is perfect property. Literally just across the street. The Room was large and very comfortable and very clean. The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they helped my friends who were not staying at the property by calling for a cab post a concert which tends to be a hassle, they did it without any issues. The team were also kind enough to let me extend my checkout by a few hours. Lavish breakfast spread!!!! A cute welcome packet of cookies in the room. Laundry Service was done the same day!!! Taxis or Bolt are easily available and the city attractions are generally a 10-15 drive away. Overall a brilliant experience with no issues whatsoever.

Good: We were there for one night to see a Pearl Jam show and we couldn't ask for a better location. Came with a car and parked it in a Budapest Arena garage that is next to the hotel and has a great price of 2000 HUF (aprox. 5,5 EUR) for 24 hours. Bed was very comfortable. Bad: A bar in the lobby closing at midnight so we couldn't get any drinks after the show and we couldn't find any wending machine to get something to drink.

Good: The location even if it is not in City Center was quite satisfying. There was the metro station very close and in the near we could find stores with Arena Mall just 10 min walk away. Room was quite and beds were comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble with the bathtub water. Must make a very good note for the breakfast as it was very well assorted and quite delicious. Definitely would come back if I go to Budapest.

Good: My partner and I came for a small city-break stay. Location: there is no walking distance to the closest Mall/POI or attraction, except the Arena and Stadium (which has their own interest of course), but the hotel is connected with the main transportation to all the parts of the city, including the most important attractions, restaurant&bar venues etc. Room: we booked a superior - very comfy, good quality of wi-fi, great A/C, our room was opposite of the street, so very calm surrounding, with balcony. Very nice bathroom, all the necessary amenities. Only cons: the bathtub is very slippery - it would be great to propose a non-slippery mat. Breakfast: astounding! we got it at the price of the room (as it was a special promotion) but trust me! even paying additional is absolutely worth every penny! An incredible choice for every type of breakfast (continental, English, French, wellness...) fantastic. The parking is supervised and must be paid, but it is possible to pay at the reception desk. I almost forgot the very friendly, professional and kind staff. The fitness centre is well furnished, with a sports club, sauna, the possibility of massages and pool. The pool is not too deep so it fits both good swimmers and people who are not so sure about swimming. AquaFit&Pilates are also proposed - unfortunately, I had no time to test some of those... I totally recommend it and we (my partner and I) will be back very soon! Bad: It is not about liking or not liking. Just some suggestions : a) proposing also some anatomic cushions could be a supplementary point for the hotel. b) also proposing a non slippery mat for the bathtub. c) The Hungarian cuisine is spicy. When we ordered the food, my husband love spicy so it was a super experience for him. On the contrary, I do not eat hot spices at all. I think that it would be good to propose always one non spicy version of a plate (as long as the recipe allows it, of course). Otherwise, I absolutely loved all ^_^

Good: Everything was like in the pictures provided. The breakfast was awesome, plenty of options including Hungarian products. From fruit to meat and fish, sweets, several kinds of bread, cereals, salads... The room was clean and it had a great terrace and nice views (we stayed at the 5th floor). The bathroom was also clean and the toiletries were pretty good. The gym and the pool are great, there is a sauna too, open for any guests. The metro is right next to the main gate, literally 1 min from it. Totally recommendable. I'd come back there 100%! Bad: There was a fire alarm at about 2am. It was a false one. I believe this is not something that happens constantly. Most likely, someone pulling the wrong interuptor after a night of partying... I just write it here cause we did not get much intel about the event. I was told that it was a false alarm and nothing else. I would've preferred a longer explanation from the staff...

We stayed 3 nights. Reception service was good. Our room was very clean. Restaurant is cozy. Good location. Less than 100m from metro. Wi-Fi little slow for my liking. Good value for money.

Good: Very good location for what i was looking for , the room was clean , staff very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Bad: The room on the 5th floor gets really hot in the summer and you can't keep the air conditioning on only with the card inside.

Good: Position was great, close to metro station and well placed for my business exigencies. City center easy to reach by metro. The whole place was very clean and well-kept. Breakfast very rich. Staff people were all helpful and kind. Bad: For some reason wifi worked with my PC but not with my cellphone. Not a great problem, anyway, as I managed to work in any case.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super nice, the bed is very comfortable. Rooms are so warm, even though it's pretty cold outside for spring weather, they are not skimping on the heating. We have a nice balcony with a view from our room. The pool is warm and clean, there is a fully equipped gym open almost all day every day. The food is fresh, there is a nice variety to it as well. Would come back to this place in a heartbeat.

Good: Location was fine. Rooms were great. I did not take breakfast but had dinner there and it was really good. Congrats to the Chef. The swimming pool, sauna etc was really good. The Balcony in each room was wonderful and really appreciated. Staff were kind and ready to help and answer questions. Bad: Parking was expensive for hotel guests especially when the parking is not guarded. Had problems with the wifi in the rooms as the access point was unable to handle the load of the wifi connection since there were lots of guests. Needs to be upgraded as not all business meetings can be done in the lobby.

Good: Pool was medium sized (not quite as big as looked in photographs) but in excellent condition, my wife enjoyed very much. Service was very helpful, with small things, beyond expectations. Our room was smallish but nice, we had a private balcony! All for a *very* reasonable price. For those who found may have found desk staff not as "friendly" as they would like, please understand that the culture in many Eastern European countries, is to be professional and helpful, while not having such a "smiley" and "talkative" demeanour as we are used to in England or America. I experienced this in Ukraine as well. It is a cultural thing to be aware of and does not imply disrespect or rudeness. To be overtly smiley to strangers - even clients - comes across as slightly odd in some parts of Eastern Europe. Everything I asked for was done without any fuss, eg there were some issues with our booking, using the "business Centre" computer for online check-in even after our check-out time, and so on. Look forward to coming again.

Good: Breakfast is superb. Lot of choices. Also, the pool is good. Not as warm as I thought, but 27°C is satisfying. We reserved twin room and got a room with king size bed and one additional single bed. Beds are so much comfortable.

Good: Hotel was great, with good location near metro station, parking is available near by. Wellness little small, only one sauna, but it wasn't full. Good: The hotel was just what we needed as a couple of travellers. Comfy room and bed, excellent breakfast and top location. It's not located in the centre and the distance on map can look discouraging, but you don't need to worry because the metro station is literally behind the corner and you're downtown in no time. Parkging is available in the parking garage under the sports arena which is also behind the corner. Daily parking ticket is 2000HUF which is a fair price. Hotel price also included the use of gym and swimming pool but we didn't have time to try that out. All in all i can't imagine getting better value for money. Bad: The room temperature could have been a bit warmer and that could probably have been solved with the thermostat but i didn't really have time to fiddle with it as it really wasn't a big deal.

Good: location next to Metro with direct access to city centre - Tesco in Arena shopping mall within viewing distance from front of hotel Lidl shop 700m away on ring road Taxi called by reception upon request - Will stay again - Duty Manager open our room safe when it locked on a wrong PIN number Bad: Nothing negative

Good: Fantastic view, great pool and gym, really really close to a metro station. Bad: Rooms could have been better sound insulated and we didn’t really get a change of the beds.

Highly recommend! That was perfect! Very attentive staff, comfortable rooms, Gym is just excellent! Sauna is nicely made as it has to be. 17 minutes by metro to House of Parliament. Just FYI 15 minutes by taxi.
