we stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. This hotel has everything for a good family holiday: programmes for children, playgrounds, foods and good spa facilities.

It is the worst hotel i have set foot in, its OK that there is a smoking ban, but the hotel has 3 ashtrays to share between 100+ guest, this could do if the ashtrays wherent at a fix point and couldnt be remove, and just to pull a rabbit out of the hat, the ashtrays is placed at tables where people sit and dine which give some Aholes sitting down at 4 persons table occuping from 6 pm til 11 pm where the bar close. Allother smokers is ask to use the parking lot in front of the Hotel - the staff at the hotel couldnt understand the harm in 2 people occuping a 4 person table for 5 hour. We checked out the day after arrival and left for Spa Resot Aqua in Heviz, this hotel has the same smoking ban and also only 3 ashtrays, but the ashtrays where located so everyone could have a occasional puff without leaving the Hotel.

The problem is, that there were some new regulations by the law and by the hotel chain that has changed more times during this year. I have stayed in couple of your hotels, this one is one of the best from the point of view of relaxation. Good staff and service.

A very nice hotel in good location with friendly staff and good spa. I am planning to come back again in August and bring my parents too. One little remark - the airconditioning towers on top of the hotel are quite noisy if you sleep with your windows/balkony open so next time I would prefer to stay in the room where you can't hear them.

The first thing you need to know is that the Thermal and Sport Hotel, Buk , is really in Bukfurdo. Confusing, well its not, Bukfurdo is a little SPA town about 5 minutes from Buk. If you look up the Hotel, you will find the address is H9740 Bukfurdo. One little thing here, very little English is spoken here. We were the only American's staying there (Jul-Aug 2005) We stayed 3 weeks.Its a four star hotel. Facilities: Unbelievable.Indoor pool, a thermal pool, then another indoor pool, that goes to the outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath. Rooms were great, with a balcony overlooking a fantastic outside area, with a pool, tennis courts(4), miniture golf area, outside eating area and about 100 lounge chairs, spread over a great garden area.There are 2 indoor tennis courts, a bowling alley (2 lanes) squash court, fitness center and a golf course next door. The hotel is a SPA with a number of trreatments available.The meals were outstanding, music during dinner, a very nice bar/lounge area. The workout room was open 24 hours a day. There was also a lounge area upstairs on the 2nd floor. There is a weekly schedule of free activities (its written in Hungarian and German) A great big bathrope is part of the service. Unique Quality: The indoor pool was just fantastic. The second indoor pool that ran into the outdoor pool was also great. The outside grounds were beautiful. This was aSPA that had 3 weeks for the price of two. Its run by the Danubius which also ran the hotel in Budapest. The prices were a little cheaper than the one in Budapest. The meals were great, 2 meals per day (buffet breakfast , dinner) lunch was soup and was free. Also the 3 or 2 weeks, gave you 15 SPA treatments per week. Price: about $1100-$1300 per person, depending on when you traveled. Did not include transportation. We used air miles to Vienna and made arrangement with Tradesco for transportation to and from the hotel to airport. Our tennis group has in the hotel extremely felt at ease and work assessments! Our package with Tennistrainern was from the value for money excellent! Everything great!

I would definitely recomend this hotel for everybodyv who is looking for great leisure spa area, excellent gastronomy, frienly staff and nice surroundings. It is ideal place also for families with children. Everyday animation program for children is considered as a standard.

A vacation for relaxing and out from the everyday life. The water is very beneficial and healthy and is for many kinds of diseases to be recommended. The Treatments for example massages are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Start the day very good with a good breakfast. We visit the hotel since several years.

Hotel: even if the hotel already since 25 years, the tooth the time only a few traces on the facilities leave. The whole area is very tidy and lots of regular guests - older Generation-from Germany, switzerland and Austria anytime again visited, which here SPAs, of 3 to 4 weeks make. on the whole House stands free Wi-Fi available. Location: in the nearby located Locality Miskolc there are some smaller shopping centers and restaurants, but at least in the wintertime, this very sleepy. For longer Walks, Nordic walking, or cycling is the flat area surely very suitable. In the hotel also some possibilities for excursions offered. Service: the staff are not only highly qualified, helpful and extremely friendly, the staff are mostly many years in the house (partly even more than 20 years) a very good hotel closed, which, in turn, on the guest puts. Most of the staff speak perfect German. the room was every day the best cleaned and the towels on request changed. Food: The atmosphere in the restaurant was very comfortable and the tables were every day perfect set inclusive napkins and flowers. In the preferred building it was a bit 'cool' because of the Arctic cold and found great Thermal Insulation. the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired- sausage and cheese, eggs and warm sausages, to muesli, fruit and vegetables was everything available what your heart desires. You could eat lunch between two soups. Furthermore, there was a warm dessert against extra charge. Depending on the number of the guests there was in the evening Fully-or Halbbüfett. the Halbbüfett the main course for breakfast from 4 menu, during pre and refeeding, as well as salads in buffet form available stood. the dishes were very tasty and the buffets were constant looked after and refilled. Room: the room with balcony was big enough to relax and was equipped with everything that you need. There were not really sufficient Hangers available, also a kettle was available. Even so details as shoe cleaning kit, shoe horn, sewing kit were available. Also include establishing air conditioning and minibar. Valuables you had to in the hotel safe at the front desk store. on SAT TV were not only some German Channels, but also ORF 1 and 2. the bathroom was quite small but with bath tub and extremely clean. the furniture had because of the age probably some scratches abbekommen, but were very well maintained, as well as the carpet (I am generally not a friend about it). Sport: The wellness area was very well-kept and offered chance to swim (Lap pool), to relax in the thermal water and a pool with massage Jets inside and in the outdoor area. Furthermore, daily Submarine and back exercises etc. offered. Next to a separate men and ladies' sauna, there was also a steam room. since the audience mainly older Date was, was the whole area an oasis of peace. There were sufficient beach chairs available ( the building was however not fully booked), some of which a new Covering in need. Advice: The offer of treatments was very extensive and ranged from massages about aroma baths to natural cosmetics, their quality is great. In the short time our stay we could unfortunately only a few things try.

Hotel: from the outside I liked it not so good, however it was surprise then the greater, since inside it very well equipped is. Large, but offering a clear view and comfortable. Location: The site is rather small, there is a shopping center with cafe and so on on for excursions and so on I can't say anything, since we didn't have. the nearby located thermal bath we didn't used, since we in the hotel had everything, which we needed. Service: the staff are really very friendly, accommodating and fast. German is absolutely no problem. the room was always clean and tidy cleaned. on additional services and complaints I can't say anything, since we did not need it. Food: The dining rooms are large, nice and clean. there were always beautiful Flowers at the table. we have tried many meals and were very impressed. We have found nothing, not that we would have liked. Plain Language: the food was very good. The selection was varied, so that for each enough delicious it was. the prices were appropriate, the tips were just expect. Room: we had a double room with extra bed, it was somewhat small, but it was perfectly representable. there was a balcony, a minibar, TV, telephone, kettle, air conditioning, hair dryer. the furniture was not the newest, but in a tidy, good condition. the bath was not big, but OK. the room was clean. Sport: The pool area we liked it so much, so we not at all in the close thermal bath went. the steam room is also very recommendable. In the sauna we were not, therefore, I can't say anything about that. The service was also in good condition. the mini golf course in the garden free used will, is however partly a bit worn, but nevertheless have fun made. Bowling( also free) and pool were in the basement. the indoor tennis court or the tennis court we didn't used. Squash and table tennis are also available, as well as a fitness room, which we also didn't use. massages, doctor, and hairdresser are also in the house. eventual there were more and I forgot about it, to describe. Advice: we had a few really nice and relaxing days and for sure stay at this hotel again.

total surprised, although the hotel was already a few years old. Outstanding all the leisure activities on offer. It was missing was never a bit, it was served from immediately after. Hotel: We stayed in the last 25 years in several Dunubius hotels, for all we can only good reviews and this recommend. This hotel in bad Miskolc is just the right size, so that you offered and nevertheless if you didn't feeling 'mass processing'. Cleanliness: here, too, there is no complaints. guest Structure: sometimes too many German-speaking guests, mostly upscale ages. Partly too many hungarian with children in all ages, but always pleasant. Location: Bad Miskolc is right outside of the hotel, most of the other hotels are closed. Options for shopping ( supermarkets) nearby, and in the hotel is a boutique, you can necessary by. If the weather participated, it is nice possibilities for hiking, a good cafe nearby. By car you can also some trips into the closer or further undertake, there are also offered excursions. Service: The service was actually very good, the staff always very friendly and helpful. Also the cleanliness the room didn't leave anything to be desired. Why do we not very well have been reviewed: despite our request before arrival for soft mattresses and a greater bathrobe and confirmed by the hotel this was not met. We had to us after our arrival look for that yourself, which was a bit difficult arranged. Food: There is no restriction whatsoever, everything was very good, quantity as quality, the food and drinks. In the morning a breakfast buffet with everything, you could wish for, special requests directly from the kitchen were fulfilled. For lunch a soup (2 soups) meal with pastry and evenings also buffet or-and desserts buffet with 4 main courses to choose from. So, if you didn't find something you liked, it is your own fault! cleanliness, Hygiene and above all the atmosphere do not complain about; the staff are very friendly, so that you can also here be comfortable can. Room: Everything was great, with small coffeeand tea station. Only the problem with the mattresses! Please, have more respect for transportation- softer mattresses. Sport: sufficient activities, several pools with different water, also curative water. Since we had booked a cure, we were also with applications busy. They were very good, also the staff, the very good German speaks and treatment to be received, where possible is. Advice: because the hotel just a few kilometres from the border österreichischern away, there is no problems with the cell phone reception. We have been many years a short break at this hotel. The hotel was already a bit old which recognizes you on the facade and the decor of rooms and especially the bathroom. Every year remodeling but try very hard to make you feel arrival. The Therapy rooms under construction and the restaurant serves now bright and cheerful. What we love us and u Modravy is temporarily open and is attracting was a large garden with the shaded by large trees. The garden area was very clean, only the bird droppings should you wash regular from the beach chairs. This year was the staff at the bar a little slow, but the waiters in the restaurant are very fast and friendly. The treatments are ok, hairdresser, beauty and pedicure highly recommended.

Good: Nagyon kedves, személyzet, finom ételek, gyerekeknek medence! Nagyon kellemes meleg volt a fürdő egész területén! Bad: Nagyon furcsa szag volt a szobánkban Valószínűleg a régi szőnyeg miatt...Illetve megint a kényelmetlen ágyak, miatt rosszul aludtunk mind a hárman.

Good: Naprosto super jako vždy, jen už bylo dosti hostů, hotel byl plný. Rekonstrukce se krásně zdařila. Ve spodním patře bych na místo automatů s přívěsky apod. umístila mnohem více automatů pro zábavu dětí jako jsou v herně. Ty jsou super lákadlem pro děti. Škoda, že nyní byla zavřená herna v 1.patře.

Good: Vse bylo naprosto perfektni, i kdyz byl hotel plny, na sluzbach to nebylo poznat. Bad: Sbad jen jedina vec, nikde nebyly informace o casech, kdy se podava jidlo.

Good: Es ist ein schönes teilrenoviertes Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, all inklusive Hotel. Bad: Keine Möglichkeit nasse Badesachen zu trocknen. Der Heizkörper so hoch oben das kleinere Leute nichts aufhängen können. ( Ich bin 1.59m) Handtücher bleiben daher bis nächsten Morgen feucht. Teure Parkplatzgebür obwohl man im Freien steht. In Graz habe ich soviel für eine Garage bezahlt. Etwas wenig Abwechslung von frischem Obst. Nur harte Äpfel oder Birnen.

Good: Líbila se nám rekonstrukce hotelu, nová relax zóna v prostoru bazénů. Bad: Popisy v hotelu- výtahy, jídelna(názvy pokrmů), chodby- vše je v Aj, Nj, ale VELMI tam chybí čeština, většina hostů je z České republiky. Obsluha by se mohla alespoň občas usmát, víme, že toho mají hodně na práci, ale v rámci servisu by to potěšilo.

Good: hotel je pro nás na skvělém místě, výborné jídlo. jsem rád, že jej modernizují a pracují na přestavbě. pokoje jsou velké. výborné jsou bazény a celkové služby. Bad: pomalé/přetížené výtahy.

Good: Wir waren nun das 3. Mal hier auf Urlaub. Von Jahr zu Jahr verschönert sich das Hotel! Der Empfangsbereich erstrahlt in neuem Glanz und auch die haustierfreundlichen Zimmer sind viel schöner geworden. Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen sind herrlich zum Schlafen. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist wunderbar und alles ist sehr sauber! Das Wasser in den Pools ist herrlich warm. Das Speisenangebot ist überragend vielfältig und ausgezeichnet! Auch für Hundefreunde hat das Hotel eine perfekte Lage. Viele Spazierwege und unendliche Weiten laden hier zum Spazieren ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good: Gyönyörű és tiszta. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A wellness részleg szuper és jó meleg van bent. Bad: Nekünk egyetlen egy bajunk volt az ágy. Szétcsúszik és kicsit olyan volt mint egy mélyedésbe feküdtünk volna. De persze minden más kárpótolt ezért.

Nagyon jó áll inklusive szálloda de most a wellness hideg volt.

Good: má opakovaná návštěva, sázka na jistotu, skvělá gastronomie, skvělé sportovní vyžití, krásné wellness po rekonstrukci. Pokračující rekonstrukce, nyní tenisová hala. Perfektní úklid, servis na baru a v restuaraci, hned bych se vrátil :-) Jeli jsme parta 7 lidí, všem se moc líbilo! Bad: Škoda že není v hotelu nějaké super místo na stolní tenis, u výtahu je pouze málo prostoru a pohyb hostů. Nevím, proč nejde na tenisovém kurtu hrát nohejball... Nebylo by od věci čas od času zkontrolovat odtok sprchových vaniček, vyřešeno po domluvě s pokojskou :-) V saunovém světě v hotelu by chtělo čas od času zkontrolovat návštěvníky sauny, bohužel jsem byl svědkem, kdy návštěvník sauny měl panfotle na lavici v sauně (slečna cca 16 let) asi ještě nezná saunovací etiketu

3 napot töltöttünk a hotelben, és összességében nagyon kellemes élményben volt részünk. Tavasszal, áprilisban már jártunk itt, és most októberben örömmel tapasztaltuk, hogy a felújítások szépen haladnak. Az új bár és társalgó modern, ízléses és igazán hangulatos lett. A fürdőrészben is látszik a fejlődés, a hotel megújulása kifejezetten pozitív irányba halad. Az ételek minden várakozásunkat felülmúlták – nagyon finomak voltak, köszönet érte minden konyhai dolgozónak! A személyzet minden tagja kedves és figyelmes volt, ami sokat hozzátett az élményhez. Ami kisebb negatívumként említhető, hogy a szobánkban reggel és este alig volt melegvíz, ami kellemetlen volt. Emellett a számlánkon parkolási díjat is felszámoltak, pedig az utcán parkoltunk, nem a hotel parkolójában – ezt érkezéskor jeleztük is. Ezt csak otthon vettük észre, amikor átnéztük a számlát. Ettől eltekintve nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, és örülünk, hogy ismét ellátogattunk ide. Biztosan visszatérünk még. Látni, hogy a hotel szívvel-lélekkel fejlődik.

Tiszta,pedáns környezet,a szoba igényes felszereltségű. A személyzet,kedves ,segítőkész.Az éttermi választék sokrétű, ízletes,minden igényt kielégítő volt. A welness-ben kicsit csalódott voltam, arra gondoltam, hogy Bük egy gyógyfürdőjéről híres helység, azonban a szálloda medencéiben csak melegített tiszta víz volt.

Good: Önmagában minden már voltunk 2 éve akkor csak két gyermekünk el jelenleg már 3 gyermekkel voltunk :) Bad: Valójában a gyermek fürdő részlegen a játékok karbantartásra szorulnak!

Good: 2 éve már voltunk a szállodában, azóta örömmel tapasztaltuk, hogy megújult a recepció, a beltér, a szobák. Minden modern és világos, jó hangulatú. Az all inclusive étkezésben ismét nem csalódtunk, változatos, finom, bőséges, mellé korlátlan kávé, üdítő és alkoholos italkínálattal. A parkolás a szálloda sorompóval elzárt területén belül és kívül is megoldott, a helyek függvényében.

Good: Do hotelu jezdíme již několik let , ale po rekonstrukci hotelu je vše nejvyšší kvalitě. Bad: Pouze postele bohužel velice měké , a navíc jsem požadovala manželskou postel , ale byly dvě oddělené lůžka.

Bad: Velmi měkká matrace

Good: Skvělé ubytování, skvělá kuchyně,velký výběr jídel. Určitě jsme tam nebyli naposled. Bad: Ve welnes zoně bychom uvítali ždímačku na plavky.

Good: Es war perfekt jederzeit essen und trinken, 3 große pools die warm waren und ein worlpool. Bad: Mann kann auf der Terrasse nicht rauchen obwohl wir angegeben haben das wir Raucher sind.

Good: Všechno se nám líbilo. Hotel útulný, personál příjemný, akorát jeden den v bazénech byla docela chladnější voda, tak jsme využili příležitost a šli na procházku. Jídlo super, všeho dost, nic nechybělo... Holky na recepci velice ochotný a milé. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt... Bad: V naším pokoje ve sprše byl totálně ucpaný odpad, tak naše sprchování bylo rychle a opatrně, aby to nevyteklo ven. Na chodbě v patře hodně ale zdůraznim hodně špinavé koberce, jsou tam fleky od necistot, špinavý, je to nepříjemný. A ještě těšíli jsme se na pedikúru, ale paní nám řekla, ze je to mimo provoz, tak šli jsme jinam. To jsou pár věcí které nám vadilo. Jinak pobyt příjemný. Velice děkujeme

Nagyon szép helyen van a szálloda.Az ételek bőségesegesek és finomak, a személyzet kedves.A fürdő része is jól néz ki,sok szauna van.Remek időtöltés az ott tartózkodás.

Good: All inclusive včetně vína a piva. Velký výběr jídla včetně pokrmů pro alergiky a děti. V restauraci dostatek místa k sezení. Prostorné a pěkně vybavené pokoje včetně nočního osvětlení v koupelně. Zatemňovací závěsy, pohodlné postele, lednička a balkón. Možnost uvařit si kávu či čaj na pokoji. Sítě proti hmyzu v okně. Hotel poskytuje lahve, které lze kdykoliv doplnit vodou z automatu na chodbě. Župany a dětský bazén s atrakcemi i pro nejmenší. Dvě dětské herničky a spousta hracích automatů pro různé věkové skupiny. Bad: Pouze dva výtahy, které byly v době víkendového náporu velmi vytížené a čekání na výtah občas nekonečné. K županu a osušce hotel neposkytuje pantofle. V pokoji bylo celkem horko (i když bylo vypnuté topení), bylo téměř nemožné vyvětrat (říjen). V restauraci občas obsluha neregistrovala, že došli dětské příbory, čajové lžičky či jiný drobnější sortiment. Dětské jídlo vhodnější spíše pro starší děti (doslazované, smažené, standardně solené...).

Good: Koncept all inclusive je super a cena veľmi príjemná. Strava chutná, no slabší výber zeleniny a šalátov. Oceňujeme renováciu hotela, keď sa prerobia ostatné priestory, bude to lepšie. Ideálny rodinný hotel vhodný pre deti. Bad: Veľmi temná a neprerobená tmavá jedáleň a stuchnutý starý smrad z kuchyne. Jedáleň pôsobí doslova depresívne. Detský bazén by si zaslúžil renováciu a takisto aj vonkajší.

Bad: Měli jsme ALL Inclusive a v den příjezdu jsme nedostali oběd a v den odjezdu jsme také nedostali oběd. Za dva dny pobytu tedy 2snídaně, 2 večeře ale jen 1 oběd. Ve všech jinych hotelech je počet obědů a večeří roven počtu zaplacených nocí... Proč to zde je jinak??

Good: Široký výběr jídel all inclusive, vše moc dobré. Bükfürdö leží asi 1 km od městečka Bük, dá se tam dojít procházkou. Bad: Čepované pivo bylo v all inclusive to nejlevnější a nejobyčejnější výčepní, které pivovar Dreher vyrábí. Chuťově nic moc. Maďaři umí uvařit i kvalitní piva, škoda že nějaké takové nebylo v nabídce.

Good: Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel geworden und super zur Erholung sowie für Kinder. Hotel, Therme und Verpflegung einwandfrei. Salzgrotte und Sauna sind Spitzenhaft. Wir kommen wieder :o) Bad: Die Zimmer im 6ten Stock lassen zu wünschen über. Die Einrichtung ist abgenutzt, Die Betten bzw. Matratzen sind für einen guten Schlaf (bombiert) nicht geeignet. Das Badewasser in der Therme ist nur lauwarm, sollte durchgehend gut warm sein und nicht nur einen Tag von 4 Tagen!!! Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Good: Wellness u. Spa waren Top. Nichts zu beanstanden. Essen ausreichend und sehr gut.Kellner u. Kellnerinnen schnell u.äußerst freundlich. Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Bad: Leider war an 2Tagen das Duschen am Abend eine Katastrophe.Lauwarmes Wasser!!!.Das Zimmerservic ist ausbaufähig.Badezimmer reinigen sollte dazugehören. Nur Handtücher und Wc Papier nachfüllen ist etwas wenig.

Good: + Personal (großes DANKESCHÖN auch hier an die Erste Hilfe für unsere kleine Tochter, die sich die Hand verletzt hat und ganz rührend/tröstend verarztet wurde!!!), Wellnessanlage, Spielzimmer für Kinder, Ausstattung der Zimmer und vieles mehr Bad: - die Matratzen sind so weich, dass man gefühlt in einer kleinen Mulde liegt 😅

Good: Seit dem Umbau hat sich das Hotel Ausgesprochen zum Vorteil verändert es ist modern und sehr schön geworden.Das Personal war besonders freundlich, besonders hat uns Herr Aktes, oder so, an der Rezeption beeindruckt. Trotz dass das hotel voll war, waren alle bemüht, auch im Speisesaal, das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Musik am Abend war toll könnte aber öfter sein. Bad: Das benehmen mancher Gäste, aber dafür kann das hotel nichts, man könnte aber schon darauf achten, dass Männer nicht mit Badehosen und Schlappen zum Abendessen gehen. Kaffeemaschinen sind zu wenige, besonders wenn eine ausfällt.

A wellness és az ételek megfelelőek voltak. Sajnos a szaunákat csak meztelenül lehet igénybe venni.. Az ágyak minősíthetetlenül kényelmetlenek, aludni, összebújni képtelenség bennük. A fizetős parkolás nettó lehúzás...

Good: Minőségi kiszolgálás, finom és bőséges ételek, rendkívül kedves személyzet, tisztaság, kényelmes, kifogástalan wellness részleg.

Good: Das Zimmer war ganz gut, das Warmwasser funktionierte nicht sehr gut, aber ansonsten war es ganz gut, etwas, das verbessert werden muss, waren die Aufzugstüren, die sehr schmutzig waren, freundliches Personal, außer einem an der Bar, wenn man ihn um etwas bat, war er nicht sehr glücklich, es schien, als hätte man ihn beleidigt, der Mann war überhaupt nicht freundlich und hatte kein angenehmes Gesicht Bad: Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich. Alles Frittierte war mit Öl bedeckt, zu viel Öl, das einen unangenehmen Geschmack hinterließ. Es gab in Ei getauchtes und gebratenes Brot, aber wenn man hineinbiss, war es voller Öl, das einen sehr unangenehmen Geschmack hinterließ. Von 10 Hauptgerichten waren 5 gut und 5 ungenießbar.

Good: Már tizedik alkalommal jártunk a szállodában nagyon hiányolták azt hogy szombat este semmilyen zene nem volt.Csendben üldögéltek a vendégek vacsora után a folyosón unalmas volt😔 Bad: Amúgy más minden jó volt.Megjegyzem még hogy az előző alkalmakkor péntek szombat élő zene csak tavasszal mikor voltunk már nem volt de mi rafogtuk a felújításra.Akkor csináltak a bárt meg a folyosót.De mostanra nagyon szép lett minden csak ez az ami hianyzott

Nach dem Umbau sehr schön und modern, lediglich das Restaurant gehört einmal renoviert (etwas zu dunkel für meinen Geschmack). Die Qualität und die Auswahl der Speisen ausgezeichnet, leider waren einige Speisen nicht mehr heiß. Pool und Saunalandschaft sehr schön.

Good: Perfektní přístup. Např.: skrz nemoc dítěte jsem musel zrušit masáž a hotel mi neůčtoval 50% za storno, ikdyz to měli v podmínkách Bad: Nic, maximálně by to chtělo doplnit a obnovit nové hračky v herně pro děti v 1. patře

Good: Personál opravdu periferní. Skrz nemoc dítěte jsme museli jet odjet dřív domů a recepční nám neúčtovala zrušené dny.

Byli jsme moc spokojeni.Jídlo naprosto skvělé, obsluha moc milá.Velká výhoda je minerálka na chodbě, kterou si můžete kdykoliv načepovat.Jen bazény by mohly být teplejší 😆🇨🇿

Good: Das Hotel ist ein Familien freundliches Hotel, mit entsprechenden Angeboten. Es gibt hier einen Kinder Club und kinderfreundliche Schwimmbecken. Das Essen ist sehr gut die Auswahl ebenfalls. Die Pool Landschaft hat eine gute Größe. Bad: Beim Reinigungspersonal ist auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben. Die Damen haben frühs geklopft um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Da wir noch nicht fertig waren, haben wir sie gebeten, etwas später wieder zu kommen. Nach 3 Stunden waren wir vom baden zurück. Das Zimmer war nicht geputzt und wurde es auch später nicht mehr. Das fanden wir schon ein wenig seltsam.

Bad: Verständlicherweise Einschränkungen wegen Renovierung, darum "nur" 8 Gesamtpunkte, die Zimmerreinigung hat nachgelassen. Oberflächen im Zimmer werden nicht gewischt, das Bett machen lässt auch Luft nach oben.

Good: Strava vynikající jako vždy, avšak vzhledem k tomu, že sem jezdíme často, tak už můžeme předvídat, co bude který den k obědu i k večeři. Bad: Krásně provedená rekonstrukce vnitřní části plaveckého bazénu, bohužel vířívka má stejně malý výkon jako před rekonstrukcí.
