Great place, staff friendly, fab dining area and good breakfast. Bar very comfy and friendly, sports channel as well as by request. Rooms are great and very clean. The bar staff should be more proactive especially to people sittin at the tables. Monday morning breakfast waiting line was far too long. Staff should ask other guests, if aiting guests could join a table.

My wife and I have stayed in this several times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in easy reach of all the main attractions e g the West End, Oxford Street etc and offers excellent value for money., Whilst in general the staff were very pleasant and helpful, we did find the bar staff very uncommunicative and unfriendly.

Customer service at front desk is great :-) Cleaning staff is too noisy, we couldn't sleep while they were on our floor. Too lowd Russian conversations.

Very nice stay

My partner and I stayed here last Friday night and we had a very enjoyable stay. The Reception staff were very welcoming and the room we were given was a good size, recently refurbished and very clean. We ordered some pizza from room service on arrival and this was delivered very quickly and was hot and tasty. After an evening at the theatre we had a very pleasant and relaxing late drink in the bar before retiring. A sound nights sleep was followed by a good breakfast with plenty of choice and excellent service. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were an appreciated facility. All in all a very enjoyable stay and one we would definitely like to repeat!

I LOVE this hotel! I stay here often, as I travel on business. It's a great location - I go jogging in Regents Park and along Regents canal. Close to Jubilee & Bakerloo and buses. The staff is friendly, eager to please and helpful. The bar area and dining are great - all day. Good value for the money.

Fantastic service at this outstanding hotel, asked if we needed a hand with our cases upon arrival, little goodies in the room as we arrived! Highly recommend.

We booked with a Groupon voucher so were overwhelmed when we were given an Executive Suite. We realised it was still to be refurbished but it was still excellent. The staff were very friendly & we were not treated any differently to those paying full price so would fully recommend.

Really great hotel, ideally placedfor good public transport links. Food was reasonably priced and high quality. Rooms slightly small but adequate, modern and clean. Will definately use again.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - lots of choice and really well cooked each day. We were disappointed in the set meal which was included in our stay but overall we had a great time, the staff were very helpful and we'd definitely stay there again if we could replicate the special offer rates we received.

We attended the Olympic games and the location and helpfulness of the staff were exemplary. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, had a great fitness room and all the service staff were great. The only attribute I would say is less than 5 stars was the food. The quantity was plenty but the quality, especially of meats, was fair to good.

A lovely find just a short bus ride from Baker Street, very friendly staff with a high standard of customer service and value for money. Wonderful breakfast and comfy bed with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. 5 *****

Congratulation, keep level high!

The first suite that we were allocated was very, very cold as someone had left the window wide open. I telephoned reception and was immediately moved to a new room. and with the minimum of trouble. These things happen and I had no complaints. Both rooms were very clean and well appointed and I would have no hesitation in returning.

I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.

As instalações do hotel são ótimas, quarto limpo, confortável e espaçoso. Roupas de cama e banho super limpas. Café da manhã excelente com pratos quentes(ovos, feijão, bacon) e opções de sucos, frios, frutas e pães. Possuem máquina de café com opções variadas de bebidas quentes. Atendimento muito bom. Excelente localização, muito perto do ponto de ônibus e próximo do metrô. Me hospedaria novamente com toda a certeza. Foram 6 dias maravilhosos aí!

Good: Camera grande e pulita per essere a Londra. I servizi dell’hotel sono buoni e il personale è disponibile. La struttura è servita abbastanza dai mezzi pubblici, per andare alla metro ci vogliono 10 minuti. Bad: L’unica cosa che considererei negativa è il fatto che intorno ci sono pochi ristoranti e la zona è un po’ fuori mano.

Good: Personal eficiente y algunos muy simpáticos. Desayuno muy bueno. Restaurante por la noche perfecto para cenar algo después de caminar todo el día por la ciudad. Todo limpio. El ascensor funciona perfectamente. Ubicación muy buena, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad y cerca de paradas de autobús que te llevan a todos lados. (Metro también cerca, aunque no lo utilizamos). Bad: La bañera, un poco difícil para salir. Los colchones blandos para mi gusto.

Good: Vrijednost za novac, sobe prostrane u odnosu na londonske standarde. Čisto i uredno Bad: Monoton ("engleski") doručak tijekom 4 dana, bez puno dodatnih opcija.

Good: Bardzo czysto w pokoju i w całym hotelu. Smaczne śniadania, gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Uprzejmy, pomocny personel. Uzupełniana woda, herbata i ciasteczka ;) w pokoju. Bad: Za pierwszym razem trudno było znaleźć wejście do hotelu, ale to drobiazg. Szkoda, że nie jest trochę bliżej do metra.
