Good: We stay in a family room, it's very comfortable. Bad: Only one small thing to comment, bathroom amenities given is in tube and not so good in quality. I have to use my own. The rest is very good.

Good: Friendly and helpful personnel, location was superb for my meetings and a varied breakfast for all diets! Bad: The magnetic card for dooming opening was temperamental. didn't love going down to reception to reknew card. Noticied that it happened when housekeeping had completed cleaning the bedroom. It happened at other times too. I put the cards away from my mobile phone.That was the only thing that was bothersome.

Good: convenient to Lords and always try to stay there. hope to be back again at end end of the month for more cricket

Good: Fantastic location, especially as we were visiting Lords, which is right on the doorstep. Very clean room and great food. They even left a card and some macaroons as it was my husband's birthday! Superb all round

Air con takes time to work and will only go to certain temperature due to being used throughout hotel. Staff were all lovely, until we queried a drink on our bill which we had not had, at this point the staff member became quite frustrated with my husband, and arguing we had it, when in fact I had changed my drink

Such a beautiful hotel, staff were friendly an helpful, the breakfast was amazing! We had dinner downstairs an had the steak it was cooked beautifully, also had the pizza an ice cream another night an that was so yummy aswell. The garlic bread we ordered had no garlic taste at all to it. Other than that. If we ever go back to London! We’ll be happy to stay here again.

Good: Lovely location and nice to walk around area. Easy to access train stations. Great selection for breakfast and dinner was good also. Staff were very helpful and very accommodating. Special mention to Joey and Ahmed on reception for their support and meeting our needs.

Good: We had booked a Deluxe King room and on arrival were upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor, which was a lovely surprise. The location was excellent for accessing the West End and exploring Regent's Park and Abbey Road studios. Bad: A swimming pool would have made this hotel exceptional.

Good: Our room was much bigger than expected and it was very comfortable for a family with 2 young children. We could not hear any noises outside of the hotel it always seemed very quiet in the hallway as well. Our children were very happy to receive Teddy bears as a welcome that was a lovely gesture. Breakfast was very good although I would add more fruit for children like bananas, fresh strawberries etc Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would definitely recommend it to families with children - Regent Park is only 5 minutes walk and it has lots of free activities and playground. Bad: Definitely did not like the noises elevator makes even though it's not something the hotel staff can control.

Good: The room was lovely, with a nice view. Location was good for Regents Park and a small walk to the tube station at St. John's Wood and took the `jubilee line to some of the attractions including The London eye. The breakfast catered for all, with different foods to suite all types of palates. Would love to stop there again in the future. Was told we qualified for a free taxi, so we booked it with the reception and mentioned we were going back on a coach, so would love the taxi to Victoria coach station, told this was fine. We got the taxi this morning at 8am, but the driver said we had to pay, so what happened to our free taxi? Bad: Was told we qualified for a free taxi, but the taxi driver wanted paying, so what happened to our free taxi?

Good: Bus station is nearby, the staff are helpful, we had breakfast included and the food was excellent, also you can find a Catholic Church nearby.

We found that the hotel was in a lovely quiet area. There was a bit of a walk to the underground but only about 10-15 minutes. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic for our family of 4. Very spacious and well kept. We had breakfast which was lovely. Good choice and reasonably priced. I would definatly stay here again.

Marvellous hotel. Top notch. Reasonable prices too considering location and across the road from Lords.

The location is very good. close to underground and bus stations. The standard room is an outdated room and lacked basics like slippers, robe, cotton buds. The air conditioning didn't work either, we got cold at night. Breakfast lacks variety.

The buffet food is so healthy and fresh. Very impressed.

Bad: Our room was nothing like those shown; and although adequate it felt quite odd to sleep in a bed with no window aspect. A lamp in the living area would have been a huge asset; without one meant having to have all the lights on.

Good: Large rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. The hotel is really big and has a nice bar with delicious meals, and a decent fitness center. But the most important thing - the staff. Amazing and positive people. My friend forgot his passport in his room and only noticed it was missing when we arrived at the airport. We called the hotel and they immediately found the passport and sent it with a taxi driver to the airport. Because of the staff's fast response my friend made it to the flight. This is the best service I've ever experienced from a hotel. Thank you so much! Bad: Can't think of anything, it was perfect!

Ideal hotel for watching the cricket at Lords, it is literally just over the road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and modern. Breakfast is good sadly though cannot opt for continental breakfast only.

Hotel very clean everywhere - our room, reception area, public toilets, restaurant, etc. Our room was quite basic but comfortable and adequate for a short stay. Good: The rooms were great. Brand new remodelled bathroom. Lovely big super king bed. Soft mattress and good quality pillows and duvet. Kettle and tea making condiments provide. Small Fridge in Room an excellent plus point to keep drinks refrigerated. Daily maid service for room cleaning was excellent and towels changed Daily. Extra pillows requested were brought immediately. The reception staff were lovely and attentive a concierge service where they kept our bags for the day after we had checked out. Excellent buffet breakfast served between 6.30am and 10am. They provide full English. Cooked Meats Cheese for Continental. Bread sliced and crusty and butter. Selection of Kellogs breakfast cereals.Yogourts. Fruit Juice and Water and Tea and Coffee. All replenished and new cooked batches brought out frequently. The bar and restaurant area is also great, lovely staff. ...really lovely ambient atmosphere.... 2 large screen TVs on silent that show all the big sporting events discreetly in the background. Lovely decor and atmosphere. The food in the bar that the hotel makes is also excellent.... I can thoroughly recommend the Burger, Club Sandwich and the fantastic Pizzas they serve. The Food is on Room Service 24/7 and served in the bar until 10.30pm. Really handy after a long day. The location is right on top of Regents Park and Lords Cricket Ground and St John's Wood High Street is 10 minutes walk away. Allow 30 mins to travel into the West End by public transport this is a bus and a tube A really lovely well run, clean, good quality, relaxing exoerience and great food. I read the reviews to book this trip and I must say I cannot understand the 1 or 2 stars reviews at all. This hotel was fantastic Quality and Service all the way round. Bad: I couldn't find any fault at all with the hotel. Excellent Rooms, Service, Staff, Food and Bar. The only very slight thing was its a bus and a tube to Convent Garden / West End area.

Nice hotel in a nice neighbourhood. We were on the red-eye flight from Montreal and rather tired. Got an early check in and some much needed zzzz . Breakfast very good quality. Rooms: Nice rooms, comfortable bed, toiletries including a shaving kit, provided Walkability: Baker Street/St John's wood tubestation around 600m each. Hotel is close to the central mosque and lords cricket ground.

Good: Came here very jet lagged from the airport. Had requested an early check in and they found us a room. This was just the best start to our overnight stay. Comfortable beds, nice clean room. Good quality linen and towels. Very comprehensive breakfast. Ten minutes Walk to Baker street or Saint John's tube so good for us to get back to Kings Cross the next morning. Loved the fresh flowers in reception. Bad: Nothing, everything was as good or probably better than expected. Only one small niggle, one of the bulbs in the room was cool white, the others warm. Change this bulb and stay would have been perfecto (room 702)

Good: We visited for my 75th birthday and it was the hotel where I had had my wedding reception 31 years ago. When the hotel knew, they upgraded our room and a box of little macaroon cakes and a birthday card were left in our room. The female receptionist when we checked in (11th April) was absolutely delightful and the lady who checked us out (14th April) was charming also. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and I am extremely grateful to the chef/manager who made porridge for me on two days Bad: Well, although the shower was very good with good pressure, I personally like a bath. However it was not really a problem. More milk could have been automatically provided in the room. I know London can be very expensive and we were put off buying more food and drinks in the bar area because of the cost

Good: We live down the road and must have passed the hotel 100 times with paying it no attention at all. Our boiler broke down and we had no heating and hot water so we went to stay for the night. We discovered it’s an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were charming, the room perfect, the bar friendly and food delicious. Bad: Nothing not to like.
