Good: Central location, the fact that you can get extremely easily from the airport by bus, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, room.There is a Lidl shop 5 minutes from the hotel, 5 minutes bus stop, metro, many restaurants in the area. Bad: There is a lot of noise on the street, especially at sunrise, at 5 in the morning, but I can't say it's a big problem. I'm more sensitive to noise.

Good: The staffs are polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. 24 hours hot water. The location of this hotel is also amazing because you can easily go to every tourist attraction. There are printing and money exchanging services as well. Bad: The WIFI here is so poor. I had an online meeting in the hotel room and the WIFI can hardly keep me connected. Therefore I had to use the hotspot of my own cellphone.

Location's great, within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants as well as attractions. Also with the option to take trams, buses or metros within 5-10min walk. Fast WiFi. Only downside was that the double bed was actually 2 single beds so there was a gap in the middle and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Erzsebet Hotel. We stayed four nights and had three single beds in our room. For only £306 for 3 people, this is a really great price for the location of the hotel, especially when it includes breakfast! It was quiet at night which is good, with it being a little louder on the Friday evening - something expected for the location. This didn’t disrupt our sleep at all, as the windows were double glazed. The air conditioning did appear to need a re-gas, as it didn’t seem as cold as expected. This wasn’t a problem for us, as we left our windows open during the day. The breakfast is served 7-10am, with cooked & raw meats, baked goods, and cereal too. We would’ve liked to see more fresh fruit options, as we did see lots on the images online. Maybe this is something available by request? Arriving to Erzsebert from the airport, we took a local taxi. This only cost around Ft7,500. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi for the final day, and a private firm ‘ELIT’ turned up. The hotel estimated that the taxi would cost around Ft9,600 but it actually cost Ft13,000. We’d recommend using Bolt (like Uber) or just booking a local taxi for departure. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel and would return without hesitation! Köszönöm, thank you

I have warm impressions from staying in this hotel. First of all, the location is great. Almost all attractions can be reached by foot. It is close to the metro, trams and buses. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. We were warned right away that the room cleaning is performed upon request. Overall, the room was clean, no one's hair was found =) There was no hand soap in the bathroom, but lots of shower gel. The bed was really comfy, I enjoyed sleeping there. The room seemed a bit dark: there were only a floor lamp and two wall lamps. Also, it was quite noisy from the outside and inside the hotel. Breakfast was very simple, but still we managed to get full) Thanks for the delicious pastries, I am still dreaming of the croissants! There is a great library in the lobby with vintage books, check it out, you won't regret it) The internet worked great throughout the hotel. One more advantage of the hotel is that it has an ATM. There’s an excellent, inexpensive Padthai wokbar nearby. Be sure to go there, if you like Asian cuisine)) I think that for such a budget price, this hotel is a real gem.

Good: We started traveling from Milan at 4:00 am.. it was a black Friday deal. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am after having breakfast at a restaurant.. we were sure that we wouldnt be able to check in before 15:00 however we thought we should go and find the hotel and have a try. To our surprise the receptionist checked is in immediately!! This was amazinggg!! We thank them for that!! Its very rare nowadays and when a hotel does this its much appreciated!! Also breakfast was great! Full on English Breakfast and they also let us in at 09:55 (5 mins before breakfast ended). We loved their leniency! The room was decent for a 3 star and the location is 5*! you are a 5 minute walk from the hop-on-hop off tour (red bus stop 13!). Bad: The room could have been a little cleaner under the bed but not a big issue for us.

Good: The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect, walking distance to most of what we wanted to see. I would return, both to Budapest and this hotel. The 110v plug for a shaver in the bathroom was nice, I could finally charge my toothbrush. Bad: There's an an adjoining door with the neighbouring room, as is sometimes the cases in hotels. This means sound travels quite well between adjacent rooms. It wasn't a big deal, but we could hear the neighbours and they could probably hear us.

Good: Very close to the city centre. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were a party of six and were allocated rooms adjacent to each other. Bad: Hot food and pastries weren’t replenished on our last morning so there was a limited selection ie: no scrambled eggs, bacon or croissants.

Good: loved the location, nice clean hotel, very comfortable beds with fluffy pillows, 3 twin beds for 3 friends traveling so nice to have my own bed! friendly staff locked up our backpacks on last day so we didn’t have to carry them around the whole day. good water pressure and nice sized towels. Bad: only complaint is the shower didn’t drain properly, they just need some drain cleaner to clear out clogged drains.

Good: close to all sights,comfortable bed,great shower and very good value for money Bad: breakfast was just ok there was no covers on food and nothing left on hot food when we came down . no fresh fruit (some on plate looked off) coffee machine was good though. Good: It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. The reception is working 24 hours. The bed was good, warm, and hot water was always present. We kindly asked for kettle and we got it.😊 The location is just perfect Bad: I would really be happier if they would have a water to purchase in the hotel, since at night there is no chance to walk around to find a night market. Floor in room could be cleaned better. However we had no time to give big attention to it😅

Good: The hotel is perfect for the price and quality you can get. It's located in the city center within walking distance from all sightseeings. The early check- in was perfect due to my early arrival at the hotel. The staff was very freindly. The room is not so spacy, but good enough. It was very well furnished with mini bar, TV, the heating was perfect and the room was warm and cozy. The Wi-FI is justly perfect. The cleaning is upon request due Hotel Eco policy. The breakfast was also very good. I highly reccomended this hotel. Bad: Only the windows was not well soundproofed.

Good: Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was large with lots of hot water, bathroom mirror was heated, so it didn’t fog up. Wonderful breakfast included. Bad: No wash cloths.

Good: Very good location, ideal for walks in the city, near various shops and restaurants. Breakfast has it all, you won't be hungry. The staff is very helpful, reception desk works 24 hours. Thank you for the great stay in Budapest!

Fantastic location, close to the river, a very short walk to lots of restaurants, cafes, shops & all public transport - but very quiet in the hotel itself. Breakfast was fabulous, full English & continental too. The room was fine, and at the price we paid all in all was an absolute bargain.

Good: Fabulous location. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Rooms are comfortable. I’d recommend. Bad: The rooms are a tiny bit dated but it’s still very comfortable
