Nice hotel. Situated slightly out of the centre but within walking distance of the metro - very close to the river. Slightly dated decor. The shower would not stay in it’s holder but otherwise good.

Really pleased with hotel, room nice, lovely spa with 4 swimming pools, great selection at breakfast, very clean. Bit far out of town but 10 min walk to metro and 3 stops to centre of town.

My only disappointment was that a couple of broken down double glazed windows in the reataurant obscured the view of the gardens, everything else was excellent

Good: The hotel was wonderfully accessible to places we wanted to visit. The pools were a bonus and we would definitely come back again.

Good: Nice quiet place also for relaxing after sightseeing around the city. Bad: They charge automatically tip on the bill in bar or restaurant which i think is rude. Maybe people are not happy with service or so. It's also not written anywhere that they charge it. It's new mode in many restaurants in Budapest. Pitty

Good: excellent spa facilities, just what you need to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing. staff are very friendly, fantastic views over the river from our bedroom and great variety of food at breakfast.

Good: The spa area was really nice! Breakfast was also very good with lots of healthy options to choose from. The hotel was very quiet so we slept very well. Bad: There was no air conditioning in the gym.

No problems, but I found it strange that while in-room facilities for coffee making were provided, no one could give me milk except suggestions that I should carry a cup full from dining room to my refrigerator. Since I need one of my hands for my stick and have difficulties in walking, this sounded stupid and impractical. Also the need to plug and unplug electric connections in a room where there was an overabundance of elctrical outlets was primitive and tiresome.

Great stay in a brilliant location. 5 minutes walk to the metro then 3 stops and you're central. Hotel was really great, we didn't have breakfast but made use of the coffee and croissants which was ideal and kept us going til lunchtime. Beds were really comfy which was much appreciated after our long days and much walking. The spa is beautiful, we used the salt cave which was fine until an older couple came in and the bloke proceeded to snore! Budapest is lovely and we will return. It's very cheap in comparison to other capital cities.

Good hotel in a good location. Off the beaten track but only 3 mins taxi ride into the centre and a 15 min walk. Lots of shops nearby and away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We were here for the F1 grand prix and enjoyed the ambiance over a week long stay.

Good: Great hotel, very nice spa, swimming pools and sauna. Friendly staff. The location is not so perfect, however, you need to walk 10 minutes to the metro station and then still take a metro. It is not the center of the city, however, close enough to everything with the public transport. Bad: Location could be better...

Bathrooms weren’t cleaned through our stay but it was only 10 days. Amazing stay overall and everyone was so kind and helpful

Danubius Helia's staff made our stay so enjoyable. They were accommodating and welcoming, too, to our friends' visiting us during our convention. Budapest was unseasonably warm during our stay and we thought the room's HVAC was uncomfortable by American standards. However, our expectations were exceeded in so many other ways at this beautiful facility. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, the amenities were well-maintained, and the Yellow Bistro was top-notch. And, we can't thank you enough for permitting us to entrust our luggage to you after we checked out, so that we could visit Margaret Island before continuing our journey elsewhere. We would highly recommend Danubius Helia to anyone traveling to Budapest! Hotel Highlights: Luxury

The only suggestion is the HVAC. With the uncharacteristically high temps, the room was a bit too warm for comfortable sleeping. However, the breakfast, bistro, and amenities made our visit outstanding.

The entire stay was lovely! I have many wonderful memories and will definitely come again hopefully soon !

My travel companion and I, at a great time at this hotel. Your staff was overly friendly, which was fabulous. They were very well-educated on all the information we needed to know about the hotel in itself was very clean. It was nice and quiet. There was no ruckus, the rooms were very comfortable. We absolutely had a fabulous time staying with your hotel. It was centrally located for the event that we were there for so we didn't have to do a lot of travel time and the view from our room was spectacular.

Bra hotel ej så långt från city, rent, modernt, bra frukost. Inomhus pool bastu och gym. Massage och spa behandlingar mot kostnad.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Frühstück und auch das Essen an der Bar war ausreichend und sehr gut. Fitnessraum und auch das anschließende Schwimmen und Saunabesuch einfach top! Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Donau, schön um spazieren zu gehen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Fantastic design in the lobby, very modern and bright. The rooms however still sport the standard 80s outfit, and the carpets everywhere should probably be exchanged soon. Also the bathroom in the room is too small and shabby, appliances not working correctly, soap basket being torn half apart, etc. All the staff very friendly and helpful all the time. Breakfast very nice and worth the price.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und groß genug.

Location Tip: Die Innenstadt befindet sich ca. 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt. gemütliches Zimmer, toller Ausblick auf die Donau, schnelles Check in und out, freundlich, zuvorkommend etc - alles bestens.

Отдыхали с подругой в декабре. Номер SUPERIOR, маленький, но уютный, в номере - халаты, полотенца, фен, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, чайник, чай/кофе, бесплатный электронный сейф, телевизор. Тапочек в номере нет! Практически все номера в отеле без балконов, курить нельзя. Единственная курилка на выходе из отеля. Сейчас в лобби идет ремонт, по этому в SPA спускаться нужно, через этаж С, ни сколько не напрягало! Сам отель старенький, но внутри - все супер! Кое где в холлах так же идет ремонт, шума ни в номерах, ни в SPA, ни в ресторане не слышали. Огромный плюс отеля - это собственные термы. Три бассейна с термальной водой, 38 градусов, один из них с массажным эффектом. Один бассейн плавательный, как ни странно, но он реально большой. Единственное, что доставляло дискомфорт - холодный пол, да и само помещение не очень теплое, после термальной воды - холодно. Завтраки! Это отельная тема - все просто потрясающе вкусно! Шведский стол: куча разных видов колбасы, ветчины, хамон. Видов 10 сыра. Яйца приготовленные кучей разных способов. Жаренные сосиски и колбаски, картофельные треугольнички (типа наших драников), всевозможные булочки, куча молочки (йогурты, молоко, кефир, и, по моему, айран), несколько видов свежевыжатых соков, фрукты и фруктовый салат, овощи и еще куча всего, чего мы так и не попробовали. В ресторане есть кофе машина. Единственное, отель находится далеко от центра, прямо на против острова Маргет. Рядом с отелем есть остановка автобуса, трамвая. Станция метро сейчас закрыта на ремонт, но по его маршруту ходит автобус. Так же в 30 метрах супермаркет. Мы общественным транспортом не пользовались, ходили пешком. До купален Сечени/Площади героев/Зоопарка/Замка Вайдохунят - 25 минут пешком, до Ваци, чуть дольше - 35 минут. В отеле на ресепшен есть бесплатные карты Будапешта. Если не очень хорошо ориентируетесь, лучше ехать на автобусе, заблудится там очень легко (проверили лично)!

Als een maal ziet hoe het vervoer werkt dan ben je overal snel Ik ga minstens twee keer per jaar, vriendelijke mensen en behulpzaam. Ga daar om bij te komen van de drukte in Nederland. Mooi uitzicht, lekker zwembad en goede sport mogelijkheden

op mijn verjaardag kreeg ik onverwacht een gefeliciteerd kaart en kleine chocoladetaart. dat was echt lief.

Bekvämt, tyst, trevligt rum. Bra badmöjligheter. Bra vattengymnastikledare. Bra kommunikationer. Wi-fi fungerade dåligt på rummet.

Good: Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu, z dala od zgiełku, a jednocześnie w odległości spaceru od centrum. Udogodnienia w hotelu na bardzo wysokim poziomie: m.in. baseny, sauny. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Profesjonalna obsługa. Pokoje czyste i wygodne. Całość w standardzie hotelu 5* za cenę 3*.

Good: Будапешт!!!Приехали чтобы познакомится с Будапештом и Венгрией. Выбрали данный отель чтобы совместить приятное с полезным-утром экскурсия, вечером, после целого дня впечатлений, релакс в прекрасном СПА-центре отеля. Отель находится в 30 минутах ходьбы от центра города вдоль набережной. Но можно этот путь проделать на общественном транспорте. Остановка троллейбуса и автобуса рядом с отелем. Метро минут 7 ходьбы. 4 станции на метро и вы в центре города. Напротив отеля продуктовый магазин. Далее по ходу к метро неплохой ресторанчик "Маршал". Доступные цены и вкусная еда. В Будапеште все купальни работают в основном до 20.00-21.00, а в отеле до 22.00, что не могло не радовать, так как позволяло ежедневно поплавать в термальной водичке, даже при позднем возвращении после экскурсии. В отеле есть лоби-бар работающий как нам показалось круглосуточно, по крайней мере в час ночи работал. Стандартный номер не большой, но в отеле мы проводили только ночь и нас это не смущало. Удобные кровати, хорошего качуства постельное белье, чайник, чай, кофе и сахар пополняют ежедневно. Персонал на ресепшен не плохо говорит на русском. В отеле с 8.00 до 19.00 работают представители турфирмы "Робинзон". Мы путешествовали самостоятельно, но все экскурсии покупали от этой турфирмы. Хочется выразить слова Благодарности Татьяне за подробные ответы на наши бесконечные вопросы о стране. Курение в отеле запрещено, для курильщиков выделено место у входа в отель. Думаю при следующем визите в Будапешт выберем этот отель снова. Отель рекомендую!!!

Good: goed bereikbaar per metro en een fantastisch spa health resort met groot zwembad en thermaal baden Bad: Geen restaurant in de omgeving, maar wel een supermarkt er naast. Dus per metro naar de stad voor een restaurant of het hotel zelf is ook goed

Good: Хороший спа комплекс, который работает с 7 утра до 22 вечера. Рядом станция метро, остановка автобуса. Но , в принципе, все в пешей доступности

Good: Jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Härliga varma bad som man har gratis tillgång till mellan 07:00- 22:00. Väldigt god frukost där de satsat på att kunna ge gästerna hälsosamma och goda alternativ! Extra plus för grönsaksjuiceerna och groddarna som man får skörda själv! Bad: Läget är lite off men det går en buss utanför som tar en närmare mot centrum.
