Good: Everything was perfect - breakfast, dinner, bar, pool and sauna. Clean. Bad: The windows cannot be open and it was warm in the night.

Good: Personalul, curățenia, camera, zona de spa, poziția hotelului, mancarea... totul la superlativ.

Good: A reggeli tökeletes volt, friss, ízletes,a kilatás a Dunara gyönyörű. Bad: Kad helyett zuhanykabin.

Good: Odličan doručak i ljubazno osoblje. Odgovaralo nam je i to što smo imali kao porodica sa decom mogućnost večere u hotelu. Dobra lokacija hotela. Bad: Saune bi trebalo da se malo modernizuju.

Good: Odalar yepyeni ve tertemizdi. Yarim pansiyon konakladık. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri gayet iyiydi. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Oda manzaraları ve havuzun ambiyansı şahane.

Good: A reggeli változatos, finom. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Ha éjfélkor érkezel is kiszolgálnak a bárból :). A szoba kényelmes. A wellness rész pedig az plussz, aminek köszönhetően amikor csak tudjuk, a családdal is a Héliát választjuk. Bad: Ajánlatos lenne lehetővé tenni a hűtő árammegszakítását, arra az esetre, ha a vendég nem akarja használni. Igy nem fogyaszt áramot, és nem zúg :)

Good: Líbilo se nám jídlo, bazény i hotel.

Good: Jättebra SPA-avdelning med tillgång utan extra kostnad. En bit från stan men med goda kommunikationer. Buss 75 går ofta och nära hotellet. Bad: Sängen var i hårdaste laget och jag är ingen vän av dubbeltäcke även om det låter mysigt.

Good: Alles geweldig! Ontbijt, het minirestaurant! De grote ontvangsthal met leuke zithoeken en lounge. Goede service vanuit de receptie met vriendelijk personeel! En een geweldige Spa!! Goede kamers! Vooral de gerenoveerde!! Mooi uitzicht over de Donau en de mooie verlichte Kerk langs de waterkant ! Bad: Het enige wat wij misten omdat we er vaak ‘Avonds zaten was een muziek op de achtergrond !! Het was te ongezellig stil ! Mooie Lounge Muziek zou het wat gezelliger maken!!! ( Bij het eet en zitgedeelte van het Minirestaurant en Hal.)Dat is het enige !

Good: We have nothing but praise for Danubius Hotel Helia. Great location spotlessly clean and easy accessible by bus. The pools at the spa are amazing! 4 different pools with various temperatures according to ones needs. At the reception they are all smart and very helpful. Breakfast is abundant with everything possible. Staying at this hotel made our holiday at Budapest even more magical! Bad: nothing

Wonderful hotel! Very easy to get to from the airport via public transportation; bus, metro and a short walk. Breakfast was worth the €15 each. We would stay here again.

L'Hotel offre una buona e ricca colazione a buffet, la Spa é molto buona, l'hotel é vicino al centro di budapest, a circa 10 minuti a piedi vi é la metro che collega ovunque. A 2 minuti a piedi vi é un supermercato e altri negozi.

Good: Liniște, zona de wellness cu trei piscine, din care una cu apă rece pentru înotători. Nu se servește masa decât dimineața și seara, la prânz doritorii pot comanda în zona de snackbar de la parter câteva specialități maghiare. Dacă dorești să încarci electric mașina, sunt trei stații în parcare, tariful de 220 HUF/kw. Bad: Faptul ca trebuie sa plătești separat parcarea, dar asta e politica hotelului. Puține posturi TV. Ferestrele sunt blocate, pentru siguranța turiștilor, probabil.

Good: Die Lage ist im Zentrum und sehr gut. Frühstück ist umfangreich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Good: Mindenki nagyon kedves, segítőkészek! Minden nap takarítottak a szobában. Bad: Nem volt olyan ami ne tetszedjen.. a reggeli nem volt változatos, minden nap ugyan azok közül lehet választani viszont volt bőven választék úgyhogy ez nem volt gond.

Chiar daca hotelul a fost destul de plin, spatiulde servit masa a fost incapator. Bad: Poate daca geamul pentru aerisire ar fi fost mai mare si ventilatorul din baie mai puternic..,

Good: Grossartig! Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles tip top das Ankommen, Essen, Zimmer usw. Das Hotelkonzept kommt dem Gast sehr entgegen. Prima.

Good: Las piscinas y el gimnasio. Este último pese a no ser juego estaba muy completo en máquinas y pesas. Fantástico desayuno buffet. No recomiendo omitir incluirlo en la reserva. Muy amable personal y gran servicio. Fácil salida a sitios turísticos en el Danubio. Bad: Las habitaciones podrían tener una renovación de algunas cosas, pero todo limpio y funcional.

Good: L'Hotel è fantastico. La mia camera, recentemente ristrutturata affaccia sul Danubio e sull'Isola di Margherita, su un parco di una tranquillità che solo in questi posti si può trovare! Hotel posizionato nel 13^ distretto a pochissimi minuti di autobus dal centro. Le fermate degli autobus sono difronte all'hotel sia x il centro e sia x le terme. Hotel pulitissimo, ha tutto, colazione ottima, cena supercompleta di tutto. Acqua illimitata. Piscina, sauna e bagno turco senza vincoli di orari fino alle 22. Bad: Tutto meraviglioso!

Good: Świetne miejsce, komfortowe pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka, blisko stacji metra, sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy, bezpieczny parking, widok z okna na rzekę. Śniadania urozmaicone, bardzo dobra restauracja, fajna strefa wellness & spa Polecam i gdy tylko będziemy na pewno wrócimy 😊

Good: Jak zawsze lokalizacja, miła obsługa, czyste pokoje. Bad: Dużo turystów na majówkę, tłok w każdym miejscu w hotelu łącznie z basenem i restauracja.

Good: Totul! Hotel recent renovat. Camerele tip suita sunt dotate cu chicineta, sauna, aparatura pentru cateva exercitii fizice , paturi comode si curatenie exemplara. Mic dejun si cina de calitate.

Bad: Nagyon jó wellness részleg, igényes környezet

Good: Har vært der 6 netter. Frokostbufe var supert. Stor utvalg. Perfekt! Mat i restorangen var også veldig bra og overkommelig priset. Rommet var rent og fint. Personalet hjelpsom og høflig. Bad: Parkering var veldig dyrt for 6 netter betalte jeg ca. 1000 kroner .

Good: The room was clean and very nice, the view of Danube river from the room was wonderfull. The breakfast had gluten free products and fruits. All the confort that we need it was there for us. Bad: We don't have any dislikes.

Good: We stayed at Danubius Hotel Helia in March this year and had an exceptional experience: 1. Our ROOM was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We had “Superior Twin Room with Danube View” and it was totally equipped according to the description. The day we booked in, there was also a bottle of water as hotel’s compliment. View of river was magic. 2. The BREAKFASTS were delicious and had a variety of options to choose from each morning. From fresh fruit to hot dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently high. 3. The SPA-ZONE was spotlessly clean and included: indoor swimming pool (26-28°C), 2 Heated pools (32-34°C, and 36-38°C) and Jacuzzi with hot water. We attended Spa-Zone primally in silent hours (from 07.00 am to 09.00 am and from 08.00 pm to 10.00 pm) because the rest of time the large swimming pool was overcrowded with some sort of aquaaerobics groups, who simply blocked the swimming pool making impossible to swim there. There were bathrobes in the room for a comfortable visiting Spa-Zone. 4. The LOCATION of the Hotel is really excellent: beautiful embankment, variety of shops, there are metro and bus stops nearby (easy to get to anywhere in Budapest). 5. The STAFF: from check-in to check-out, everyone I encountered was incredibly polite and accommodating. The only awkward situation happened during check-in because the manager for some unknown reason decided to communicate with me in russian, despite the fact that I spoke English to him and continued to answer his questions in English. That was weird and VERY UNPLEASANT. Overall, I highly recommend Danubius Hotel Helia for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good: locatia excelenta ,pe malul Dunarii,inconjurata de un parc cu banci din care poti sa admiri Dunarea si pietonii. Am atins toate obiectivele mergand pe jos, zonele fiind la circa 60-90 minute de locatie ! Poti sa mergi cu bicicleta sau cu trontineta,iar transportul in comun e abundent !!! Bad: Plata suplimentara a parcarii 12 E /zi !!!

Good: Personalul foarte drăguț, camera spațioasă, mâncarea diversificata. Piscinele super ok. Wifi puternic in tot hotelul.

Good: I have been many times to this hotel, and will keep returning because it matches my needs perfectly. A previous problem at my last stay in 2022 seems to have been solved, since the check-in this time in April/May 2024 was smooth and quick as well as the check-out. : This time I was in a lovely newly refurbished room with river view. The new interior is discreetly modern, well done, and practical. And now has more comfortable chairs in the room! Hotel Helia has all of what I appreciate, a delightful swimming pool, hot water baths, sauna, water fitness, massage, good service and much more. Very good buffet breakfast in the main restaurant, and also a good bistro restaurant with tasty dishes for snacks and simple meals, a comfortable terrace, walking areas just outside the hotel by the Danube with many chairs, benches and even reclining chairs at the quay to rest on if needed. Very good central location with excellent bus service just outside the hotel and a supermarket opposite the hotel. Coffee, tea and fridge in the room and more. The metro M3 is nearby and now again running with easy access to other metro lines, trams and busses. Now, that there is an airport bus, 100E it is simple to use public transportation b for instance by. taking Express 100E from the airport to Kalvin Ter, then bus 15 from Kecskemeti utca (Direction Gyöngyösi) and get off at the bus stop Drava utca, then a 3 minute walk. Or from Kalvin Ter take the metro M3, then bus and 5-15 minute walk. The hotel is inviting to children and dogs, but only if they are well-behaved and the hotel requires this, which is good

Good: The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. The location is great, close to the city center, quiet and nice area of the city. Bad: The bathroom is quite small.

A személyzet kedves,udvarias. A reggeli kifogástalan,nagy választékkal.A szálloda közlekedés szempontjából is nagyon jó! Egyedül az élménymedence vize számomra túl meleg.

Stravili jsme tady 3 noci a veliká spokojenost. Recepční milí, vstřícní. Pokoj čistý,každý den uklizený. Nádherný výhled na Dunaj. Nabídka snídaní bohatá, vybere si každý, v nabídce i bezlepkové pečivo a bezlaktozove produkty. Wellness čistý, vířivka teplá. Plavecký bazén, sauna, sprchy čisté. Za nás doporučujeme moc :)

Good: Úžasné snídaně, vstřícný a milý personál Bad: Snídaňový balíček o který jsme požádaly z důvodu časného odjezdu. Opravdu zoufalý, nedostatečný množstvím a hlavně složením. Pro dvě osoby jeden banán, jedna malá voda, jeden jogurt a dva nazapečené toasty...
