Good: Заселение строго по временно вы можете оставить свой багаж для этого отдельная комната и очень вежливый сотрудник . Ресепшн по приезду вежливые сотрудники все объяснили ,об отеле. Номер чистый, теплый,хорошие бассейны, есть халаты но нет тапочек!Завтрак хороший, есть два вида каши . Остановка транспорта напротив отеля, что удобно, пешком до парламента минут 25. Bad: Кофе! Начитавшись плохих отзывов отменила 2 ночи о чем потом жалела,завтраки как во всех 4 ках Будапешта ,были не в одном отеле.Массаж делала наша бывшая соотечественница, легкое поглаживание трудно таковым назвать, повторить не захотелось! В зоне бассейнов совсем нет воды питьевой!!!

Good: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Donaublick/ Straße- schöner wäre ein direkter Blick gewesen - wahrscheinlich sind nur die Zimmer mit Balkon direkt mit Donaublick. Hotel ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel - 10€ /Tag - sehr günstig. Bad: Der Teppich in unserem Zimmer ist dringend auszuwechseln, viele Flecke.

Good: Figyelmes a személyzet. Választékos reggeli. Odafigyelnek a koronavírus terjedésének megakadályozására. Tiszta a szaba és a fürdószaba. Bad: A fürdőben a szappan adagoló üres volt. Az egyik ágy matraca kissé már megroggyant.

Good: החדר היה נוח מאד, היתה ערכת קפה, מיני בר מיטה וכריות היו נוחות, בחדר היה חם, במקלחת עוד יותר ,אפילו בלילה הינו צריכים לפתוח את החלון(מדובר על תקופת החורף) כל מה שהיה חסר לנו, לאחר בקשה תוך זמן קצר הביאו ספא נקי, חלוקים קיבלנו, מגבות בלי הגבלה בכניסה לספא מה שקנה אותי--הם העמידו בלובי מחשב עם מדפסת ויכלנו להדפיס אישורים הנדרשים לטיסה! Чистые комнаты ,минибар ,набор для кофе и чая Удобная кровать и подушки,в комнате и в ванной очень тепло_мы были зимой, но есть возможность открыть окно Спа очень чистый, халаты нам выдали, полотенца у входа, бери сколько нужно В лобби есть компьютер и ксерокс, можно бесплатно распечатать документы Bad: ישראלים רגילים שבמלונות מנקים כל יום, וכל יום מחליפים מגבות, זה לא היה, אבל היה מיבש מגבות,והסבר איך להזמין נקיון. כשביקשנו מגבות חדשות, מיד הביאו לנו.

Good: 1. Местоположение -10 балов почти в центре. Не надо покупать билеты, чтобы добираться . Самая ближайшая достопримечательность в минутах 15 ходьбы по набережной - это Парламент. Пешком можно дойти до всех остальных обьектов . В округе тихо, спокойно. Рядом остановка автобуса. Что бы добраться до аэропорта нужно сесть на 15 автобус и проехать до центра , откуда сесть на автобус 100 Е. Купите билет на автобус заранее, на любой станции метро. На остановке рядом с гостиницей нету билетоавтомата. 2. СПА - после долгих прогулок - Спа с термальной водой и баня - супер! 10 балов. Не надо ехать в бани, где полно народа. А так одели халатик и спустились в Спа. Я была в несезон - народу 5 человек на большое Спа ( 4 бассейна) - Красота! А потом еще шампанского вечером и спать. Магазин рядом. 3. Завтраки стандартные -9 балов , не было какой то изюминки. Но завтраки соответсвуют уровню 4 звезд. Придраться не могу. 4. Номер хоть и небольшой, но чистый 8 балов. Есть ванна и душ. Из окон вид на Дунай в улучшенных номерах. Красота! Bad: 1. Недружелюбный персонал на рецепшине. Не смогли нормально объяснить про депозит. В гостинице снимают депозит- нормальная практика. Но так как за номер я платила на месте. Заплатила с депозитом все . Деньги забронировали. А когда уезжала, попросили опять карточку. Сначало вернули забронированные, а потом опять раз пришлось платить. Но нормально они мне это объяснить не смогли сразу. Распсиховались. Плюс , я приехала в 2 , а заселение в 3. Я подошла к окошку, мне както очень грубо сказали, что заселение в 3 . Не понравилось. Можно было и вежлевее отказать. Ничего не рассказали про дополнительные услуги, про ближайшие достопримечательности. Как то так себе... 2. Номер. Я была одна, мне конечно все равно, что ни разу не прибрали и не выкинули мусорник за 3 дня. В номере есть мыло и шапочка и 2 маленьких флакончика геля. У меня второй был полупустой. Имейте ввиду, если едите с ручной кладью , берите что-то с собой. Ну или имейте ввиду , что надо будет купить шампунь. Скажем так это конечно все мелочи. Не смотря на все это, я конечно рассматриваю возможность еще раз приехать. Не хочу рассматривать другие отели. Так как преимущества в 99 раз перевешивают недостатки.

Good: Наличие бассейна, отличный завтрак, постельное принадлежности, доброжелательный персонал Bad: Набор туалетных принадлежностей рассчитан на 1 человека (проживали 2 сотрудника), мусор не убирали (по звонку на ресепшен). В бассейне много хлора, сотрудники не делают замечания на неадекватное поведение клиентов (поведение диких моржей!), в ванных у клиентов сильно поднимается уровень гормонов (отвратительно!!!), уходили, противно.

Good: tichučka izba (možno len šťastie na susedov),pohodlne postele, dostatočne veľká pohodlná posteľ, krásny výhľad na Dubaj a ostrov, super wellness v cene (plavecky bazen 26-28st), ďalšii menší 32-34. a dva 36-38, kde jeden mal aj vírivku, župany na izbe, uteráky vždy čisté vo wellness Bad: možno by som rozšírila sortiment raňajok (ale asi je to len môj pocit)

Good: Тихое место напротив острова Маргит, большие комнаты, большие кровати, ванна. В SPA зал с тренажерами, два термальных бассейна и один плавательный (20 метров), сауна, хаммам. Немного далековато от центра, минут 15 на велосипеде или 40 минут пешком. Городские велосипеды - стоянка прямо напротив входа в отель. Рядом с отелем большой продуктовый супермаркет, недалеко от местного рынка Lehel. Для спокойного расслабленного отдыха отлично.

Good: Местоположение с хорошей транспортной доступностью до цента города и достопримечательностей. Номер просторный, светлый, матрасы комфортные. Набор моющих средств и кофе/чай пополнялась ежедневно. Так же ежедневно менялись полотенца. Завтрак - шведский стол. Достойный, разнообразный, с национальными вкусностями. Можно выбрать по своему вкусу. Хороший бассейный комплекс из трех бассейнов: один для спортивного плавания и два с термальной водой с острова Маргарет, один температурой 32-34, другой - 36-38 с подводным массажем, автоматически включающимся каждые 15 минут. Сауна. Полотенца для пользования выдают при каждом посещении.

Good: les services gratuit (spa, piscine, massage, luggage room). Le message de l’hôtel avant notre arrivée nous a permis de commander un taxi pas cher (6€/personne porte à porte). Le petit déjeuné copieux et varié (que vous soyez végétarien, intolérant au lactose ou petit déjeuné anglais). Bad: le lit assez vieux (matelas et draps usés) mais encore très confortable.

Good: Thermalbadet och närheten till Donau och den vackra promenadvägen in mot centrum. Vi har bott här säkert 10 gånger de senaste åren. Nu är receptionen och matsalen fräscht renoverade. Bad: Kaffemaskinen!! Det tar alldeles för lång tid att få fram en full kopp kaffe. Kön blir lång och folk blir lite irriterande över att behöva vänta så länge.

Good: Minden szép nyaralás szállodában. Termal vize ez jól. Uszodak tiszták és 7-től 22-ig dolgozik. Szobak szépek is és szállodanak parkohelye van. 10 years ago we were there first time, and afher that we visit hotel 4/5 times. All is nice and if you are first time in Budapest, my suggest take accommodation in this hotel.

Good: Príjemný hotel s dobrými službami. Lobby, reštaurácia a bar sú zrekonštruované, wellness príjemný a priestranný. Izby sú staršie, ale zachovalé. Bonusom v suite superior je vlastná sauna a priestranný balkón s výhľadom na Dunaj. WC je oddelené od kúpelne, ale obývacia časť od spálne je predelená len závesom. Zastávky MHD sú pri hoteli, parkovanie 10 eur/deň.

Good: Очень хороший отель. Мы жили в номере 448. Вид на Дунай. Красиво. Спа отличные. 1 бассейн обычный и 2 с горячей термальной водой. Сауна и хамам. Все чисто. Над спа комплеком работал хороший дизайнер. Все в пастельных тонах, красиво и успокаивающе. Работают до 22 часов. Что очень радовало. После прогулок отдохнуть в спа и поплавать в бассейне это супер! До метро примерно 10 мин пешком, рядом продуктовый магазин. Подальше смотрите карту сетевой спар и лидл. Рядом с отелем через дорогу прекрасная кондитерская с вкуснейшим мороженны. Завтраки очень полезные и разнообразные, на любой вкус. Завтраком наедались на весь день. Огромная благодарность повару и всему персоналу отеля за гостеприимство! На стойке регистрации отдельно хочу поблагодарить сотрудника, дежурившего 4-5 ноября. Очень помог в решении проблемы с распечаткой электронного билета. Отдохнули в этом отеле очень хорошо. Good: Wir hatten ein Suite mit 2 Räumen und super Aussieht. Die Lage ist einmalig, die Thermalbecken sind Highlights. schön, daß man draussen auf der Terasse sitzen und speisen kann. Helia ist unser Stammhotel seit Jahren, wohin wir gerne mit Kindern und Enkelkindern reisen. Gerne immer wieder, nur die Gastronomie muss dringend geändert werden. Bad: Das Hotel hat in der Gastronomie so sehr nachgelassen. Fettige Gulaschsuppe ohne Fleischeinlagen, fettige Panierungen, harte Schnitzel, kein Desserts auf der Minispeisekarte, Essen nur in der Lobby serviert, wo nur ein paar Tische vorhanden waren, aber großteils mit Kartenspielern belegt. Extrem lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen! Frühstück morgens im Restaurant, Büffet sehr preiswert, Brotkörbe fast immer leer, kein schönes ungarisches Weißbrot vorhanden, jeden Morgen die gleiche Wurst und Käsesorten. Kein Speck zum Ei, kaum Obst. Abends kein Restaurant geöffnet, nur für Gruppen und Tagungen. Ein Hotel, wo man abends nicht speisen kann - ein absolut no go! Was ist aus unserem schönen Helia Stammhotel geworden? Restaurants sind alle weiter weg, nur mit Bus und Taxi erreichbar. Es gibt ein Sauna im Suite, das ist absolut überflüssig, benutzt kein Mensch. Dafür wäre lieber eine zweite Toilette im Bad wichtig.

Good: Nagyon modern az épület, szép a fürdő rész is. Jó az elhelyezkedése (legalábbis nekünk jó helyen volt). Bad: Azért foglaltuk, mert fel van tüntetve, hogy ez az egyetlen hotel, aminek van elektromos töltője. Ehhez képest (állítólag a COVID miatt, amit nem nagyon értek...) nem működött a töltő, de a recepciós végül el tudta intézni. A pincérek nem túl segítőkészek, este a nem túl zsúfolt bárban 10 percig ránk se néztek, akkor megkérdeztem, hogy van-e itallap. Azt mondta a hölgy, hogy van, kihozza. Újabb 5 percig semmi nem történt, pedig kétszer is elment mellettünk a pincér. Újból oda kellett mennem a pulthoz, hogy rendelnénk valamit.

Good: Die Zimmer sind funktional, ich hatte eines mit Ausblick auf den Donauarm. Der Safe funktioniert einfach per Eingabe per 4 Ziffern, an manchen Hotelsafes muß man lange, komplizierte Vorgänge ausüben, das war ein Pluspunkt. Die Klimaanlange funktioniert einwandfrei, in der Wannendusche kommt sofort warmes Wasser, es gibt ausreichend Handtücher. Das Personal ist einwandfrei; der Frühstückraum ist groß und weitläufig, so daß man sich die üblichen Figuren in kurzen Hosen, Schlappen und mit Tätowierungen vom Leibe halten kann, Frühstück gibt es bereits ab 7.00 Uhr. Die Lobby ist ebenfalls weiträumig, dort kann man sich aus der Bar versorgen und bei hellem Licht arbeiten, sich unterhalten, was auch immer. Ich verreise ohne Smartphone, insofern weiß ich den Gäste-Computertisch zu schätzen. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Zentrums, es ist ein strammer Fußmarsch bis zur Margarethenbrücke durch ein Wohnvierte., aber 200 Meter weiter befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle; zum Heldenplatz ist es zu Fuß kürzer und man geht durch ein architektonisch interessanteres Viertel - ich empfehle unbedingt einen Blick auf die ehemalige Mädchenschule zur Rechten zu werfen. Bad: Ich hätte gerne das Fenster geöffnet, aber es ist fest verschlossen.

Good: Отель находится в тихом районе. До парламента 30 минут пешком. Очень удобная транспортная развязка. Всё маршруты троллейбуса и автобусов можно найти в интернете. Недалеко от метро. Вечером можем прогуляться по набережной. И побыть в термальном бассейне и снять всю усталость. Номер небольшой, но очень уютно. Удобная кровать. Чисто. Очень уютно в холле на 1 этаже. Завтраки немного однообразные. Но очень вкусные круассаны.

Good: Lokalita klidná, pokud máte pokoj s výhledem na řeku ( od 4. patra výše) tak jste nadšeni.... stejně jako návštěvy v našem pokoji... :-) Bad: rychlejší obsluha v lobby baru.... ale vzhledem k tomu, že zde působí pravděpodobně učňovské středisko a žáci nemají oprávnění sahat na výčepní zařízení vody nebo piva, je to pochopitelné :-)

Nem ma épült,de kitűnő hotel,nagy wellness részleggel.A reggeli 5*! Tökéletes éjszakai nyugalom(egyedül a lift hallható,de nem zavaróan),nagyon szuper - szinte hűvösen simogató - pamut ágynemű,az étterem (bisztró) kínálata kissé egyszerű...

Good: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Essen superlecker! Bad: Das Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Bei 30 Grad bedeutet das, Klimaanlage an - Tag und Nacht. Diese ist nicht gerade leise.

Good: Budapest egy jól megközelíthető és kellemes városrészén van a szálloda, gyönyörű kilátással, pár lépésnyire a Duna parttól. A wellness részleg kellemes felüdülést biztosít, az ételek pedig finomak, bőségesek. Ilyen kényelmes ágyban még soha nem aludtunk, mint itt, igazán pihentetőek voltak az éjszakák. Bad: Egy apróbb negatív dolog a hőmérséklet volt, a nem túl kellemes kinti idő ellenére túl hűvös volt minden helyiségben, főleg az étteremben, de a szobában is hiába kapcsoltuk le a légkondit, nem melegedett fel. Nem mindenki igényli ezt a mértékű klimatizálást, nekünk sok volt.

Good: Gyönyörű kilátás a Duna partra. A tisztaság tökéletes, a személyzet nagyon kedves volt. Bad: Sajnos a félpanzió nem svédasztalos volt, pedig az elmúlt években tökéletes lehetőséget biztosított az ételek szabad választásában. Így a menüs ételek szerény választékot biztosítottak.

Good: Чистый, уютный номер. Удобно что спа работает до 22.00, после прогулок раслабить тело в водных процедурах само то. Вкусные свежие завтраки. Было приятно когда предложили собрать завтрак в дорогу так как рейс был рано утром и на щавтрак не успевали. Вечерний бар работает до 22.30 вкусно и по доступным ценам. Чистое белье, удобные кровати. Красивый вид из окна на Дунай ( брали с видом на дунай). Если что забыли приобрести или взять с собой через дорогу супер. Bad: Отель находиться немного далековато от центра, на транспорте мин.15 езды. От гостинице ходит любой транспорт ( автобусная остановка напротив, метро 4 мин. Ходьбы, троллейбус через дорогу) В номере для двоих один маленький пузырёк мыла ,если попросить конечно не отказали положили еще.

Good: Zimmer mit Balkon im 4. Stock und Blick auf die Donau war sehr schön / WLAN war gut Frühstücken konnte man ab 7. Uhr , reichhaltiges Angebot, ein Koch der Früh frische Eierspeisen zubereitete An der Rezeption gab es 2 Personen die deutsch konnten Busanbindung in die Innenstadt war mit Line 15 (30 min.) möglich oder mit der Metro3 , leider mit Umsteigen in Busse verbunden da ein Steckenabschnitt baulich gesperrt ist. Der Wellnessbereich hatte von 7-22 Uhr auf . Sauna / Dampfsauna war alles kostenlos für Hotelgäste. Handtücher & Bademantel (im Zimmer) wurden im Wellnessbereich zur Verfügung gestellt. Bad: der Zimmerservice musste manuell bestimmt werden wir hätten uns gewünscht auf dem Balkon rauchen zu dürfen es gab nur zweit deutsche Fernsehsender ( ZDF / SAT1)

Good: Asi vše. Bad: Hotel stále svou stavbou poukazuje na dobu před revolucí. Zjednodušeně komunistická struktura. Po vstupu je vidět, že hotel je zmodernizovany. Recepce vás přivítá po pravé straně, kde se vás ochotně ujmou a s příjemným pohledem ubytují. Co se týče pokojů za nás, tak také zmodernizované, čisté a upravené. Koupelna by v pokoji 146 potřebovala menší údržbu. Jinak čistá. Snídaně formou bufetu a opravdu pecka. Obědy a večeře mimo hotel v přilehlých ulicích. Jsou zde 4 bazény a z toho 3 termální, velká posilovna, fyzioterapeut, cvičení v bazénu pod dohledem odborného poradce, asi za příplatek. Masáže za příplatek. Nejsme nároční a pro nás to bylo super. Pokud pojedeme někdy zas, tak ubytování zde je dobrá volba. Jediné co má minus je, že při ubytování nemáte parkování v ceně.

Good: Hotel moderno , espacioso, la suite estaba bien , desayuno bien. Hay zona muy grande de piscinas y jacuzzi, sauna y baño de vapor con acceso libre y gratuito. Masages bajo coste y disponibilidad. Bad: No había gulas en el menu y poca comida tradicional.No me prepararon una cama grande como pedi.
