I was at this hotel about 2 nights. Hotel is a little bit far from the city center, i had a clean and nice room with pretty good view on stadium. Staff was professional and ready all moment to help. Pool with sauna is also good for relaxing, breakfast just okay, typical tasty breakfast. Recommend 👌

Good: Helpful staff, nice breakfast, very good wifi, quietness, metro station next to the hotel. Bad: Not many parking spaces. No free parking. Good thing that Arena garage is next to the hotel, 7€ per day.

Good: The hotel is great. It has everything you need. Spacious room with comfy big bed, kettle in the room, hairdryer, fridge, etc. Lots of choices for breakfast. Also, the metro station is just outside the hotel, very handy to get to the city centre. Also, walkable distance if anyone feels like it. Bad: The only downside was busy breakfast time. I know it is a big hotel and it was a busy Easter weekend, but the organisation in the breakfast facility could have been better. There was a queue every morning to get a table. Tables were not cleaned fast enough and for example two people were occupying table for four, whereas these tables could have been split and accomodate another couple. There was enough space to do that for sure. There were just 2 coffee machines that kept failing a lot. So also long queues waiting here. Even just to get hot water for tea as there was no other option/machine/kettle just with water.

Good: The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The room clean and quiet, the beds comfortable. The location of the hotel is good, connected to the city centre with public transportation. Bad: None

Good: Everything was super. I can recommend this hotel. I will come again. Breakfast was perfect.. Bad: No Wifi in room, only in the floor.

Good: The hotel is very nice, clearly recently renewed because lobby, restaurant, fornitures in the room etc look as brand new. The room was comfortable and the bathroom not large but absolutely OK. The breakfast was rich and very good quality. The staff very nice and kind. Another very positive point, the hotel is 100 meter far from a Metro station that allows to reach city center (Parlament) in few minutes minutes and any place in the city very comfortably. The place is very quite and no traffic noise at all, that helps a peaceful sleep. I really recommend this hotel, that in my opinion deserve a great judgement in terms of quality/price ratio Bad: Nothing, i have no negative remarks All was better than expected. All was ok.

Good: Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast Bad: if you leave your iPad or Phone for charge in your room, no luck because cleaning ladies are told to pick your room keys and cut the electricity. you come back few hours later to pick your phone and it is dead like a brick. bathrooms might also need some refresh. sometimes Internet connection goes down for 10 minutes.

Bad: The navigation to the hotel could be tricky if you arrive by car and are there for the first time. This is nothing special as in big cities you have to be more attentive :)

Good: The location of the hotel is excellent. It is about 3 km from the center, but you have the metro, bus and trolleybus right nearby. For those who travel by car, it is good to know that there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel, across the street, which is free on weekends. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good food.

Good: Metro station is 2 min walk from hotel, so you have connections to all parts of Budapest. Metro line goes every 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, lot of different meals that you can have on your plate, don’t think twice, definitely a plus. Beds are very comfortable. Bad: N/A

Good: The hotel is really nice and the staff is friendly. Next to the hotel is a big parking lot, which is much cheaper than the parking lot of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was so confortable! Personally, I liked the fact that we had a lot of mirrors in room. Unfortunately, the pool and sauna were closed due to some technical issues, but we were notified in advance about this. Only the gym area was open, but it is really poor and some machines were rusty, I didn't like that area of the hotel. The hotel has a good bar-restaurant at the ground floor where the coffee and food were really good. Close to the hotel is a subway station, the metro runs very often and can take you to all the attractions of the city. Per total, it was a good accommodation.

Good: Location, went to a gig and the arena is right next door. Easy access from centre via the metro and public transport is very good and cheap.

Good: I liked the equipment of the room, electric kettle, tea and coffe, water and bisquits as present from the hotel. The gym was excellent.

Good: The staff from the reception were really friendly. We highly recommend the breakfast, because for a couple of more bucks you get a delicious and fresh breakfast every morning. The M2 metro was less than 1 minute away from the hotel, which made really easy for us to plan our trips in the city. The view from the balcony was amazing! Bad: Though there was shampoo and shower gel, we didn't had any soap at the sink in the bathroom. Anyway, this was a minor issue only.

I arrived late afternoon, went straight out to meet friends and checked out at 5am so wasn’t in the hotel for very long but really can’t find fault anywhere. The check in was efficient and friendly. The member of staff was able to give me the directions I needed. The bed was comfortable and the bath was an extra bonus! Check out was equally friendly. Overall a really enjoyable stay that was good value for money. The hotel is next door to a metro station and a few minutes walk from the Arena.

Good: We moved to this hotel after I suffered a badly sprained ankle while on holiday in Budapest. The staff have been exceptionally helpful, booking taxis, providing ice for my ankle, etc. The food is great here, a huge buffet breakfast with lots of healthy choices. There is also a coffee shop/restaurant on the ground floor serving drinks and meals all day & evening. This is also great quality food. The rooms are spacious & well equipped. Close to a metro station & several large shopping malls. Also buses and trolley buses close by. Bad: I hate waterproof mattress covers - disturbs my sleep as I wake with a sweaty back. The air con only works in the summer. we stayed in October when it was warmer than usual, over 20 degrees. but the air con had already been switched off. You can open the balcony door instead, but there is a huge amount of traffic noise as the hotel is close to busy roads and a hospital. I wouldn’t recommend for menopausal women, it’s just too hot!

Good: Landed early hrs after flight delay no prob checking in . Due to late arrival couldn't use facilities but from what we saw looked fantastic .Can't wait to get back . Bad: No bacon and white sliced bread was hard on the breakfast .

Good: The hotel came up to my expectations. I asked kingside bed and I had it. I mentioned that I would arrive earlier than regular check-in time and I had available room. The room was spacious, clean and with some necessities. Parking is available next to the hotel for extra fee, but I preferred covered parking, which is behind the hotel and cheaper (Arena parkolóház). The breakfast was really very good, various hot and cold food for any taste. Bad: The windows are without insects screen. I was in the middle of October, the weather was nice and stinky bugs and other insects were behind the window, thus I couldn’t open the window for night.

Good: Breakfast was amazing, very varied. The room was great, it was not old as some reviews mentioned. There is a small pool and sauna, nice for a quick dip. Metro is very close. On weekends the parking across the street to the hotel is free. Bad: The pool is small, not as big as the photos.

Good: The hotel is very close to metro line M2 which leads to the city center in 2-3 stops and also to Budapest Keleti which is a metro station away. The room was nice, decently clean. The breakfast had a good variety to chose from. Bad: Our room was close to the road and we couldn't let the window open over night because there's a lot of noise and the room was very hot because the sun was beating down all day.

Good: Location and Room was good. Staff were exceptionally helpful. House keeping was good. I am vegetarian person. so, I have not used Room service. I didn't opt for breakfast too. I will suggest for this hotel to someone. Bad: All services were good.
