The staff was very nice and helpful. There were many languages spoken (English, German, Spanish ... ). The room was big enough, unfortunately, there was no balcony available. Safe was also in the room. There is a stocked refrigerator and 4 German TV channels (ZDF, RTL, SAT1, KIKA). The room was clean, the towels were changed on request. The breakfast buffet is eclectic (fruit, cheese, meat, various pastries and bread, sweets, teas ... ) and tasted great. We were once in the hotel's restaurant "Fiaker" food. Highly RECOMMENDED. The food was amazing delicious. Public transport is in close proximity to the hotel (train, underground). Buses stay stood directly in front of the hotel. There is a small grocery store opposite the hotel, the open 24 hours a day. Many restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity (shopping etc. ). This hotel for a short definitely recommend!

The hotel is a good base for city breaks to Budapest. Not right in the center, but conveniently - a few minute walk to the metro and the bus to center stops right in front of the hotel. A smaller shop right at the next corner, a huge shopping center is about a 15 minute walk away. Almost all of the staff members spoke German, once at the reception, we absolutely obliging and professional manner. We were lucky enough to have booked instead of the standard room a "bridal suite" (quotation front desk)get, which is why we then also a huge, in both the bedroom and living room had teilbares non-smoking rooms, that was absolutely clean and with 2 televisions (German television). The decor is best when "Gelsenkirchener Baroque style that describes and therefore seemed old-fashioned. We had a room facing the street, which was especially if you like an open window at night, gets very noisy (lots of police and ambulance siren). The (mostly continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is frequented by larger groups, which can mean that the front desk at certain times of large crowds be besieged. The on-site restaurant is of food and service very highly recommended and as a guest you get discount.

The hotel is close to a metro station. Only 3 lines in Budapest as it is really close and very efficient and cheap different points of the city are within easy reach. The restaurant (Fiaker) also provides original Landeskost on high level.

Hotel: 499 Rooms on 8 floors, 70 's style, but very clean. Everything was very clean and spacious. We got a very cheap hot deal which was a double room with breakfast included. Location: 5 Minutes walk from the Ostbahnhof Keleti pu. And the metro station. In the area many restaurants, stores, and plenty of fast-food-huge (who likes it). Service: The check-in was very smooth and fast, they got our room ready at 10 :30 o'clock move (as we arrived by train and's simply tried), which was great. Very friendly staff who speak English and sometimes also German. Food: We stayed at the Fiaker-restaurant in the evening, the supervision was obliging and friendly, the (Hungarian) food was very good and reasonable prices. Breakfast in the restaurant Beatrix, which is actually very large, for the number of beds but large is necessary. also a big buffet, with huge selection of hot and cold food, which we thoroughly enjoyed. This four star hotel is conveniently close to the central train station and easily accessable to anywhere with public transportation. Their breakfast is one of the best that I have seen in my travels in Europe. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This was the best hotel that I stayed in Eastern Europe. The only downside was something out of their control -- The constant Budapest street and Metro construction.

Good: Ich war nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel, aber das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sowie die Flure und der Eingangsbereich sind gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in direkter Nähe des Keleti Bahnhofs. Innerhalb des Hotels ist es sehr ruhig. Bad: Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist die Umgebung sehr laut. Selbst wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straßenabgewandten Seite bekommt gibt es eine konstante Lärmbelästigung durch die Klimaanlagen, aber ich glaube das ist in dieser Lage völlig normal und nicht zu vermeiden.

Melhor hotel que fiquei em minha viagem a Europa, funcionários extremamente educados e gentis. Bem localizado, quarto espaço, cama confortável, banheiro muito bom. Absolutamente nada a reclamar e em meu retorno a cidade com toda a certeza irei me hospedar novamente. Recomendo a todos!

Good: Дуже ввічливий персонал. Поселили без проблем на годину раніше. Чайник, кава, водичка, все як повинно бути добрих господарів. Особливо приємно було побачити у ванній беруши, ця турбота дуже мила))) Дякуємо вам❤️ Приємно полежала в ванній) Близько вокзал, зупинка Сіті тур, супермаркети. Bad: Павутинка над ліжком і недомитий стаканчик в ванній, але це зовсім не критично.

Bu otelde 3 gece konakladık ve genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar son derece yardımsever, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde hem şehir merkezine hem de metroya kolayca ulaşabildik. Caddeye bakan bir odada kaldık; camlarda ses yalıtımı iyileştirilirse konaklama deneyimi daha da iyi olacaktır. Ayrıca lobi de gün boyunca misafirlere sunulan ücretsiz su ikramı çok hoşumuza gitti. Gösterdikleri ilgi ve misafirperverlik için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

Good: Hotel w super lokalizacji, blisko dworca kolejowego, metra i komunikacji miejskiej. Łatwo dostać sie z lotniska autobusem 100E i metrem. Pyszne sniadania i przemiła obsługa. Na długi weekend w Budapeszcie to idealna miejscowka za rozsadna cene.

Good: struttura veramente carina, stanza nostra al settimo piano perfetta, bella la superior e la consiglio molto! posizione comodissima e vicinissima a mezzi pubblici e per rientrare la sera hai nemmeno un minuto di strada! se torneremo a Budapest sappiamo gia dove andare a dormire :) Bad: il rumore della strada su cui affaccia si sente ma se si è troppo stanchi si dorme lo stesso XD , prendendo la superior al settimo piano sicuramente molto meglio!

Good: Śniadania bardzo dobre, lokalizacja znakomita. Blisko do metra, dworca kolejowego, autobusów. Dodatkowym komfortem jest możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. W holu hotelu dostępne owoce i woda. Z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócę 😀

Good: Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber. Lage super Zimmer nach vorne laut, konnte aber durch kleines Upgrade ein Zimmer nach hinten bekommen.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Es gab keine Probleme. Ein gutes Frühstück vom reichhaltigen Buffet ist im Preis enthalten. Ein Angestellter ist nur für das Reservieren von Taxis zuständig. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Keleti mit 2 Metrolinien und die hervorragende ÖPNV Infrastruktur in Budapest mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus machen aber Taxis fast überflüssig.

Good: πολύ όμορφο άνετο καθαρό στο κέντρο με στάση από έξω λεωφορείο και δίπλα μετρό. Η επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο κρατήσεων David άψογη. μπράβο σας.

Good: Super Lage, unweit vom Keleti Bahnhof entfernt, Bushaltestelle fast vor dem Eingang zum Hotel, Zimmer geräumig. Bad: Innenhoflage und geräusche der Aggregate.

Good: Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr fein und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel wurde neu renoviert. Bad: Einstieg in die Badewanne in der Junior Suite, nicht gerade ungefährlich.

Good: hotel je naprosto perfektní, snídaně byly pestré, pokoj perfektně čistý a vybavení předčilo naše očekávání. Upřímně vůbec nerozumím tomu, že je někdo schopný napsat negativní recenzi.

Egy rendkívül tiszta, rendezett, valóban minden igényt kielégítő Hotel! A személyzet minden tagja akivel találkoztam jól felkészült, figyelmes valódi professzionális munkát végzett! A reggeli büfé változatos és a konyhai személyzet minden pillanatban maximálisan kontroll alatt tartja az ételek elérhetőségét! Egyszóval a maximális öt csillagból én személy szerint tízet adnék!

Good: öncelikle yorumlara bakarak biraz da f/p açısından uygun bulduğumuz otellere bakarken keşfettim otelin karşısında hemen bir change office var çok az bir komisyon ile çevirebilirsiniz, yine biraz ilerde aldi market var o da bizim işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Biz 3 gece kaldık 3 günlük bilet aldık fakat çok yürüyen biriyseniz merkeze yürüme mesafesinde bir otel burası hep yürüyerek gittik. Oda tertemizdi sessizdi ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Bad: Her şey süperdi.

Good: Sauber und freundlich Bad: Bei Check in (2 Stunden früher da gewesen) war unsere Zimmer zwar schon frei und bereit, wurde uns angeboten für € 20,- das Zimmer schon zu beziehen. Natürlich haben wir es nicht gemacht, aber das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Reine abzocke.

Good: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Centrum. Komunikatywny i miły personel. Bardzo różnorodne i smaczne śniadanie.

Schönes Hotel zu gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr bequemes Bett, toller Sessel im Zimmer und insgesamt sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet allerdings durch die Größe des Hotels/viele Gäste etwas laut. Trotz der lauten und extrem befahrenen Straße ruhiges Zimmer. Da mir den Donauradweg gefahren waren, hatten wir Räder, diese könnten wir leider nicht kostenfrei unterstellen.

Good: Freundlichkeit, schöne farbenfrohe Einrichtung, Wasserstation in der Lobby, Sauberkeit Bad: Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum (laut und viele Menschen)

Good: Öncelikle otel fotoğrafları tamamen gerçeği yansıtıyor, ne gördüysek onu bulduk. Konumu merkezi sayılır. Odaların temizliğinden ve internetin hızından gayet memnun kaldık. Ufak bir detay: Cadde tarafındaki odalara biraz trafik sesi geliyor. Benim için bir sıkıntı yaratmadı ama uykusu hafif olanların veya sese hassasiyeti olanların arka cepheye bakan odaları tercih etmesi çok daha iyi olacaktır.

Good: Ottimo hotel con belle camere e molto grande, vicinissimo alla fermata dei bus e metro,buona colazione con poca scelta di dolce, consiglio di mettere la Nutella che non deve mai mancare. Bad: Solo i cuscini.

Szolgálatkész személyzet, korrekt és nagyon tiszta szobák. Mindenkinek ajánlom.
