Good: We had a really warm welcome at the reception, and that was a lovely start for our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our 3 year old son enjoyed the kids pool very much and we could sit comfortable in the jacuzzi watching him.

Мы отдыхали в данном отеле в январе 2012 года. Нам достался номер на последнем этаже, после реконструкции. Не хватало ванны, так как номер был с душем. Уровень отеля достаточно хороший. Очень милый и уютный ресторан. Некоторые официанты не совсем дружелюбны. Хороший спа-комплекс. Небольшая неразбериха в саунах. Некоторые сидят в купальниках в саунах, в то время как туда надо заходить без купальников, и наоборот. Чуствуешь себя не совсем уверенно. Термальная питьевая вода подается в баке. Бювет не работает. Иногда в баке нет термальной воды для питья. В отеле очень тихо. К сожалению, нет программ ТВ на румынском, русском языках. На спа рецепции та же проблма. Сотрудник знает только венгерский и немецкий язык. Английский не понимает. Курортный врач знаком немного с русским, немного с английским. Процедуры положительные. На электропроецурах выключался свет. Не работал бассейн для вытяжения позвоночника. Жаль, мы на него рассчитывали. Персонал на рецепции отеля довольно отзывчив. ОЕсли сумеем, то обязатльно попадем туда еще раз, но только летом. We were there for 5 days with a 1yr old kid. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, very good health facilities, nice stuff, very good food quite a good spa and swimming area! We will definitely go there again .. the only thing which prob could be critised a bit is the age of the rooms, although still in a proper condition.

we stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. This hotel has everything for a good family holiday: programmes for children, playgrounds, foods and good spa facilities.

It is the worst hotel i have set foot in, its OK that there is a smoking ban, but the hotel has 3 ashtrays to share between 100+ guest, this could do if the ashtrays wherent at a fix point and couldnt be remove, and just to pull a rabbit out of the hat, the ashtrays is placed at tables where people sit and dine which give some Aholes sitting down at 4 persons table occuping from 6 pm til 11 pm where the bar close. Allother smokers is ask to use the parking lot in front of the Hotel - the staff at the hotel couldnt understand the harm in 2 people occuping a 4 person table for 5 hour. We checked out the day after arrival and left for Spa Resot Aqua in Heviz, this hotel has the same smoking ban and also only 3 ashtrays, but the ashtrays where located so everyone could have a occasional puff without leaving the Hotel.

A very nice hotel in good location with friendly staff and good spa. I am planning to come back again in August and bring my parents too. One little remark - the airconditioning towers on top of the hotel are quite noisy if you sleep with your windows/balkony open so next time I would prefer to stay in the room where you can't hear them.

The first thing you need to know is that the Thermal and Sport Hotel, Buk , is really in Bukfurdo. Confusing, well its not, Bukfurdo is a little SPA town about 5 minutes from Buk. If you look up the Hotel, you will find the address is H9740 Bukfurdo. One little thing here, very little English is spoken here. We were the only American's staying there (Jul-Aug 2005) We stayed 3 weeks.Its a four star hotel. Facilities: Unbelievable.Indoor pool, a thermal pool, then another indoor pool, that goes to the outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath. Rooms were great, with a balcony overlooking a fantastic outside area, with a pool, tennis courts(4), miniture golf area, outside eating area and about 100 lounge chairs, spread over a great garden area.There are 2 indoor tennis courts, a bowling alley (2 lanes) squash court, fitness center and a golf course next door. The hotel is a SPA with a number of trreatments available.The meals were outstanding, music during dinner, a very nice bar/lounge area. The workout room was open 24 hours a day. There was also a lounge area upstairs on the 2nd floor. There is a weekly schedule of free activities (its written in Hungarian and German) A great big bathrope is part of the service. Unique Quality: The indoor pool was just fantastic. The second indoor pool that ran into the outdoor pool was also great. The outside grounds were beautiful. This was aSPA that had 3 weeks for the price of two. Its run by the Danubius which also ran the hotel in Budapest. The prices were a little cheaper than the one in Budapest. The meals were great, 2 meals per day (buffet breakfast , dinner) lunch was soup and was free. Also the 3 or 2 weeks, gave you 15 SPA treatments per week. Price: about $1100-$1300 per person, depending on when you traveled. Did not include transportation. We used air miles to Vienna and made arrangement with Tradesco for transportation to and from the hotel to airport. Our tennis group has in the hotel extremely felt at ease and work assessments! Our package with Tennistrainern was from the value for money excellent! Everything great!

I would definitely recomend this hotel for everybodyv who is looking for great leisure spa area, excellent gastronomy, frienly staff and nice surroundings. It is ideal place also for families with children. Everyday animation program for children is considered as a standard.

A vacation for relaxing and out from the everyday life. The water is very beneficial and healthy and is for many kinds of diseases to be recommended. The Treatments for example massages are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Start the day very good with a good breakfast. We visit the hotel since several years.

Hotel: even if the hotel already since 25 years, the tooth the time only a few traces on the facilities leave. The whole area is very tidy and lots of regular guests - older Generation-from Germany, switzerland and Austria anytime again visited, which here SPAs, of 3 to 4 weeks make. on the whole House stands free Wi-Fi available. Location: in the nearby located Locality Miskolc there are some smaller shopping centers and restaurants, but at least in the wintertime, this very sleepy. For longer Walks, Nordic walking, or cycling is the flat area surely very suitable. In the hotel also some possibilities for excursions offered. Service: the staff are not only highly qualified, helpful and extremely friendly, the staff are mostly many years in the house (partly even more than 20 years) a very good hotel closed, which, in turn, on the guest puts. Most of the staff speak perfect German. the room was every day the best cleaned and the towels on request changed. Food: The atmosphere in the restaurant was very comfortable and the tables were every day perfect set inclusive napkins and flowers. In the preferred building it was a bit 'cool' because of the Arctic cold and found great Thermal Insulation. the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired- sausage and cheese, eggs and warm sausages, to muesli, fruit and vegetables was everything available what your heart desires. You could eat lunch between two soups. Furthermore, there was a warm dessert against extra charge. Depending on the number of the guests there was in the evening Fully-or Halbbüfett. the Halbbüfett the main course for breakfast from 4 menu, during pre and refeeding, as well as salads in buffet form available stood. the dishes were very tasty and the buffets were constant looked after and refilled. Room: the room with balcony was big enough to relax and was equipped with everything that you need. There were not really sufficient Hangers available, also a kettle was available. Even so details as shoe cleaning kit, shoe horn, sewing kit were available. Also include establishing air conditioning and minibar. Valuables you had to in the hotel safe at the front desk store. on SAT TV were not only some German Channels, but also ORF 1 and 2. the bathroom was quite small but with bath tub and extremely clean. the furniture had because of the age probably some scratches abbekommen, but were very well maintained, as well as the carpet (I am generally not a friend about it). Sport: The wellness area was very well-kept and offered chance to swim (Lap pool), to relax in the thermal water and a pool with massage Jets inside and in the outdoor area. Furthermore, daily Submarine and back exercises etc. offered. Next to a separate men and ladies' sauna, there was also a steam room. since the audience mainly older Date was, was the whole area an oasis of peace. There were sufficient beach chairs available ( the building was however not fully booked), some of which a new Covering in need. Advice: The offer of treatments was very extensive and ranged from massages about aroma baths to natural cosmetics, their quality is great. In the short time our stay we could unfortunately only a few things try.

Hotel: from the outside I liked it not so good, however it was surprise then the greater, since inside it very well equipped is. Large, but offering a clear view and comfortable. Service: the staff are really very friendly, accommodating and fast. German is absolutely no problem. the room was always clean and tidy cleaned. on additional services and complaints I can't say anything, since we did not need it. Food: The dining rooms are large, nice and clean. there were always beautiful Flowers at the table. we have tried many meals and were very impressed. We have found nothing, not that we would have liked. Plain Language: the food was very good. The selection was varied, so that for each enough delicious it was. the prices were appropriate, the tips were just expect. Room: we had a double room with extra bed, it was somewhat small, but it was perfectly representable. there was a balcony, a minibar, TV, telephone, kettle, air conditioning, hair dryer. the furniture was not the newest, but in a tidy, good condition. the bath was not big, but OK. the room was clean. Sport: The pool area we liked it so much, so we not at all in the close thermal bath went. the steam room is also very recommendable. In the sauna we were not, therefore, I can't say anything about that. The service was also in good condition. the mini golf course in the garden free used will, is however partly a bit worn, but nevertheless have fun made. Bowling( also free) and pool were in the basement. the indoor tennis court or the tennis court we didn't used. This hotel in bad Miskolc is just the right size, so that you offered and nevertheless if you didn't feeling 'mass processing'. Partly too many hungarian with children in all ages, but always pleasant. Location: Bad Miskolc is right outside of the hotel, most of the other hotels are closed. We have been many years a short break at this hotel. The hotel was already a bit old which recognizes you on the facade and the decor of rooms and especially the bathroom. Every year remodeling but try very hard to make you feel arrival. The Therapy rooms under construction and the restaurant serves now bright and cheerful. What we love us and u Modravy is temporarily open and is attracting was a large garden with the shaded by large trees. The garden area was very clean, only the bird droppings should you wash regular from the beach chairs. This year was the staff at the bar a little slow, but the waiters in the restaurant are very fast and friendly. The treatments are ok, hairdresser, beauty and pedicure highly recommended.

Měli sme problém s špatně provedenou rezervací ze strany bookingu ,odmítaly s námi cokoli řešit ,vcelku v tomto směru neochota komunikovat ,druhý den sme řešili rovnou s bookingem ,kde se problém vyřešil příjemným jednáním a omluvou a kompezaci A takový malý problém do pokojů je možné dostat se pouze výtahem ,chybí schodiště ,takže někdy dlouhé čekání na volná místa ve vytahu

Good: Termální bazény v místě, tentokrát i s teplejší vodou a bylo teplo i v místnostech narozdil od posledně.. Čisté pokoje dobré jídlo.. Bad: Odpočinkový termální bazén kde člověk chce relaxovat, tak tam přijdou dospělí salymi dětmi a dělají tam hluk a děti křičí a hází balónem.. Jako na koupališti a rodičům to nepřijde neomalene že tam lidé chtějí relaxovat v klidu.. Toto není koupaliště.. Měli by to zaměstnanci pohlídat..

Danubius hotel Bük je sazka na jistotu! Ciste, moderni pokoje. Prijemny, usmevavy personal. Skvela kuchyne, teple bazeny, sekce pro nejmensi. Hotel je lepsi navstivit v jarnich/letnich mesicich, kdy je mozne vyuzit venkovniho bazenu vcetne terasy a parku, ktery k hotelu nalezi. Jiste se zase vratime. 🙂

Az all inclusive ellátás nagyon jó.Kiszolgálás udvarias, jó a személyzet segítőkész.A wellnes rész nagyon szép és gondozott.Az egyetlen hiányosság a gyógymedence hiánya.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szállás, ellátás, tisztaság, tökéletes volt. Sok helyen jártunk már, azt hiszem ez a legjobbak közé tartozik.

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub, Alles bestens.

Good: Moc se nám v hotelu líbilo. Jídlo bylo výborné, pokoje čisté a wellness super. Potěšilo nás, že jsme měli na pokoji automaticky připravenou postýlku i s malým župánkem, aniž bychom o to žádali. Moc milé překvapení. Bad: V hotelu zrovna probíhala rekonstrukce, ale nijak nás to neomezovalo. Fitko bylo sice menší a provizorní, ale vzhledem k rekonstrukci tomu rozumím. První den po příchodu topení naplno, přetopené pokoje a v noci na pokoji hučela stoupačka, i když jsme vypli topení.

Good: Hotel krásný, opravený. Úžasné jídlo. Stroje na vodu všude v hotelu. Blízko Thermalu. Příjemné wellness včetně saun. Cena za pobyt srovnatelné malá. Není termální voda, ale není problém si zajít si na Termály. Bad: Kdysi večery v hotelu doprovázela živá hudba, nyní není. Sauny by mohly být trochu více vyhřívané, tak finská, tak parní, jinak velmi pěkný prostor. Vypínají se na moc dlouho. Během pobytu trvalý opravy, které ale nijak vážně nerušily pobyt.

Leider zu wenig Aufgüsse in Sauna. Man darf sie leider auch nicht mehr selbst machen, was vor 2 Jahren noch kein Problem war. Kann an meine Freunde leider nicht weiterempfehlen du das richtige Saunageher sind. Leider habt ihr Personal das nicht in euer Hotel passt. Das ist sehr Schade nur 1 oder 2 Personen können einen den ganzen Urlaub vermiesen.

Good: Egal ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen es ist für jeden was dabei. Es gab nur leider keine Laktosefreie Kost, aber man kann nicht jeden alles recht machen. Super freundlich war der Service zum Beispiel Norbert und Oliver in der Bar und im Speisesaal das ganze Personal Bad: Nicht gefallen hat mir der Check in 45 Minuten sind für eine Person einfach zu lange. Aber alles andere super

Good: Kedves ,barátságos személyzet, remek kiszolgálás. Bad: A családnak minden tetszett.

Good: Sehr schön renoviert, jetzt ist das Hauptrestaurant im Umbau (bis Mitte/Ende März). Ersatzrestaurant im 1. Stock ist in Ordnung, Freundliches, umsichtiges Personal. Essen geschmacklich sehr gut. Ich meine, dass hier jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack findet. Super finde ich die Trinkflaschen, die das Hotel den Gästen zur Verfügung stellt/schenkt. In den einzelnen Stockwerken/Hotelbereichen gibt es Wasserspender, wo man die Flaschen dann auffüllen kann. Gut gefallen hat uns auch der Liegebereich nur für Erwachsene im Bad. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Bad: - in den Stockwerken und Zimmern ist es viel zu heiß. - es sind sehr viele Kleinkinder im Hotel, grundsätzlich für uns kein Problem. Wir haben selbst 4 Enkelkinder. Aber leider dürfen die meisten alleine essen und daher sind oft die Sessel mit Ketchup bzw. Essen verschmiert und man muss genau schauen, bevor man sich setzt. Das Servicepersonal ist zwar viel am Wischen, kann aber auch nicht alles sehen. - Kleinkindern mit Windelhose ist die Benutzung des Erlebnisbeckens verboten, aber es wird nicht immer kontrolliert. Wünschenswert wäre hier, mehr Kontrolle, das Kinderalter raufzusetzen bzw. das Verbot von Ballspielen in diesem Becken. Die Kinderbereiche sind sehr schön gemacht, da können sie toben, so viel sie möchten.

Good: Nagyon finom ételek, olyan mennyiségben hogy képtelenség mindent megkóstolni. A szoba tökéletes, modern, kényelmes nagy ágy, hangulatvilágítás. Szép kilátás, erkély. A medencék nagyon jók, pont jó hőmérsékletűek. Még a medencékben is van elfoglaltság, mászó az egyikben és kosárpalánk, sakk a másikban. Kinti benti medencék, a kintinek télen is nagyon jó a hőmérséklete Bad: A masszázs árát sokaltam kicsit de legalább jól megmasszíroztak :)

Good: Wir waren das erste Mal dort. Waren sehr begeistert von allem. Wird zwar das Restaurant umgebaut, aber man muss auf nichts verzichten. Sehr gutes Essen. Für jeden was dabei Bad: Es waren sehr viele Leute dort. Die Becken waren überfüllt. Am Wochenende zumindest. Unter der Woche wird es sicher besser sein. Liegen waren auch alle belegt. Da muss man gleich in der Früh in die Therme gehen um eine Liege zu erwischen.

Good: Super schönes Thermenhotel, wir waren schon oft hier und immer hat alles perfekt. Das Essen war wieder sehr lecker. Das Bad hat eine sehr warme und angenehme Raumtemperatur und das Wasser ist ebenfalls sehr warm. Ein Paradies für Kinder und Erwachsene. Zimmer sauber und groß. Good: Rendkívüli tisztaság, kedves személyzet és kiváló wellness részleg Bad: Ilyen nem volt

Good: Folyamatos a felújítás, az elkészült rész nagyon szép, modern. Finom és bőséges ételválaszték. Tiszta szobák.

Mindennel elégedettek voltunk. Nyáron vissza is megyünk pihenni.

Harmadik alkalommal voltunk a szállodában, de nem utoljára. Számunkra minden tökéletes volt. Kedves személyzet, kiváló wellness, finom ételek. 🥰

Good: Wie immer ist super toll, bei euch. Da wir schon das 5mal da waren. Wir hatten diesemal unsere 7 Monaten alte Hündin dabei, was auch super geklappt hat, da es der 1 Urlaub mit Hund war! Alles sehr Hunde freundlich, eine Hundetoilette am Parkplatz und neben dem Hotel eine große Wiese mit Kotbeutel und Mistkübel. Die Hunde dürfen zwar nicht in den Speisesaal mit, aber das finde ich nicht so tragisch. Dafür dürfen sie dann mit an die Bar und in die Lobby. Auch die Hotelgäste sind alle sehr Hunde freundlich. Bad: -

Good: Az étkezés rendkivül jó volt, mind a reggeli és a vacsora az elvárt szinvonal feletti. A személyzet rendkivül kedves és udvarias. A környék (adottság) nem rendkivüli, de a SPA tiszta és rendezett, a viz jó minöségü.

2 éjszakát töltöttünk ott 8 éves gyermekkel. Nagyon finomak voltak az ételek és sütemények! Az ott dolgozó személyzet kedves. Ahhoz képest hogy emailba értesítettek,hogy az étterem felújítás alatt àll,zökkenömentesen ment minden. A szoba tiszta volt ,felszerelve mindennel ,és hatalmasak az ágyak 😊 Welnesz részlegen is minden rendben volt ,jó meleg volt a víz. Távozáskor minden kisgyermek kis ajándékkal volt meglepve amit a szoba ajtóhoz tettek reggelre,ezuttal is köszönjük!😊 Szuper hétvégét töltöttünk ott!😊

Örömmel olvastuk, hogy elégedettek voltak ételeink és süteményeink minőségével, valamint hogy kollégáink kedvessége és segítőkészsége is hozzájárult a pozitív élményhez. Külön köszönjük, hogy kiemelte: az étterem felújítása ellenére szolgáltatásaink zökkenőmentesen működtek – célunk, hogy vendégeink a megújulás időszakában is gondtalanul pihenhessenek. Örülünk annak is, hogy a szoba tisztasága, felszereltsége és a kényelmes, nagy ágyak elnyerték tetszésüket, valamint hogy wellness részlegünkön kellemes hőmérsékletű víz várta Önöket. Külön öröm számunkra, hogy a gyermekeknek készített kis meglepetés mosolyt csalt az arcukra – ezekkel az apró figyelmességekkel szeretnénk még emlékezetesebbé tenni a családos pihenést. Good: Alles Top! Gerne wieder! Bad: Die trockene Luft am Zimmer.

Good: A wellnes resz, es a lenti barban a tanulo lanyok kedvesek es segitokeszek, senki mas. Bad: A szemelyzet flegma, az “etteremnek momdott farsagangi balas muvelodesi hazban” a “felszolgalok” meg nem kerdeznek hogy kersz-e italt se koszonni sem csak kikapjak elolled a tanyert. Az etel borzaszto egy svedasztalol all inclusive helyen nem adok ki mirelit rantotthust.. es ezzel szerintem elmondtam mindent.

Good: Alles top, Zimmer geräumig und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, zu Fuss zur Therme ca. 8 Minuten, eigener Wellness Bereich mit Handtuch Top ausgestattet, Sauna perfekt mit Tuch zum wechseln, überall in jedem Stockwerk Wasserspender aufgestellt, Trinkflasche als Geschenk im Zimmer, Essen bei All Inklusive sehr gut, ständig und viel Auswahl, Parkplatz mit Schranken. Bad: Durch die Verbindungstüre zum nächsten Zimmer hört man leider alles sehr laut. Die Gebühr pro Nacht für den Parkplatz ist mit €6 doch ziemlich hoch.

Good: Úplně vše, byli jsme nadšení. Bad: Nebylo co vytknout. Snad jen to, že do 22:00 duňela hudba až na pokoj. Nic proti zábavě nemám, spíše šlo jen o špatné seřízení hudebního aparátu.

Good: Das Essen war Perfekt Das Personal sehr Freundlich Wir fahren schon seit drei Jahren dort hin Würde mir keine andere Therme ehr auswählen Wir wurden wie immer sehr nett Impfangen das Personal sehr Freundlich Und mann sieht das sich was bewegt Umbau sehr gut gelungen einfach nur Perfekt und wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch Bad: Es gibt nichts zu aussetzen es war alles Perfekt

Für Ruhe suchende keine Option. Jede Menge Kleinkinder und Heilwasser gibt es auch nicht mehr. Zimmerservice war auch mangelhaft. Essen und Bedienung waren gut. Pediküre war auch nicht verfügbar. Dadurch hat sich das Hotel als Erholungsort für mich erledigt.

Bad: Leider ist der Pool mit Außenbeleuchtung sehr veraltet und funktionieren teilweise die Düsen nicht mehr

Good: Essen und Personal sehr gut. Bad: Wc-Bad Montag in der Nacht Wasser gestanden Zimmer 603, Heizkörper im Zimmer nur halb warm und gekluckert die ganze Zeit. Am Montag den Haustechniker Bescheid gegeben,bis Donnerstag keiner erschienen um Heizkörper zu entlüften (dann hätte der Lärm aufgehört) Badezimmer-wc mit sämtlichen Handtücher Wasser aufgesaugt. Furchtbar laut,waren vis a vis cz Kinder. Lärm gemacht,am Gang herum gelaufen 🙈🙈🙈

Good: Загалом відпочинок у цьому спа-готелі залишив дуже приємні враження. Формат all inclusive справді виправдав очікування: смачна та різноманітна кухня, гарний вибір напоїв, уважний і привітний персонал, чисті та комфортні номери. Атмосфера спокійна, ідеальна для релаксу та перезавантаження. Спа-зона доглянута, процедури виконуються професійно, відчувається турбота про гостей. Водночас хочу звернути увагу на важливий момент: у готелі відсутні термальні басейни, хоча на офіційному сайті було зазначено, що вони є. Для нас це було принциповим при виборі готелю, тому цей нюанс трохи зіпсував загальне враження. Хотілося б, щоб інформація на сайті відповідала реальності. Попри це, готель можна рекомендувати для спокійного відпочинку зі спа-процедурами та сервісом “все включено”, але майбутнім гостям варто врахувати відсутність термальних басейнів.

Good: A szoba tiszta volt és kényelmes volt az ágy.. Bad: Több alkalommal látogattunk el a Danubius Hotelbe...Most h átalakítják az étterem részt,az első emeleten lett megoldva az étkezés...Azért mentünk el így is,mert azt gondoltuk az ételek minősége nem változik.Tévedtünk...Közel sem hozta azt a színvonalat amit megszoktunk..Kb 20 fős baráti társasággal mentünk,és egyezett a véleményünk... A medence hőmérséklete,múlkor is hideg volt...Most az egyik nap a gyerek medence volt hideg,másnap a nagy medence...Nem értem ez min múlik...

Good: Klein aber Fein Essen war super lecker, sehr große Auswahl, auch gür Vegetarier und Allergiker Gluten freie Kost.

Wir kommen schon jahrelang in dieses Hotel und werden auch weiterhin für eine kurze Auszeit kommen.

Minden tökéletes volt.

Good: Měli jsme krásné, nově vybavené pokoje, s ledničkou, fénem, rychlovarnou konvicí a TV s plochou obrazovkou. Potěšili župany a ručníky do sauny navíc k běžným ručníkům. Jídlo bylo velmi chutné. Kromě bazénů a sauny hotel nabízí, možnost využití pingpongového stolu, herny s videohrami a bowling se 2 dráhami.

Good: Super Essen, schöner neuer Wellnessbereich. Viel Auswahl an Essen und Getränken.
