Good: It was modern in a great location for everything that we needed. Bad: It would have been nice to have had the option of maybe having a dinner rather than going out all the time and I was not a great fan that I had to keep going to a hot room to iron clothes for family when needed, I also think the reception team could be a bit more welcoming we were not asked if we even enjoyed our stay given we were there for almost a week and did not show any interest in us maybe it is more aimed at corporate people rather than leisure.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a great location, and I was able to easily walk or take public transportation to everywhere I needed to go. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was the perfect amount of space for me. I loved the layout, and everything was very clean and modern. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave me great recommendations and were always happy to help with anything I needed. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers or anyone visiting Budapest!

Good: The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff were super nice. Very close to the main street and very important to the airport shuttle stop Bad: The TV in the room has no Netflix or even YouTube which was not that big of a deal but we wanted to use it since the TV has only Hungarian channels.

Good: We ordered 13 rooms and were a large group of people. The staffs at the front desk were totally overwhelmed at first, but managed to sort it out for us. The rooms were beyond my expextion, all seemed to be refurbished shortly before. All our co-workers slept really well and enjoyed their stay. The location was super, 20min to University and easy to find restaurants nearby. Bad: One of the staff at the front desk laughed about the pronunciation of some of my co-workers' names, 'Hu' to 'Who' etc.

Good: The staff were all so kind and the rooms were lovely. When we had an issue with the air-conditioning, they accommodated us for that. I also had a seperate single room booking after as I extended my stay and they were kind enough to let me stay in the larger room I was already in. Bad: The air-conditioning wasnt working, they had maintenance look at it and we switched rooms, only for the air-conditioning to play up again. I think the system they were using may need to be looked into as it didnt seem very user friendly. Otherwise I have no complaints and would definitely rebook when I visit again.

The room and location were very good. The hotel breakfast has lots of options but is just ok in terms of taste/quality. Limited ironing availability.

Comfortable room with three single beds, good shower and bathroom. Excellent location near pedestrian streets full of restaurants and shops and very near river. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of options. Metro close by and taxis easy to book. Budapest is a beautiful city as well.

Nice contemporary hotel, near most things you’d need

Nice hotel close to ferenciek tere metro stn, 5 min walk to Danube, many restaurants and right in downtown. Hotel has good blackout curtain, 2 elevators, wheel chair accessible! Good air conditioner, good wifi!

Good: Good location. Lots of bars/restaurants near by. Most attractions in walking distance. Bad: Quite noisy. Steeet noise although not late into tge night and that was a weekend. Could hear doors banging and general guest noise from in the room.

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff with several trainee staff observing at check in counter which was nice to see. Lots of restaurants within a couple minutes walk and a vibrant night-life to enjoy. Bad: Room size okay but a little tight with 2 big and 2 small suitcases.

A brilliant central hotel. Modern and clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was of really good quality and well stocked. Our air conditioning wasn’t working in our room but we were moved straight away and we got breakfast on the last morning complimentary. We would stay at this hotel the next time we visit Budapest as it was surrounded by good food and a nice quiet area

Top spot! Close to everything. Definitely coming back to this hotel on my next stay in Budapest. Only thing is that the rooms are not that isolated for noise, can hear things like showering from rooms next to, and talking in the hall, and the doors make a lot of noise.

Good enough hotel, tidy rooms, not the most quiet ones - street side rooms really take on the noise from outside. The breakfast was moderate, but good. The toilet in our room was uncomfortable to sit on, dunno if by design, but it had a forward tilt.

Good: Close to the centre and lots of restaurants, good transport connection Bad: Could do with better pillows. Having said that, rooms are ok. I only went back to the hotel to nap and sleep. It’s probably just my thing, but pillows are essential to a good night’s sleep. They were too soft.

Good: We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is very central, most of the attractions are within walking distance. TWe didn't pay for breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Bad: The only thing that I can think of is that there was no fridge in the room. We didn't need it as we stayed only for 3 nights, but if you're staying for longer it could be useful.

Good: The hotel is very beautifully designed and the location is amazing. The stuff is kind and very attentive when it comes to problem solving. Breakfast has a lot to offer. Bad: We checked-in at night and were too tired to check the smell in the room properly, so in the morning I had headache and problem sleeping because the conditioning system was giving out harsh smoke smell. Thankfully the staff was really kind and changed the room immediately, we spent the rest of our time in a nice fresh room. Also keep in mind rooms are quite small.

Good: The location is perfect, right in the city center. The metro stations are within a 10-minute walk. Getting to the hotel from the airport is very convenient by the Airport Express 100E bus to Astoria metro station. On the way back to the airport, you can take the bus from Kálvin tér station. The Danube River is just a 10-minute walk away, and St. Stephen’s Basilica can be reached in about 15 minutes. The popular Váci shopping street is within walking distance, and there are also many cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with a large-screen TV with many channels, a safe, and a kettle. Everything was very clean, and housekeeping was provided daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor next to the reception area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, pastries, and fruits. The coffee was very good, especially the Italian coffee. After check-out, guests can leave their luggage near the reception. Bad: The bathroom was a little small in size, and the bathtub was quite high, making it difficult for elderly guests to step in and out. A walk-in shower would have been a better option. It would also be useful to have coat hooks in the entrance area for jackets, coats, and umbrellas.

The only needs smal fridge

Good: Really comfortable room, there's good wifi and air conditioning, it was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was really tasty and varied. The location is very good, in an area full of shops, bars, and restaurants, but they all close around midnight, and the street gets quiet. The hotel has no parking, but there is a public parking 2min away. The entire area felt very safe. Bad: From time to time, there was a stale smell in the bathroom.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Good: Everything was excellent: the cleanliness of the room, its spaciousness, the location, and the friendly staff. I stayed for three night on my own, and thanks to the great location, I was able to explore the city easily without any difficulties.
