Good: Location was excellent, right next to the metro and tram. Staff was wonderful and VERY helpful. Room was great with a coffee pot and a fridge. The coffee shop on the first floor was very nice. Bad: Breakfast was very good but not worth $19/pp.

Good: This hotel is in the perfect spot for going to concerts in Budapest. The concert venue is less than a 2 minute walk from the front of the hotel. The metro station is right beside the hotel and bus & tram stops are nearby too it makes it so easy to travel around Budapest. Bad: n/a

Good: It was right near the arena where our concert was so it was very convenient. The Arena Mall and the metro were within walking distance. The staff was really kind and helpful with everything.

Conveniently located hotel, close to the stadium and also well served by bus and tram. Very comfortable bed, wide city view, fridge in room, kettle, tea, coffee, safe. Concierge available 24 hours/24 hours. Fruit market, cafeteria, take-away food near the metro. Near the museum of fine arts, accessible by tram 75. To get to the airport, just take the 95 bus and then the 200E bus: for those who have a pass ticket for the public service, it is very convenient and they do not have to buy any other tickets

Excellent hotel third time been to this hotel over the last few years, on the metro line and only 10 mins to get into centre of Budapest. Arena shopping centre a 10 minute walk away, Breakfast is excellent and loads of choices for everyone, will go to this hotel again

Good: Nice hotel at the end of the city center. Hotel is big and close to the metro station. Hotel has a nice fitness Centre and a small pool. Breakfast was very good and is close to the EXPO congress centre, which is fine. View from the rooms from the upper floors are spectacular. Bad: Check a bit prices, because after my booking prices got down significantly.

Good: Breakfast was very good, lots of different options. Recommendation on the coffee machine though: it was only 2 of them, and people was queuing up for coffees. All food was fresh and well made.

Good: The best was location: next to metro station, which allows for fast and comfortable transfer to city center and tourist attractions. Also: rooms were clean. Cleaning and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was perfect! The best I have ever tried in hotels. Bad: Water in the pool seemed to be not so clean. We have been waiting for check-in longer time - there were many people in the lobby checking in and not enough personel.

Good: Very good instalations, nice room with view to the puskas stadium, good breakfast, nice gym and pool. Very well localized, just a few steps from the Metro Puskas. Bad: The elevator is a bit chaotic during breakfast time.

Good: a great place to stay, really close to metro & bus so it's easy to get around the city fast.the room was nice & clean with a large comfy bed, the only downside was malfunctioning toilet that started leaking at night but the staff was very kind and helpful and offered us a new room. The breakfast is wonderful, so many tasty options to choose from.

Good: We stayed at this hotel because we went to a concert at the Puskas Arena and the hotel is very close to the stadium (about 10 minutes on foot). The Rooms were fine, breakfast good, staff was ok. Bad: The room did not have a minibar and the hotel bar was closed when we arrived (I think it was between 23:00 and 24:00 hours).

Bad: The breakfast is not very good like quality and price.

Good: I like the location - very convenient. There is a big garage with EV chargers in the area so all good here Bad: Ability to book parking in advance. It's usually not a problem, but it happened once when a concert was in the area, and the parking was full for one evening. Also, the EV chargers in the garage were sometimes blocked by ICE cars even when the rest of the garage was empty. But to be fair, the garage is not part of the hotel so they can't do much I assume

Good: The hotel is located next to a metro stop so easy access to all attractions. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff in the hotel and at the leisure centre were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the evening meals at the cafe was delicious too. I would come back to this hotel.

Bad: Long waiting times when ordering in the hotel bar. Probably due to scarcity of staff, as van be experienced elsewhere as well.

Good: I loved that it was so close to everything! We were there for 2 nights and it was amazing. The beds were super comfy, the showers water pressure was so powerful and so nice. Bad: There was a small issue in the bathroom with ants, we left our towels on the floor to prevent slipping or getting the bathroom floor wet and after some time when i finished having a bath/shower i noticed some ants on the towels just hanging around

Good: Very nice staff, very good breakfast (even with mimosas), great pool and gym area. Good location close to the metro and there is also a garage very near. Bad: Unfortunately the bathroom was probably older and so the water didn't drain off and so this was a bit gross. Otherwise the bathroom was clean but this was really uncomfortable.

Good: Even though it was the UEFA Champions League Final, the hotel was very full but coped in a fantastic way. I have stayed in this hotel before, right next to a metro strop and right next to the stadium.

Good: I chose this hotel for the close proximity of where I need to be in Budapest...and was 5 minutes walking, so it was just perfect. I will came back soon, for sure.

Good: The property is close to the Arena. Very convenient if you have booked a ticket tihere as we did. Bad: We booked for breakfast and the vegetables were not fresh. Seems they cut it way before they served.

Good: Choose the location due to proximity to Puskas Arena, I was there with my wife for the Rammstein concert. Breakfast also excellent, room spacious with bathtub, parking in front of the hotel and underground garage by the hotel. Bad: Room was a little bit noisy due to the external cooling units. Request room facing Puskas Arena if available.

Good: The staff was friendly and helpful; at the end of our stay, a staff member helped make sure we found our taxi driver to the airport. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Included as a welcome package was a bottle of water and some freshly baked cookies, which was a nice touch. The TV had HD sports channel, which allowed us to watch UCL final. There was also a cafe, breakfast service, massage service and pool, which we didn't use. The hotel is located just a minute away from the M2 metro line, which made travelling to the city centre extremely convenient. Bad: This is not so much as a criticism, but more of a nit-pick, the building and interior are slightly dated and a renovation could be nice.

Good: The staff was amazing! Such nice people - absolutely everyone was so welcoming and competent in their job. The breakfast was great. The best hotel if you are going on a concert in Budapest Sportaréna. It's next to it, so it's so convinient. The metro is also next to the hotel, so you can easily go to the city center. If i go back to Budapest, i would definitely stay at the same hotel :) Bad: The parking lot has very limited spots.

Good: The location of the property was near the city centre with great connectivity via public transport. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was secured parking in the arena garage right next to the hotel with a great price. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bad: We have no complaints.

Good: Room was nice with a fantastic view. Location is little far from the downtown area; however, the hotel is real close to the metro station. Breakfast buffet is just awesome! Bad: In Booking.com description, the hotel mentioned about a "free" airport shuttle...this was very misleading as there was no airport pick-up arrangement by the hotel despite writing to them about a pick up. However, we managed to arrive by ourselves there same and sound at past midnight.

Good: I loved the services, the cleanliness and the staff was very helpful and kind. Bad: I was sitted in a room at the 1st floor, and the balcony was facing an intersection that has moderate to heavy traffic. Because of that, especially at night, it was not the quietest place, therefore you might consider bringing some ear plugs with you .
