The staff was very nice and helpful. There were many languages spoken (English, German, Spanish ... ). The room was big enough, unfortunately, there was no balcony available. Safe was also in the room. There is a stocked refrigerator and 4 German TV channels (ZDF, RTL, SAT1, KIKA). The room was clean, the towels were changed on request. The breakfast buffet is eclectic (fruit, cheese, meat, various pastries and bread, sweets, teas ... ) and tasted great. We were once in the hotel's restaurant "Fiaker" food. Highly RECOMMENDED. The food was amazing delicious. Public transport is in close proximity to the hotel (train, underground). Buses stay stood directly in front of the hotel. There is a small grocery store opposite the hotel, the open 24 hours a day. Many restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity (shopping etc. ). This hotel for a short definitely recommend!

The hotel is a good base for city breaks to Budapest. Not right in the center, but conveniently - a few minute walk to the metro and the bus to center stops right in front of the hotel. A smaller shop right at the next corner, a huge shopping center is about a 15 minute walk away. Almost all of the staff members spoke German, once at the reception, we absolutely obliging and professional manner. We were lucky enough to have booked instead of the standard room a "bridal suite" (quotation front desk)get, which is why we then also a huge, in both the bedroom and living room had teilbares non-smoking rooms, that was absolutely clean and with 2 televisions (German television). The decor is best when "Gelsenkirchener Baroque style that describes and therefore seemed old-fashioned. We had a room facing the street, which was especially if you like an open window at night, gets very noisy (lots of police and ambulance siren). The (mostly continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is frequented by larger groups, which can mean that the front desk at certain times of large crowds be besieged. The hotel is close to a metro station. Only 3 lines in Budapest as it is really close and very efficient and cheap different points of the city are within easy reach. The restaurant (Fiaker) also provides original Landeskost on high level.

Hotel: 499 Rooms on 8 floors, 70 's style, but very clean. Everything was very clean and spacious. We got a very cheap hot deal which was a double room with breakfast included. Location: 5 Minutes walk from the Ostbahnhof Keleti pu. And the metro station. In the area many restaurants, stores, and plenty of fast-food-huge (who likes it). Service: The check-in was very smooth and fast, they got our room ready at 10 :30 o'clock move (as we arrived by train and's simply tried), which was great. Very friendly staff who speak English and sometimes also German. Food: We stayed at the Fiaker-restaurant in the evening, the supervision was obliging and friendly, the (Hungarian) food was very good and reasonable prices. Breakfast in the restaurant Beatrix, which is actually very large, for the number of beds but large is necessary. also a big buffet, with huge selection of hot and cold food, which we thoroughly enjoyed. This four star hotel is conveniently close to the central train station and easily accessable to anywhere with public transportation. Their breakfast is one of the best that I have seen in my travels in Europe. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This was the best hotel that I stayed in Eastern Europe. The only downside was something out of their control -- The constant Budapest street and Metro construction.

Sehr modern und neu!Sauber!!Sehr netter Empfang, Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich! Auch hat mir gefallen, dass uns der Herr am Empfang ohne weiteres unser Bahnticket ausdruckte!!! Хороший чистый номер с прихожей и вешалками. Всем рекомендуем.... Bad: Улицы и дома рядом не очень так скажем отреставрированы... Но это уже к самой гостинице не относится... И кровать разьежалась все время в центре Но впечатления это не испортило.

Good: La struttura è moderna e ben fatta oltre ad essere in una posizione davvero vantaggiosa, vicina alla stazione dei treni, alla fermata del bus e della metro.

Good: L'accueil du personnel toujours souriant et prévenant. Proximité des transports en commun. Bad: Le buffet petit déjeuner où il manquait des fruits variés, du bacon grillé Le vitrage des chambres à revoir la porte fenêtre ne se fermait pas correctement donc bruit de la voirie. Un peu plus de pression dans la douche.

Good: O locatie ok pentru un city break. Facilități ok in camera, mic dejun gustos și foarte diversificat.

Good: Personale super gentile e disponibile oltre che alla sua posizione comodissima Bad: Camere rumorose, infissi non adeguati alla zona e alle temperature- troppi spifferi. Il personale delle pulizie era un po “distratto”.

Good: Struttura bellissima, ottimo staff, camera pulita e colazione buona. Consigliatissimo!

Good: 1番近い出口は少し分かりづらかったですが、駅からも近くとても綺麗でした！ 部屋も広く荷物も広げやすかったです。浴槽があるので疲れた日や寒い日はとても助かりました。

המלון לכאורה לא "במרכז העניינים" אבל צמוד לתחנת המטרו והאוטובוסים KELETI הגדולה, כך שהנגישות לכל חלקי בודפשט קלה וזמינה. המלון נקי ומתוחזק מצויין, החדרים נעימים, מרווחים ונקיים, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומשביעה.

Nagyon jó élmény volt.

Chambre propre , parking gratuit derrière le bâtiment (pour l'instant) douche état moyen, peu de pression d'eau mais c'est souvent comme ça. Il fait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre en hiver. Sinon je conseille l'hôtel 👍

Good: המיקום מעולה, מול תחנת מטרו ואוטובוסים KELETI, כמעט כל האוטובוסים וקווי המטרו עוברים שם, וקל להגיע מהמלון לכל יעד שרצינו. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וטעימה, החדרים נקיים ונעימים, מאובזרים בכל מה שצריך לחופשה בת כמה ימים, צוות הקבלה נתן לנו מענה לכל בקשותינו. זו פעם שלישית שלי במלון וזה מדבר בעד עצמו. Bad: מזרנים וכריות רכים מדי לטעמי, אבל זו העדפה אישית.

離火車站很近但是非常安靜，坐火車在匈牙利旅行必選。房間寬大舒適，在冬日裏暖氣很足，是十幾天歐洲旅行中唯一有暖氣片的房間，非常滿意。早餐種類齊全，還有亞洲口味的食物區，雖然大醬湯更適合韓國人，但是對酒店的安排非常滿意。

Good: Pulito e personale molto amable. Bad: La nostra camera si affacciava sulla strada principale e di notte c'era molto traffico e rumore. Ti danno i tappi per le orecchie, ma se sei sensibile ai rumori, farai fatica a dormire.

Good: Bastante limpo e a cama era muito confortável adoramos. Bad: A localização não é boa, longe do centro e num bairro um pouco desconfortável apesar de ter o metro perto. Infelizmente logo à chegada não fomos bem recebidos pelo porteiro da noite.

Good: Personnel très professionnel (et merci à ceux qui ont fait l'effort de nous parler en français). Chambre bien équipée, literie confortable. Hôtel très propre. Magnifique petit-déjeuner, très varié et très généreux. Prix très correct. Bad: La salle de bain assez petite. La chaleur dans la chambre même avec le chauffage coupé (23°C). Bruit extérieur lié aux installations (comme une soufflerie issue du chauffage de l'immeuble, de la ventilation ou de la machinerie des ascenseurs ?)

Good: Nagyon jó helyen van, egy éjszakára tökéletes. Bad: A takarítók korán reggel hangoskodnak, kiabálva beszélgetnek. Nem lehetett tőlük pihenni.

Good: Все было хорошо! Прекрасный завтрак, удобное расположение отеля. Отель оставил приятное впечатление. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь в следующую поездку в Будапешт Bad: Из минусов - было 2 кровати вместо одной большой и это не удобно для проживания 1 гостя. Кровати все время разъезжались. Рекомендую обратить внимание на то что халат, тапочки, зубная щетка и паста это базовый минимум которые по умолчанию должны быть в отеле такого уровня.

Good: Nagyon jó helyen van. Közel van a Keleti Pályaudvarhoz, ami nekem nagyon fontos. Bad: Nincs olyan.

Good: El desyuno estvo bien y la ubicación también, las zonas comunes muy limpias ,muy amplio todo y bonito. Bad: La cama un poco incomoda, el baño muy pequeño pero para cortas estancias esta bien.

Good: Hotel con buena ubicación. Frente a la estación de tren y una de metro. Bad: Las ventanas no están insonorizadas y se oye todo el tráfico. Ya que el hotel está situado en una de las avenidas principales.

Good: Todo perfecto. Cerca metro, habitacion amplia, calefaccion y personal muy amable. Bad: Todo bien

Good: le camere sono belle e molto pulite. il personale molto cordiale. Bad: la zona in cui si trova non e' male ma si trova a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Good: Все было чисто,удобно .Как положено Bad: Не понравилось то что уборщицы в 8 утра шумели под дверью не один день ,а всегда.И бахали дверьми со всей силы ,я просыпалась из за этих ужасных звуков .Я понимаю они работают,но нужно уважать покой других людей .

Good: El hotel estaba impecable. La habitación amplia y en muy buen estado (baño, muebles etc) También destaco la variedad en el desayuno y la amabilidad y atención de los trabajadores. En recepción nos ayudaron a solicitar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y en menos de 5 minutos ya estaba listo. Bad: En nuestra habitación las ventanas no aislaban bien, se oía todo el ruido de la calle. Fue incómodo porque es una avenida con mucho tráfico, constantemente pasaban ambulancias y coches de policía. Es lo único negativo que puedo destacar de nuestra estancia.

Good: Buona posizione per visitare la citta’, siana piedi che con inmezzi pubblici. Colazione ottima, una delle migliori che abbiamo fatto. Personale molto gentile e recpetion 24/7 Bad: Il bagno della camera era un po’ piccolino, frigo bar vuoto. Le finestre dell la stanza hanno vetri sottili per cui si sente molto il traffico!

Good: Привітна адміністрація. Гарно, зручно, чисто. Сніданок - смачний. Все переважно сподобалось Bad: Шумоізоляції не має. Чути було що відбувається на вулиці. ( сирени переважно) І як щось шумить цілу ніч, може машинки пральні. З внутрішнього дворику. Але готель дає беруші які вже лежать в номері.

Good: Πολυ καλο πρωινο , πολυ καλη τοποθεσια ! Το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο και εξυπηρετικο ! Bad: Λιγη φασαρια επειδη το δωματιο εβλεπε δρομο.

Good: Bardzo wygodnie łóżko, pokój cichy, łazienka wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria. Pyszne śniadanie.

Good: Alles supergut. Bad: Negativ.

家庭出遊，酒店位置很方便，毗鄰地鐵，多條公交線路，房間雖然不大，緊湊但設施比較新，一樓大廳提供飲用水和水果，這在歐洲不多見，好評。

Good: Месторасположение супер, рядом красивейший вокзал. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отлично говорят на английском. Номер был чистым. Хоть завтрак и был достаточно однообразный, но всего хватало и было вкусно. Пришли уже под конец завтрака, а персонал еще докладывал еду Мы остались очень довольны)
