Kvalita snídaní byla ohledem výběru velmi nízká žádné saláty, jednom jeden typ sýrů, slanina jenom 1 x za 5 dní a každý den to samé žádná změna, v předchozím období byla kvalita snídaní na úplně jiné úrovni a velmi bohatý výběr je to dáno tím , že nás bylo na hotelu asi jenom cca 50-7O hostů, snídaně byla velké zklamání, recepční a personál o tom věděl, že snídaně jsou problém na výběr jídel velmi omezené, že se to pokusí napravit.

Dears, let me share with you our feeling from visiting Danubius Bukfurdo. We visited this hotel already 5 years in a row. We spend amazing days in summer time here in Bukfurdo every summer. We are loking forward every spring to be there in summer and enjoy the holiday. We travel here with whole family: 6 adults + 3 kids. Amazing facility, amazing food and friendly customer service. We are very satisfy with the service. Thanks a lot !

Good: We had a nice room after reconstruction, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nicely upgraded. The food was always very well cooked. Very nice staff in the restaurant. Great swimming pools and playrooms for children. Overall we had a great time, looking forward for the new swimming pool area. Bad: We travelled quite often to Danubius before, but didn’t come since 2018 and the variety of food this time was much poorer than it was before especially during the lunch. It was not clear what kind of drinks are included in the all inclusive program in the restaurant, there was a list of drinks on the tables before, but not this time. It would be nice to upgrade the outside playground as now it looks like nobody cares about it. The lifts are always a big problem, two out of four were broken, so nobody could follow the recommended rules and there was always more than four people. Empty disinfector by the playroom on the 1st floor. Small things like ostentatiously closing the direct door by some staff from the room with the drinks to the outside sitting area or cleaning lady closing the way with the sign of the working hours to the room with the drinks when my wife just wanted to pour some water for our one year old son etc. can brake all the good impression, making the people feeling unwelcomed....

We were very happy during our second stay already. Everything in service - room, food in buffet, wellness was great. Very missed is thermal pool, that was only disappointment during our stay.

Good: Unfortunately we needed to leave early than we planned but our experience was really good. The stuff are friendly and helpful. The quality, quantity and variety of the food is excellent. Plenty of choice to relax: pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, bowling, etc. The bar is always open if you get thirsty or if you want some snack. It's quiet, so I can totally recommend for couples and families but I think others would also enjoy. The rooms are clean and cozy. They are providing daily room cleaning, towels and bathrobe.

Good: We spent the NYE in the Danubius Health Spa Resort in Bük on All inclusive basis. At first impression I can say the hotel to be dated a bit but the overall we had great exprience. Two floors of the hotel was under construction so the hotel (restaurant and spa facilities) were not crowded. The service and the employers were very kind and polite that seemed to be a great plus for the hotel. The food was also above overall 4* hotels in Hungary - pointing on the taste and variety. Bad: Nothing special to mention. The staff did their best to satisfy all the guests. The service is great & the employers were very friendly.

The front office manager asked us when we checked in if we would mind getting a free upgrade - we got lucky with the room assignment:) Although we felt a bit sorry for the bar and restaurant staff, they work very hard and some of the other guests don't really seem to know how to say please or thank you.

Good: Our third time here, with my elderly mother. The pools are excellent for swimming and relaxing, hotel is clean and comfortable, staff nice and helpful. So much food and verity of it, and always a gluten-free option. Tennis, squash, ping pong. Very relaxing few days!

We visited this hotel several times, it is in a quiet town. We call it "gastro stay" because the all-inclusive cuisine is great. We booked the most expensive rooms with connecting doors, it is very comfortable for the family of 4. The staff is very friendly, speaks English, German and some also Czech. Indoor and outdoor pools can be used in any weather. Children always enjoy the kid´s pool.

We travel a lot but this is one place we always return to for weekend of all inclusive relaxation (for reasonable price). On our 7th visit and definitelly not the last. Great pools, delicious food and also ways to be active if you feel like it (tennis, squash, table tennis, minigolf, bowling etc). The exterior and interior are bit dated but for me it just adds a nostalgic feel.

Good: nice place for few days of relaxation, spa food and opportunities are fine Bad: I had already expressed my doubts in a previous review regarding the management of restaurant reservations and I was told on this site that reservations were only possible for dinner and only from 18 to 18.20. The second evening of my stay I went to the restaurant and found almost table occupied except a small one, near the buffet, fine for me. Being 18.50 I picked up the sticker " reservation" (no handicap sticker on site) and showed it to the waiter saying to him the time was over. The waiter,a big sweaty man, looked at me with annoyance, badly repeated me to wait and, after a while allows me to sit down. Fortunately I have not seen him again, I hope it was returned to Sarvar to refresh body and mind! The next day, to be sure, I went to the front desk to ask about and was told that reservations were only possible for dinner, not for breakfast, not for lunch. This is absolutely untruth! The "reserved" sticker were on many tables for all meals (only one was for a disabled person) and people often arrived more than an hour late. The height was when I realised that a reserved table (num. 8) had also a nice white tablecloth and not the usual cutlery like the others. This a shameful way to behave, there are obviously very important guest and very common guest. The twosome on table 8 had no mobility problem, no be part of a group and they were staying on the 6th floor like me. Now I expect an answer from the Hotel telling me my comments will be forwarded to the head of the department, but I'm sure on my return in July nothing will have changed!!!!

Good: I'm happy with everything and I think it's a great place to spend relaxing days, staff, spa, food, rooms, entertainment, everything very very good Bad: as a habitual guest (with 4 stays this year and already 2 reservertions for 2018) I would like to make notes for a better service. it is not possible that in a 4 stars hotel one of the two lifts stays out of order for 5 days ( there were long queues even though we were told that we could use the elevator service ) in very windy days the outdoor pool should be cleaned every morning in a consonant manner ( in the Danubius of Sarvar , for example, every morning a person cleaned the pool from the fallen leaves ) for 2 o 3 mornings the pool was really dirty, with innumerable leaves both on bottom than on the surface. many people reserve a table at the restaurant for dinner and arrive very late leaving empty tables and people looking for a place, at my request to reserve a small table as I was alone and did not want to occupy larger table, I was told I could do it only for 6 o'clock p.m., obviously the reastaurant manager , very confident of himself, does not turn around the tables, as many are empty with the "reserved" card for over 7 p.m. the hours of silence must be highlighted with specials signs in the corridors, as often people go to sleep far beyond midnight making noise e talking loudly however these are small things and I, after experiencing several hotels in the area, will continued to be a trusted customer!

I come back there a few times per year. Great place to spend 3-4 days and rest. Lovely personnel, perfect food, all inclusive service so you dont worry about anything. Delicious desserts. Swimming pools, saunas, relax room with silence. Tennis, squash, mini golf, bowling, spa center, fitness room... Great place for kids, they have separate pools for them and play rooms. Live music sometimes and some parties in the evening like bingo. I love this place

V okolí možnost koupání, jízdy na kole i turistiky - krásná místa, památky UNESCO Excellent food, beautiful room on the 6th floor, all inclusive services, friendly and helpful staff, great relaxation in the hotel's pools. Bathing, cycling and hiking in the surroundings - beautiful places, UNESCO sites Bad: Žádný zásadní problém ani nedostatek. Snad jen na nás moc hlasitá hudba u večeře a v rámci večerní zábavy. Do zahrady a na pokoj nicméně nebyla slyšet. No major problem or drawback. Perhaps only loud music at dinners and during evening parties. However, it was not heard in the garden and in the room.

Good: the food was excelent. the staff was nice and helpful. Pools were clean and perfect. plenty of pool chairs outside. we had an easy-access room for no extra charge for my elder mother. Each room has a balcony. Fresh water bottles brought to room every day. The Wellness center was fine, with lots of massage/treatments options. Bad: The squash court and rented bikes were very basic - could be better but we still had fun!

Good: The room was standard as in other similar DHG hotels. The variety of food was really good. Interesting activities like mini golf, chess or table tenis were available. Good drinks with the all incusive offer.

Good: I' really sorry that my fellow countryman has given a negative opinion, and more with three accounts which shows little correctness. I can only confirm my previous review, that is, I was fine, not for nothing is the third time that I stay this year, and I will be back in October despite the 400 km distance. Hotel in the green, wide park with swimming pool, children's attractions, trails and benches, great spa facilities, large, well finished rooms (superior), restaurant and bars with great specialties and snacks every hour of the day, all kind and smiling staff,the housekeepers, the staff at the restaurant , the reception desk and so on. Excellent parking,various leisure activities ( bowling, squash, table tennis, bicycle rental etc.) Bad: I'm a lover of relaxation, so I would like more control over the silence area, often frequented by noisy children (who could not get in). I would also like to thank mr.Peter, the G.M.,who started after my complaints about people who laughed, sang and talked loud late in the night in the garden, by his intervention the problem was solved. Lastly, I would ask the chef not to cook so good, I say it as a medical doctor : I would like people to go away with the same abdominal circumference...but it will be very very difficult!!!!!

i wish we could have stayed a couple of days longer keyboardist at supper and then in the lounge, with great buffet food and unlimited wine/beer desk personnel very hospitable. my wife had her best pedicure ever.
